This study was conducted to diversify the cultivation of mushroom items and develop a competitive variety of Hypsizigus marmoreus. We focused on developing Hypsizigus marmoreus with lower bitterness, likable shape, and high yield. We have collected and tested characteristics of genetic resources from domestic and abroad since 2019. Breeding (2019), characterization (2020), productivity test (2021), and farm demonstration test (2021) have been sequentially conducted. We bred the new variety ‘Yunseul’ with unique traits. The optimal temperature for mycelial and fruit body growth were 22–25oC and 15– 18oC, respectively. It was similar to the control variety (Mangadak-2Ho) in the pileus form (hemispherical shape) and the cultivation period. However, it was thinner and longer than the control variety with the pileus diameter, thickness, stipe diameter, and length being 19.9 mm, 7.0 mm, 9.4 mm, and 86.3 mm, respectively. The effective number of fruit bodies was 47.8 in bottle cultivation, which was more than that of the control variety. The yield was 197.4 g/bottle (1,100 cc), which was 30% higher than the yield of the control variety, 151.9 g/bottle (1,100 cc). The parent and control varieties were also incubated alongside the new variety. The somatic incompatibility line was distinct. The band pattern in the mycelial DNA PCR reaction was different from that of the parent and control varieties, confirming the hybrid species.

최근 한국의 문화콘텐츠는 아시아 중심의 한류에서 세계의 K-culture 로 성장함에 따라 한국과 관련된 모든 콘텐츠를 K-콘텐츠로 인식하게 되었다. 본 연구는 글로벌 사회에서 K-콘텐츠가 변화하는 양상을 한국에 대한 연상 이미지 추이, K-콘텐츠에 대한 호감도 추이, K-콘텐츠에 대한 접촉경로 추이를 제4차~제11차 해외한류실태조사에 근거해 분석하고자 한다. 한국에 대한 연상 이미지는 커다란 변화없이 K-팝, K-음식(한식), K-IT산업, K-드라마 순으로 나타나고 있다. K-콘텐츠에 대한 호감도는 제4차에서 20%~45%였지만 제11차에서는 75%~82%로 2배 이상 상승하 였다. K-콘텐츠에 대한 접촉경로는 제6차~제7차에서는 TV가 온라인/모 바일 플랫폼보다 높았지만 제8차~제11차에서는 정반대의 현상이 나타났 다. K-콘텐츠는 K-음식, K-팝, K-드라마, K-영화 등을 넘어 K-게임, K-뷰티, K-패션 등으로 영역을 확장하고 있다. 그러나 K-콘텐츠가 온라 인/모바일 플랫폼을 통해 확장되는 한계를 극복해야 하는 과제도 있다.

양식장 환경관리를 위하여 여러 나라에서 양식장 환경관리시스템을 구축하고 있으며, 어장환경평가가 그중 하나이다. 2013년에 개정된 국내 어장관리법에는 어류가두리양식장 면허를 연장할 때 어장환경평가를 받도록 명시되어 있다. 어장환경평가는 과학적 분석을 통한 평가를 바탕으로 양식장 환경 개선 조치를 실행하여, 지속 가능한 어업생산 조성, 어장 생산력 증가, 어업인의 소득 증가를 목적으로 한다. 어장환경평가의 평가지표는 저서다모류 군집을 기초로 한 생물지수인 저서동물지수(BHI)와 총유기탄소량(TOC)이며, 두 항목을 점 수화하여 단일등급으로 산출하여 평가에 사용한다. 본 연구는 어장환경평가지표인 BHI와 TOC의 선정 과정과 산출된 평가 등급의 생태학 적 의미를 설명한다.

