PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to develop a regression model to predict the International Roughness Index(IRI) and Surface Distress(SD) for the estimation of HPCI using Expressway Pavement Management System(PMS).METHODS : To develop an HPCI prediction model, prediction models of IRI and SD were developed in advance. The independent variables considered in the models were pavement age, Annual Average Daily Traffic Volume(AADT), the amount of deicing salt used, the severity of Alkali Silica Reaction(ASR), average temperature, annual temperature difference, number of days of precipitation, number of days of snowfall, number of days below zero temperature, and so on.RESULTS : The present IRI, age, AADT, annual temperature differential, number of days of precipitation and ASR severity were chosen as independent variables for the IRI prediction model. In addition, the present IRI, present SD, amount of deicing chemical used, and annual temperature differential were chosen as independent variables for the SD prediction model.CONCLUSIONS: The models for predicting IRI and SD were developed. The predicted HPCI can be calculated from the HPCI equation using the predicted IRI and SD.

본 글은 춘추시대 역사서인 󰡔춘추󰡕의 철학적⋅역사학적⋅책력학적 분 석을 진행한 󰡔춘추󰡕왕력① (2017), ② (2017), ③ (2017) 선행연구들에 대한 후속 논의이다. 동짓달부터 3개월 동안을 春으로 명명한 󰡔춘추󰡕왕 력에서의 계절 개념을 실증해 보기 위해, 당시의 절후를 확인할 수 있는 증 의례와 상 의례, 그리고 우 의례 기사들을 고찰해 보았다. 烝 의례는 이상저온 현상이 지속되는 상태에서 기후의 온난함을 기원하고자 한 의 례로서, 그리고 嘗 의례는 음식의 풍요를 기원하는 의례로서 이행된 것임 이 확인되었다. 한편, 전국시대 이후의 기록들에서 증이나 상 의례는 각 각 겨울제사와 가을제사와 같은 사시제로 알려져 있다. 그러나 󰡔춘추󰡕 경 문에서는 그것들의 이행시기가 따로 규정되어 있지 않았다. 단비에 대한 간절한 기원으로서 이행된 雩 의례 기사들은 대부분 한여름이 포함된 ‘秋’ 계절에 집중되어 있다. 문자적인 논증으로서, 갑골문과 금문 등의 고체를 통해 그것들의 초기 형태 및 본원적 의미를 고찰하였다. ‘春’자는 이른바 ‘하나의 양이 막 생 겨나는’[一陽始生] 동지 절후를 묘사한 것이다. ‘夏’자는 춘분 이후 완연 한 봄에 벌어지는 원시적인 전통 축제에서 이성을 유혹하는 춤을 추기 위 해 차려입은 현란한 의복과 거대한 가면에서 유래된 글자이다. ‘秋’에는 벼 수확에 영향을 미치는 여름 곤충이 묘사되어 있으며, ‘冬’의 경우는 1 년의 사계절을 끝마친다는 의미로 사용되었다.

This paper aims at finding some lessons applicable to successful implementation of ‘The 3D Printing R/D Project’ through both examining the process of adopting overseas industrialized housing production technological knowhow by home builders during the 1970's~1980's period and thereafter until now the various efforts to adjust the technologies efficiently to the Korea‘s unique situation. Some meaningful lessons can be summarized as follows; Ⅰ) Deep understanding of 3DP technological know-why along with its inheritance, Ⅱ) Readjusting of R/D period and goals(cf. Global leader Winsun's 15 years experiment), Ⅲ) Restructuring for more collaborative R/D B&E system among participating researchers Ⅳ) Fostering 3DP expert-engineers and technicians from the early stage, Ⅴ) Clearing legal barriers in users' adopting 3DP methods necessary, Ⅵ) Development of appropriate building material besides concrete. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the above-mentioned 6 lessons positively accepted and applied to the Research Implementation Plan in due course, especially by KICT consortium and KAIA under the guidance of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

