        중화회관은 각 국가에 있는 화교들이 만든 상공회의소 혹은 교민협회 같은 역할을 수행한 조직이다. 베트남은 중국과의 역사적 배경에 따라 17세기 중반 명향사라는 조직이 먼저 등장했는데, 이는 단순한 화교 커뮤니티로 출발해서 명향회관이라는 조 직화를 거쳐 중화회관을 조성하는 기반이 되었다. 두 기관은 지연(地緣)이라는 공통 점을 통해 자연스럽게 시기별로 연결되었다. 베트남 정권은 명향사를 화교를 관리하 는데 활용하였고, 이는 중화회관 시기에서도 이어졌다. 명향사의 특성은 베트남 중화 회관이 다른 국가와 다른 점은 갖게 하였다. 천후사당과 관우사당을 두고 복과 안녕 을 빌었으며, 중요한 화교 조상을 기리는 사당을 두었다. 또한 혈통별로 각기 달리 화교를 관리하여 중화회관의 효율적 관리와 회원들의 이익을 도모하였다.

        본문은 속성이 다른 관요와 민요에서 동시에 나타나는 영롱자기(玲瓏瓷器)의 예를 통해 먼저 17세기 전반 동서무역항로에 이런 작품들이 유통된 것을 검토하고, 이어 관련 양식에 대한 기원과 변화를 논하고자 한다. 그리고 마지막으로 18세기 건륭(乾隆)년간 관요에서 영 롱투각쌍층기[玲瓏鏤空雙層器]를 생산하게 된 경위와 독도관(督陶官)이 황제를 위해 새롭 게 해석한 신양식에 대하여 재고찰하고자 한다.

        This is a study on the structural changes of the tumulus and causes setting up a Sabangseok at the front of the tumulus at the royal tomb in the JoSeon dynasty, during the 17th~18th centuries. The Sabangseok was first used in the tumulus of Mongnueng(穆陵) in 1630. It is a multipurpose stone for boundary, foundation of the tumulus and blocking the sliding down of the tumulus. It was set up, when constructing a Yeongneung(寧陵) in 1673. But the vast spill of tumulus soil made it improve structure of the Sabangseok. Consequently, when the Yeongneung was re-constructed, the structure of the tumulus was fundamentally improved. The soil layer on the lime of the subterranean chamber became eliminated. Also the lime of the tumulus and the lime of the subterranean chamber became a united structure. The Sabangseok was still used until 1757 on account of precedents, although it would become unnecessary after structural improvement of the tumulus in 1673. In 1757, Yeongjo(The 21th monarch of the Joseon Dynasty) commanded repeal on the use of the Sabangseok, when constructing the Hongneung(tomb of Queen Jeongseong) . The decision and discussions about abolition on the use of the Sabangseok was recorded in Gukjosangryebopyeon.

        The paper uses linglong porcelain wares existing at two different types of kilns- Guanyao (official kiln) and Minyao (folk kiln) as examples. Firstly it discusses the situation of this type of works circulating between the East and the West during the 17 th century. Secondly it explores the origin and development of its styles. Lastly, it reflects on the process of Qianlong official kilns producing linglong openworks with two layers and the pottery supervisor’s innovative style made for the emperor.

        Due to stricter environmental regulations of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the number of ships fueled by Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is rapidly increasing. The International Code of the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk (IGC Code) limits the material of tanks that can store cryogenic substances such as LNG. Among the materials listed in the IGC Code, ASTM A553M-17 has been recently adopted as a material for LNG fuel tank projects because of its excellent mechanical properties at cryogenic temperatures. In shipyards, this material is being used to build tanks through Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). However, there is a problem that magnetization occurs during welding and there is a big difference in welding quality depending on the welding position. In order to overcome this problem, this study intends to conduct basic research to apply laser welding to ASTM A553M-17 material. As a result of analyzing the bead shape according to laser BOP speed and Energy density performed in this study, it was confirmed that the penetration and energy density are proportional but the penetration and BOP speed are inverse proportional to some extent. In addition, a range of suitable welding speed and energy density were proposed for the 6.1mm thickness material performed in this study.

