해사대학 학생들은 실무를 파악할 수 있는 1년간의 승선실습을 통해 향후 자신이 근무하게 될 직종에 대한 이해도 향상 및 장기승선을 기대할 수 있다. 해사대학 재학의 만족도는 졸업 후 해운업 종사에 대한 직무만족과 이직의도에도 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 이에 각 학년별 직무만족도를 확인함으로써 향후 진로선택에 필요한 교육과정이나 요소를 분석하고 개선하고자 한다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 바탕으로 진로계획을 통해 해사대학 학생의 자기효능감, 팀워크, 자기리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 학년별 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석, 학생들이 매년 필요로 하는 요소를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과 직무만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 자기효능감이였고, 팀워크와 자기리더십의 효과는 규모면에서 비슷한 것으로 나타났다.
해기사는 복합적이고 다양한 역할을 수행하는 전문직으로서 해운조직 내에서 중추적 역할을 담당하고 있다. 육상근무와 달리 해상에서는 고립된 공간에서의 생활, 정해진 항해기간동안 지속적인 교대근무와 고강도의 업무 긴장감 및 스트레스, 사회적 고립감 등의 특성으로 인하여 이직의 가능성이 높아진다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해기사의 조직시민행동이 조직몰입을 매개로 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 대기업, 중소기업, 공기업 3그룹으로 나누어 각 그룹 간 차이를 구조방정식으로 확인하고자 하였다. 3그룹 간 분석 결과, 해기사의 조직몰 입과 조직시민행동의 하위요인들, 그리고 이직의도의 크기를 확인하였을 때, 충성심과 이직의도가 그룹 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이고 있었다. 조직시민행동은 이직의도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지는 않았지만, 간접효과를 확인하였을 때 충성심을 매개로 이직의도에 영향을 미치고 있었고, 관계지향 시민행동은 충성심을 매개로 하여 이직의도에 부(-)적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 공기업을 제외하고, 대 기업과 중소기업에서는 각각 비표준화경로계수가 -0.229±0.117과 -0.319±0.068로 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 결과 는 대기업과 중소기업 해운회사의 직원들의 이직의도를 낮추기 위해서는 조직시민행동뿐만 아니라 조직몰입을 높이는 방안을 고려해야 한다는 점을 의미한다.
본 연구의 목적은 농촌 노인의 일자리사업 직무만족이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 그 영향 관계에서 사회적자본의 매개효과를 검증하여 농촌 노인의 일자리사업을 발전시키기 위한 실천적 방안 마련과 농촌 노인의 성공적 노화에 도움을 줄 수 있는 실증적 기초자료를 제공함에 있다. 연구의 대상은 홍성군, 횡성군, 인제군에 소재하고 있는 노인일자리사업 수행기관에서 노인일자리사업에 참여하고 있는 노인 496명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무만족은 성공적 노화에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족은 사회적 자본에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째. 사회적 자본은 성공적 노화에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적 자본은 직무만족과 성공적 노화 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서 농촌노인의 일자리사업 직무만족은 사회적 자본을 매개로 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다.
Background: Previous robot-mediated gait training has been proven several limitations such as pointless repeated motion training, decreased presence, etc. In this research, adult stroke patients were participated in robot-mediated gait training accompanied with or without virtual reality program.
Objectives: Exploring whether the results indicated virtual reality system has contribution to muscle strength and balance ability.
Design: A case series research, cross-over trial.
Methods: Eleven participants (male 4, female 7) with adults diagnosed as stroke from medical doctor ware engaged. The participants received 2 treatment sessions of identical duration, robot-assisted gait training with virtual reality and robot-assisted gait training with screen-off randomly crossed over include 1-day for each person of wash-out period. The parameter was muscle activity, the researchers assessed sEMG (surface electromyography).
Results: The result showed less muscle activities during training in robotassisted gait training with virtual reality circumstances, and these indicated muscles were gluteus medius muscle, vastus medialis muscle, vastus intermedius and vastus lateralis muscle, semimembranosus muscle, gastrocnemius- lateral head, and soleus muscle (P<.05).
