Maintaining the permanence of a company in the current rapidly changing business environment is not an easy task. Rather, the lifespan of a company can be said to be gradually decreasing. As such, the author of this paper, which describes the current market environment, is the sales organization of a large company. While leading the company, I thought about how to overcome the rapidly changing market and create an organization that continues to grow. As a result, I succeeded in creating an organization that continued to grow over the past two years, and the main activity of this result was the use of sales computer. It was clear that it was an information sharing activity. This can be said to be a result of proving that a series of activities to create and share information is important for the sales organization of ICT companies to actively respond to the rapidly changing market environment. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the relationship between knowledge management and business performance in the sales field of ICT companies, which has not been covered so far. Knowledge management is a four-stage activity from a process perspective, divided into knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization. did. As a result of the study, first, knowledge management activities, such as knowledge creation and knowledge storage, were found to have a significant impact on financial performance. Second, knowledge management activities such as knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization were all found to have an impact on non-financial performance. In the end, this study confirmed that efforts to turn tacit knowledge into knowledge in order to respond to the ever-changing ICT market are ultimately an important factor in growing a company.
Mid-sized manufacturing companies, which account for 0.7%(5,480 companies), 13.8%(1.169 million persons) of total employment, and 15.7% of total sales, have recently experienced a lot of difficulties in management activities due to the impact of COVID-19, the U.S.-China trade war, and the collapse of global supply chains. To overcome this, revitalization of quality management activities to strengthen corporate competitiveness is emerging as an urgent task. In order for these quality management activities to achieve their intended purpose, the positive leadership of corporate managers is very important above all else. There have been many studies related to positive leadership, but most have focused on charismatic leadership and transformational leadership centered on large companies or small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, this study aims to present ways to strengthen the leadership of managers by empirically analyzing how the positive leadership of managers of mid-sized manufacturing companies, which was relatively under-researched, affects quality management activities and Business performance(Balanced Score Card; BSC).
본 연구의 목적은 피부미용 종사자의 그릿이 자기효능감과 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 관계 에서 자기관리의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 연구참여자는 서울·경기 스킨케어 샵과 병원 종사자 344명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 와 AMOS 26.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계, 구조방정식모델, bootstrapping기법을 이용한 매개효과 분석을 통하여 자료를 분석하였다. 일련의 연구절차를 통하여 도 출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 피부미용 종사자의 그릿은 자기관리, 자기효능감, 직무성과에 유의미한 정의(+)영향 관계를 나타내 었다. 둘째, 피부미용 종사자의 자기관리는 자기효능감과 직무성과에 유의미한 정의(+) 영향 관계를 나 타내었다. 셋째, 피부미용 종사자의 그릿과 직무성과와의 관계에서 자기관는 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 뷰티 산업 종사자들의 그릿 함양을 통해 자기관리, 자기효능감 및 직무성과를 높일 수 있는 인적관리와 교육 프로그램의 적용이 절실히 필요하다고 판단된다..
Most of the prior studies on the servitization of manufacturing companies have been actively studied, focusing on the performance and cases of servitization at the single company level. According to the results, most of the servitization at the single company level has been expanded based on the relevance of the company’s core products. However, the form of companies that form a large axis of the Korean economy is a large-scale business group, and these business groups incorporate service affiliates for various purposes, so they show different characteristics from that of a single corporate. In addition, since the purpose of forming a business group is different for each business group, the service relevance between affiliates within the business group is different. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of service relevance between affiliates within a business group on the management performance of each business group. To this end, an empirical analysis will be conducted using panel data for 10 years from 2011 to 2020 for a total of 98 affiliates listed on KOSPI and KOSDAQ of 9 domestic business groups. Based on these results, the direction for improving management performance and establishing future servitization strategies for large business groups in Korea will be expected to be made.
본 연구의 목적은 뷰티 전문가의 자기관리가 자기효능감 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하여 관계를 살펴보고, 향후 뷰티 전문가들의 자기 관리를 통한 자기 효능감과 경영성과 향상에 도움이 되기를 위함이다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 하였고, 그 결과 자기관리와 자기조절감, 도전감 간 상호 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났고, 자기관리가 경영성과, 환경성과, 고객성과, 시장성과에 통계적 유의하게 정(+)의 영향이 나타났으며, 자기효능감이 직무성과, 환경성과, 고객성과, 시장성과에 통계적 유의하게 정(+)의 영향을 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 자기관리에 대한 질적 향상을 통해 자기효능감과 경영성과에 기여할 수 있는 계기가 되길 바란다.