In addition, a range of suitable welding power was proposed for the 6.1mm thickness material performed in this study.

        본 논문은 2001년 초 회복적 사법정의에 근거한 피해자-가해자 중재프그램에 참여 한 수용자에게, 당시부터 2018년 말 현재까지 17년 동안에 있었던 그의 삶의 변화를 살펴보는 것이 연구목적이다. 이를 위하여 그 기간동안 어떤 교정복지실천 개입활동들이 이루어졌고 그의 생활에 어떤 변화가 있었는지를 다양한 자료들을 활용하여 질적으로 연구한 사례연구이다. 그의 삶의 변화는 교정시설내와 교정시설후로 구분하여 살펴보았고, 출소후 기간은 출소 직후의 사회적 적응과 현재의 시점으로 세분하여 분석해 보고자 하였다. 17년 동안의 활용가능한 자료들을 분석한 결과 출소자는 그의 인식-사고-행동에 있어서 매우 긍정적인 변화를 보여주었고, 그 결과 현재는 정상적이고 안정된 생활을 하고 있다. 이는 범죄자에 대한 교정복지실천의 적절한 개입이 수용시설내에서는 물론이고 출소 후 상당기간동안 지속되어 그의 욕구와 직면하게 되는 문제점들을 해결 해가는데 필수적임을 시사해준다. 둘째, 진정한 교정은 범죄자 혹은 출소자가 자신의 잘못된 행동을 진심으로 깨닫고 그의 행동과 삶의 긍정적 변화를 촉진시키기 위해서는 피해자/피해자가족과의 만남과 대화하는 장(forum)이 필요하다는 점이다. 이를 위한 교정시설내와 사회내 환경의 조성이 요청된다. 또한 교정복지 실천현장에서 교정 대상자에 대한 효과적인 개입을 위해서는 그를 둘러싸고 있는 역동적인 상황을 접근하기 위하여 생태체계적인 관점이 필요하다. 다차원적인 관점을 활용하여 범죄자의 심리, 정서, 그리고 필요한 경우 영적인 측면에서의 서비스를 제공하는 것도 적극적으로 고려되어야 한다. 아울러 다른 제언들과 연구의 한계점들을 제시하였다.

        A new commercial cultivar ‘GARES-HM-17-1’ of Hypsizigus marmoreus was developed by the method of mono-mono crossing between monokaryotic strains derived from Hae-Sal 3Ho. The parental strains are characterized by the property of high quality and a short period of time in cultivation. The optimum temperature of mycelial growth was 25°C and that of fruiting body development was 15~16°C. The period of harvesting including primordia formation was 23.0 days shorter than that of control strain Mangadak No. 2. The color of pileus and stipe surface was neutral-white, respectively. The yield was 82.0±5.8g/850cc plastic bottle. Analysis of the genetic characteristics of the new commercial cultivar ‘GARES-HM-17-1’ showed a different profile as that of the control strain, Mangadak No.2, when RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) primer was used. This new cultivar ‘GARES-HM-17-1’ of H. marmoreus is characterized by the improved quality and a short period of time in cultivation after scratching. It would be of much help to expand the cultivation area of H. marmoreus.