Conclusion: In this study, we analyzed the outcome of muscle activity for clinical inference of robot-assisted gait training with virtual reality (VR). Less muscle activity was measured in the treatment accompanied by VR, therefore, a more systematic, in-depth and well-founded level of follow-up research is needed.
교사의 학습지도 방식에 따라 학생들의 학업동기가 향상되거나 떨어질 수 있다. 또한, 학업적 자기효능감은 학업동기에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 교사의 코칭리더십이 학업동기에 미치는 영향에서 학업적 자기효 능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 전라북도 소재 중학교 학생 277명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 22.0 등을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 교사의 코칭리더십의 방향제시와 관계는 학생들의 학업동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 둘째, 교사의 코칭리더십의 방향제시와 관계는 학생들의 학업적 자기효능감과 자기조절효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업적 자기효능감의 자기조절효능감과 과제난이도 선호가 학 업동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학업적 자기효능감의 자신감은 코칭리더십과 학업동기에 완전 또는 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났고, 자기조절효능감은 코칭리더십의 방향제시, 관계에서 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 결과는 교사의 코칭리더십이 중학생의 학업동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 학업적 자기효능감이 학업동기에 매개역할을 하는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 학생들의 학업동기를 향상시키기 위해서 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 학교현장에서 적용할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
본 연구의 목적은 코칭리더십이 조직구성원들의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 그 과정에서 긍정피드백과 창의적 자기효능감의 다중 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 기업의 다양한 업종의 구성원 중 총 396명에게 설문하여 345명으로부터 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0를 사용하여 설문의 타당도를 Process Macro 3.0을 사용하여 가설을 검증하였다.
연구결과, 리더의 코칭리더십은 긍정피드백, 창의적 자기효능감, 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 긍정피드백은 창의적 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 리더의 코칭리더십과 혁신행동의 관계에서 정(+)의 매개효과를 보였다. 창의적 자기효능감은 코칭리더십과 혁신행동 사이에서 정(+)의 매개효과를 보였고, 긍정피드백과 창의적 자기효능감은 코칭리더십과 혁신행동 간의 다중매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 연구결과의 시사점은 첫째, 수평조직구조에서 주목받고 있는 코칭리더십이 긍정피드백과 창의적 자기효능감을 통해 조직 구성원의 혁신행동을 향상시킨다는 것이다. 둘째, 조직의 성과 창출을 위해서는 조직 구성원의 혁신행동이 필요한 바, 이를 위해 리더의 코칭리더십을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 방안으로 모색하고 적용해야 한다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
국내에서 오래 전부터 오미자와 칠해목은 약용식물로 이용해져 왔다. 오미자의 경우 생리활성 물질인 lignan을 통하여 여러가지 효능들이 연구를 통하여 알려졌으나, 칠해목의 경우 항염증과 관련된 연구가 진행되었을 뿐, 산화 스트레스와 관련된 연구는 미비한 실정이었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 오미자․칠해목의 추출혼합물을 이용하여, 과산화수소로 산화 스트레스가 유도된 SH-SY5Y 신경세포에서의 보호 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 과산화수소의 처리 농도의 경우, 신경세포 독성 실험을 통하여 100 μM의 농도를 본 연구에 사용하였다. 또한, 오미자와 칠해목 추출물은 SH-SY5Y 신경세포에서 세포 독성이 없음을 실험을 통해 확인하였으며, 과산화수소를 이용한 신경세포 보호효과를 확인한 결과, 30% 에탄올 추출물 50 μg/mL의 농도에서 각각의 추출물에서 가장 높은 보호 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 오미자․칠해목 추출혼합물의 최적 효능 비율을 알아보기 위해서 각각의 추출물을 다양한 수율로써 6:4, 7:3, 8:2의 비율로 신경세포 보호 활성을 확인한 결과, 오미자와 칠해목 7:3의 비율과 50 μg/mL의 농도에서 가장 높은 신경세포 보호효과가 나왔으며, 이에 본 연구에서 오미자․칠해목 추출혼합물의 최적의 비율과 처리 농도로 사용하였다. Annexin V와 PI를 이용한 SH-SY5Y 신경 세포의 세포사멸을 확인해 본 결과에서도 오지마․칠해목 추출혼합물은 SH-SY5Y 신경세포의 세포사멸를 억제시키는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 오미자․칠해목 추출혼합물이 과산화수소로 유도된 산화적 스트레스에서 SH- SY5Y 신경세포에서 보호 효과가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었지만, 그에 대한 메카니즘에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 차후 연구에서는 오미자․칠해목 추출혼합물의 산화 스트레스에 대한 정확한 기전을 파악하기 위하여 In vitro와 In-vivo에서의 후속적 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.
