This study explains details on Heungbokjeon during the reconstruction of Gyeongbokgung Palace in the 19th century for the first time in 273 years. Hence, the construction of a palace with more than 7,000 Kan(間) made possible in a short stretch of time. Given the fact that its existing architecture was recycled. The antecedent of Heungbokjeon(興福殿) was the Hamiljae(咸一齋) of Changuiggung(彰義宮) which served as the residence of King Yeongjo before he was enthroned. On the other hand, the Changuigung was the outset of Inpyeongwi-gung(寅平尉 宮), which was built for the princesses. During the reign of King Hyojong the princess who got married must depart from the Inpyeongwi-gung. This study corroborated the undertaking of modification of its architecture from being asymmetrical house to symmetrical most primarily the inner part of the palace through the innovation of Changui-gung and the restoration of Hamijae to Heungbokjeon. Hence, it was confirmed that the Heungbokjeon was the only inner part of the palace that was not burned down by the 2 consecutive fires during the reign of King Gojong, to be more specific these fire happend on his 10th and 13th year of rule. Consequently, the research process of Gyeongbokgung Heungbokjeon can escalate the possibility of considering not only the reconstruction of Gyeongbokgung in the 19th century, as well as the construction of the capital city in the 17th century.
본 연구에서는 어류가두리양식장 시설의 재배치 이후 기존 양식장 아래 퇴적물의 회복상태를 규명하고자 하였으며, 이를 위하 여 양식장 아래 퇴적물과 저서다모류 군집 조사를 수행하였다. 양식장 철거 이전인 2017년 10월에 사전 조사를 수행하였으며, 양식장 철 거 이후인 2017년 11월부터 2018년 10월까지는 매달, 이후 2020년 10월까지는 2 ~ 3달 간격으로 조사하였다. 조사 정점은 철거된 양식장 위 치에 3개 정점(Farm1 ~ 3)과 양식시설물이 없는 주변 해역에 3개의 대조 정점(Con1 ~ 3)으로 선정하였다. 사전 조사에서 기존 양식장의 총유 기탄소(평균 22.67 mg․g-1 dry weight)는 대조 정점(평균 13.68 mg․g-1 dry weight)보다 높았으나, 양식장 철거 이후 점차 감소하여 약 1년 이 후에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(p<0.05). 저서다모류 군집은 여름철 기존 정점에서 무생물 군집이 출현하였으며, 무생물 시기 이후 오염지시종인 Capitella capitata 단일종이 극우점하는 낮은 다양도의 군집으로 천이하였다. 다음해 여름철 무생물 시기 이전까지 종다양도가 증가하고 오염지시종의 비율이 감소하여 저서다모류 군집이 회복되는 경향을 나타내었으며, 이러한 변화는 매년 반복되었다. 연구 지역은 양식장 아래의 지형학적인 특성으로 인하여 매년 무생물 군집이 출현하고 있으나, 조사가 진행될수록 무생물 발생 기간은 짧아지고, 군집이 회복되는 과정은 빠르게 진행되었다. 어류 양식장의 이전 후 기존 양식장 정점의 퇴적물은 생물학적인 회복이 여전히 진행 중이며, 추가적인 모니터링을 통해 회복의 경향을 연구할 필요가 있다.
This study examines changes and features of provincial office buildings in Suwon and Chungju after relocation during Japanese occupation. Gyeonggi and Chungbuk provincial offices(Gwanchalbu) were relocated by Japan. Gyeonggi Provincial Office in Suwon used HwaseongHaenggung buildings and moved to Seoul in 1910. After relocation, most of HwaseongHaenggung buildings used for Suwon Governmental hospital(JaHye Uiwon). Suwongun Office, Suwon public elementary school, Japanese Military and Suwon Police station also used HwaseongHaenggung buildings with the Hospital. At first, Japan remodeled local government buildings for their use. Most of HwaseongHaenggung buildings had been destroyed to build new buildings since 1920s. Chungbuk Provincial office in Chungju used DongHeon building which is Chungju local government building and relocated to Cheongju in 1908. DongHeon building changed to Chungju county office after relocation. This building was renovated. Chungju county office moved to other site, this building was used for Chungju county conference room. During Japanese colonial period, Suwon local government buildings were destroyed and replaced with new Japanese style buildings. Chungju local government buildings were also renovated or destroyed.
