민영교도소에 대하여 많은 논의가 있었다. 2010년 12월에 최초의 민영교도소인 소망교도소가 개설되어 1년이란 시간이 흘렀다. 문제는 1년이란 결과를 놓고 이것저것 따지기도 여의치 못하다. 따라서 실태에 대한 분석을 논한다는 것도 아직은 기다려야 한다. 어차피 하는 바에 나아가야할 지향점에 논의도 물건너 간 듯하다. 그렇다고 민영교도소 논의 자체가 의미 없다고 할 수는 없다. 민영교 도소를 운영하려면 ‘형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률’과 ‘민영교도소 등 의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률’에 따라 법인을 만들어야 한다. 처음 문을 연 민영교도소 법인은 아가페 교정법인이다. 교정시설의 이름은 소망교도소다. 아가페와 소망이라는 이름에서 운영의 주체는 누구라는 것을 충분히 가늠할 수 있다. 종교교도소다. 종교교도소도 민영교도소라는 것은 분명하다. 다른 나라에서도 성 공한 종교교도소의 사례를 찾을 수 있다. 우리라고 성공 못할 리 없다. 그러나 어떻게 그리고 꼭 이러한 형태여야 하는가에 대해서는 여전히 논의거리로 남는다. 민영교도소 논의는 “된다, 안 된다”의 논쟁부터 시작하여 받아들여야 한다면 전면적인 민영화냐 부분적인 민영화냐의 주장, 영리를 꾀하는 것보단 비영리로 운영하여야 한다는 주장 등 다양하다. 단계적으로 도입하여야 한다는 주장도 있다. 단계적 도입론도 외국인 수용시설이나 소년 시설부터 하고 경험을 축적하여 성인을 대상으로 하는 민영교도소를 운영하는 것이 낫다는 주장도 있다. 그 어느 견해든 국가의 감독과 통제가 이루어져야 한다는 데에는 이견이 없고, 아울러 민영교도소법의 정당성과 합법성을 위해 모호한 규정과 반법치국가적 요소를 바로잡아야 한다는 주장은 깊이 새겨야 할 것이다.
The present study was evaluated the antibacterial effect of the combination of Coptidis rhizoma, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischet, Schizandra chinensis and Corni Fructus(1:1:1) extracts(CGSC10). Furthermore, the effectiveness of CGSC10, sodium chlorate, and the combination of CGSC10 and sodium chlorate(CGSCS10) against E. coli O157:H7 infection was studied using ICR female mice. During the incubation period, the dose of 5, 10, and 20% CGSC10 was inhibited the growth of E. coli O157:H7 by 34.7, 60.2, and 76.4%, respectively. For 7 days after single challenge with E. coli O157:H7, forty female ICR mice were divided into four experimental groups which were administered in drinking water with saline, 10% CGSC10, 15 mM sodium chlorate, and CGSCS10, respectively. On the 3rd day, the number of E. coli O157:H7 in mouse feces was significantly decreased by administration of CGSC10, 15 mM sodium chlorate, and CGSCS10 (p < 0.001). On the 7th day-after administration, CGSC10, sodium chlorate, and CGSCS10 were decreased the number of E. coli O157:H7 by 27.1, 67.7, and 83.3%, respectively. According to the results of the present study, administration of CGSCS10 to mice can reduce the severity of E. coli O157:H7 infection. In addition, it is suggested that CGSCS10 represents a good candidate for the treatment of enteric infections in domestic animals.