Background
Our usage of technology and the continuous adoption of technological innovations has implications for our lives that go beyond traditional marketing questions such as product quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The psychological consequences of new technology affect our lives and our well-being as individuals. A current technological advancement is the ongoing development of automated driving capabilities. The recent advances have led to the diffusion of semi-autonomous driving systems, such as Teslas autopilot or Daimlers DISTRONIC PLUS. These commercially available technologies correspond to the second level of SAE international’s J3016 standard for automated driving, which ranges from 0 (“No Automation”) to 5 (“Full Automation”, no human needed). SAE level 2 (“Partial Automation”) is defined as “the driving mode-specific execution by one or more driver assistance systems of both steering and acceleration/deceleration using information about the driving environment and with the expectation that the human driver performs all remaining aspects of the dynamic driving.” (SEA On-Road Automated Driving (ORAD) committee, 2014). First of all, qualities of mobility such as safety and comfort influence well-being directly and autonomous driving has a potential impact on these qualities. Furthermore, advances in autonomous driving have particularly social but also ecological and economic benefits. On the one hand, social benefits result from increased social participation by improving mobility of the non-driving, elderly or people with travel-restrictive medical conditions (Harper, Hendrickson, Mangones, & Samaras, 2016; Wadud, MacKenzie, & Leiby, 2016). On the other hand, social benefits result from increasing road safety, less congestions as well as from a reduced number of accidents (Fagnant & Kockelman, 2015). Individual social or personal benefits such as improved safety and comfort or reduced stress levels are also widely perceived by potential users (Bansal, Kockelman, & Singh, 2016; Karlsson & Pettersson, 2015). Additionally, ecological benefits can be realized due to more efficient driving of vehicles and a smoother traffic flow (Wadud et al., 2016). Economic benefits are mainly a result of decreased travel times and of the fact that at high automation levels driving time could be used more productively. Accordingly, this research tends to answer the following research questions:
• How does automated driving impact consumers’ well-being?
• What qualities of mobility (e.g. safety) mediate the impact of automated driving on consumers’ well-being?
Conceptual Model
As argued above, automated driving potentially has both a direct and an indirect (mediated) impact on well-being. Subjective well-being (SWB) describes one’s well-being through the global evaluation of life satisfaction (LS), positive affect (PA), and negative affect (NA) (Diener, 1984). This tripartite concept of well-being has been widely adopted by researchers, even though the relationship of the three aspects remains in question (Busseri & Sadava, 2011). Busseri and Sadava (2011) provide an overview of five prominent conceptualizations: As three separate components, as a hierarchical construct, as a causal system, as a composite, and as configurations of components. We adhere to Diener’s original model that describes LS, PA, and NA as three separate components. Accordingly, the correlations among the three components are not of primary interest in this model. Therefore, the impact of automated driving on LS, PA, and NA is assessed separately in order to provide a full image of SWB. This leads to the following hypotheses:
H1a. Semi-autonomous driving has a positive impact on the level of SWB by increasing positive affect.
H1a. Semi-autonomous driving has a positive impact on the level of SWB by decreasing negative affect.
H1c. Semi-autonomous driving has a positive impact on the level of SWB by increasing life satisfaction.
Driving influences subjective well-being through different mediators. One potential mediating factor, discussed quite controversially in literature, is fun. While non-automated driving shows a higher level of fun than automated driving, still a large majority is fascinated by automated driving (Kyriakidis, Happee, & Winter, 2015) and also a discharge from the actual driving could be perceived as fun. The most relevant perceived benefit of automated driving studied in literature is safety, followed by stress (e.g. Bansal et al., 2016; Karlsson & Pettersson, 2015; Kyriakidis et al., 2015). Therefore, we formulate the following hypotheses:
H2a. The impact of semi-autonomous driving well-being is mediated by fun.
