본 연구의 목적은 고령화 시대를 대비하고 노인들이 행복한 여가시설을 구축하는 것이 중요한 과제라 인식하고 이에 물리적으로 행복한 노인 여가시설을 구축함을 위한 기초 연구로서 현재 노인들이 공공기관에서 제공하는 여가 시설에 대하여 활용성이 떨어지는 요인에 대하여 연구하였다. 구체적인 연구 방법 및 내용으로 첫째, 국내에서 가장 성공적인 공공 노인 여가시설의 모텔로 선정된 대구의 시니어스타워를 방문하여 단순설문 및 관찰을 통하여 장단점에 대한 요소들을 정리 및 KJ기법 및 그라프기법 (Graph Theory)을 적용하여 물리적 공간에 대한 한계성의 요소에 대한 우선순위 그리고 상호관계성을 발췌하여 우선순위 가이드라인을 구축하였다. 둘째, 실제 노인들이 여가시설에서 느끼는 만족정도를 알아보기 위하여 부산시 사상구 노인여가 시설에 방문 및 현지 노인들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 발췌한 우선순위법(Priority Method) 결과와 비교한 내용을 기반으로 최종적으로 개선 할 사항을 정리 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 첫째, 물품 및 기기를 노인의 여가공간에 효율적으로 배치하기 위한 노력과 이를 실질적으로 다룰 수 있는 전문성도 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 물리적 기기 및 프로그램을 활용한 노인여가 시설도 중요하지만 노인의 신체적, 정신적 특성을 고려하여 자발적으로 참여하기 위한 참여 형 공간도 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

We constructed a standard curve to quantify Listeria monocytogenes in ready-to-eat product, especially sausage samples, using real-time PCR. A standard curve was generated using serially diluted L. monocytogenes cells in distilled water. When cells were artificially inoculated in 10 g of sausage samples in 90㎖ buffered peptone water, the cell concentration of range was approximately 1.0×108 to 100 CFU/㎖. The standard curve of the serially diluted cells was linear for at least seven orders of magnitude from 103 to 109 CFU/㎖ of L. monocytogenes. When cells were diluted in sausages, the linearity range was from 104 to 108 CFU/㎖. The correlation coefficient (R2) of diluted cells was 0.9888 and the slope of the curve was —2.6621. The coefficient and slope of inoculated samples were 0.9916 and —2.747, respectively. The R2 value for serially diluted L. monocytogenes and artificially contaminated sausage samples were acceptable. The approach described in this study represents the potency of the quantification of L. monocytogenes in sausage samples by quantitative real-time PCR. It can be used in monitoring the presence and persistence of this pathogen in sausages.

21세기에 들어와 국내에 초고속 인터넷의 보급으로 현재 초고속 인터넷 보급률이 전 세계에서 최 상위권에 진입해 있는 상황에서, 과거 전화 접속 네트워크로 인터넷을 사용하던 때 보다 웹 사이트 및 웹 서비스가 활발해지고 있으며, 그에 따른 다양한 서비스들이 지원되고 있다. 과거 PC에서 구동되던 응용 프로그램 군들의 설치가 따로 필요 없이 웹 브라우저를 이용하여 다양한 응용프로그램들이 수행되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 현상을 반영하여 다양한 웹 브라우저 환경에서 영상처리를 쉽게 접근하고 사용할 수 있는 영상처리 애플리케이션을 개발하는 것에 중점을 두었다.

With the foundation of the WTO in 1995, the era of boundless and unlimited competition between many of the countries around the world has begun. In order to elevate the competitiveness in the international market, we have incorporated the QMS and the EMS system, establish by the International Standardization Organization, and the process has been operated under the authorization. However, many Korea companies' separate enforcement of the QMS and the EMS system is causing the dissipation of the labor force and the invested capital. As we can see through studying the contents on this paper, the number of documents has been reduced down to 54% (From 139 of them to 64 of them), and the conflict and the chaos that could have happened between the documents has been prevented. Its' outcome is attributed to the foundation and the embarkation on the Integrated Management Systems of the KS, QMS, and EMS. Not only that, it has also reduced the waste elements up to greater than 40%.

Recently, the various information according to the company management is originated in the change of the rapid company environment. And the necessity of the administration,that is systematic and efficient toward the various document of a form, is gradually increased. At the same time, the efficient management ability of the various standard document obtained the specialized quality authentication system including the ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, quality 5 star, and etc., it maintains occupies the very important part as to the company management. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the standard document. In addition, by building and managing the standard management system will be able to expect the more efficient document management and the product reliability insurance.

