        The protection of earth's environment is rapidly becoming one of the most important international issues most countries considering as currently. According to more strong requirements through many advanced countries to protect overall environment, it is strongly required that not only manufacturers should design and produce the environmentally conscious products but also logistics providers should try to perform logistics activities which reducing the negative effects through various environmentally conscious logistics activities. The purpose of this study is to prove the importance and effectiveness of activities of environmentally conscious logistics management for general performances of logistics enterprises. For this, this study evaluates the level of effectiveness of the activities of environmentally conscious logistics management of domestic logistics enterprises toward its logistics performances. Furthermore, it would be studied whether there are any differences of activities and performances of environmentally conscious logistics management according to the characteristics of logistics enterprises in Korea.

        The online game industry stands on the center of a industrial values and cultural values of the digital contents industry. It grows rapidly among the cultural industries, leads in the future digital contents industry of Korea and stands in the hub of future industry making a high value added in the world. This study proposed the game evaluation criteria and analyzed the ranking of the important factors among the evaluation criteria. In this study it is used the analytic hierarchy process model to decide ranking of the important evaluation factors. Main criteria decided 4 factors: company, game components, game characteristics and customer service. Sub-criteria included 25 factors, game investment, name value, scenario, etc. As a result of the analysis, the game characteristics takes the top rank in the main criteria. Also interesting takes the top rank in the sub-criteria.

        Several tumor animal models have been provided as a tool for developing cancer therapy. Here, we developed rapid, easy-to use, and cost-effective new rat animal model for invasion and metastasis of cancer using genetically k-ras-induced rat kidney cells(RK3E-ras). We observed tumor as early as 3 days after injection of RK3E-ras cells in subcutaneous of Sprague-Dawley rats. Tumor size and volume were increased exponentially for 2 weeks. The tail vein injected rats obtained the lethal infiltration in the lung within 2 weeks. This tumor animal model has great potential for studying cancer processes and short-term screening of variable cancer therapy strategy.

        This study was conducted to develop a system and an control algorithm for control the environment of a plant factory. The greenhouse control system for environmental control was largely composed of a computer and a PLC. The screen of control program was composed of a greenhouse figure which was included machinery and equipments for greenhouse, the graph of environmental factors of inside greenhouse and the image of greenhouse. In order to reduce temperature change, the operation time of ventilation window was changed by 3 stage according to difference between a target and present temperature. When is heating, a temperature variation was shown to be 16.7±0.8℃. When is cooling, a temperature variation was shown to be 23.1±0.6℃. When is humidifing, a humidity variation was shown to be 39.3±1.6℃ %RH. An environmental control system and a control algorithm were proved that it was shown a good performance in a control accuracy. So a computer control system should be adapted to a control system of a greenhouse and a plant factory.

        Friction welding of particulate reinforced aluminum composites was performed and the following conclusions were drawn from the study of interfacial bonding characteristics and the relationship between experimental parameters of friction welding and interfacial bond strength. Highest bonded joint efficiency (HBJE) approaching was obtained from the post-brake timing, indicating that the bonding strength of the joint is close to that of the base material. For the pre-brake timing, HBJE was . Most region of the bonded interface obtained from post-brake timing exhibited similar microstructure with the matrix or with very thin, fine-grained layer. This was attributed to the fact that the fine-grained layer forming at the bonding interface was drawn out circumferentially in this process. Joint efficiency of post-brake timing was always higher than that of pre-brake timing regardless of rotation speed employed. In order to guarantee the performance of friction welded joint similar to the efficiency of matrix, it is necessary to push out the fine-grained layer forming at the bonding interface circumferentially. As a result, microstructure of the bonded joint similar to that of the matrix with very thin, fine-grained layer can be obtained.

        다양한 원인에 의해서 발생하는 구조물의 동적응답을 감소시키기 위하여 현재까지 여러 가지 형태의 동조질량감쇠기(Tuned Mass Damper; TMD)가 개발되었고 이에 대한 많은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 구조물의 응답에 따라서 실시간으로 TMD의 감쇠를 변화시킬 수 있는 준능동 TMD(Semi-active TMD; STMD)의 제어성능을 다양한 형태의 하중을 적용하여 해석적으로 검토하였다. STMD를 구성하는 준능동 감쇠기의 감쇠력을 조절하기 위하여 skyhook 제어알고리즘을 이용하였다. 조화하중 및 임의의 동적하중을 직접가력하중과 지반진동하중 형태로 단자유도 구조물에 가하여 STMD와 일반적인 TMD의 제어성능을 비교하였다. 또한, 주구조물의 질량의 변화에 따른 TMD 및 STMD의 제어성능의 견실성을 비교하였다. 그리고, 가변감쇠장지 뿐만 아니라 MR 감쇠기를 사용한 STMD의 제어성능도 평가하여 새로운 진동제어장치로서의 활용가능성을 검토하였다. 수치해석을 수행한 결과 STMD는 TMD에 비하여 조화하중 및 임의의 동적하중에 대해서 매우 뛰어난 제어성능을 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

        Angiosarcoma is an extremely rare sarcoma arising from oral mucosa. We report a case of angiosarcoma in the right maxillary gingiva causing excessive bleeding. The lesion exhibited typical histologic features of angiosarcoma, showing infiltrative proliferation of polygonal endothelial cells and arborizing blood vessels. Tumor cells showed expression of CD 31 and factor VIII, but no expression of CD 34 antigen. The patient expired due to severe bleeding in the oral cavity.

        The behavior patterns of common octopus, Octopus minor to a cylindric trap were examined in the water tank using a video camera in order to know entering mechanism to the trap and to improve it. Fishing efficiency by 2 kinds of traps(A: 3 entrances, B: 2 entrances) was investigated in the coastal area of Deugryang Bay from May to July, 2005. Common octopus tends to approach by swimming more than walking towards trap. When they approached to the trap, they showed much more behaviors that sate at the around than upper part of it. Approaching behaviors of common octopus was more vigorous at nighttime than daytime on the trap, they showed the most vigorous action between 2 am and 4 am of the day. The rate of staying 30 seconds over around the trap was 41.5% in the nighttime. CPUE(g/trap) of common octopus caught by A type trap was 21.4% higher than the B type trap but there was no difference on the significance level of 5% by the ANOVA. Catch rate of common octopus and by-catch species caught by the A type trap were 97.2%, three and 98.7%, two for B type trap, respectively.

        본 연구는 재래 흑염소의 인공수정기술을 개발하여 우수한 재래 흑염소의 이용효율을 극대화시키는데 그 목적을 두고 축산연구소 가축유전자원 시험장에서 사육하고 있는 재래 흑염소의 정액을 채취하여 이를 동결보존한 후 필요시 사용하였다. 발정동기화 처리로 인위적으로 발정을 유기한 개체에 인공수정을 실시하여 처리방법별 발정 유기율, 호르몬의 변화양상 및 분만율을 조사하였다. 발정동기화 방법 중 CIDR+ 방법에서 , CIDR+PMSG 방법에서 발정이 발현되었다.