The concept of carsharing involves sharing a small number of reserved cars to be used individually by a larger number of people as required. This study examines the operating parameters of one-way carsharing systems in order to determine the appropriate operating conditions that minimizes the lost sales rate. Five operating parameters are tested in this study: the number of stations, the average number of vehicles per station, the rate of one-way trip, the average number of staffs per station, and the relocation policy. The performance of round-trip carsharing systems is also compared to that of one-way carsharing systems. A simulation model is developed and simulations are performed to determine the appropriate combination of operating parameter and levels. The simulation results show that the average number of vehicles per station is the most critical parameter. Other key findings obtained from this research are as follows. First, applying the appropriate relocation policy to one-way carsharing systems can allow more customers to rent vehicles than the traditional round-trip carsharing systems. Second, the appropriate relocation policy should be selected based on the average number of vehicles per station in order to minimize the lost sales rate. Third, the number of stations does not affect the lost sales rate. This study findings will provide tools to understand impact of the carsharing system parameters on the efficiency of the carsharing operations.
According to enhancement of roles and functions of enterprises’ distribution centers, recent trend of distribution centers are specialization and diversification which have generated lots of new distribution center building or expansion of the existing ones and led attention on stock transfer importance in case of distribution center relocation.
This thesis is a study for how to reduce stock transfer leadtime in order to minimize business risk and how to increase inventory accuracy when stock ownership is transferred in case of distribution center relocation, and to provide inventory accuracy management methods and inventory in/out management types, detailed definition to evaluate level for inventory accuracy management and pros/cons by inventory in/out management type assuming ‘the higher inventory accuracy before stock transfer, the shorter stock transfer leadtime when distribution center is relocated'.
This thesis provides detailed procedure to secure an absolute stock transfer leadtime and process to confirm hugh inventory accuracy by stakeholders which should be sloved by Task Force Team for stock transfer in case of distribution center relocation.
Background: There are insufficient objective or quantitative evidence for the better intervention to improve proprioception particularly for the application of external load. There are conflicting opinions whether the external load is effective for proprioception improvement or not. Objects: The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of external load on proprioception of shoulder joint quantitatively using 3D motion capture system. Methods: Nine healthy adults joined for this study. They were asked to perform scapular plane abduction motion with attaching reflective markers on the trunk and upper limb. The 3D positions of finger marker, while they performed the same task with and without external load, were recorded and analyzed. Results: All participants showed decreased variable errors in the vertical direction when the external load was applied (p<.02). Even though other directions (y, z) and absolute errors increased, they did not have statistical significances. Conclusion: Based on this study results, the external load application would be effective for shoulder joint position sense improvement.