Fish contain both the neurotoxin methyl mercury (MeHg) and nutrients important for brain development. The developing brain appears to be most sensitive to MeHg toxicity and mothers who consume fish during pregnancy expose their fetus prenatally. Although brain development is most dramatic during fetal life, it continues for years postnatally and additional exposure can occur when a mother breast feeds or the child consumes fish. This raises the possibility that MeHg might influence brain. We evaluated the relationship between fish consumption and mercury exposure levels in umbilical cord blood of the pregnant women of the city of Tongyeong city, Korea. A total of 159 pregnant women residing in the city of Tongyeong, Korea were recruited for the study between October 2010 and March 2011. Fish consumption was evaluated using food frequency questionnaires including detailed questions on fish consumption. We used ANOVA to estimated the particular relevance between the frequency of fish consumption and the umbilical cord blood mercury concentration, and other various factors. The average mean concentration of mercury levels in umbilical cord blood of pregnant women who participated in our study were 2.69 ± 2.50 ppb, ranging from 0.01 to 14.80 ppb. The mean concentration of umbilical cord blood mercury exposure was lower than the level recommended by WHO (5.0 ppb), but the mercury exposure level exceeded the WHO recommended in 17 (10.7%) cases of umbilical cord blood. Mercury levels in cord blood of pregnant women were 2.04 ± 2.00 ppb, ranging from 0 to 8.00 ppb in below 29 years old and 3.18 ± 2.74 ppb, ranging from 0.01 to 14.80 ppb in more 30 years old. In this study, there was a significant difference for the frequency of eating fish between the groups (p < 0.01). The level of the groups that ate fish 3 to more times per week (4.15 ± 4.02 ppb) was significant higher as compared with the level of other groups that ate fish 1 to times per week (2.63 ± 2.22 ppb) and none per week (1.06 ± 1.44 ppb), respectively. We found that the mercury concentration of umbilical cord blood associate with fish consumption and this was statistically significant and this fact revels that fish consumption is positively related to mercury levels in the umbilical cord blood. We need systematic and periodic research on the general population to prevent mercury poisoning, which can be cause by low-level mercury exposure from dietary intake such as chronic fish consumption
Location-Based Services(LBS) is a service that provide location information by using communication network or satellite signal. In order to provide LBS precisely and efficiently, we studied how we can reduce the error on location determination of objects such people and things. We focus on using the least square method and triangulation positioning method to improves the accuracy of the existing location determination method. Above two methods is useful if the distance between the AP and the tags can be find. Though there are a variety of ways to find the distance between the AP and tags, least squares and triangulation positioning method are wildely used. In this thesis, positioning method is composed of preprocessing and calculation of location coordinate and detail of methodology in each stage is explained. The distance between tag and AP is adjusted in the preprocessing stage then we utilize least square method and triangulation positioning method to calculate tag coordinate. In order to confirm the performance of suggested method, we developed the test program for location determination with Labview2010. According to test result, triangulation positioning method showed up loss error than least square method by 38% and also error reduction was obtained through adjustment process and filtering process. It is necessary to study how to reduce error by using additional filtering method and sensor addition in the future and also how to improve the accuracy of location determination at the boundary location between indoor and outdoor and mobile tag.
This paper deals with the construction of system for correct location determination of fixed tag. We adapted to construct the above method. Also we adapted the several filtering method. This system was constructed through using of several filtering methods to decrease the location determination error and fingerprint method which is composed of training phase and positioning phase. We constructed this system using Labview 2010 and MS-SQL 2000 as database. This system results in less location determination error than least square method, triangulation positioning method, and other fingerprint methods.
This study compared the quality and antioxidant characteristics of commercial and traditional Doenjangs from various regions of Korea. The pH, salinity, and brix degree of the samples tested ranged from 4.61~6.36, 0.90~1.00% and 0.97~1.10 °Bx, respectively. The pH was highest for Doenjang made in the Jeonnam region. No significant differences in the salinity or brix degree of Doenjang from different regions of Korea were found(p>0.05). The L, a, and b-values for color of the Doenjang samples ranged from 52.92~55.00, 0.03~0.62 and -0.74~2.70, respectively. The total polyphenol content(TPC) ranged from 18.71~25.78 ㎎ GAE/㎖, and the 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) and 2, 2-azinobis(3-ethyl benzothiazoline)-6-sulfonic acid(ABTS) radical scavenging activities ranged from 6.43~14.38 and 2.46~7.08 ㎎ AE/㎖, respectively. The TPC was highest for Doenjang from Gyeongnam, while that from Gyeongbuk had the lowest content. The DPPH radical scavenging activity was highest for Doenjang from Jeonnam and lowest for Doenjang from Gangwon. The ABTS radical scavenging activities for Doenjang from Gyeonggi and Gyeongbuk were lower in comparison to samples from other regions. Consequently these results should provide better information for standardizing and improving the quality and functional activity of commercial Doenjang in Korea.

This current survey was conducted to examine consumer attitudes toward factors determining beef purchasing and improving distribution systems. The frequency of beef purchasing was shown to reflect social and economic status, where inhabitants in large cities, such as Seoul, with higher salaries showed a higher frequency. In addition, consumers that were in their forties bought beef more frequently than consumers that were in their twenties. Consumers in Seoul and the megalopolis with a monthly income of higher than 200 million won preferred to purchase meat from department stores and discount markets. In contrast, people in small cities with lower incomes tended to buy meat from butcher shops and brand shops. In a question regarding unsatisfaction factors of retail beef, individuals that were in their thirties with a high income had concerns associated with packaging problems. For people under thirty with low income, the consistency of quality and price were the prime concerns. In regards to the beef grading system, consumer response varied between inhabitants, monthly income and age group, where consumers from small cities that were in their twenties and forties with a low income had a negative viewpoint. For the differential beef distribution system, housewives between the ages of 30 and 40 from a small city with an income higher than 200 million won had a positive response; however, a large number of consumers were not familiar with this system. The most demanding beef cuts were in the following order: loin, flank and rib. In addition, the most important factors determining purchasing beef were as follows: price, breed and portion.