In the trend of globalization, global citizenship, social responsibility,and sustainability are seen as the benchmark for assessing the sociology of schools. However, there are few formal definitions or concepts of global citizenship and convincing evidence of how global citizens engage in cultural activities at universities. Therefore, it is essential to research extensively and accurately to create concepts about global citizens in higher education. International higher education, social sciences,and business materials are considered to have integrated a deep understanding of global citizenship in the context of universities in general and business schools in particular. The recognition of the concept of global citizens through the moral and transformative lens is considered a practical solution when approaching this new and full of problems. This paper describes the learning of global citizens through social imagination, relationships,and reflexes. These qualities will help students develop complex and ambiguous global business thinking. The materials and knowledge considered in this paper are the basis for establishing ethical reasoning, sensitivity and value-based teaching in universities. These aspects will create new ways to integrate the concept of global citizens into training programs at business schools. Global citizen learning will create the necessary links of social responsibility with sustainable development and ethical principles when implementing the curriculum at business schools. Besides, the paper also outlines how to learn from global citizens and apply that learning method to teaching practice.
Aims: Using text mining techniques to investigate the understudied publication trend and thematic areas in the Confucius Business Ethics relating publications.
Methods: Research articles which were published during 1999–2016, were searched in 10 business relating databases on April 9, 2017; resulting a total of 488 articles were included. The titles and abstracts were extracted for the text mining analysis using SAS Text Miner, themes were identified by the Text Topic Node. Publication trend, clustering and associations between themes were analyzed.
Results: Eight groups of themes were identified. During 1999–2016, the appearance of the Themes “Confucius Leadership”, “Competitive Advantage”, “Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)", and “Satisfaction and Health” was continuously increasing; meanwhile, research relating to “Chinese Economy” was continuously decreasing; there was a fluctuation trend in that of “Global Ethics”, “Moral and Human Right”, and “Asian Studies”. In the cluster analysis, three main clusters of themes were classified: “Ethics and Leadership”, “Competition and Economy in Asia”, and “CSR and Satisfaction”. Besides, the appearance of “Confucius Leadership” and “Global Ethics”, “Confucius Leadership” and “Moral & Human Right”, “Asia” and “Competitive Advantage”, and “Asia” and “CSR" was positively associated; whereas, that of “Global Ethics” and “China Economy” was negatively associated.
Conclusion: The research of Confucius Business Ethics has been focusing on Eastern and Western cross-cultural business ethics, the Confucius ethics and CSR, which was associated with leadership, moral and human rights, in the Global and Asian environments. A call for future research in “Global Ethics” and “China Economy” were suggested.
정부와 안전보건공단에서는 건설현장의 안전사고를 줄이기 위하여 감독․점검, 기술지도, 재정지원 등의 산업재해예방 활동을 지속적으로 수행하여 왔다. 하지만, 전체 산업의 사고사망만인율과 재해율이 전반적으로 감소 추세에 있는 반면에, 건설업의 사고사망만인율 및 재해율은 2014년 이후 오히려 증가 추세에 있다. 특히, 2016년 재해통계를 기준으로 전체 건설업 재해자의 약 70%가 공사금액 20억 미만의 소규모 건설현장에서 발생하였다. 이러한 소규모 건설현장의 재해를 줄이기 위해서는 현재의 산업안전보건법 상의 소규모 건설현장 산업안전보건관리체제와 고용노동부 및 안전보건공단에서 수행하고 있는 소규모 건설현장재해예방 사업에 대한 실효성을 파악하고 개선할 필요가 있다. 현 산업안전보건관리체제에서는 건축공사 기준으로 120억 이상인 공사인 경우 안전관리자를 의무 선임하도록 되어 있으며 3억에서 120억 미만 공사의 경우 재해예방지도기관의 기술지도를 받도록 되어 있다. 또한, 안전보건공단에서는 민간위탁기관을 지정하여 3억 미만 건설공사의 안전관리를 지원하고 있으며, 클린사업장 조성지원사업을 통해 20억 미만 소규모 건설현장의 추락재해예방을 위해 시스템 비계, 사다리형 작업발판 및 안전방망 등의 설치 비용을 지원하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공사금액별 재해통계 및 안전관리자 선임관련 제도를 분석하여 안전관리자 선임 대상을 현행 건축공사 120억 이상인 공사에서 단계적으로 50억까지 확대할 것을 제안한다. 설문조사와 전문가 의견을 수렴하여 재해예방지도기관의 기술지도 영역을 조정하고 실효성을 강화하기 위한 방안을 수립하고, 클린사업장 조성지원사업의 사업 확대 요구 및 개선사항을 도출한다.
