In recent years, with the successful growth and rapid overseas expansion of Korean games, Korea’s game industry has become the new engine for economic growth and positioned itself as the symbol of a successful cultural content. However, despite all this, the popular media has accused game as the cause of gambling and also violence. And every year the government is coming out with new regulations that are seriously affecting the whole game industry. Therefore, right now there is a need to introduce regulation to the game developers not as an object of condemnation or an object to be evaded. Regulation should be rethought and also measures should be taken to minimize it side effects. This study examines and tests the most recent regulations that were not suitable for games. And it shows the effectiveness and provides an alternative direction for game development.

수출성과의 결정요인에 대한 연구는 오랫동안 국제경영 분야 연구자들의 주요한 관심사였다. 그러나, 수출성과의 결정요인을 규명하기 위한 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 아직까지 이론적, 실증적 측면에서 다양한 연구결과들이 보고되고 있으며, 수출성과의 결정요인에 대한 통일적인 의견 일치는 모아지지 않고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 수출성과 결정요인에 대한 연구들의 한계를 극복하기 위해 수출성과 결정요인에 대한 통합모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해, 수출성과 결정요인의 다차원적인 특성을 고려하여 산업조직이론, 자원기반이론, 관계적 관점을 통합하여 수출성과 결정요인에 대한 통합모형을 개발하고 이 통합모형의 경로와 설명력을 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 한국의 수출기업 3,000개를 표본으로 설문조사를 실시하여 420개의 유효한 응답을 얻었으며, 이를 AMOS 18.0 구조방정식 모형 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석 결과를 살펴보면 아래와 같다. 첫째, 통합모형은 대부분의 경로가 유의하게 나타났고 모형의 적합도도 양호하여 본 통합모형이 한국 수출기업의 수출성과를 설명하는데 유의적인 설명력을 보여주는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 통합모형이 기존의 각 패러다임별 모형에 비해 수출성과에 대해 유의하게 높은 설명력을 나타내고 모형의 적합도도 유의하게 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 수출기업의 자원과 역량이 수출기업의 전략에 긍정적인 영향을, 그리고, 전략이 수출시장에서의 경쟁우위에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 수출시장에서의 경쟁우위는 수출기업의 자원과 전략뿐만 아니라 수입업체와의 관계의 질에 의해서도 긍정적인 영향을 받는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 결과는 수출성과를 설명할 때 기존의 전략경영 패러다임과 관계적 관점이 수출시장의 경쟁우위를 연결고리로 하여 통합될 수 있다는 것을 보여주는 것이다. 다섯째, 수출시장에서의 경쟁우위와 수입업체와의 관계의 질 모두 수출성과에 유의적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 결론적으로 수출성과를 결정하는데 있어서 경쟁우위와 관계의 질이 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 이러한 다양한 관점을 통합한 모형이 기존의 단일 관점별 모형보다 수출성과의 결정요인을 규명하는데 보다 적합하고 설명력이 높다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구결과는 수출기업의 경영자와 정부의 수출정책 담당자들에게 수출성과의 결정요인을 전체적으로 설명하는 통합적인 틀(framework)을 제공함으로써 수출성과를 높이기 위한 보다 효과적인 수출전략과 수출지원 정책을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

다국적 기업의 본사와 자회사의 관계에 있어서 자회사 역할의 중요성이 증대됨에 따라 자회사의 성과와 자율성이 국제경영 분야에서 중요한 주제로 떠오르고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 조직이론 분야에서 종업원의 자율성이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구가 상당히 이루어진 반면 국제경영 분야에서는 자율성과 성과의 관계에 대한 연구는 아직 많지 않다. 특히 다국적 기업 관련 선행연구들은 전사적인 성과에 대한 연구에 비해 자회사 성과에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 적다. 본 연구는 한국에 진출한 다국적 기업을 대상으로 자회사의 자율성과 자회사의 성과의 관계에 대해 분석하고, 그 관계에 있어서 본사와 자회사간의 상호 의존성과 문화적 거리가 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 설문조사에 응답한 142개의 데이터에 대한 회귀분석 결과 자회사의 자율성은 자회사 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 본국과 현지국의 문화적 거리가 클수록 자회사의 자율성과 자회사 성과의 정(+)의 관계는 강화되며, 본사와 자회사의 상호 의존성이 높을수록 자회사의 자율성과 자회사 성과의 정(+)의 관계는 약화되는 것이 발견되었다. 이러한 분석 결과는 다국적 기업이 현지국에서의 성과를 높이기 위해서 자회사에게 자율성을 부여하는 것이 일반적으로 바람직하지만, 그 효과는 외적 환경변수(국가간 문화 차이)와 내적 환경변수(업무상 상호 의존성)에 따라 상이하다는 것을 실증적으로 보여주고 있다.