목적: 2D 영상이 재생되는 자동 시기능 훈련기구를 이용하여 훈련 전과 후의 시기능의 개선효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 성인 남녀 20명을 대상으로 자동 시기능 훈련기기(WISDOM社, China)를 이용하여 30분 간 재생되는 영상을 보면서 시기능 훈련을 실시하였으며, 훈련 전과 후의 폭주력, 조절력, 버전스 용이성(3△BI/12△BO), 조절용이성(±2.00D)검사를 시행하였다. 자동 시기능 훈련기구는 0.00~6.00D 범위의 조절과 0~6 M·A 범위의 버전스 훈련을 자동으로 하도록 설계되어 있다. 결과: 시기능 훈련 30분 전과 후의 시기능 변화를 확인한 결과, 양안 조절력은 12.63 ± 4.17D에서 15.02 ± 5.96D로 2.39 ± 2.89D 증가하였으며(p<0.05), 폭주력은 13.96 ± 4.99D 에서 16.02 ± 6.03D로 2.05 ± 2.85D 증가하였다(p<0.05). 양안 조절용이성은 16.58 ± 6.52 CPM에서 20.65 ± 6.51 CPM으로 4.07 ± 4.59 CPM으로 증가하였으며(p<0.05), 버전스 용이성은 16.40 ± 6.49 CPM에서 23.2 ± 6.95 CPM으로 4.8 ± 2.98 CPM으로 증가하였다 (p<0.05). 결론: 본 연구를 통해 2D 영상을 이용한 자동 시기능 훈련기구의 시기능 개선효과를 알 수 있었다. 이는 평소 좋아하는 영화나 드라마 등의 콘텐츠를 활용하여 훈련의 몰입도를 높일 수 있으므로 기존의 단조로운 시기능 훈련에서 벗어난 새로운 훈련방법중의 하나가 될 수 있다.

Multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) with two different (L/D) aspect ratios (7±2 μm/140±30 nm and 0.5–2 μm/8–15 nm) were surface treated using nitric acid (HNO3) and polyethyleneimine (PEI) prior to their deposition on carbon fibers (CF). Before the hierarchical reinforcement with CF-MWCNT, the CFs were treated with 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, a coupling agent (Z6040) and with poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) a dendrimer containing an ethylenediamine core and amine surface groups. The MWCNT were deposited on the CF using two methods, by electrostatic attraction and by chemical reactions. The changes in the CF surface morphology after the MWCNT deposition were analyzed using SEM, which revealed a higher density and uniform coverage for the PAMAM-treated CF and the short MWCNTs. The interfacial adhesion of the composite materials was evaluated using the single fiber fragmentation technique. The results indicated an improvement in the interfacial shear strength with the addition of the short-MWCNTs treated with acid solutions and grafted onto the surface of the CF fiber using electrostatic attraction.

The Science and Religion is a Christian apology that was written in response to the intellectual discourse of the 1920s, when materialistic socialism was rapidly propagated to intellectual youth as scientific discourse. Van Buskirk, a professor at the Severance Medical Research Department, combines the ideology of science, which was a qualification for knowledge, with Christian doctrine. In this way, Buskirk's text constitutes a Christian social evolution theory. Specifically, the narrative frame of Darwinism, which had already been approved by science, is dedicated to selectively combine the doctrine of salvation, soul, love, and sacrifice. With this, it criticized the materialism and the mechanical determinism of materialistic socialism which has emerged as a dominant discourse, and built a discourse that would cope with it. It thus provides an important key to identifying the role of Christianity in the formation of knowledge discourse in the 1920’s.

스폿 용접 접합의 삼차원 모델링을 위하여 강한 불연속이 내장된 유한요소를 사용하였다. 스폿 용접의 기하학적 형상을 유한요소망 대신 요소에 내장된 불연속 면에서의 특수한 응집 법칙을 이용하여 표현하였다. 이를 통하여 기존의 적응적 유 한요소망을 이용하는 접근법과 달리 스폿 용접의 국부적인 형상에 독립적인 유한요소망을 구성할 수 있다. 또한, 스폿 용접 의 형상을 명시적으로 고려하여 모델링함으로써 기존의 점 구속조건을 이용하는 접근법과 달리 망 독립적인 해를 얻을 수 있다.