The government have plans to improve the railway transport capacity and transport hub for the sustainable national transport and logistics system. Specially, there are much efforts to improve transportation capacity such as high speed transportation of rail freight, enlargement of BT train, development of double stack train, etc. between railway transport hubs. If the transport capacity between railway logistics hubs is increased as planned, we must increase the handling capacity of railway hub terminals. But there are limits to enlarge the terminal infrastructure because of investment scale, location circumstances and urban development plans. To ensure the capacity, with the minimum required enlargement of infrastructure, it is necessary to extremely increase the efficiency of terminal operations. For improving the efficiency, we have to introduce the efficient terminal operation systems based on u-IT and operation optimize technologies. In this paper, we analyse the issues and problems of railway terminals(including ICD) and suggest the concept of intelligent railway terminal and the construction components of technology.

글로벌 시대의 국가경쟁력 제고를 위해 인문지리정보의 중요성을 인식하고 인문지리정보 분류체계를 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 인문지리정보(Human-oriented Geographic Information)의 뜻과 목적을 명확히 밝히고 기본지리정보와 국토지리정보와 관계를 정리하였다. 나아가 분류틀을 구성하는 원리를 제시하고 구성요소를 선정하는 원칙과 방안을 마련하였다. 국내외 분류체계를 분석함으로써 대분류와 중분류의 항목들을 도출하였고 각 항목들을 설명하였다. 그리고 제주도를 사례로 지역 특화된 분류체계을 설정해 보았다. 연구 결과의 시사점은 인문지리정보 분류체계는 지역성을 반영할 수 있게 유연하게 구축되어야 하고 새로운 지리 콘텐츠를 발굴을 포함해야 한다는 것이다.

본 연구는 인문지리정보 통합시스템 구축에 있어서 온톨로지 지식기반 구축에 관한 연구로서 인문지리정보의 통합적 활용방안에 대해 논의하였다. 온톨로지 모델링의 방법을 이용하여 수집된 지리정보들을 조직화하고, 재사용가능한 정보로서 데이터들간의 관계를 설정하였으며 온톨로지를 활용하여 사용자 중심의 시나리오에 기반한 검색을 가능하게 하였다. 시범연구지역인 제주도를 사례로하여 다양한 지역지리정보를 수집하여 온톨로지 모델링을 통해 정의한 클래스에 맞추어 온톨로지 인스턴스를 구축하여 사용자를 위한 통합DB를 활용한 시맨틱 검색을 가능하게 하였다.

최근 국가지리정보유통망을 통한 공간정보 통합에 대한 논의처럼, 속성데이터 중심의 인문지리정보 데이터베이스도 시작 단계에서부터 향후의 통합을 고려한 프로토콜을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 인문지리정보 DB 구축을 위해 DB 모델의 원칙과 절차, 즉 데이터 모델, DB 정규화, 데이터 무결성에 대해 인문지리정보 사례를 통해 방향을 제시하였고, 인문지리정보의 변화를 수용할 수 있는 시간성 확보 방안과 온톨로지와 통합DB를 효과적으로 연계하는 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 시간에 따른 정보의 변화를 저장하기 위해 TimeStamp 객체와 TimeSPAN 객체를 DB에 임베드하였고 시간관계 함수를 이용해 검색할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 수시 갱신이 필요한 인문지리정보 DB를 온톨로지와 연계하기 위해서는 DBMS 내의 RDF 객체를 활용하는 효율적인 방법을 제시하였다. 이러한 방안은 인문지리정보 DB 뿐만 아니라 수시갱신이 요구되는 대용량의 DB 구축시 가장 근본적으로 검토하여야 할 내용을 제시해 줄 것이다.

Among the IT infra, The RFID technique is received special attention for this successful SCM System, continuously it is being researched and developed. Also, they recognize RFID techniques that offer various services at supply chain flow, create value of company. This study propose implications in other industry for biz model development and direction based on RFID in many industry through case study for development of the distribution logistics information system on using RFID.

우리나라에서 2012년부터 공식 적용되는 새주소 정보가 위치표시에 있어 핵심정보임에도 불구하고 국가기본공간정보와 연계되지 못하고 있으며, 행정권역 및 각종 권역정보는 체계적으로 구축되지 않아 국가기본공간정보 활용의 한계 및 예산중복과 효율성의 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 국가공간정보인프라로서 새주소 자료의 전략적 연계 및 각종 권역 정보의 체계적 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 도로를 중심으로 주소정보와 각종 권역정보를 연계하고 있는 해외의 도로분야 기본공간정보 구축 현황을 분석하고, 둘째, 국내의 기본지리정보, 새주소 정보, 각종 권역정보 DB구축 현황을 분석한 후, 셋째, 도로를 중심으로 주소정보와 권역정보를 연계하는 DB 구축 방안을 제안하였다.