교도소와 구치소와 같은 교정시설은 범죄인을 격리·구금하고 교정·교화하여 사회에 복귀시키는 국가가 운영하는 교육시설이다. 교정시설은 신축한 후 통상 30-40년이 경과하고 시설이 노후화 되고 협소하거나, 현재의 교정시설 주변이 도시화의 진전 등으로 인해 지자체 지역주민들의 이전요구로 보다 외곽지역으로 신축·이전이 추진되고 있으며. 최근에는 경찰서 대용 구치시설 해소를 위해 교정시설이 신축되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 10년간의 교정시설 신축 이전사례를 중심으로 그 유형을 ① 대체적으로 계획에 따라 추진된 사례, ② 지방자치단체의 적극적인 지원·협조로 순조롭게 추진된 사례, ③ 지자체 및 지역주민들이 교정시설 신축을 적극 유치한 사례, ④ 지자체 및 지역주민들의 반대로 지연・중단되고 있는 사례로 구분하여 각 사례별로 특성을 정리하고 교정시설의 바람직한 신축・이전 사업과 지역사회 상생방안을 제시하였다. 그 방안으로 지방자치단체의 적극적 협조와 지원, 지역사회 주민 친화형 상생모델 제시, 교정시설 이전을 대신한 재건축・리모델링 추진, 법원・검찰청・구치소의 통합 법조타운 조성 추진, 신축·이전 대상 교정시설의 일정연한경과제 실시, 교정시설의 중층화 및 도시미관을 고려한 사회 친화적 설계 등을 제시하였다. 최근 군비행장, 한전 발전소, 폐기물 처리시설 등과 교도소·구치소는 비선호시설로 인식되어 입지단계부터 주민 반대 등으로 사업추진에 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 우리사회에서 법원, 검찰청, 경찰서와 함께 교정시설은 반드시 필요한 형사사법시설이며 국가 주요시설이다. 따라서 교정시설의 신축·이전사업도 병원 등 의료시설이나 교육시설, 상업시설, 사회체육시설 등의 선호시설처럼 보다 효율적으로 원활하게 추진되어야 할 것이다.
Recently, owing to the development of ICT industry and wide spread of smart phone, the number of people who use car sharing service are increased rapidly. Currently two-way car sharing system with same rental and return locations are mainly operated since this system can be easily implemented and maintained. Currently the demand of one-way car sharing service has increase explosively. But this system have several obstacle in operation, especially, vehicle stock imbalance issues which invoke vehicle relocation. Hence in this study, we present an optimization approach to depot location and relocation policy in one-way car sharing systems. At first, we modelled as mixed-integer programming models whose objective is to maximize the profits of a car sharing organization considering all the revenues and costs involved and several constraints of relocation policy. And to solve this problem efficiently, we proposed a new method based on particle swarm optimization, which is one of powerful meta-heuristic method. The practical usefulness of the approach is illustrated with a case study involving satellite cities in Seoul Metrolitan Area including several candidate area where this kind systems have not been installed yet and already operating area. Our proposed approach produced plausible solutions with rapid computational time and a little deviation from optimal solution obtained by CPLEX Optimizer. Also we can find that particle swarm optimization method can be used as efficient method with various constraints. Hence based on this results, we can grasp a clear insight into the impact of depot location and relocation policy schemes on the profitability of such systems.
기후변화, 농업용수, 대기오염 등의 환경변화에 민감한 연구단지의 특성상 환경 자원의 이용이 용이해야 하나 현 농업기술원은 농업연구를 위한 환경 및 생태계 유지가 힘든 실정이다. 또한 지속 가능한 농업, 6차 산업화와 같은 새로운 패러다임에 입각한 기반시설을 수립하고 공공서비스의 효율적인 공급을 위해서는 경상북도농업기술원의 이전이 불가피하다. 이에 따라 농업기술원 이전을 위한 입지이론 및 방법을 검토하고 입지여건 분석을 위한 입지선정 기준을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 따라서, 먼저 공공시설 이전에 관한 입지이론에 대해 알아보았고, 입지선정을 위한 연구방법으로 후보지 여과방법을 사용하였다. 후보지 여과방법에는 요인별 점검법, 나뭇가지 모양분석법, 혼합형 분석법이 있는데 본 연구에서는 요인별 점검법을 바탕으로 하여 입지기준을 제시하였다. 이에 따라 입지선정 기준으로 경제성과 개발의 용의성, 접근성과 편의성, 농업여건, 토양여건, 인력자원 지원이 가능한 곳 그리고 연계성과 형평성이 고려되었다.