        Gimlyong-sa temple has played an important role of Buddhist culture in Gyeongsangdo Provinces(嶺南地域) in the late Joseon Dynasty as the 31st head temple(本山) in the Japanese occupation. There are lots of architectural documentary records remained nevertheless, most of cultural heritages are destroyed by fire in 1997. There were 85 articles in five kinds of books which contained historical achievements of Gimlyong-sa temple and hermitages(Daeseongam(大成庵), Hwajangam(華藏庵), Yangjinam(養眞庵), Geum seondae(金仙臺), Dosoram(兜率 庵), Myeongjeogam(明寂庵)). It is possible to understand the five situational peculiarities in the 17∼19th century. At the first, they were compiled in 1914 to around 1930 by Kwon Sangro(權相老) to clarify the historical facts. Second, confirmed the formation process of the foundation narrative. Third, the meaning of Seolseondang(設禪堂), Manseru(萬歲樓) and Hyangnojeon(香爐殿) were recorded, it is possible to look at the concept of people at that time. Fourth, the great masters portraits were enshrined in hermitages, not in Gimlyong-sa temple. It means that a hermitage is not for only self-discipline or living but assembly of religious orders(門派). Fifth, Chimgye(枕溪), the great Buddhist clergy and carpenter of Gimlyong-sa, was nationwide active worker in 19th century because he was also in a charge of investment manager for construction.

        Colorectal cancer is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer in the world, nearly all patients diagnosed with this cancer die from it. Antibodies are glycoprotein molecules, which can efficiently recognize and eliminate specific pathogenic and disease antigens. Antibody researches for the last several decades have demonstrated the potential of therapeutic antibodies to fight cancer. Monoclonal antibody (mAb) CO17-1A recognizes the tumor-associated antigen GA733-2, a cell surface glycoprotein highly expressed in colorectal carcinoma cell, which is applicable for preventing and curing colorectal cancer. We have currently established baculovirus insect cell expression system to produce anti-colorectal cancer mAb CO17-1A. In this study, mAb CO17-1A was expressed in the transgenic insect cell line SWT4, which has humanized glycosylation processing pathway. Immunoblot confirmed that mAb CO17-1A properly expressed in SWT4. mAb CO17-1A was purified using protein G affinity column. In addition, Maldi-TOF verified that the mAb fused to KDEL, ER retention signal had high mannose type of glycan structure whereas the mAb without KDEL had partially humanized glycan structure. These results suggest that the insect cell expression system with the SWT4 possibly can be used as a useful alternative way to produce full-size mAb with humanized glycan structures for cancer immunotherapy.

        This study is basically about four-guardian-statutes-building-gate in 17th Century. In the field of art-history, there are four-guardian-statutes made of clay in order that the statutes are so gigantic and grotesque enough to threaten all the devils. This purpose of this study is to make sure that the similar variation occurred at the four-guardian-statutes-building-gate in 17th century. The results of this study are as follows. First, only Da-Po style four-guardian-statutes-building-gates were built in famous four temples separately from 1612 until the Manchu war of 1636. And there are gigantic four-guardian-statutes made of clay in the building. Second, there are Chul-mok Ik-gong style buildings were built in 1660s at Bo-Rim-Sa and Neung-Ga-Sa. The buildings including four-guardian-statutes-building-gate of Song-gwang-sa built in 1636 probably are all similar to earlier Da-Po style four-guardian-statutes-building-gates in the viewpoint of structural type and size of building. Third, it began to build Ik-gong style four-guardian-statutes-building-gates in 1676 at Su-ta-sa.

Following conclusionshavebeen reached through thestudy.Threelimecompounds tobedevelopedforthekings'tombswasextendedlyappliedtoresidentialgovernment buildingsstepby stepwithinthecurrentoftime.Thesecompoundstobeusedinthe kings'tombsoftheJoseondynastyhadbeencorrelatedtothoseoftheancientnations, whichwerenationsofkoreanpeninsulainnarrow range,chineseandorientnationsin broad range. These compounds have possibilities of development as the environmental-friendly building material. And these compounds should provide a standard specification for conservation & restoration of the traditionaland cultural properties.Icould confirm thatthe whole procedures had notbeen developed within limited space-time ofthe specified nation & period,butwithin interactions of the nations & periods.In the periods which disturb its interaction,the expansion of productivityinbuildingconstructionwasinterfered.

