해양 조난사고가 발생하면 해양경찰은 수색계획을 수립하기 위하여 조난자의 수와 신원을 파악하는 등 사고 현황을 조사한다. 선장은 출항 시 선원과 승객의 신분을 포함한 명부를 첨부하여 관할기관에 신고서를 제출하도록 명시되어 있지만 승선자들이 수기로 승 선자명부를 작성하면서 대기 시간이 길어지고 조난사고 발생 시 이러한 내용을 즉시 파악하기 어렵다. 승선 신청을 편리하게 할 수 있도 록 해양수산부에서 앱을 개발하였지만, 활성화되고 있지 않아 본 연구에서 이를 개선하는 방안을 제안하였다. 모바일 승선신고 제도를 활 성화하여 조난사고 시 조난자의 초기 위치와 조난시각을 신속히 확보하고 조난신고 접수 사실을 문자로 통보하여 조난자에게 심적 안도 감을 제공할 수 있다. 더불어 이 정보 이용을 통해 해양경찰을 포함하여 주변에 있는 민간 선박과 함께하는 민관협력 형태로 신속히 구조 할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
목적 : 본 연구에서는 다양한 방법들을 이용하여 토릭렌즈 마킹 회전량을 평가할때 일치도를 평가측정하고자 하였다.
방법 : 모형안과 콘택트렌즈 착용이 가능한 57안(평균 24.79±1.29세)을 대상으로 토릭소프트렌즈를 제조사의 가이드라인에 따라 피팅한 후, 사진 촬영, 각도기 어플리케이션, 휴대용 돋보기와 세극등 현미경을 사용하여 회전 평가를 진행했을 때의 서로 다른 검사자 간의 검사 결과값을 비교 분석하였고, 서로 다른 회전평가 방법 간의 일 치도는 블랜드 알트만 분석을 사용하였다.
결과 : 서로 다른 검사자 간 같은 회전평가 방법으로 토릭소프트렌즈의 회전량을 측정하였을 때, 측정값의 평 균 차이가 사진 촬영, 각도기 어플리케이션, 휴대용 돋보기, 세극등 현미경 평가 방법 각각 –0.50, -0.70, -0.30, -0.13°로 유사한 결과를 보였다. 회전평가 방법 간 비교에 대해서는 사진 촬영과 각도기 어플리케이션을 사용했을 때, 허용 오차 범위(5°) 내의 측정값이 각각 74.56%, 75.44%로 비교적 낮은 신뢰도를 보였고 휴대용 돋 보기를 사용한 방법에서는 95.61%로 높은 신뢰도를 보였다.
결론 : 토릭소프트렌즈 처방에서 세극등 현미경을 사용할 수 없어도 사진 촬영, 핸드폰 각도기 어플리케이션, 휴대용 돋보기를 통해 토릭소프트렌즈 회전평가에 대한 임상적으로 유용한 결과를 얻을 수 있다.
Prevalent usage of mobile devices among consumers has been well recognized and this is especially imperative among young adult consumers. The mobile phone became the gateway of their communication, media consumption, retail transaction, education, and (virtual) social life. However, there is little empirical research explaining the dynamics behind the psychological underpinning of young adult consumers, specifically Generation Y, to understand their usages and dependency on mobile phones. This study, therefore, aims to unveil antecedents and consequences of Gen Y consumers’ mobile phone dependency from a media psychological perspective. We developed a conceptual model based on theory of self-monitoring (Snyder 1974, 1987), extended self-concept (Belk, 1988), and media dependency theory (Ball-Rokeach & Defluer, 1976). Four hundred ninety-eight students in the U.S. provided usable responses to our pencil-and-paper survey. Causal modeling analysis results demonstrated that both ability to modify one’s behavior and sensitivity to cues for social appropriate behavior dimensions of the self-monitoring tendency positively predicted one’s level of fashion involvement, which in turn positively predicted his/her mobile phone dependency. Individual’s mobile phone dependency, fashion involvement and self-monitoring’s ability dimension exhibited positive and direct impact on one’s perception of the salience of mobile phone case product attributes. Based on the findings, we provided pragmatic and theoretical implications for the industry and academia.
PURPOSES : Transportation researchers have contributed to try to both understand and accumulate scientifically how individuals move across time and space. Currently, data generated from household travel diary surveys have been used as the basis of travel behavior (or human mobility patterns) analysis in transportation planning and have been buoyed in a sustainability for decades. Against this backdrop, this study introduces mobile phone signaling big data that can convey more detailed human mobility information across time and space and supplement travel behavior analysis.
METHODS: We propose a usable and useful dataset driven from the mobile phone signaling data for better travel behavior analysis. Several data-driven approaches have been tried to estimated and calculate variables inserted into the dataset. RESULTS: In the result, this paper discussed the promise of mobile phone based dataset to applications for inferring human mobility patterns applied to directly transport policy.