Coastal eupseongs, which are mainly built in the period of late Goryeo and early Joseon period, are essential materials in studying the history of Joseon period eupseongs. The purpose of this study is to connect the annexation of local districts with the relocation of local government office, so as to categorize the types of coastal-eupseongs and examine the background of their constructions and relocations. Coastal eupseongs are mainly divided into 'maintenance type' and 'Mergence type' according to the annexation of local districts, and maintenance type is broken down into fortress type and non-fortress type in accordance with the existence of old eupseongs(fortresses). Coastal eupseongs can also be categorized into 'application type' and 'relocation type' depending on whether ex-local government offices were reutilized or relocated. Maintenance type is 'fortress-application type'(Gimhae·Gosung·Old Ulsan-eupseong), 'non-fortress-application type'(New Ulsan-eupseong), 'fortress-relocation type'(Dongrae․Kijang․Geojegohyunseong․ Ulsan(Jwabyeongyoung)-eupseong), 'non-fortress-relocation type'(Sacheon․ Hadong·Jinhae-eupseong·Geojesadeongseong) are differentiated by type. Mergence type is divided into 'Merger of Villages after Castle Relocation Type(Changwon·Namhae·Gonyang-eupseong)', 'Merger of Villages before Castle Relacation Type(Ungcheon-eupseong)'.
Coastal-eupseongs are moved to other places in need of more affluent water supply(Gimhae·Gijang-eupseong) and wider usable area(Namhae·Gohyunseong-eupseong). Eupseongs were enlarged owing to the population growth, caused by annexations of local districts.(Ungcheon-eupseong) 'Seonso'(navy yard) is a unique feature which cannot be seen in inland eupseongs.
우리나라의 도심지에 소재한 교정시설의 신축·이전사업이 지속적으로 추진되고 있는 가운데 일부지역의 공공기관 이전사업 추진과정에서 지역간·주민간 갈등 사례가 발생하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 교정시설의 신축·이전사업 추진과 관련하여 정상적으로 순조롭게 추진되는 경우가 대부분을 차지하나 안양시, 원주시, 창원시, 부산광역시 등 일부지역의 경우에는 이전부지 선정, 토지매입·보상 등과 같은 사업 추진 과정에서 이전반대·지역간·주민 갈등으로 인해 교정시설의 신축이전·사업이 상당기간 지연되거나 중단되고 있는 실정이다. 일부지역의 경우에는 법원에 행정소송까지 제기되는 사례가 발생하기도 한다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라 도심지 소재 교정시설의 신축·이전사업 추진사례를 살펴보고 이를 비교·분석, 검토하였다. 이를 통해 해당 지방자치단체 등 관련기관에서 정책 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 기술 하였는바 본 연구의 구성은 총 4장으로 구분·서술하였다 Ⅰ. 에서는 서론부문으로 연구의 배경과 목적, 연구범위와 방법 등을 Ⅱ. 에서는 교정시설의 이론적 고찰과 시설현황을 각 살펴보고 Ⅲ. 에서는 도심지소재 교정시설 신축·이전이 완료된 사례로 서울구치소 등 6개 기관을 대상으로 사업 추진 사례를 비교·분석하였다. Ⅳ. 에서는 결론 부분으로 종합 비교 분석을 통해 교정시설의 현대화로 수용자처우 향상과 도시발전에 기여 법원·검찰청·구치소 등의 법조타운화 추진 필요 사업으로 분석하고 바람직한 교정시설 신축·이전사업 추진 방안을 정책적 제언으로 제시하였다.
Today's fierce competition and global economic recession make most of manufacturing companies in the world difficult to gain a profit. In order to survive such a environment and increase competitiveness, manufacturing companies have to continuously eliminate their wasteful factors through an efficient process analysis, improve quality of products, increase the flexibility of manufacturing processes. In this paper, we consider a case study for the Shanghai New Auto which is a subcontractor of MOBIS in China, to improve productivity by using therblig method, one of the motion analysis, to minimize the work-in-process inventories and to shorten the manufacturing cycle times. We also try to relocate the facility layout to increase the efficiency and flexibility of manufacturing processes.