H2b. The impact of semi-autonomous driving well-being is mediated by stress.
H2c. The impact of semi-autonomous driving well-being is mediated by security.
Design/methodology/approach
Our sample comprises of two groups with a total of 259 respondents. Group 1 contains 111 respondents using automated driving while group 2 contains 148 respondents not using automated driving. In a first step, to test hypotheses H1a to H1c, we use ANOVA to analyse the group’s differences regarding positive affect, negative effect, and life satisfaction. We analyse both the aggregated values and the single items for all three aspects of subjective well-being. ANOVA was conducted using SPSS version 25. In a second step, to test hypotheses H2a to H2c, three multiple parallel mediation models were estimated with ordinary least squares path analysis. Each model consisted of one of the aspects of SWB as the dependent variable as well as the three mediators. The models were estimated using PROCESS version 3.0 (Hayes, 2013) and SPSS version 25.
Findings
ANOVA shows a highly significant interaction between semi-automated driving and well-being for negative affect, but not for positive affect and life satisfaction. Looking at the items that amount to positive affect, we see that drivers with the new technology have more excitement, pride and interest. But these effects are counterweighted by significantly less activity, determination and attention. In the context of semi-autonomous driving, being less active, attentive and determined can be interpreted as a positive thing (driving more relaxed). Therefore, we adjust the positive affect scale and remove these three items to from the scale for further analysis. Cronbach’s alpha for all three aspects of subjective well-being is 0.73 or above, thus indicating adequate convergence. Mediation analysis (process model 4) on positive affect reveals a significant indirect effect of semi-automated driving moderated by fun. There is no significant mediation effect for safety and stress as well as no significant direct effect of semi-automated driving on positive affect. The parallel mediation model using negative affect as the dependent variable, shows a significant direct effect of semi-automated driving as well as significant indirect effects mediated by safety and stress. Semi-automated driving reduces negative affect directly as well as by increasing safety, which reduces negative affect. It also reduces negative affect by decreasing stress, which is positively linked to negative affect. Fun, however, has no significant effect on negative affect. Last, life satisfaction shows a combination of the effects mentioned above: Automated-driving has a significant positive direct effect on life satisfaction. Furthermore, life satisfaction is influenced positively through increased fun, safety, and decreased stress.
Implications
ANOVA and mediation analysis show a positive impact of semi-automated driving on subjective well-being, thus contributing to the investigation of new technologies on consumers’ well-being. Using Diener’s tripartite model of subjective well-being, analyses revealed that the positive effect is especially driven by reducing negative affect. Further research is needed to investigate the transformative impact of (semi-) autonomous driving more deeply and broadly. Especially investigations differentiating between target groups of the new technology might be an interesting path to follow, since the impact on the different aspects of SWB might differ (e.g. increase of positive affect for early adopters vs. decrease of negative affect for people with reduced mobility). Furthermore, our investigation contributes to the conceptual discussion about the structure of the tripartite model of subjective well-being. The fact that life satisfaction as a dependent variable, to some extent, combines the effects observed for positive and negative affect indicates that the three aspects are causally linked instead of being separate. Researchers have promoted a system where positive affect and negative affect are conceptualized as inputs to life satisfaction before (Busseri & Sadava, 2011). Last, our findings give directions to marketing executives for marketing new technologies in general and (semi-)automated driving specifically. First, practitioners need to think about the well-being impact of their technology, i.e. evaluate if it increases well-being by increasing positive affect or by decreasing negative affect. The two paths lead to different marketing measures and ways to promote the technology. More specifically, for semi-autonomous driving a mixed strategy commends itself. It is essential to demonstrate that the new technology reduces the pains of driving while being fun at the same time.