디지털 기술의 발전과 함께 디지털 저작물의 자유로운 유통환경이 갖춰지면서 불법적인 저작물 유통이 저작권산업 성장을 저해하고 있다. 네트워크를 통하여 불법 유통되는 저작물을 차단하기 위해서 다양한 기술적 조치들이 취해지고 있으며, 최근에는 기 배포되어있는 저작물에 대해서도 차단할 수 있는 특징기반 필터링 기술이 웹하드 서비스를 제공하는 사업자를 중심으로 다수 채택되고 있다. 특징기반 필터링 기술은 해당 저작물에 대한 특징 DB를 사전에 구축해야하며, 이를 위해서는 원본 저작물에 대한 접근이 필요하다. 그러나 원본 저작물의 접근에 대한 중복성과 신뢰성 문제가 해결되지 않고 기술업체가 개별적으로 특징 DB를 구축하고 있기 때문에 효과적인 표준 인터페이스의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제3자에 의해서 신뢰성 있는 표준인터페이스를 제공하여 특징 DB를 효과적으로 구축할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study is, by recognizing that recently, as crimes using information and various adverse-effect phenomena such as hacking and virus occur frequently with rapid development of information network such as Internet in every field of industry, the range of security is widening to the field of industrial areas for preventing the leaking of industrial technology and protecting that technology as well as information security only limited to IT area, and by establishing common concept about industrial security through education on the industrial security at the point of increasing importance of industrial security, to prepare the base of comprehensive risk management system for protecting company's assets (physical factor, technical factor and managerial factor) safely from the random threats or attacks inside and outside the company through assessment of important assets of the company, evaluation of threats and weak points, and risk assessment by building industrial security management system in order to protect company's information assets and resources which are connected to the existence of the company safely from the threats or attacks from inside or outside the company and to spread stable business activities.

This project which was used in KOICA Funds took into account international standards and relevant system of ship safety management through feasibility study and establishment of the ship safety management system and transfer of the ship survey skills and training of relevant government officers from 2007 into 2008. As a consequence, it resulted in the prosperity of maritime technology for ship construction, ship design and ship survey system and improvement of the relevant regulatory system of ship safety management, in particular, in the field of a registration system for fishing vessels and domestic ship survey system. This paper introduce the successful project through the technical cooperation and transfer in the fields of maritime safety and environment between the Republic of Korea as a member of A group Council of IMO and the Algeria in Africa which recently carry out the large scale of a following project.

국민소득수준의 향상과 주5일 근무제 확산으로 인해 레저활동이 활성화됨에 따라 모터보트, 요트, 수상오토바이, 스킨스쿠버다이빙 등 바다를 활동무대로하는 해양레저관광 영역이 날로 확대되고 있으며 해양관광레저 유입 인구도 꾸준히 증가하고 있음. 목포 및 주변 지역의 경우 우수한 해양관광자원을 보유하고 있음에도 불구하고 해양자원의 활용도가 매우낮은 것으로 조사됨. 본 연구에서는 향후 목포시를 중심으 로 해양레저관광활성화를 위한 방안으로 목포시를 찾는 관광객들에게 다양한 해양레저관광 코스들을 제공하는 시스템을 구축하는데 목적이 있 음. 또한 목포 내항에 구축되는 요트 마리나 시설과 연계한 다양한 해양관광레저 코스를 개발하여 마리나 시설 활성화 전략을 마련하는데도 목 적이 있음.

원양어선을 제외한 대부분의 국내 어선은 체계적인 안전관리시스템 없이 어업인 중심의 자율적인 안전관리가 이루어지고 있어 자연, 항로, 선박, 교통, 운항자 관련된 사고 리스크를 저감하는 데는 한계가 있다. 또한 정부의 어선 안전관련 업무는 여러 부처 와 지자체로 분산 되어 있어 통합적인 안전기반 정책 실현에 장애요소가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어선안전관리 실태를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안으 로 통합어선 안전관리시스템구축을 제시하였다.

유류오염사고 해안방제시스템 구축을 위한 해안 구획분할을 연구하였다. 해 안 구획분할은 유류오염사고 발생시 오염피해평가, 방제 및 복원방법 선택, 방제전략 수립, 방제종료기준 선정 등을 위한 해안특성 정보 데이터베이스 구축을 위한 기본 단 위 구역 선정에 활용된다. 외국 사례의 검토를 통하여 체계적인 해안 구획분할 방안을 연구하고, 국내 적용을 위한 주요 검토사항을 제시하였다. 또한 해안 구획분할 적용에 있어 고려해야할 해안 특성요소를 검토하고 해안 특성요소를 반영할 수 있는 해안 구획 분할 방안을 제시하였으며, 분할된 해안 구획의 특성과 최적 방제방법을 연계할 수 있 는 방안을 연구하였다. 해안 구획분할 연구는 해안방제의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으 며, 해안방제를 위한 정보시스템 구축에 기본 데이터베이스 단위로 적용될 수 있다.