목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 최근 3년간 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 회복을 위해 사용된 중재방법을 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 근거 자료들을 P(Patient). I(Intervention). C(Comparison). O(Outcome). 방법에 따라 제시하여 임상에서 적용할 수 있도록 제시하였다. 연구방법 : 2008년 1월부터 2011년 4월까지 외국학회지에 게재된 논문을 PubMed와 MEDLINE을 통하여 검색하였다. 주요 검색용어(key words)는“(stroke OR CVA) AND (hand OR upper OR shoulder) AND intervention” 을 사용하였다. 최종적으로 52개의 Randomized Controlled Trials(RCT) 논문을 대상으로 분석하였다. 근거를 제시하기 위한 방법으로 P.I.C.O. 방법을 사용하여 제시하였다. 결과 : 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 회복을 위해 사용된 중재방법은 20개이었으며, 총 56회 사용되었다. 그 중 강제유도운동치료가 12회(21.48%)로 가장 많았으며, 전기적 치료 10회(17.90%), 양측성상지훈련 7회(12.53%), 근력 운동 및 로봇치료 4회(7.16%), 가상현실 치료 3회(5.37%)이었다. 연구 분석 결과 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 향상에 강제유도운동치료와 전기적 치료가 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 향상을 위한 중재방법의 종류와 빈도를 제시하였고, 가장 많이 사용되는 강제유도운동 치료 및 전기적 치료의 중재방법에 대한 근거 논문들을 P.I.C.O. 방법으로 제시하였다. 결과는 임상 치료사들이 대상자의 특성에 따라 치료방법 및 기간, 평가도구를 선택하는데 근거 자료로 사용할 수 있을 것이라 생각한다. 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 회복을 위해 새롭게 개발되어 임상에 소개되는 중재방법과 중재의 효과에 대한 연구를 분석하여, 근거를 제시한 것에 의의가 있다. 앞으로는 국내의 뇌졸중 재활에 대한 체계적인 연구도 이루어져야 할 것이다.
This paper deals with the productivity increment through construction of HT8 production system for automobile factory in China. HT8 production system start to build up several management indices. The important management indices consists of organization management, location management, management of order, management of defective item, management of delivery information, and warehouse management. This HT8 production system is expected to obtain the improvement for overall organization management and reduction by 50% in warehouse cost.
This paper deals with the productivity increment through construction of lean production system for automobile factory in China. This lean production system has been progressed according to 5 steps. Step 1 is the work preparation. Step 2 is the process design. Step 3 is the establishment of method to count production quantity. Step 4 is the establishment of measuring method for input and output. Finally, step 5 is the construction of flexible production system able to adapt for environment change. This lean production system is expected to obtain the productivity increment by 50% for plastic plant and reduction by 50% in inventory quantity.
본 연구는 우간다 농경지의 토양비옥도와 소규모 영농형태에서의 양분균형을 검토하여, 농촌빈곤의 원인을 파악하고 그 해결방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 우간다 농촌의 소규모 농가의 현장조사 자료 및 관련 문헌의 연구결과를 인용하였다.
1. 우간다의 농경지 토양은 강산성이었고, 비옥도는 낮았다. 특히 인산함량이 낮았다.
2. 농경지의 양분균형은 모든 영농형태와 일부 바나나 단작을 제외한 기타 재배작물의 단작에서 양분부족을 나타내었다.
3. 현재의 우간다 농촌 빈곤율을 토양비옥도 측면에서 다음과 같이 설명할 수 있다. 즉, 토양침식 및 부적절한 토양 양분관리 → 양분유실 → 토양비옥도 저하 → 양분부족 → 작물생산성 저하 → 빈곤 율 증가로 나타낼 수 있다.
4. 농경지의 비옥도 개선은 토양생산성 유지와 향상에 중요한 요인이며, 농촌 빈곤을 감소시키는데 기여한다.