CONCLUSIONS: It is our hope that this study will stimulate future studies on transportation planning and mobility analysis using mobile phone signaling data in Korea.
This paper describes result of a study on safety against a fire of charging cable for mobile phone for vehicle. Combustion on the USB cable in the car was happened while driving. Gas coming from the burning USB cable could be a reason which can make a secondary car accident since the driver also can be embarrassed while driving. In order to prevent a secondary car accident connected on the road, to research a reason why USB cable can emit gas and be burned in charging. We did simulation test with abnormal fault condition for the electronic component on the board in the USB cable. So we get the result from abnormal fault condition simulation test, for instance, shorted test for output terminal of 8 pin switch, shorted test for chip resistor after thermal aging in the condition 25 ℃ , 93 % RH during 48 hours. To analysis the result of all test, Combustion on the USB cable was not the 8 pin but other electrical component such as a chip resistor. Therefore we guess that the reason for USB cable combustion in charging in a car was not 8 pin and a LED but another defective component.
This study aims to configure what dimensions make up for smart phone after service quality, and how this service quality affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Smart phone market is a market of the device leading the digital convergence as well as positioning itself as one of the national growth driving industry. To survive in this matured market, companies should have to respond actively to radical changes and customers needs in the so-called Smart Revolution environment. Lately, however, the smart phone market is prospected to move from growth phase to mature phase by the scholars. In order to proactively respond to the change in such market condition, companies need to provide absolute advantage in customer loyalty over their competitors by revolutionizing the after-sales service quality. Qualified A/S will lead to service satisfaction and achieve customer loyalty. The empirical analysis results obtained through A/S quality are as follows : First, human quality (attitude, expertise, problem-solvability), environment quality (handling agility, convenience, comfort), service policy quality (quality guarantee, additional service operation) are dimensions that make up for A/S quality. Second, A/S quality dimension showed a significant positive influence on service satisfaction and A/S satisfaction showed a positive influence on customer loyalty as well. Based on this empirical study, we propose some implications for A/S quality improvement. First, human quality dimension has relatively higher influence on A/S satisfaction in case of free A/S, so companies need to solve the product problem completely when consumer’s first visit by continual employee education. Second, in case of paid A/S, the service policy quality-especially A/S Warranty period- has higher influence on A/S satisfaction.
With increasing number construction of high-rise building which has about 40 to 60 floors there have been many kinds of problem which related with usage from vibration. To predict response acceleration, it is important to assess correct natural frequency. However, due to the noise of MEMS sensor, it is difficult to measure dynamic characteristic such as natural frequency when measuring ambient vibration using MEMS sensor within cell phone. Therefore, a comparative analysis on vibration measuring applications was performed after measuring ambient vibration of 2 skyscrappers which have height between 133.5~244.3m that are located in Seoul and Observation tower using I-jishin APP with noise reduction function of MEMS sensor in order to verify the effectiveness of low noise type vibration measurement APP.
Recently, with development of city traffic network planning, there are various effects with living space from vibration of railway. But, study which about effect from vertical vibration in floor slab in nearing structure is lack in nowadays. This thesis have analysed result from acceleration response per distance as well as proceed with serviceability evaluation and extracted natural frequency from measuring vibration of railway using mobile phone application which is oriented for building which have distances about 5m to 22m from railway.

This study aims to configure what dimensions make up for mobile phone A/S quality, and how this quality affects customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as proposing directions for A/S quality improvement by identifying them case by case to see what dimensions have more impact on customer satisfaction.
It is very important to calculate natural frequency of the observatory tower correctly because it is keenly affected by wind response vibration due to its large slenderness ratio, weight and small damping ratio. Additionally, suggestion equation of natural frequency being used in the design phase has considerable difference between actual measured value thereby making it inappropriate to be used in the serviceability design of the observatory tower. Therefore, this paper conducted an ambient vibration measuring on 10 observatory towers through mobile-phone application thereby calculating the natural frequency and comparing the result with the domestic and foreign standards and that of the eigen-value analysis. This paper suggested approximate equation of the natural frequency of the observatory tower; T=0.0266H. The square of the corelation coefficient is 0.940, which is high.
The serviceability design of the high-rise building is affected by the wind response vibration such as the acceleration, at this time it is important to calculate the natural frequency correctly. Since the suggestion equation of the natural frequency being used in the design phase is not the regression equation obtained from the vibration measurement of the high-rise building, the verification to use for the serviceability design of the high-rise building is necessary. This thesis conducted an ambient vibration measuring on the high-rise building through the mobile-phone application to calculate the natural frequency and suggested a natural frequency approximate expression following the building's height, and compared with the domestic/foreign standard and the result of the eigen-value analysis.
The cases of conducting the vibration measurement using the mobile phone with regard to the building's horizontal vibration are very rare in Korea and foreign countries. Therefore, this study analyzed the horizontal vibration nature of the building using the mobile phone targeting 5 tall buildings, and reviewed about the applicability of the mobile phone vibration measuring instrument through the comparison/verification with the data of the existing vibration measuring instrument. The peak of the measured time series waveform was measured clearly and it showed a similar value to the existing natural frequency.