Recently, due to the rapid increase in vehicle accidents, research on improving seat belts and restraint system are being actively on going to solve the problems in vehicle for passengers. The characteristics of lap belt load and pelvic displacement were simulated through MADYMO program using Hybrid III 50th percentile male dummy to analyze the submarining by changing the collision speed and seat back angle by applying the forward collision pulse form accident scenario. As a result, the submarining occurred when the seat-back angle was 60° or higher at the collision speed of 50km/h or higher. Lastly, using the characteristics of the lap belt load and pelvic displacement when the anti-submarining belt (ANSB) system adapted, the pelvic displacement was reduced as well as submarining.

민주화 이후 한국의 문화콘텐츠는 민간영역에서 정부의 통제를 벗어나 다양성과 창의성을 가지면서 아시아를 넘어 전 세계로 확장되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2000년대 들어 한국의 문화콘텐츠가 글로벌 문화콘텐츠 로 나아가는 과정을 분석하고자 한다. 한국의 문화콘텐츠의 발전과정은 2010년 이전까지의 한류 1기, 2010년 이후 2020년 이전까지의 한류 2 기, 2020년 이후의 한류 3기로 구분할 수 있다. 한류 1기는 아시아에서 K-드라마를 중심으로 한류 열풍을 불게 하였으나 한편으로는 험한류에 직면하기도 하였다. 한류 2기는 전 세계에서 K-팝, K-드라마, K-무비를 중심으로 시작된 한류의 열풍이다. 한류 3기에서 한국의 문화콘텐츠는 세계인들이 함께하는 장르로 인식되면서 세계적인 유통망을 가진 넷플릭 스 등이 한국적 문화콘텐츠의 제작과 유통에 참여하게 하였다. 결과적으 로 한국의 문화콘텐츠는 아시아의 한류를 넘어 세계의 문화콘텐츠로 세 계에 각인되고 있으나 자체적인 제작 여건과 유통망의 한계를 극복해야 하는 과제를 안고 있다.

This study was conducted to reduce the phenomenon of the biased cultivation of certain mushroom varieties and to develop a competitive variety of Grifola frondosa. We developed the first Korean white commercial mushroom strain, ‘Bakyeon’, by crossing monokaryons derived from brown strains. We have collected and tested the characteristics of mushrooms from domestic and international genetic resources since 2018. We bred the unique domestic variety, ‘Bakyeon’, which has the following characteristics. The optimal temperature for mycelial growth was 25~28oC and the optimal temperature for fruit body growth was 16~18oC. The new variety was similar to the control variety (Daebak) in terms of the pileus, which formed a pine cone shape, and the number of days of cultivation. The yield was 94.1 g/bottle, which was 23% lower than the 108.5 g/bottle yield of the control variety. When incubating the parent and control varieties, the replacement line was clear. Moreover, polymerase chain reaction analysis of mycelial DNA resulted in different band patterns between the parent and control varieties, confirming the hybrid species.

PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to develop regression models for surface distress (SD), rut depth (RD), and international roughness index (IRI) of Jeju Island local road by analyzing the correlations between the pavement performance and its influencing factors. METHODS : First, the differences between pavements in inland Korea and Jeju Island in terms of performance and influencing factors were investigated. Influencing factors were assigned to pavement sections on Jeju Island using the inverse distance weighting method, and the correlations between the pavement performance and influencing factors were analyzed. As a result, maximum temperature, heat wave days, annual temperature range, precipitation days, precipitation intensity, ESAL, etc. were determined as independent variables for the pavement performance prediction models. Multiple regression analysis was performed to develop the pavement performance models using the selected independent variables. RESULTS : The RD, maximum temperature, and precipitation days were determined to be the independent variables for the SD predictive model. The SD, maximum temperature, annual temperature range, heat wave days, and precipitation days were selected as independent variables of the RD prediction model. In addition, the RD, annual temperature range, heat wave days, precipitation days, and ESAL were selected as independent variables for the IRI prediction model. CONCLUSIONS : As a result of the study, an actual forecast model for SD, RD, and IRI was developed. Based on this model, it is possible to estimate the predictive value of the missing performance data in the studied interval. If the factors affecting performance are managed in terms of maintenance beyond a certain level, it can help those responsible for road maintenance to rationally select the maintenance method and timing.

