        The purpose of implementing supply chain management is quick decision making and effective execution on the affairs of management by sharing information. It is critical that companies are needed to innovating supply chain process in oder to maintain their international competitiveness. The improvement of supply chain process makes the S company to provide better products than any other companies do. This case study investigates the introduction and strategy development of supply chain management at the S company. The goal of this study is to develop supply chain management strategies by reviewing best practices of advanced global enterprises and to find key performance indicators suitable for the S company. Four focused factors for the establishment of basic supply chain process are organizing task force team, changing to process type organization, definite assignment of role and responsibility, and constructing information system.

        In this study, we have prepared three kinds of enteric tablet coating formulations for prevention the crack incidence and enhanced process improvement of enteric tablet using aqueous system. we determined the mechanical strength of three formulatons on the enteric film-coating process. The compared experiment of one-layer and two-layer (A), (B) coating treated having placebo tablets without breakline and logo. In result, the breaking force time of two-layer (B) film strength was found to increase 0.8min than two-layer (A). We confirmed the half reduction of working hour and the simplification in the one-layer coating process, and the coating troubles was solved as setting up a dehumidifier in inlet of coater. In result, we recovered that optimum running capacity(g/kg) of dehumidifier is 10g/kg and below.

        This paper uses a data mining methodologies to improve and predict cause of defect process variables in manufacturing process. Traditional statistical process control (SPC) techniques of control charting are not applicable in many process industries because it is difficult to analyze the cause of many process variables. The paper suggests that data mining methodologies useful when sequence rule, SVM (classification) methods are find out cause of defect process variables and SVM (prediction) methods used to predict process variables in manufacturing process. Therefore, it is allowing improved control in manufacturing process.

        A multi axis whetstone polishing system, which uses the flow system of the stone polishing machine head, has been developed. The test results show that the defect by line contact polishing does not occur in both ends of the stone and that it came to trim smoothly. In terms of the surface roughness, the corresponding index was decreased by 3.6 times, improving the polishing effect greatly. It decreased significantly the dust and noise with the wet polishing. The factors of the duty evasion at production site can thus be solved with the work environment improvement against the polishing process of the stone industry and work intensive reduction.

        Recently, numerous government institutions and information service organizations have shown interests in employing ISO 9001 Quality Management System to increase their organizational performances. However, due to the gap between the system requirements and the process oriented goals in reality, they have not been able to merit from the ISO 9001 system. The primary goal of this paper is to propose a process oriented approach for implementing ISO 9001 system in information service organizations. This approach is different from the existing approaches in that it utilizes process mapping and 3-color improvement strategies. The proposed approach is illustrated using the K information service organization case study.

        In this study, the two-stage electroflotation-rising process was investigated with the aim of improving the performance of the conventional one-stage electroflotation process. A total of 32 min (the electroflotation and rising times were 30 min and 2 min, respectively,) was required when a current of 0.35 A was applied in the one-stage electroflotation-rising experiment. The amount of electric power required to treat 1 m3 of water was 1.75 kWh/m3. For the two- stage system, the time required to achieve a turbidity removal rate of over 95% was 16 min (50% of the one-stage system). The amount of electric power required to treat 1 m3 of water was 0.59 kWh/m3, which was only 33.7% of that required for the one-stage process. The total treatment time and electric power were excellent in case of the two-stage system in comparison with those of the one-stage process. The rate of turbidity removal for the horizontal electrode arrangement is 9.3% higher than that of vertical electrode arrangement. When Na2SO4 was used as the electrolyte, the optimum electrolyte concentration was 1.0 g/L.

        최근 노후화된 기반시설물의 지속적 증가와 시설물 안전에 대한 요구가 증대함에 따라 정부에서는 ‘18.12.31 지속가능한 기반시설관리 기본법을 제정, 공표하고 ’20.1.1 시행을 예고하였다. 본 연구는 기반시설관리법 적용대상인 시설의 성능개선 대상 사업에 일관적으로 적용할 수 있는 성능개선 의사결정에 필요한 성능개선 공통기준 프레임워크를 제안하는 것이다. 국내·외 유지관리 및 성능개선 현황조사 및 유사 제도·관리체계 검토를 통해 기반시설 성능개선의 적정성 판단을 유도하는 평가요소를 도출하였으며, 이를 통해 「기반시설관리법」의 효과적 실행에 필요한 세부 시행기준 마련 및 관리역량을 확보하고 기존 시설물의 성능개선을 위해 투입되는 예산의 효율성 확보하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        전해제련 공정은 수용액 전해조에 전극을 담그고 일정한 전류 혹은 전압을 가하여 수용액 속의 이온을 금속으로 추출하는 공정으로, 제조 경비 중 전력비 비중이 높은 대표적인 에너지 다소비산업이다. 대표적 전해제련 생산품인 아연은 최근 국제가격 하향안정화 추세로 국내기업의 글로벌 시장경쟁력 악화가 예상되며 이에 따른 가격 경쟁력 확보 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 아연 가격 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 아연 생산원가의 24~26%(400~440천원/톤)에 해당하는 전력비용 절감 가능한 기술 개발이 시급하며, 이는 에너지 절감 및 온실가스 저감 문제 대응이 동시에 가능하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 아연제련 시 과다한 전력비용과 단수명이 문제 되는 1세대 양극(Pb 전극)의 단점을 해결할 뿐만 아니라 전극 및 전기화학 시스템을 개발 적용하여 소비전력을 절감 할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