This study is an empirical study on the relationships among success factors of six sigma(support of top management, education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought) on change management activity and business performance. In particular, mediating effect of change management activity on the relationship between success factors of six sigma and business performance is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. The study results are as follows: First, there were positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and change management activity. Second, there was also a positive relationship between change management activity and business performance. Third, there were also positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma and business performance. Finally, change management activity was partial mediating effects on the relationship between critical success factors of six sigma(education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought) and business performance. On the other hand, support of top management had no mediating effect on business performance.
The objective of this study was to compare business management indicators among textiles and fashion companies. Business management indicators of 356 textiles and fashion companies for the year 2015 were analyzed, using income statements showing their management results. The results were as follows. First, there were statistically significant differences between the operating income ratios of textiles and fashion companies for the term, but there were none when it came to net income ratio. Second, the differences between cost of goods sold, cost of finished goods sold, and cost of merchandise sold to sales ratios among textiles and fashion companies were all statistically significant. The cost of goods sold, cost of finished goods sold, and cost of merchandise sold to sales ratios were higher for fiber and thread companies, fabric companies, and dyeing and finishing companies than for clothing and fashion accessories companies. Third, there were statistically significant differences between the ratio of salaries and the ratio of advertising expenses among textiles and fashion companies. The salaries ratios and advertising expenses ratios for clothing companies were higher than those of fiber and yarn companies, fabric companies, and dyeing and finishing companies. This study is meaningful as it has identified the business characteristics of textiles and fashion companies using the management indicators of those companies, which have not been sufficiently explored by previous studies. It has also helped to improve understanding of the industrial structure of the upstream and midstream sectors of the textiles and fashion industries.
세계 각국은 지진, 테러 등 예기치 못한 각종 재해재난에 대응하여 공공기관, 기업 등 대규모 조직에서 핵심 업무의 중단을 방지하고, 재해복구를 신속히 수행하기 위한 BCP 수립을 강조한다. 특히 지진 등 재해가 많은 일본 지방정부는 공공부문과 민간부문을 대상으로 BCP의 의무적 수립을 규정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일본 지방정부의 BCP 실태를 파악하기 위해 조직적 측면, 제도적 측면, 인력적 측면과 동시 에 내각부와 총무성이 실시했던 현황조사를 바탕으로 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 일본 지방정부는 BCP의 원활한 수행을 위해 조직적 측면에서 위기상황을 평상시와 비상시로 이원화하여 BCP 추진체계를 정비하고 있다. 또한 제도적 측면에서 내각부의 표준안 및 가이드라인을 토대로 지방정부가 자체적으로 BCP를 수립하고 있으며, 인력적 측면은 중앙정부의 교육훈련과정을 통해 전문가를 양성하여 교육하는 것으로 분석되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현황분석에서는 책정완료 기관은 도도부현은 11%, 시정촌은 0.1%에 불과하고, 지진 등을 상정한 BCP 관리체계 정비는 도도부현 21%, 시정촌 5.5%로 광역정부와 기 초정부간에 차이가 나타났다. 또한 BCP 미수립의 이유로는 기관내 논의없음(50.0%), 재원 및 인력 부족 (18.0%), 지식부족(18.0%)로 나타났다. 이러한 현황 결과는 중앙정부와 지방정부간 수준 및 인식격차, 추 진체계 미정립 등을 고려할 수 있다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 한국 지방정부에 대한 시사점으로는 조직적 측면에서 BCP 전담추진체계의 이원화 시스템 구축, BCP 전담 추진체계 정비, 제도적 측면에서 BCP 표 준 가이드라인 책정 및 지방정부에 제공, 인력적 측면에서 전문인력기관 설치, BCP 인식확산, 인력양성, ICT부문의 BCP 수립 등을 제시하였다.
Fashion industry pressure on natural resources has grown dramatically as consumption grew in emerging countries and the principle of rapid change of fashions extended to mass market in western counties, at the same time supply chains expanded globally to countries with lower labor and environmental standards creating critical sustainability challenges. Meanwhile, sustainability has become a hot topic for consumers that hold brands responsible for sustainability performances along the whole supply chain. The paper traces developments in the fashion business commitment to sustainability over two decades, with a focus on the implication for SCM. Academic literature focuses mainly on partial issues, missing the overall picture, the interaction among a complex set of factors, and to account for the role of past decisions and mistakes on current SSCM (sustainable supply chain management) strategy developments. The time span considered captures sustainability awareness in the fashion business which is in its statu nascenti (nascent state) and the trial and error process that led to progressive refinements of both means and ends. The paper provides an extensive review of academic articles, business reports, technical documents, regulations and direct information from the field and identifies five key lessons learnt in this process that influence current fashion business strategies in sustainability and SCM.