제20대 대통령선거는 더불어민주당의 이재명 후보와 국민의힘의 윤석열 후보가 후보자의 자질 논란 등으로 역대급 비호감 선거로 인 식되었고, 정권재창출과 정권교체의 충돌, MZ세대에서 비롯된 세대 와 성별을 둘러싼 대립양상 등으로 초박빙의 선거였다. 제20대 대통 령선거에서 국민의힘의 윤석열 후보가 48.56%를, 더불어민주당의 이 재명 후보가 47.83%를 얻어 0.73% 차이로 윤석열 후보가 대통령에 당선되었다. 이에 제20대 대통령선거에서 더불어민주당의 이재명 후 보가 실패한 원인을 검토하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대장동개발비리의 혹에 대한 거듭된 말바꾸기와 책임전가식의 방어적 변명이 후보자에 대한 신뢰성을 약화시켰다. 둘째, 코로나19로 국가재정이 악화되는 상황에서 기본소득제에 대한 논란은 국민정서와의 부합성에서 한계를 보였다. 셋째, 정권교체에 대한 국민적 관심사를 정치교체와 국민통 합정부로 희석시키려는 수사적 표현은 국민을 설득하지 못하였다. 결 국 제20대 대통령선거에서 더불어민주당의 이재명 후보는 후보자의 자질논란, 국민정서와 부합되지 않는 기본소득제, 정권재창출에 대한 부정적 인식을 극복하지 못해 낙선한 것으로 보인다.

해양플랜트 상구구조물의 중량 절감을 위한 알루미늄 핸드레일 적용을 위하여, 소재의 항복강도 향상 및 관련 국제기준에 부 합한 강도평가를 통하여 설계가 이루어지고 있다. 기존에 해양프로젝트에 설치된 알루미늄 핸드레일은 플랫폼에 설치 시 소켓에 볼트 연 결되며, 소켓의 설계 정도에 따라서 핸드레일 처짐 량이 크게 좌우된다. 그러나 국제기준에서는 소켓에 대한 중요성 언급이 없으며, 별도 의 평가 절차나 기준도 모호하다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해서 핸드레일 소켓 설계 시 고려해야 하는 주요 인자들에 대한 강도 해석을 수행 하고, 최적의 치수를 도출하였다. 개발모델의 구조 안전성을 확보하기 위하여, 실험을 통한 검증을 수행하였고, 국제기준에서 요구하는 허용 처짐 이내에서 모두 만족함을 확인하였다. 개발된 국산화 모델은 기존 외국 제조사와 비교하여 가볍고, 생산성이 향상되어 향후 많 은 분야에서 사용이 될 것으로 판단된다.

The present study was performed to investigate the effects of NH3-N and nitrifying microorganisms on the increased BOD of downstream of the Yeongsan river in Gwangju. Water samples were collected periodically from the 13 sampling sites of rivers from April to October 2021 to monitor water qualities. In addition, the trends of nitrogenous biochemical oxygen demand (NBOD) and microbial clusters were analyzed by adding different NH3-N concentrations to the water samples. The monitoring results showed that NH3-N concentration in the Yeongsan river was 22 times increased after the inflow of discharged water from the Gwangju 1st public sewage treatment plant (G-1-PSTP). Increased NH3-N elevated NBOD levels through the nitrification process in the river, consequently, it would attribute to the increase of BOD in the Yeongsan river. Meanwhile, there was no proportional relation between NBOD and NH3-N concentrations. However, there was a significant difference in NBOD occurrence by sampling sites. Specifically, when 5 mg/L NH3-N was added, NBOD of the river sample showed 2-4 times higher values after the inflow of discharged water from G-1-PSTP. Therefore, it could be thought other factors such as microorganisms influence the elevated NBOD levels. Through next-generation sequencing analysis, nitrifying microorganisms such as Nitrosomonas, Nitroga, and Nitrospira (Genus) were detected in rivers samples, especially, the proportion of them was the highest in river samples after the inflow of discharged water from G-1-PSTP. These results indicated the effects of nitrifying microorganisms and NH3-N concentrations as important limiting factors on the increased NBOD levels in the rivers. Taken together, comprehensive strategies are needed not only to reduce the NH3-N concentration of discharged water but also to control discharged nitrifying microorganisms to effectively reduce the NBOD levels in the downstream of the Yeongsan river where discharged water from G-1-PSTP flows.