이 연구는 스마트폰 사용이 많아지고 스마트폰 중독이라는 말이 생겨날 정도로 학생들이 스마트폰에 빠지는 것을 지켜보면서 모바일 역기능을 해소하기 위하여 학생들에게 알려주는 프로그램을 개발하려고 하였다. 다양한 모바일 기기를 통해 시간과 장소의 제한 없이 원하는 사람과 소통하고 각종 매체로부터 다양한 미디어 정보에 쉽게 접근할 수 있어 편리하기는 하지만 이에 따른 역기능 또한 함께 대두되고 있다. 우리 아이들은 스마트폰으로 원하는 정보에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고, 카카오톡과 같은 채팅 애플리케이션이 무분별하게 쏟아지면서 이들을 이용한 사이버 연애 및 성범죄의 온상이 되고 있으며 스마트폰이 가지는 매력 때문에 아이들이 매료되어 중독이라 할 정도로 스마트폰을 과다하게 사용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구자는 현재 아이들이 모바일기기로 인하여 기존에 경험하지 못한 부작용을 예방하고 새로운 정보통신 윤리관의 정립 및 교육적인 측면에서 모바일 역기능 해소 프로그램 개발을 통한 학습자 정보통신 윤리의식 소양 지도를 모색하게 되었다.
The design of foot-bridge is often influenced by natural frequency. Consequently, vibration frequency becomes important. The empirical expressions used to quantify this parameter at the design phase have not been developed enough to give guideline to Korean foot-bridge. This paper is concerned with the vertical natural frequency of steel foot-bridges. It describes the vibration measurement methods employed for testing structures and presents reliable methods of assessing natural frequency from jumping vibration tests. Data from measurements on 16 structures in Seoul are given. Regression formulas of natural frequency for steel-framed foot-bridges are suggested. Finally, obtained formula are compared with empirical expressions of Seoul City's guideline.
본 연구는 모바일 폰의 GUI 디자인의 구성요소를 색상, 텍스트, 레이아웃, 그래픽아이콘, 동영상으로 정하고, 이들 요소와 브랜드 선호도와의 관련성을 실버세대를 대상으로 고찰하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 모형을 구축하고 가설을 설정한 후 다중회귀분석으로 검증하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모바일 폰의 GUI 디자인 구성요소별로 통계적 유의성을 고찰한 결과 색상, 텍스트, 레이아웃, 그래픽 아이콘, 동영상 요소는 제시된 유의수준에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나타남에 따라 이들 요소는 모두 브랜드 선호도에 영향을 미치고 있다고 판단된다. 둘째, 모바일 폰의 GUI 디자인 구성요소들이 브랜드 선호도에 미치는 상대적 영향력의 크기는 텍스트, 색상, 동영상, 그래픽아이콘, 레이아웃 순서로 나타났다. 따라서 실버세대의 경우 모바일 폰의 브랜드 선호도를 높이기 위해서는 ‘텍스트’ 요소와 ‘색상’ 요소를 다른 요소보다 우선적으로 고려해야 함을 알 수 있다. 아울러 ‘텍스트’ 요소와 ‘색상’ 요소의 영향력이 높을수록 브랜드의 선호도는 높아질 것으로 판단된다.
The research assesses the impact of a digital procurement (e-purjee) system for sugarcane growers in Bangladesh. The system itself is simple, transmitting purchase orders to local farmers via SMS text notifi cation. It replaces a traditional paper-based system fraught with low reliability and delivery delays. Applying expected value theory, and using decision tree representations to depict growers’ decision-making complexity in an information-asymmetric environment, we compute outcomes for the strategies and sub-strategies of ICT vs. traditional paper-based order management from the sugarcane growers’ perspective. The study results show that the digital procurement system outperforms the paper-based system by tangibly reducing growers’ economic losses. The digital system also appears to benefit growers non-monetarily, because of reduced uncertainty and a higher level of perceived fairness. Sugarcane growers appear to value the non-monetary benefi ts even higher than the economic advantages of the e-purjee system.
The development of mobile communication technology is transforming the market of mobile communication devices, which is used to be merely for simple communication, into the one which offers features of personal digital assistant (PDA), fax communica- tion and Internet access. Unlike a mobile phone which comes out as a complete package and whose functions cannot be changed, a smart phone can be upgraded by its user, adding or removing apps as he pleases. OS’s of smart phones are iOS-based Apple, Google Android, Window Mobile, and others. Due to its convenience and powerful features, many people use smart phones its high price. On the other hand, consumer complaints are rising on poor A/S for occasional malfunction. This study analyzes how A/S cases can be classified into groups according to quality factors. We evaluate factors such as consumer impression and consumer satisfaction. By dual quality evaluation using KANO method, we would like to show the different A/S strategy for smart phones, compared with mobile phones.