본 연구는 유가사지론 성문지에 나타난 산수수습법의 수습과정과 그것의 자연치유적 의미를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 산수수습법에는 크게 보통의 산수수습법과 특수한 산 수수습법으로 나누어진다. 보통 산수수습법에는 일일산수법, 이일산수법, 순산수법과 역 산수법의 네 가지가 있다. 수습과정은 일일산수법의 수습이 완성될 때 이일산수법을 익 힌다. 그때 순산수법과 역산수법을 병행하여 익힌다. 그 다음에 온전히 승진산수수습법 을 닦아 익혔을 때 과산수지법을 익히고 이것마저 온전하게 닦아 익혀지면 그 때 심일 경성과 신심경안을 얻게 된다. 심일경성이란 삼매의 동의어이다. 삼매란 인식주관, 인식 대상과 인식 자체의 셋이 하나가 되는 것이다. 이와 같이 산수수습법을 단계적으로 닦아 익히면 마음이 깊이 안정되어 육체적으로 정신적으로 건강과 능력이 향상되는 자연치유 적인 효과가 있게 된다.

목적 :본 연구는 자폐 범주성 장애 아동ᆞ청소년을 대상으로 한 실행기능에 대한 중재 동향과 적용된 접근 법을 분석하여 작업치료 임상에서 접근할 수 있는 근거중심의 중재 기반을 마련하고자 한다.연구방법 :2006년 1월부터 2016년 12월까지 해외 학회지에 개제된 연구를 대상으로 MEDLINE, Scopus, PubMed, ProQuest, Cochrane Library 데이터베이스에서 검색하였다. 검색 키워드는 “Autism or ASD AND Executive function AND Intervention or therapy or approach or treatment or training” 이 었고 최종 21편의 연구를 선정하였다.결과 :선정된 연구는 연구의 질적수준, 연구 참여자의 특성, 중재종류, 종속변인으로 측정된 실행기능 영역, 실행기능과 함께 측정된 종속변인, 측정도구 중심으로 분석하였다. 근거수준은 수준Ⅰ에 해당하는 무작 위 대조연구가 8편(38.1%)으로 가장 많았고 19편의 연구가 고기능 자폐 아동을 대상으로 하였다. 실행 기능에 대한 중재의 종류는 총 11가지로 응용행동분석, 인지행동 접근, 보완 대체요법을 사용한 중재가 가장 많았다. 종속변인으로 많이 사용된 실행기능 영역은 인지적 유연성이었고 실행기능과 함께 측정된 종속변인은 사회적 기술과 행동문제가 가장 큰 비중을 차지하였다. 각 영역별 측정도구는 매우 다양하게 나타났는데 대표적으로 많이 사용하는 도구로는 스트롭 검사, 숫자 외우기 검사, 선로 잇기 검사, 런던타 워 검사, 실행기능행동평정척도가 있었다.결론 :연구를 통해 자폐 범주성 장애 아동ᆞ청소년의 실행기능 중재에 대한 동향 및 다양한 중재법, 평가 도구를 알 수 있었다. 실행기능 중재에 대한 연구는 꾸준히 이루어지고 있으나 평가도구가 다양하고 혼 재되어 있으며 실행기능 중재에 초점을 둔 연구는 여전히 제한적이다. 실행기능 결함이 자폐 범주성 장 애의 주요 특징으로 나타나고 중요성이 커지고 있는 만큼 작업치료 분야에서도 실행기능에 관심을 가지 고 평가도구 및 중재와 관련된 다양한 연구들이 활발하게 이루어져야 할 것이다.

In this paper, we compared the efficiencies of national R&D investments between NT (Nanotechnology) areas in terms of papers, patents, and commercializations, and found ways to improve the efficiencies of national R&D investments for each NT area. This is in response to huge R&D investments government has made recently in NT areas.Here, we collected data on investments, papers, patents, and commercializations for the R&D projects in NT areas through National Science & Technology Information Service. Based on the data, we analyzed the investment and performances (papers, patents, and commercializations) for each NT area, calculated the efficiency for each NT area, and compared the efficiencies between NT areas. Next, using cluster analysis, we identified several NT areas with similar characteristics in terms of paper efficiency, patent efficiency and commercialization efficiency. Finally, we derived implications for the efficiency enhancement for each grouping.The cluster analysis showed that there could be two groups, one being low in terms of technological outcome (papers and patents) efficiencies and high in terms of commercialization efficiencies, while the other being high in terms of technological outcome (papers and patents) efficiencies and low in terms of commercialization efficiencies. Therefore, the strategy for one group calls for support for technology transfer or technology introduction from other R&D performers and grant of guidance for improving R&D performers’ commercialization ability to other R&D performers while the strategy for the other group calls for R&D support for transfer of technology to other R&D performers, activation of technology transfer and support for commercialization of R&D performers.