Quality management activities are an important factor that they could be regarded as a most significant drive to prompt growth of a corporation. From this research as core strategy of the enterprise single ppm wants to emphasize the importance of the quality management activity. The Empirical results are summarized as follows, for successful Single PPM, leadership and corporate culture should be based on. As Single PPM activities factor, Customer Management significantly affects Single PPM Performance. Therefore, to the success of quality management activities, internal corporate leadership and corporate culture must be formed. And for customer management, should take advantage of a variety of the company's internal and external information strategically.

Although digital contents markets grow very rapidly and are known as a higher value added industry, there is also potential risk in producing digital contents. Thus, many firms have begun to produce a firm's digital contents by outsourcing from other companies in order to catch-up new technologies and to make stable profits. However, since contracts are decided mostly based on bidding price and also standard contract are not available, there is a limit on the benefit from the contents outsourcing. Thus, this study argues that if both contract factors such as contract concreteness and flexibility are well managed, the on-line digital contents will increase the performance of a firm. This study deals with the influence on the firm's performance by the outsourcing in contract factors based on the empirical analysis. Using regression analysis with these two dependent variables, the findings showed that the contract concreteness had positive effects on both cost improvement performance and efficiency improvement performance, but the contract feasibility only had positive effect on efficiency improvement performance. In addition, the result of the study showed that the contract performance of outsourcing the digital contents have a positive impact on the partnership intention.

It seems most important for a manufacturing company to be well aware of its relationship with suppliers. This is why it is essential to analyze and control the structural relationship among CEO's characteristics, relations between suppliers and manufacturers and new product development performances affected by such relations. The present study may be summed up as follows: First, from the analysis of characteristics of manufacturing company's CEO and relations between suppliers and manufacturers, it could be verified that CEO's characteristics exercised influence upon sharing of product development process and upon cooperation for technical manpower, but not upon sharing of core technologies, signifying the fact that nothing could be more important than the role of CEO who has strong will to improve his or her relations with suppliers; and Second, from the analysis of relations between suppliers and manufacturers as well as relations between management and new product development performances, it became evident that both management performance and product development performance were affected by sharing of product development process. It was also known that cooperation for technical development process had influence upon the product development performance but not upon the management performance. Furthermore, the analysis showed that both management performance as well as product development performance were affected by sharing of core technologies.

우리나라 전체 기업수의 99% 이상을 차지하는 중소기업의 연구개발을 지원하기 위하여 최근 10년간 연평균 15.8%에 달하는 예산증액과 다양한 정부의 기술개발 프로그램 지원이 있어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 연구개발을 지원하기 위한 우리나라 중소기업청의 대표적인 연구개발프로그램인 중소기업기술혁신개발사업을 대상으로 프로젝트로 인한 ROI에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 토빗 회귀분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였고 특히 개발 기술에 대한 인증과 특허가 프로젝트의 경제적 성과에 기여하는 영향을 산업별 차이점을 중심으로 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 프로젝트의 수행 중 인증의 신청 ; 취득과 특허의 출원 ; 등록은 프로젝트의 경제적 성과를 높이는데 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 각 기술 분야별로 인증과 특허가 프로젝트의 경제적 성과에 기여하는 정도에 현저한 차이가 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 정부 중소기업 기술개발 프로젝트의 경제적 성과 제고를 위해서는 각기술 분야별로 인증과 특허의 영향을 고려하여 프로젝트를 기획, 평가, 관리할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