본 연구는 유기재배 배 과수원 시비에 있어서 화학비료 대체를 위한 녹비작물 재배 이용기술 개발을 확립하고자 파종방법에 따라 토양에 무기성분 환원량과 이에 따른 배나무 생장에미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해서 수행되었다. 파종방법은 전남보성의 배 과수원 독농가에 방임초생, 호밀(16 kg/10 a) 단파, 헤어리베치(5 kg/10 a) 단파, 호밀(6.4 kg/10 a) +헤어리베치(3 kg/10 a) 혼파로 나누어서 2007년에 10월에 처리하였다. 녹비작물의 줄기수는 단파처리가 혼파처리보다 월등히 많았다. 처리별건물중은 관행 방임 초생은 362kg/10a로 두 초종의 혼파 처리(856 kg/10 a)보다 낮았다. 전질소 환원량은 두 녹비작물의 혼파처리가 13.9 kg/10 a으로 관행대비 2.1배 높았다. 혼파처리는인산과 칼륨 환원량을 증가시켰고, 10-12년생 배나무 생장을위해 필요로 하는 질소(10 kg/10 a), 인산(2 kg/10 a), 칼륨(7 kg/10 a)을 충족시켰다. 방임초생 재배는 가장 높은 토양 용적밀도와 가장 낮은 공극율을 나타내었다. 배나무 잎은 예초후에 질소, 인산, 칼륨 농도가 증가되었고 과실 품질은 처리간에 별다른 차이가 관찰되지 않았다.
대공간 구조시스템의 하나인 스페이스 프레임 구조는 종횡의 부재가 3차원적으로 연결되어 입체적으로 외부 힘에 저항하는 구조로써 높은 강성을 갖는다. 또한 균등한 응력 분담이 가능하도록 설계되는 스페이스 프레임 고유의 역학적 특성에 기인하여 경량화가 가능하다. 스페이스 프레임의 구조안정 문제는 구조물의 여러 가지 조건에 따라 결정되며 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 기하학적 형태에 따른 래티스 돔의 동적구조불안정 특성을 알아보기 위해 2-자유 절점 구조물을 통해 스페이스 프레임의 붕괴 메터니즘을 파악하고, 기하학적 형태에 따라 Star Dome, Parallel Lamella Dome, 3-Way Grid Dome을 모델로 선택하여 동일레벨의 주기성이 없는 STEP 하중에 의한 동적외력 하에서의 라이즈-스팬(μ)비 및 형상불완전에 따른 불안정 거동 특성을 알아본다.
 ,  , Effect of a new crop protectant ‘Bt-Plus’ on natural enemies was analyzed in this study. Tested natural enemies included two parasitic species of Aphidius colemani and Eretmocerus eremicus, and four predatory species of Harmonia axyridis, Orius laevigatus, Amblyseius swirskii, and Phytoseiulus persimilis. ‘Bt-Plus’ was formulated by combination of three entomopathogenic bacteria (Xenorhabdus nematophila (Xn), Photorhabdus temperata subsp. temperata (Ptt), Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt)) and bacterial metabolite (BM). All three types of ‘Bt-Plus’ showed significantly higher toxicities against fourth instar Plutella xylostella larvae than Bt single treatment. Two types of bacterial mixtures (‘Xn+Bt’ and ‘Ptt+Bt’) showed little toxicity to all natural enemies in both contact and oral feeding assays. However, ‘BM+Bt’ showed significant toxicities especially to two predatory mites of A. swirskii and P. persimilis. The acaricidal effects of different bacterial metabolites were evaluated against two spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae. All six BM chemicals showed significant acaricidal effects. The BM mixture used to prepare ‘Bt-Plus’ showed a high acaricidal activity with a median lethal concentration at 218.7 ppm (95% confidence interval: 163.2 - 262.3). These toxic effects of bacterial metabolites were also proved by cytotoxicity test against Sf9 cells. Especially, benzylideneacetone, which was used as a main ingredient of ‘BM+Bt’, showed high cytotoxicity at its low micromolar concentration.