Dendrolimus superans (Lepidoptera: Lasiocampidae) has long been acknowledged to present in South Korea under the circumstance of a substantial change in species names of Dendrolimus. In the present study, we found that specimens of D. superans collected from South Korea were D. sibiricus, rather than D. superans. Comparison of Korean specimens to the D. superans from Japan and the D. sibiricus from Russia in terms of wing morphology, female and male genitalia, a partial COI gene sequence, and a partial internal spacer sequence 2 (ITS2) consistently supported the presence of D. sibiricus in South Korea. Phylogenetic analyses using concatenated sequences of COI and ITS2 from available individuals of D. sibiricus and D. superans both by Bayesian inference and maximum likelihood methods the Korea samples to be D. sibiricus.

The genus Diadegma is a well known parasitoid group and some are known to have symbiotic virus. A novel IV was discovered from the calyx of D. fenestrale female. This virus was named as D. fenestrale Ichnovirus (DfIV) and its genome contains 62 circular DNA segments with an aggregate size of approx. 240kb. We examined its gene expression patterns depending on the hosts (hymenopteran host, D. fenestrale and lepidopteran host, Plutella xylostella) and stages of P. xylostella based on RNAseq. Among 62 genome segments, only two segments such C15 and D14 were highly expressed in ovary of D. fenestrale. On the other hands, five segments were differently expressed depending on the developmental stages (3 rd and 4 th instar larvae). Additionally we confirmed integration of DfIV genome segments into the chromosome from the Plutella xylostella via genome sequencing of the lepidopteran host.

In order to distribute agricultural robots to the fields, based on the review of Japanese trends, three preliminary tasks and implications for the development of agricultural robots in Korea are derived as followings. The first result is that farmers are small-scale, agricultural robot is necessary to standardize through the public-private partnerships and reduce the supply price through the utilization of existing technologies and components. Secondly, the car-based robots are GPS-based system, and it is necessary to construct a nation-wide regional base stations that can trensmit the GPS correction signals free of charge in real time. Third, additional research is needed to cope with the unexpected situation in the fields, such as obstacle avoidance technology, robot safety evaluation technology, and safety standard development. In addition, although agricultural robots are being developed in Korea, a step-by-step approach is necessary for solving the above-mentioned pre-requisites for field distribution. In the first stage, it is necessary to supply an autonomous straight guidance system that assists the worker. The second stage is the spread of cooperation system between human and robot. The third stage is a complete robot system, in which the robot works on its own. Therefore, the supply of agricultural robots needs to be approached sequentially.

