우리나라 교정시설 여성수용자 관리에 대한 관심이 증가하면서, 남성수용자 위주의 교정정책에서 벗어나 여성수용자의 특성을 고려한 정책적 접근을 시작 하고 있다. 미성년의 자녀들을 두고 있는 여성이 교정시설에 수용되는 경우 여성수용자 자신뿐만 아니라 자녀들에게도 심각한 영향을 주게 된다. 많은 연구에서 자녀들이 분리로 인한 슬픔, 공허감, 무기력감, 분노와 공포를 경험할 수 있으며 어린시기의 이러한 영향은 장기적으로 자녀들의 정상적인 성장에 악영향을 미칠 수 있다는 결과가 도출되었다. 미국에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 교정시설에서 다양한 프로그램을 시행하고 있다. 어머니와의 분리로 인한 문제점을 줄이기 위해 교도소 탁아시설이 운영되고 있으며 이러한 프로그램은 여성수용자들과 자녀들의 유대감을 향상시키고 출소후에도 자녀들과의 재결합을 촉진시키는 것으로 조사되고 있다. 그 외에도 IMPACT, MOLD, CVP, MATCH 등 여성수용자와 자녀들의 접촉 기회를 증가시키는 많은 프로그램이 시행중에 있다. 우리나라에서도 최근 여성수용자와 자녀관계 회복․개선 프로 그램의 중요성에 대해 인식하고, 가족사랑캠프, 어머니학교, 가족만남의 날, 가 족만남의 집, 귀휴 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 이러한 프로그램의 내 실을 다지고 더욱 발전시키기 위해서는 교정당국과 보건복지가족부․여성부․ 지방자치단체․사회복지기관 등 유관기관과 지역사회가 협력해 나가야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to take a close look at team teaching between a Korean elementary English teacher and a native teacher of English and thus to explore ways that team teaching can be performed more effectively. The data consists of teaching journals and an interview. Teaching journals were written by the Korean teacher and the native teacher for one semester while co-teaching. The analysis of data revealed the followings. First, the role relationships between the two teachers changed dynamically as the native teacher had more experiences of teaching. The native teacher was a novice at first, but she became the associate and sometimes team leader in the end of the semester. Second, the Korean teacher's efforts to communicate with the native teacher regarding the contents and methods of teaching helped the native teacher progress in teaching skills and management of class. Third, the Korean teacher felt stress due to too much work and responsibility related to team teaching although she found the experience of team teaching rewarding in terms of her professional development. Finally, it was found that activities and games rather than reading and writing were more appropriate for team teaching. Based on these findings several suggestions were made.
Steel and iron manufacture works exist that many latency risk as melting liquid of high temperature, work of high place, and so on. Once in a while, the accident case make use of basic data for latency risk analysis in a place of business. In this paper, we investigated the cause of the accident in steel an iron works. The result, we came across that many latency risk in steel and iron manufacture works. The main type of risk are fall, narrow, come flying, etc. Most of the latency risk type are repetition and conventional accident. Accordingly, steel and manufacture works must prevent to repetition and conventional accident.
The quick response(QR) system is very popular in Korean apparel companies. However, the usage of QR system was not known well. The purpose of this study is to identify the usage of the quick response decision support system(QR DSS) and postponement manufacturing in the Korean apparel company. The researched company was the only one which used the QR DSS. The researchers carried out the depth interview with the QR decision makers of the company. This company had 14 brands, and had used the QR DSS since January, 2008. The results are as follows: The QR DSS was supportive computer software program, and it helped the staffs to make agile decision about QR repeat production of clothing. The QR DSS automatically calculated the related data, and suggested the expected sales volume and the proper supply amounts of the styles. There were four functions in QR DSS : 'QR Alert', 'Proper Supply Amount Simulation', 'Sensible QR', and 'Supply/Sales Simulation by Item'. The men's clothing brands effectively used 'Supply/Sales Simulation by Item' function. And the women's clothing brands effectively used 'QR Alert' function. This company also used the postponement production system for QR repeat production. The postponement production was conducted with four methods : the yarn stocking, the grey fabric stocking, the dyed fabric stocking, and the fabric sourcing. The men's clothing brands usually used of the yarn stocking methods and the dyed fabric stocking methods. The women's clothing brands usually used the grey fabric stocking methods. By using QR DSS and postponement production system the company was able to shorten the lead time for QR decision making.
This study intended to analyze growth competence of Taiwanese IT industry through patterns and examples of strategic partnership for Taiwanese IT companies. In order to analyze background of growth and development of Taiwanese IT industry, this study has classified internal/external cooperation networking of Taiwanese IT companies, strategic partnership characteristics, into technical, production and capital partnerships, and suggested examples of strategic partnerships of Taiwanese companies for the characteristics. First, as production partnership shows transition trend, changing from simple production methods such as conventional OEM and EMS to ODM partnership that operates both design and production, this study has analyzed it with an example of Hon Hai, IT company in Taiwan. Second, has been analyzed using an example to penetrate into Chinese domestic market through establishment of joint venture company with Japanese companies or share investment. Third, case of technical + production partnership has been analyzed using examples of Chaiwanese companies that are rapidly growing in China recently. This study provides a meaningful suggestion on how Taiwanese IT company reinforces R&D of core parts and components by itself and maximizes synergy effect from incorporation by consolidating joint production or overseas marketing upon strategic partnership and linking production, how important specialized competence and networking capabilities of the corporation are, and how the concentrated power at national level has effect on capability of individual company.