        Since the 1970's, UNESCO and ICOMOS have adopted or emphasized on the principles of historic preservation. One of them is what to require a repair have not to be repaired beyond the limits of the features and techniques to have been born in those days of establishment. On the premise, this paper is to examine the materials and technique of lime plaster work in order for roof ridge, and for bond paste of stones and bricks in government constructions in the late of Joseon dynasty(17〜19c). The result of this examination will come up with a basic conformity in the case of repairing the building established in the late of Joseon dynasty. This paper is carried out for the proper repair and restoration of architectural cultural properties. Construction reports and other documents in those days are examined for the study. Following conclusions have been reached through the study. The components of old plaster mixtures which agglutinate stones each other were quicklime, perilla oil, and paper fiber. The components of old plaster mixtures which point joint of black bricks consisted of slaked lime, perilla oil, paper fiber, and cereal starch. These components were the same as coat surface of roof ridges. In the case of times, one of the following sand, white clay, sap of boiled elm bark was added to these components for the purpose of high efficiency. These materials and techniques which applied to plaster work of those buildings had developed in the process of making royal tombs. But these materials and techniques were quite different from the present.

        Choseon Dynasty, from many aspects, saw the institutional establishment of its royal palaces in the 17th and 18th century, with 'donggwol (east palace)' as the most representative form in the era. In that period, palaces were managed in the best way that fits the royal etiquette and order to maintain the Confucian framework of the times. While the royal palace was the place for the king to conduct state affairs, it was also a compound for the royal family to lead a life in. Since the royal family was also based on the Confucian system, women in the royal palace seldom revealed their existence to outside world. Yet daebi,(a Queen Mother) who was often called 'dongjo,' enjoyed the highest level of honor not only as a member of the royal family but in the hierarchical order of the dynasty. As they often engaged themselves in political affairs, daebi raised their reputation through rites and rituals. So, in the 16th century, they largely used Changgyeong-gung palace in the eastern part of the royal compound since they sometimes had to go out of the royal residence. While it was called 'dongjo' because it was seated in the eastern part, it was also used as a word symbolizing daebi. And, therefore, it has become a general principle of royal palaces to build the palace for daebi in the eastern wing of the compound. However, the residence for daebi was not always built in the eastern part in the 17th and 18th century and, instead, edifices for daebi were sometimes erected in several points within the royal compound. Beside, daebi’s residence in this period had additional spaces for ceremonies since they had a number of official events there. Construction of daebi’s residences in this era was not confined to the symbolic institutions and they became the peculiar palaces with specific characteristics for official ceremonies of the queen mothers. Consequently, it could be said that the architectural style of dongjo, which was the place of the supreme female in the hierarchical order, stemmed from donggwol where daebi spent the longest time of the royal life.

        In general, it is fact that most educational institutions have lots of problems about shift of education facility and equipment because of insufficient budget. However, most high school girls live a lot of period in the school and most of them wear student uniform. Thus, it is necessary that educational environment has to be improved by actual body size of high school girls. The main objective of this study is to provide numerical guideline for the improvement of educational environment about high school girls (17~19 years) through comparison and analysis on physical standard of nation (report published in 1997). The sample for this work chosen from data which were collected and measured by Size Korea during two years (2003~2004). In order to analyze feature of the somatotype of high school girls, analysis was performed about 734 subjects on 25 body parts such as height (7 parts), width (4 parts), thickness (4 parts), circumference (5 parts), length (4 parts) and body weight. For the specific comparison on somatotype, Rohrer index and Mollison's comparison graph were used. The result of this study can be utilized in various fields such as design of classroom, student uniforms, facilities and equipments for education, etc.

        The main objective of this study is to suggest the new sizing system proper to the boys in the high school students by classifying their somatotype for the development of educational environment and uniform. The sample for this work was chosen from data which were collected and measured by Size Korea during two years (2003~2004). In order to analyze feature of the somatotype of boys in the high school students, analysis was performed about 479 subjects on 37 body parts such as height (9 parts), width (5 parts), thickness (6 parts), circumference (7 parts), length (8 parts), body weight and Rohrer Index. The result of this study can be utilized in various fields such as design of classroom, student uniforms, facilities and equipments for education at high school and university, etc.