This study proposes that Malevich's 1913 performance “Victory Over the Sun” was not just Cubo Futurism, but that it produced Suprematism in the early 20th century. “Victory Over the Sun” did away with traditional set and costume design and a call to the Russian avant garde. Therefore, this study analyzes the characteristics of set and the costume design in “Victory Over the Sun”, and considers how it impacted twenty-first century fashion designers like Margiela. The results of the study are as follows: first, Margiela reinterpreted the characteristics of the costumes featured on “Victory Over the Sun” from a cubist perspective and represented geometric spatial structures and mechanical human images through changes in methods and materials. second, he designed costumes by applying to the set and costumes expressed black & white images on “Victory Over the Sun”. and third, Margiela reinterpreted the warrior image using geometric forms and colors in a creative way. Contemporary fashion designers, including Margiela, express their artistic creativity through various representational and materials choices. They want to convey their subjective personality and emotional sensibility to the public by mixing and deforming existing arts like painting, sculpture, and crafts to create new images. Thus, the creative intentions of the latest fashion designers have expanded art of costume design, exemplifying the process by which art is evolves and is made new.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of transfer temperature of epididymis on survival rate of semen and development ability of B6D2F1 mice embryos. No significant differences were noted in the survival rate of semen (59.0% ± 0.1 vs. 47.6% ± 0.1), in vitro fertilization rate (90.7% ± 0.1 vs. 90.7% ± 0.1), developmental rate (90.0% ± 0.1 vs. 90.0% ± 0.1), and blastocysts formation rate (53.1% ± 0.2 vs. 52.3% ± 0.2) between groups. (NS; P>0.05). However, the zona hatched rate was significantly higher in the 4°C group compared to those of the 37°C group (47.8% ± 0.1 vs. 25.6% ± 0.2; p<0.05). When it comes to cell numbers of blastocysts, the % ICM (/total cells) was significantly higher in the group of 4°C compared to the 37°C (27.0% ± 0.1 vs. 18.3% ± 0.1; p<0.05). However there were no differences in total cell numbers (72.7 ± 31.6 vs. 62.0 ± 36.6), ICM cell numbers (17.0 ± 7.8 vs. 14.6 ± 8.6), TE cell numbers (55.8 ± 29.8 vs. 64.0 ± 24.4), the ratio of ICM:TE (1:4.2 ± 4.1 vs. 1:6.4 ± 7.2) between two groups (NS; P>0.05).Taken altogether, it is expected to achieve the best developmental ability of B6D2F1 mice embryos in the transfer temperature of epididymis. Also these results can provide fundamental data to maximize culture condition for in vitro fertilization on B6D2F1 mice. In future, therefore, it is expected that results herein might be applied for in vitro culture of human embryos.

미 연방 제2순회 항소법원은 2012년 10월에 중요한 내부자거래 판결 인 오부스(SEC v. Obus) 판결을 내렸는데, 그 판결은 내부자거래 요건 을 명확하게 제시하고 있다. 그리고 내부자를 기소하기 위하여는 개인적 이득에 관한 입증이 요구되는데도 불구하고 법원은 정보가 부당하게 공 개되었다거나 혹은 내부 정보원이 개인적 이득과 교환으로 정보를 제공 하였다는 것을 실제로 알지 못할 수도 있는 정보수령자에 대하여 잠재적 책임의 범위를 확대하였다. SEC는 지이(GE) 캐피털의 직원 토마스 스트릭랜드(Strickland), 그리 고 윈필드(Wynnefield) 캐피털의 직원 두 사람 피터 블랙(Black)과 넬 선 오부스(Obus)에 대하여 내부자거래 위반으로 기소하였다. SEC는 스 트릭랜드가 자신의 대학 친구인 블랙에게 지이 캐피털이 자금을 대출해 주고 있던 얼라이드(Allied) 캐피털 회사가 선소스(SunSource) 회사를 인수할 가능성에 관하여 정보를 전달하였다고 주장하였다. 블랙은 차례 로 이 정보를 오부스에게 넘겼고, 오부스는 그 정보를 토대로 선소스 주 식을 거래하였다는 혐의를 받았다. 미 연방 뉴욕 남부지방 지방법원이 피고인에 유리한 약식재판을 승인 하였고, SEC는 부정유용이론의 관점에서 항소하였다. 제2순회 항소법원 은 SEC가 제시한 증거는 각 피고인의 책임에 관한 중요한 사실에 관한 진정한 논쟁을 제기하며, 따라서 약식재판은 잘못되었다고 판결하였다. 그리하여 항소법원은 그 판결을 파기 환송하였다. 이 판결에서 그 항소 법원은 (1) 정보전달자와 정보수령자의 책임의 요소들을 분명하게 하였 고, (2) 양 정보전달자와 정보수령자의 고의 요건에 관하여 완화된 견해 를 채택하였고, (3) SEC는 정보전달자가 내부자거래의 부정유용이론과 전통적이론 두 이론에서 개인적 이득을 받았다는 것을 입증하여야 한다 고 판결하였고, 그러나 이것은 SEC가 입증하기에 어려운 요소는 아니라 는 것을 경고하였으며, (4) 내부정보원이 개인적 이익을 받았다는 것을 정보수령자가 알지 못하고 책임을 부담할 수 있는지 여부의 문제에 대하 여는 미해결 상태로 남겨놓았다.
