Recent developments in information and communication technologies (ICT) can be applied in stores, and the number of fashion stores that have introduced and utilized ICT are increasing. By applying a literature review and empirical research, the types of ICT service factors of fashion stores were identified and categorized. The effect of their importance on consumer behavioral intentions was analyzed. Next, using factor analysis on the ICT service factors, five factors were identified and named as follows: smart space services, smart payment services, virtual image services, product information services, and smart access services. The importance of these factors was then analyzed. The importance of each factor and detailed questions was rated above average. After examining the effect of ICT service on behavior intention, issues such as purchase intention, revisit intention, and word of mouth intention were found to have significant influence. This study is meaningful in that it derives the importance factors of ICT services that can be used in fashion stores in a situation where retail techniques become important and expand, and provides marketing strategies related to consumer behavior according to detailed factors. With retail tech becoming more important and expanding, it is necessary to provide various services that consumers value by utilizing ICT in fashion stores. Considering the results of this study, ICT technology and services of various fashion stores can be effectively utilized and retail tech utilization performance can be improved.
Most demand forecasting studies for telecommunication services have focused on estimating market size at the introductory stage of new products or services, or on suggesting improvement methods of forecasting models. Although such studies forecast business growth and market sizes through demand forecasting for new technologies and overall demands in markets, they have not suggested more specific information like relative market share, customers’ preferences on technologies or service, and potential sales power. This study focuses on the telecommunication service industry and explores ways to calculate the relative market shares between competitors, considering competitive situations at the introductory stage of a new mobile telecommunication service provider. To reflect the competitive characteristics of the telecommunication markets, suggested is an extended conjoint analysis using service coverage and service switching rates as modification variables. This study is considered to be able to provide strategic implications to businesses offering existing service and ones planning to launch new services. The result of analysis shows that the new service provider has the greatest market share at the competitive situation where the new service covers the whole country, offers about 50% of existing service price, and allows all cellphones except a few while the existing service carrier maintains its price and service and has no response to the new service introduction. This means that the market share of the new service provider soars when it is highly competitive with fast network speed and low price.

Without the use of expensive skin care device, a cosmetic container is implemented to have a smart function, used by the users over a long period of time. 컨버전스는 소비자 니즈의 다양화, 고도화 및 관련 IT기술의 발전을 기반으로 21세기의 문화와 사회를 대표하는 키워드로 부각되었다. 현재 우리 사회는 컨버전스의 진화 단계에 있어 두 번째 단계인 산업간 융합 단계, 즉 IT의 활용 범위가 확대되면서 방송, 통신, 금융, 자동차, 의료 등 다양한 산업 영역이 융합되는 단계에 있으며, 본 연구의 대상인 통신·방송 결합상품은 이런 산업간 융합의 대표적 사례이다. 본 연구는 통신·방송 결합상품의 수용과정에 기술혁신상품의 수용모델인 TAM을 적용하여 결합상품의 서비스특성이 소비자의 해당 상품 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 통·방 결합상품의 주요 서비스특성인 저렴한 비용(가격할인), 서비스 통합성, 선택가능성이 소비자의 지각된 유용성, 지각된 이용편의성 및 지각된 위험에 영향을 주어 소비자의 수용의도를 높일 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과는 통신·방송 결합상품의 수용과 확산을 위해서 가격할인 전략(요금전략)과 더불어 이용요금고지시스템, 납부시스템, 콜서비스시스템, 설치 및 A/S시스템의 통합과 같은 시스템적 통합(서비스전략), 그리고 이용자에게 선택권을 줄 수 있는 결합상품 및 관련 옵션들의 개발(상품전략)이 필요하다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.
최근 이메일에 대한 광범위한 압수수색으로 인하여 개인의 사생활이 침해되고 있다는 논란이 빈번하다. 그러나 현재 인터넷서비스제공자가 보관하고 있는 이메일의 압수수색에 대하여 규율하고 있는 법 규정과 이론 등이 매우 미비한 상태이므로 그 보완책이 필요하다. 형사소송법은 압수의 목적물이 유체물임을 전제로 규정하고 있으나 실무상 필요에 의하여 디지털 정보도 압수수색의 목적물로 삼고 있다. 디지털정보의 압수수색 방법에 대해서도 법원과 수사기관의 입장에 차이를 보이고 있다. 인터넷서비스제공자 보관 이메일은 민감한 사생활 정보로서 두터운 보호가 필요함에도 불구하고, 개인이 그 정보를 인터넷서비스제공자에게 공개하였다는 측면과 그 정보에 대한 개인의 통제력이 약하다는 특성을 가지고 있다. 사용자는 압수수색으로 인하여 범죄사실과 관련이 없는 모든 정보가 수사기관에 공개될 위험에 노출되어 있다. 인터넷서비스제공자는 사용자와의 계약에 따른 비밀보장의무를 준수함에 있어 범죄관련성 판단이라는 불필요한 위험을 부담할 가능성이 있다. 압수수색의 방법 또한 전통적인 방법에 의할 수 없고 인터넷서비스제공자의 협조가 필수적이다. 우리나라의 현행 법 규정에는 인터넷서비스제공자 보관 이메일에 대한 압수수색을 규율할 규정이 없으므로, 일반 압수수색영장에 의할 수밖에 없다. 미국의 경우에는 판례법상 프라이버시의 합리적 기대 기준에 의하여 인터넷서비스제공자 보관 이메일에 대해서는 매우 약한 보호만이 주어지고 있으며 향후 판례의 태도는 불확실하다. 문제의 해결을 위해서 새로운 형태의 영장인 이른바 “통신내용제출영장”의 신설을 제안한다. 이는 인터넷서비스제공자 보관 이메일을 통신비밀로 보아 압수수색영장 수준의 소명을 요구하고 인터넷서비스제공자의 협력에 의하여 정보를 취득하며, 고도의 특정성, 비례성을 요구한다. 그리고 인터넷서비스 제공자의 이의 신청권 등을 포함한다. 이와 같은 새로운 영장의 마련은 개인의 법익보호와 효율적 영장의 집행이라는 상반되어 보이는 두 목표를 동시에 달성할 수 있다.