◉ 목적 : 본 연구는 가상현실 프로그램이 운동성 저하아동의 운동성, 주의집중력에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다. ◉ 연구방법 : BOTMP II(Bruininks-Oserstsky Test of Motor Proficiency II)와 활동성평정척도(Werry-Weiss-Perter’s Activity Rating Scale ;WWPARS ;이하 WWP) 검사를 통하여 운동성의 결함, 주의집중력 결함을 가진 2명의 아동을 대상으로 부모의 동의를 얻어 5주 동안 A아동 6회, B아동 8회에 걸친 가상현실 프로그램을 실시하였다. 아동마다 연구자 2명씩 개입하여 약 50분씩(Wii-fit, Wii-sports resort) 실시하였고, 초기 평가 후 각 6, 8회에 걸친 연구를 진행하여, 마지막 차에 최종평가를 실시하였다. 최종평가는 BOTMP II, 활동성평정척도(WWP)를 사용하였다. ◉ 결과 : 각 아동마다 BOTMP II, 활동성평정척도(WWP) 평가결과 A 아동은 BOTMP II, 활성평정척도(WWP) 모두 긍정적 효과가 있었다. A아동은 BOTMP II 결과 총점 63점에서 71점으로 증가하여 운동성이 향상되었고, 활동성평정척도(WWP) 검사결과 총점 11점에서 6점으로 감소하여 집중력이 향상되었다. B아동은 BOTMP II 결과 총점 52점에서 55점으로 증가하여 운동성이 향상되었고, 활성평정척도(WWP) 검사결과 총점 16점에서 19점으로 점수가 증가하여 집중력이 향상되지 못했다. ◉ 결론 : 가상현실 프로그램이 운동성과 주의집중력에 문제를 가진 아동에게 적용되었을 때 운동성을 향상시키고, 주의집중력에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 대상자들의 수를 늘리고 장기간에 걸쳐 아동의 변화를 확인할 수 있는 가상현실 프로그램 연구가 지속적으로 필요하다고 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to lay emphasis on the importance of a restaurateur's role and qualities as well as to provide the restaurateur information necessary to effectively run a restaurant. To address the purpose, this study analyzed the qualities of a restaurateur and determined the influence they have on the business results, via conducting a survey with 117 restaurateurs from June 11th to June 26th 2011. In summary, male restaurateurs were higher in the vision directivity, desire to learn, accomplishment, challenge and pro-activity than their female counterparts, with a significant difference of p<0.05. According to their ages, the surveyees showed significant differences in the vision directivity (p<0.05), desire to learn (p<0.01), challenge (p<0.01) and pro-activity (p<0.01). In addition, also the survey revealed that the qualities of a restaurateur had a significant influence on financial performance, a sense of satisfaction and business results (p<0.001). The questionnaire resulted in the following: first, the vision directivity (p<0.05) and the challenge (p<0.05) affected the financial performance; second, the challenge had influence on the sense of satisfaction; and last, the vision directivity (p<0.05) and the challenge (p<0.05) had an effect on the business results. Thus, the study concluded that restaurateurs need two qualities: (i) the vision directivity in order to meet their goals and to have a higher business results and (ii) the challenge to try new managing methods in order to cope with the ever-changing environment.

The current environment of technological and competitive changes influences not only the business R&D environment but also government driven national R&D strategies. Open innovation has now become an important paradigm that is replacing the outdated paradigm of closed innovation. Many companies and nations have been increasing R&D investment because R&D has been considered a driving force for national and corporate competitive advantage. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and compare the performance of R&D focused on open innovation according to scientific and technological outputs which is based on paper publications, patents and etc. Comparisons should not be only based on the quantity but also on the quality of the output. This paper shows that it is possible to develop DEA models that utilize the Analytical Hierarchical Process in order to transform the qualitative index into a quantitative index. Hence, the relative efficiency for R&D organizations is obtained based on both quantity and quality outputs and subsequently provides comprehensive and realistic methods for decision makers to identify levels of project efficiency.

In this paper, quantitative and systematic procedures for establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of R&D departments are presented. The proposed methodology is composed of 4 steps : 1) identification of critical success factors, 2) identification of potential KPI’s, 3) determination of KPI’s and 4) monitoring and execution. A Strategy Map has been presented to better align KPI’s with a company’s competitive strategies. Also, Analytical Hierarchy Planning (AHP) is used to determine weights of KPI’s and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used to analyze the effectiveness of R&D departments. To demonstrate its validity of the proposed method, it has been applied to the R&D divisions of a semiconductor company.

With increase in operating temperature of gas turbine for higher efficiency, it is necessary to find new materials of TBC for replacement of YSZ. Among candidate materials for future TBCs, zirconate-based oxides with pyrochlore and fluorite are prevailing ones. In this study, phase structure and thermal conductivities of oxide system are investigated. system are comprised by selecting as A-site ions and as B-site ion in pyrochlore structures. With powder mixture from each oxide, oxides are fabricated via solid-state reaction at . Either pyrochlore or fluorite or mixture of both appears after heat treatment. For the developed phases along compositions, thermal conductivities are examined, with which the potential of compositions for TBC application is also discussed.

소프트왜어 산업진흥볍 개정으로，공공부문 정보화 시장에 대기업 사업 참여가 제한되고 중소기업의 사업 참여가 증가될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 중소기업의 프로젝트 통합관리 및 소프트혜어 품질관리의 취약 부분을 보완하기 위한 조처로 PMO 제도를 법제화 하여，제도적，조직적 프로젝트관리를 통한 IS프로젝트의 성과를 향상을 하려는 것이다. IS 프로젝트 관리영역에 관련된 PMO에 대한 이론적 연구와 PMBOK 9 개 관리영역 중 3 개 핵심관리 영역 연관성 분석을 통해 PMO 업무 핵심 관리능력인 PMO 기능을 정의하였다. 또한 프로젝트 성과 및 영향 요인은 이론적 연구를 통해 성과 영향 요소 및 성과요소를 정의하였다. 제시한 연구모델의 실증적 검증은 공공부분 발주자，사업수행자，감리원을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 프로젝트의 성과 향상에 영향을 주는 PMO 활동의 기능 및 PMO운영 형태 상호관계를 실증적으로 검증하고자 연구모델을 수립한다.

본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미 치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방 안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높 은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가 의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감 을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.