        In order to design the improvement process for T-N removal, the treatment process of Suyoung, Gangbyeon, and Noxan sewage treatment plants (STP) in Busan was anlayzed. Suyoung STP shows a T-N removal efficiency of about 69.8% with MLE(Modified Ludzack ettinger) and A2O+MBR. However, it is necessary to improve the process to maintain over DO of 1 mg/L and is required to install a flow control tank to minimize the rainfall effect. Gangbyun STP shows a about 70.2% T-N removal efficiency with A2O+GFF(gravity fiber filtration). However, in order to improve T-N removal efficiency, it is needed to install MLE process to treat recycle water. Noksan STP shows a T-N removal efficiency of about 71.0% with MLE+Chemical treatment and shows stable T-N concentration in effluent. However, it is required a toxic chemical management process because bad wastewater flows into the STP, also is necessary a process improvement in order to increase internal recycling ratio. Especially, it is required a process improvement to increase HRT of nitrification tank because Suyoung and Gangbyeon STPs shows low nitrification efficiency during winter season.

        This study was conducted to develop radish as a food product for home meal replacement using superheated steam (SHS). Also, the change of quality characteristics was studied during their storage. The radish cuts were treated with SHS for 0, 3, 5, and 7 min, respectively, followed by complete drying at 80℃ for 6 hours. The results showed that radishes restored with mixed solution (drinking water:sugar:vinegar:salt=2:1:0.8:0.1) were harder than those restored with drinking water. All radishes were stored at 5, 10 and 15℃ for 56 days to investigate the changes of quality characteristics during the storage. Radishes in the control group, restored with drinking water and stored at 15℃, were spoiled after 7 days of storage. The radish in the experimental group did not show any change in the water content; except an increase on the first day of storage. The hardness of radish decreased with an increase in the storage period. It was found that microbial growth was inhibited due to low pH of the mixed solution, in which radishes of the experimental group were immerse.

        베이스메이크업 중의 하나인 프레스드 파우더는 주요 품질 속성으로 밀착성과 발림성이다. 일반적으로 메이크업 화장료에서 밀착성을 향상시키면 반대속성인 발림성이 저하되기 때문에 밀착성과 발림성을 동시에 충 족시키는데 한계가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 두 가지 주요 속성을 만족시키기 위해서 air jet mill 공정을 시도하였 고, lauroyl lysine (LL)과 sodium cocoyl glutamate (SCG)의 혼합물로 습식 코팅 처리한 sericite를 적용하 여 밀착성을 향상시켰다. 또한, 분산성이 단분산성을 이루고 있는 polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)와 diphenyl dimethicone/ vinyl diphenyl dimethicone/ silsesquioxane crosspolymer (DDVDDSC)를 적용하 여 발림성을 향상시켜 서로 양립하기 어려운 두 가지 품질 속성을 모두 만족시켰다. air jet mill 공정은 제약, 식품 산업에서 주로 적용되고 있으며 화장품 분야에서는 파우더 소재 가공을 위해 사용되고 있는 공법이다. 본 연구에서는 air jet mill 공정을 제조 공정단계에서 접목시켜 최적의 입경인 6.8 μ m의 화장료를 완성할 수 있었 다. 그리고, EDS 매핑으로 Ti 원소가 화장료에서 전체적으로 고르게 분포하고 있음을 확인하였고, SEM 분석을 통하여 판상 입자의 모서리 부분이 둥글게 가공처리 됨을 확인하였다. 이는 화장 도구를 이용하여 화장료를 취하 여 피부에 도포할 때, 발림성이 향상되는 효과를 줄 수 있다고 판단된다. 피부 친화성이 우수한 LL과 저자극이면 서 코코넛에서 유래한 SCG를 습식 코팅하여 sericite의 밀착성을 더욱 향상시켰다. 그리고, PMMA의 분산성과 형태가 발림성에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해서 SEM을 분석하였다. 유사한 형태를 갖는 구형 및 진구형에서도 분포도가 균일하고 단분산상일 때 발림성 효과가 더욱 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. PMMA의 단분산성과 입경에 따른 발림성을 동마찰계수 측정으로 확인하였고, 최적의 함량을 결정하였다. 그리고, 실리콘 러버 파우더 종류에 따른 발림성과 경도, 낙하안정성 등을 확인하여 DDVDDSC를 결정하였다. 최종적으로 PMMA의 단분산성과 실 리콘 러버 파우더가 발림성에 영향을 끼치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 화장료는 적정한 경도를 갖으면서도 낙하안정성이 우수하며, 경시에 따른 안정성도 우수하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 본 논문에서 제시하는 프레스드 파우더의 밀착성과 발림성을 향상시킬 수 있는 한 가지 방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.