In this study, we developed a healthy snack using dried shrimp powder which is rich in calcium to help prevent bone disease. Different types of yanggaeng were prepared with varying ratios of dried shrimp powder; 1%, 3%, 5%, and 7%. Moisture content, color value, texture properties, and mineral concentration were measured. The L, a, and b chromaticity values showed significant differences in the 5% addition group (p<0.001). The texture properties, hardness, and adhesion decreased significantly as the amount of shrimp powder increased (p<0.001), while chewiness and elasticity significantly increased as the amount increased (p<0.001). Calcium and potassium increased significantly as the amount of shrimp powder increased (p<0.001).

노화가 진행될수록 활성산소종으로 인하여 피부 보습은 떨어지고 피부 장벽은 붕괴되어 피부 가 손상된다. 본 연구에서는 인천 동막 해변에 서식하는 염생식물인 갯끈풀(Spartina anglica; SAE)과 갯메꽃(Calystegia soldanella; CSE)을 70% 에탄올(EtOH)로 추출하여 피부 보습 및 피부 장벽 기능 강화에 대한 효능을 평가하였다. 이 추출물들에 대한 피부 각질형성세포(HaCaT cell) 에서 세포독성을 WST-8 assay를 이용하여, 세포 생존율이 90% 이상을 보이는 농도를 선별하 여 추가 실험을 진행하였다. ABTS 라디칼 소거능을 통해 항산화 효과를 확인한 결과, SAE와 CSE는 높은 라디칼 소거능을 보였다. 피부 보습과 관련된 인자들인 filaggrin (FGL), aquaporin 3 (AQP3), hyaluronan synthase 2 (HAS2)과 피부 장벽 기능과 연관 있는 transglutaminase 1 (TGM1) 과 involucrin (INV)의 유전자 수준에서의 발현 변화를 측정한 결과, SAE에 의해 AQP3, HAS2, TGM1의 발현이 증가하였으나, CSE는 변화가 없는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. SAE에 의한 세포 내 신호전달 경로를 확인하기 위해 western blot 분석을 수행하였다. Extracellular signal regulated kinase (ERK), c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and p38 mitogen activated protein kinase의 활성이 SAE에 의하여 상향 조절되었음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 갯끈풀 추출물이 피부 보습 및 피 부 장벽 기능 강화를 위한 화장품의 기능성 소재로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

정체성이란 고정된 그 무엇이 아니라 유동적인 것이라도 보는 전 지구적 흐름 속에서 국가주의를 표방하던 1970년대 단색화의 비평 양상을‘지연된 사후 작용 (deferred action)’의 관점에서 살펴본다. 1970년대는 한국 전쟁의 트라우마를 직접 겪은 세대들이 문화정책을 수립하던 시기로 이 시기 한국미술에서는 정체성 담론들이 있었기 때문이다. 이에 본고는 민족의 정체성이 작품에서 어떻게 내면화되었는가를 살펴보고 이에 대한 비평이 ‘전통’이라는 문맥으로 전환되는 과정을 논증한다. 이러한 ‘지연된 사후 작용’에 의한 비평의 모습을 분석하여 집단이나 계층을 대 변하는 이데올로기의 후원자로서의 비평을 탈피하고자 하는 것이 논문의 목적이다.