Recently, fundamental manufacturing industry such as casting foundry, plasticity, welding etc. is rise to concerned. This study is the analysis of using structural equation method in order to verify the significant activation factor of quality management activities and the effect on business performance in fundamental manufacturing industry. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers, workers working for manufacturing business. We analysed valid 357 questionnaires that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results through this research is following. First, we verified the relationship between organizational supports and employee’s participation to quality management activity, we could get the result that positive influence on to interrelation. Second, we analysed that organizational supports had a meaningful effect on not process performance but business performance. Third, we found that employee’s participation to quality management activity had a significant to business performance, and process performance had a meaningful effect to business performance.
The foundation of any association or organization should include a mission, a vision, and strategic goals. Vision and mission are frequently discussed in academic and practitioner literature and accepted as key items in strategic decisions. But in these days, the words“change and crisis”are what companies are familiar with. They bringing about uncertainty led the companies to search for new strategies in order to specify their directions. In case of making proper direction for some organization, the role of management philosophy is most important. And also identifying, clarifying and communicating the management philosophy is now a major part of the planning process. This study examines the characteristics of management philosophy items which including mission and vision in Korean fisheries business with contents analysis. in order to achieve these purpose, this research analysing the mission, vision and CEO’s greeting with the social network analysis(SNA) which is the most dominant technique in contents analysis. The SNA is evaluated that most popular, rigorous and firm methodology for analyzing, examining and revising some concepts or objects in the context of semantics. The findings of social network analysis show that some critical problems are existed. First, most of the fisheries company did not fully announce the mission and vision irrespective of one’s size or scale. Second, there is some coverage insufficiency of stakeholders in mission and vision. And cutting edge topics like environmental problem, corporate social responsibility, consumer sovereignty are not included in management philosophy.
본 연구에서는 인적자원관리 연구에 중요한 연구소재인 근로자의 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는데 있어 중국 근로자가 인식하는 회사의 경영관리방식에 대한 인식 영향을 중심으로 실증분석하였다. 특히 본 연구는 소비자 연구에서의 지역 구분을 인적자원관리에 적용해 봄으로써 중국 내 지역 간 인적자원관리 특히 천진, 청도, 상해, 심양 지역에게 시사점을 주고자 한다. 기존 연구와 차별화를 위하여 샘플을 초급대학 이상의 학력을 가진 비생산직 종사자의 직무관련 태도에 대하여 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위한 툴로 SPSS를 활용하여, 신뢰성, 타당성, 상관관계분석, ANOVA분석, MANCOVA분석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 선정된 중요변수로, 경영관리방식에는 근로자의 참여성, 업무의 지시성, 업무의 명확성, 개인업무의 평가성 마지막으로 근로자의 안정을 선정하고 조직몰입은 정서적 몰입, 지속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입을 선정하여 각각의 미치는 영향을 비교하여 심층적으로 분석하였다.분석 결과 지역별로 근로자가 인식하는 경영관리방식의 정도와 조직몰입의 수준에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 이러한 결과는 근로자 참여성과 업무의 지시성에서 나타났다. 그리고 근로자가 인식하는 경영방식과 조직몰입과의 관계를 실증분석한 결과, 중국 근로자가 인식하는 근로자의 안정성은 근로자의 정서적 몰입과 규범적 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 이는 중국 근로자들이 근무에 안정성을 느낄수록 정서적 몰입과 규범적 몰입이 증가하는 것을 나타냈다.그리고 개인업무의 평가성은 지속적 몰입과 규범적 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이를 통하여 중국도 개인에 대한 평가가 성과에 반영이 제대로 될 때 근로자의 조직몰입이 높아지는 서구적인 생각이 어느 정도 자리를 잡혔다는 것을 알 수 있다. 하지만 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 중국 4개 지역 근로자들의 경영관리방식에 대한 인식이나 조직몰입에서는 지역적 차이가 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 중국 내 지역별 문화적 차이에 따라 중국 내 지역별 인사관리 표준화가 적용될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

The results of multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 434 employees in service industry, showed that knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer related positively with incremental innovation.
In moderating effects, knowledge transfer interacts with firm-size to have positive effect on incremental innovation, but knowledge acquisition doesn't have interaction effect with firm-size on incremental innovation.