The estrogen-mediated effect of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) is a highly critical factor for the clinical application of MSCs. However, the present study is conducted on MSCs derived from adult donors, which have different physiological status with steroid hormonal changes. Therefore, we explores the important role of 17β-estradiol (E2) in MSCs derived from female and male newborn piglets (NF- and NM-pBMSCs), which are non-sexually matured donors with steroid hormones. The results revealed that in vitro treatment of MSCs with E2 improved cell proliferation, but the rates varied according to the gender of the newborn donors. Following in vitro treatment of newborn MSCs with E2, mRNA levels of Oct3/4 and Sox2 increased in both genders of MSCs and they may be correlated with both estrogen receptor α (ERα) and ERβ in NF-pBMSCs, but NM-pBMSCs were only correlated with ERα. Moreover, E2-treated NF-pBMSCs decreased in β-galactosidase activity but no influence on NM-pBMSCs. In E2-mediated differentiation capacity, E2 induced an increase in the osteogenic and chondrogenic abilities of both pBMSCs, but adipogenic ability may increased only in NF-pBMSCs. These results demonstrate that E2 could affect both genders of newborn donor-derived MSCs, but the regulatory role of E2 varies depending on gender-dependent characteristics even though the original newborn donors had not been affected by functional steroid hormones.
Insects are among the most diverse groups of animals on the planet, representing more than half of all known living organisms. These insects are found in nearly every environment. Although humans regard certain insects as pests and attempt to control them using insecticides, most insects perform complex ecological functions, and provide either direct or indirect economic benefits to humans. Recently, the importance of insects used as food sources or as pets has increased in many countries, including Korea. In addition, several insects have a strong influence on people's emotion. Insect-mediated mental healthcare program is designed to help people who have disorders with physical, behavior and development. Children who have mental disorder, the experimental group that was provided with an insect-mediated mental healthcare program over a total of 8 sections, one section per week, 60 minutes per section, followed by pre-test and post-test. They responded to therapeutic effect after the completion of the program. Further research on the basis of this study is expected to help children with emotional therapy in other areas.
This study investigated whether orthodontic force influences the production of osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B ligand (RANKL) in vivo, both of which are affected by cortical activation. Mechanical force was applied to the maxillary premolars of orthodontic patients by fitting the transpalatal arch prior to cortical activation of the gingival tissue. Gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) samples were then collected from each patient using paper strips before and after 1, 3, 7 or 14 days of treatment. The OPG and RANKL levels in the GCF were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. The levels of OPG were significantly increased after 1 day of fitting the appliance and decreased to basal levels at 3 days after fitting. In contrast, the RANKL levels were dramatically decreased at 1 day after fitting, but recovered to those of the untreated control at 3 days after the force application. The force-mediated changes in the OPG and RANKL levels of the GCF were unaffected by cortical activation during these experimental periods. Collectively, these results suggest that an acute and severe change between the OPG and RANKL levels plays an important role in stimulating the cellular responses required for alveolar bone remodeling by orthodontic treatment.
The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of attitude toward fish eating, Health involvement and convenience on the relationship between fish consumption and age. A total of 235 questionnaires were completed. Structural equation model was used to measure the causal relationships between constructs. Results of the study demonstrated that the structural equation analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The effects of age on involvement and convenience were statistically significant. The effects of age on attitude and consumption was not statistically significant. As expected, the involvement had a significant effect on attitude and consumption. The attitude and convenience had a significant effect on consumption. The effect of involvement on convenience was not statistically significant. Moreover, the attitude, involvement and convenience played a mediating role in the relationship between consumption and age. The involvement played a mediating role in the relationship between attitude and age. The involvement played no mediating role in the relationship between convenience and age. The attitude and convenience played no mediating role in the relationship between consumption and involvement.