자폐인의 독립적인 사회생활을 위해 물건을 살 때 적절한 화폐를 선택하여 내는 것은 필수적인 기술이나 숫자에 사회적인 가치를 부여하는 화폐 개념은 자폐성 장애인에게 습득하기 어려운 기술 중 하나이다. 이와 같은 어려움을 지원하기 위해 본 연구에서는 ‘구매를 위한 화폐사용’을 위해 스마트 디바이스 애플리케이션을 이용해 학습하고 보조할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 앱의 하드웨어 기반이 되는 스마트 디바이스는 예측가능한 반응과 휴대의 용이함, 직접조작으로 인한 사용성, 다양한 앱, 비주얼 디스플레이를 통해 자폐성 장애인에게 개인적인 지원을 제공해 줄 수 있는 장점이 있으나 국내에서는 장애인을 보조하기 위한 앱의 수가 매우 적고 자폐성 장애인을 위한 앱은 전무한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 자폐성 장애인이 마트 등에서 구매를 위한 계산을 효율적이고 독립적으로 할 수 있도록 버추얼 지갑을 이용한 ‘돈내기’, 시각적 보조를 이용한 ‘미리 계산하기’, 지출 총액을 비교하는 ‘나의 씀씀이’, 지출 활동에 필요한 의사소통보조 ‘말하기’, 지출 활동 비디오 모델링 ‘따라하기’, 게임으로 구성된 화폐 사용 훈련 앱 개발을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 제안한 앱을 통해 기대할 수 있는 효과들을 서술하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of growing stages of the Korean Native Striped Bull (KNSB) on the freezability and fertility of frozen-thawed semen. First, we investigated the total motility (TM) and progressive motility (PM) according to the diluent used for semen freezing. Second, we examined the effect of the age of KNSB on semen volume, TM and PM of fresh and frozen-thawed semen. Third, we examined the effect of frozen semen from the different age of KNSB on the fertilization rate, and the artificial insemination pregnancy rate. The diluents used in this experiment were Triladyl and Tris-egg yolk extender (EYE). Semen was collected from 5 KNSB in the growing stage (15 months) and 5 adult KNSB (36 months). When Triladyl or Tris-EYE extender was used for semen freezing, there was no difference of the mean TM and the mean PM. However, the mean TM was significantly higher in Bull No. 1885 than Bull No. 4283 ( <0.05). The mean volume of semen collected from the 15-month-old bulls (2.3 ml) was significantly lower ( <0.05) than that from the 36-month-old bulls (5.0 ml). The mean semen concentration was similar for the 15-month-old ( spermatozoa/ml) and 36-month-old ( spermatozoa/ml) bulls. For the 15-month-old and 36-month-old bulls, the mean TM of fresh semen were 93.7% and 88.3%, respectively, and the mean PM were 97.0% and 88.3%, respectively; the 15-month-old bulls showed a particularly high PM ( <0.05). For the 15-month-old and 36-month-old bulls, the mean TM (56.0% and 58.0%, respectively) and the mean PM (64.0% and 70.7%, respectively) of frozen-thawed semen did not differ. The development rates of embryos after fertilization and the pregnancy rate after artificial insemination using frozen-thawed semen did not differ according to the bull's age. In summary, semen volume differed according to the bull's age, but semen concentration and survival rate, the fertilization rate, and the pregnancy rate did not differ according to the stripe bull's age. Accordingly, semen from bulls in the growing stage can be collected and frozen for the preservation and multiplication of rare livestock.
목이버섯 3품종의 영양성분을 분석한 결과 유리당은 4종의 성분이 검출되었고, 그 중 trehalose는 11.56±0.59에서 27.17±0.27mg/g로 검출된 당 중에서 가장 많이 함유하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 갈색목이가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 유기산은 7종, 아미노산은 24종의 성분이 분석되었으며, 전체 함량에서 모두 흑목이가 가장 높게 나타났다. 그리고 유기산과 아미노산 성분 중에서 감칠맛을 내는 성분인 citric acid 및 glutamic acid, asparagine 등의 함량 또한 흑목이에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타나 천연 조미재료로서의 가능성을 제시하였다. 비타민D2함량은 1.66±0.1에서 5.43±0.08 ㎍/g으로 다른 버섯류에 비해 높게 나타났다. 식이섬유에는 3품종 모두 60% 정도의 함량을 나타냈으며, 품종 간 유의적인 차이는 없었다. ß-glucan 함량은 갈색목이가 25.21±0.37%로 털목이나 흑목이에 비해 높은 수준으로 나타났으며 항산화 성분인 총 폴리페놀 함량은 털목이, 갈색목이, 흑목이 순으로 높게 나타났다.
For the purpose of production of GABA-rich tomato paste, this study was carried out to investigate GABA producing lactic acid bacteria from Korean traditional fermented food, Kimchi and optimize the culture conditions. As a result of fermentation, Lactobacillus brevis B3-20 among lactic acid bacteria isolated at the pre-experiments was the best producer of GABA at the tomato paste medium with 50%(wet-base) levels of dionized water. At the result of fermentation on the tomato paste medium with 0.5%(w/w) yeast extract, as a source of nitrogen, 3%(w/w) MSG(monosodium glutamate) and dionized water(the ratio of tomato paste and water was 2:8), Lb. brevis B3-20 produced the maximum GABA concentration, 143.38 mM. GABA-rich tomato paste showed the activity of free radical scavenging. Because GABA-rich tomato paste have functional ingredients such as ascorbic acid, lycopene, carotenoid, as well as GABA by lactic acid bacteria fermentation, GABA-rich tomato paste can be considered high functional materials.