Hakbongjongtaek(The head house of Uisong Kim family, 鶴峯宗宅), firstly built in the early 17th century, was moved to its neighboring place in the late 18th century. The man who led the relocation(移建) of the house was the eldest grandson of the family, Jong-soo, Kim. He made an overall plan and also participated in building the house. There remain four Gados(family paintings, 家圖) related to the relocation plan. This paper aims to make an analysis of these Gados, and through the analysis, to find what was the essential point of the relocation plan and how the point was represented in the paintings. The result of analysis is as follows: 1. The main focus of relocation plan was the form of Anchae(the inner house). Anchae was designed as asymmetrical form, and restricted to four kan. Only Andaechung needed to be 6 kan size for religious ceremonies. 2. For the design of Sarangchae, the displacement of large Sarangbang and small Sarangbang was an important issue. There were two ways of layout: parallel type and facing type. The latter was chosen. 3. The representation and techniques of Gado is quite concrete, in spite of differences among them. The expression of doors, windows, attic and kitchen was based on the understanding of space. Also the spatial division, which was expressed line on the grid, was based on the scaled ruler. As we've seen before, painting the relocation plan was a kind of endeavors to make the housing type as a realization of Garye. Also, we can find out that the role of the eldest grandson of the family was quite important to carry out the plan. As well as, it was meaningful to examine Sadaebu (the aristocrat of Chosun)'s perception of housing.
Purpose: Geographical relocation has been conducted to alleviate overcrowding and to support balanced regional development in many countries. Previous studies have seldom examined the effectiveness of relocation on job and life dissatisfaction, particularly in the public sector. The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of relocation on job and life dissatisfaction. Proposed research questions include the following: i) do working conditions in the new workplace and interactivity affect job dissatisfaction? ii) do social infrastructure and social activity in the new location affect life dissatisfaction? and iii) is there a relationship between job and life dissatisfaction? Research Design, data, and methodology: The study collected data via an online survey and applied statistical analyses such as factor analysis, regression, and ANOVA. Results: The results of this study found that proposed determinants excluding mobility inefficiency and decision-making affect job and life dissatisfaction. The results also showed that there are relationships between job and life dissatisfaction. Conclusions: The results of this study provide both managerial and policy implications of relocation for the public sector. The results of this study implied that better policy should be designed to increase job and life satisfaction that also accounts for the realities of relocation.
Relocation of weather station leads to changes in geographical climate factors such as latitude, longitude, elevation, topographical relief and land cover of surrounding area that inf luence on local climate. This study analyzes spatio-temporal characteristics and relationships between geographical factors such as location, topographical relief and land cover, and changes in climate data such as temperature, precipitation and wind due to relocation of 12 weather stations in South Korea. Changes in temperature and moisture are attributed to changes in land cover by the relocation. Wonju and Gumi where the stations were relocated from rural to new built-up area show increases in temperature, while temperature in Sokcho, Changwon, Cheonan, Daejeon, Gunsan and Mokpo decreased with the relocations from urban to rural area. Relative humidity in Mokpo, Gunsan and Daejeon increases due to increase in farming land. Changes in topographical relief influence on precipitation, wind and duration of sunshine. The relocation in Chungju to interior of basin led to decreases in precipitation and duration of sunshine, and Boryeong shows decrease in precipitation by the relocation from windward slope to hilly coastal area. Wind speed in Gunsan with the relocation from coastal to inland area decreased due to influence of neighboring hills. Shadow effect by neighboring building or vegetation can be attributed to changes in duration of sunshine in Gwangju and Wonju.
Recently it was known that the problems of nearshore processes and damage of berth and counter facilities frequently had appeared at the small fishery port, such as Daebang near Samcheonpo city, Korea. Here we try to analyze the impact of the rearrangement of counter facilities and berth layout adopted for tranquility of its inner harbor. Because this harbor is being connected to Daebang channel, the rearrangement of the structures might affect to the current speed and direction and wave height, so do to the sea bottom undulation. Therefore, we made model test for the several layouts of the berth and breakwater in this area. Numerical model result shows that the bottom was eroded by 1m by tidal currents and the speed of flow did not shrink, even after the construction work was completed. The direction of the sand movement was downdrift. Although the model study gave reasonable description of beach processes and approach channel sedimentation mechanism, it is necessary to compare with the field history, including the records of waves, tides and bottom materials, etc. for better prediction.