본 연구는 유아교사의 문화성향, 공감, 다문화감수성이 다문화수용성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 문화성향과 다문화수용성의 관계에서 공감 및 다문화 감수성의 매개효과를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유아교사 167명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 중다회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석, Sobel 검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 문화성향, 공감, 다문화감수성은 다문화수용성에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 문화성향의 하위변인 중 수평적 집단주의와 수직적 개인주의 그리고 수평적 개인주의, 공감의 하위변인 중 인지적 요소, 다문화감수성의 하위변인 중 상호작용 참여도와 문화차이 존중도가 다문화수용성에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 문화성향과 다문화수용성의 관계에서 공감 및 다문화감수성은 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 문화성향, 공감, 다문화감수성이 다문화수용성에 미치는 직접적 영향력을 확인하였으며, 문화성향과 다문화수용성의 관계에서 공감 및 다문화감수성의 부분매개효과를 실증적으로 검증함으로써 공감 및 다문화감수성의 교육적 중재의 가능성을 제시하였다. 또한 문화성향이 다문화수용성을 포함한 여러 다문화 관련 특성을 설명하는 주요 변인임을 논의하였다.
Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (HIRI) is linked with high mortality rate. Several agents have been developed so far to reduce the risk of HIRI. In this study, we investigated the effects of Acanthopanax senticosus extract (AS) on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion. To explore the protective effects of A. senticosus extract injection (ASI) on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury rats animal model were used. After the development of HIRI by using clamping method rats were then randomly divided into five groups. Different doses of AS were administered in HIRI rat model. The level of ALT, AST, and MDA content in serum were detected in sham and HIRI groups. The activity of SOD, MPO and Ca2+-ATPase, content of MDA, and cAMP in hepatic tissue were also measured. Expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein were detected by immunohistochemical staining method. Compared with sham group, ASI has the protective effect on the HIRI model in rats. Blood levels of ALT, AST, SOD, MPO, and MDA were significantly lower in ASI group compared with HIRI. Indeed SOD and Ca2+-ATPase activities, MDA content, and cAMP level were improved in ASI group. Furthermore, Bcl-2 and Bax protein were improved in ASI group compared with only HIRI group. These results suggest that AS may provide potential ameliorative therapy by inhibiting the damage signaling mechanism in hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury model.
This study is aimed to examine the mediated effects of consumer recognition in relationship of local food tour experience and intention of action in the revitalization of local food. Questionnaire survey target was women in 30s and 40s. The local food tour experience is independent variable, intention of action is dependent variable, and consumer recognition is analyzed as mediated variable. As a result, consumer recognition which is mediating variable has two subordinated variables. One is direct affect and the other is indirect affect. Between local food tour experience and intention of action, there was partial mediating effect. Thus, through tour experience, consumer can have positive recognition of freshness, safety, health, taste, price, job creation and relationship. That affects to the intention of action. Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to learn success case for marketing revitalization, and develop and operate experiencing tour education program to manage customer continuously.
본 연구의 목적은 중학생들의 체육 성취목표와 사회적 목표가 학습과제의 지속에 미치는 매개 및 중재효과를 검증하는 것이다. 남녀 중학생 406명(남학생 217명, 여학생 189명)이 2×2 체육 성취목표, 사회적 목표 및 과제 지속 질문지에 응답하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, 상관분석, 일원 다변량분석, 중다공변량분석, 위계적 회귀분석이 이용되었다. 다변량분석의 결과 남학생이 여학생보다 숙달접근, 수행접근, 숙달회피목표, 사회적 목표 및 과제 지속 수준이 높았다. 위계적 회귀분석의 결과 숙달접근과 수행접근 목표가 직접적으로 뿐만 아니라 사회적 관계와 책임감 목표를 통해 중학생들의 과제 지속에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 과제 지속에 대한 성취목표와 사회적 목표의 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 체육수업 중 학생들의 과제 지속과 노력에 영향을 미치는 동기적변인들과 관련하여 논의되었다.
The effects of sonication and vacuum infiltration on transformation efficiency was investigated by using immature embryos of Korean wheat as explants. Two Agrobacterium tumefaciens strains, KYRT1 and EHA105, carrying pCAMBIA 1305.1 were used. Transformation efficiency was demonstrated by the detection of β-glucu-ronidase (GUS) activity. GUS expression showed clear difference among Korean wheat cultivars. Geurumil showed higher GUS expression efficiency 79.1~% compared with other cultivars. The effects of the duration of vacuum infiltration and sonication treatment showed a tendency high GUS expression efficiency by their combination. In comparison with other Agrobacterium strains, KYRT1 showed high efficiency in most Korean cultivars.