In this paper, We tried to measure the service quality and overall satisfaction by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), degree of combination and top2box which is a little bit different methodology from traditional ones. This paper uses CCR model in DEA to measure service efficiency in the Mobile Communication.

As the service quality measurement has been developed, various fields of service quality measurement have evolved. Especially the development of the mobile communication service and its status has been watched with keen interest. The growth of mobile communications has not developed alone. It evolved with the growth of the mobile communications company and the device manufacturer. This research investigates the mutual relation sand influence between the service quality and the device quality. This is a distinguished phenomenon within the existing research. Currently in Korea mobile devices can be purchased independently of network provider; however, there are also arrangements whereby the manufacturer supplies devices through only selected service providers. The model of service quality measurement is not a simple fragment model for the service quality anymore. It is required to establish the ultimate model for the service quality to determine if the customer differentiates between the device and service quality. Knowing if a customer differentiates between device and service can aid strong brands when deciding which partners to select for collaborative strategies. The aim of this research is to determine the significant difference between the models of service quality measurement based on differing levels of brand awareness.

As the telecommunication technology and internet have prevailed in the world, the training systems for companies, distance-education system and e-learning system, change dramatically in order to overcome the environmental uncertainty and strengthen the core competency. There are two kinds of training systems: Web based training and postal service based training.
In this paper, the service quality factors for postal service based training system are obtained by reviewing literature and survey. Then, the effect of service quality factors on educational performance is investigated by developing and analyzing 16 research questionnaires. The significance of educational effect is tested according to the characteristics of learners and training system, the level of learners' positions and educational curriculum.
Accident analyses are used to identify common factors contributing to occupational accidents and to give recommendations for accident prevention. This study concerns with the accident characteristics and prevention in the telecommunication service industry. To investigate the accident characteristics, we used workers' compensation reports and employers' accident analysis reports. Three hundred and forty-five injury accidents which results in more than 4 days absence were surveyed. These data were used to investigate the accident characteristics in terms of company size, injured person's age, work experience, accident time, activity at time of accident, accident type, injured body part, and accident agency. We propose the accident prevention policy based on the accident characteristics. These results can be used to develop more effective occupational safety management policies in the telecommunication service industries.
오늘날과 같이 해상 교통량이 많은 상황에서는 선박의 안전운항을 위해 항로표지의 역할이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 국제항로표지협회에서는 항로표지 통신시스템의 체계화된 기능 및 서비스기반에 관한 국제표준화를 추진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-NAV에 대비한 항로표지 통합 관리 및 관련정보의 서비스를 위해 항로표지 정보 서비스 통신망을 설계하고 실험한다. AIS 기반의 항로표지 통신망은 외부 정보 수집과 실험을 위해 AIS AtoN과 합성(Synthetic) 및 가상(Virtual)을 포함하여 설계했다. 시스템 내부적으로는 AIS와 WCDMA 등의 무선망을 연동하는 복합구조의 통신망을 구성했다. 육상의 통신을 연계한 항로표지 정보 서비스 통신망을 통해 국제표준에 부합되는 AIS 기반 항로표지 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
