목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료를 전공하고 특수교육지원센터와 학교에 기반을 둔 치료지원 서비스 전문가의 근무환경 과 근무 환경에 따른 직무만족도를 알아보기 위해 시행되었으며, 향후 교육기반 작업치료사의 복지향상과 최적의 치료지원 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2010년 1월 4일부터 2010년 1월 20일까지 전국에 있는 특수교육지원센터와 학교에 근무하고 있는 작 업치료 전공자를 대상으로 전화, 우편, 이메일을 통해 설문지를 발송하고, 회수한 총 60부를 분석에 사용하였다. 결과 : 고용형태는 계약직 전일제, 직책은 작업치료사, 급여는 150~200만원 미만, 순회 근무지 수는 1곳, 대상 아동 의 장애유형은 지적장애, 치료 기구 및 장비의 구비 상태는‘그저 그렇다’로, 관련서비스 팀원으로 특수교사로 대 답한 응답자가 가장 많았다. 학교에 근무할 때 전체만족도가 높았고, 정규직이고, 급여가 많을수록, 1일 치료 아동 수가 적을수록 보상체계 만족도는 높았으며 근무처와 직책에 따라 자율성 만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 치료기 구 및 장비 구비 여부에 따라 업무만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 1일 치료 아동 수에 따라 인정지위와 자율성, 만족도 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직무만족도 요인 중 업무체계와 보상체계, 업무체계와 자율성, 인간관계 와 인정지위에서 정적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 결론 : 특수교육지원센터 및 학교에서 근무하는 작업치료사를 비롯한 치료지원 전문가들의 근무환경 개선과 직무 만족도 향상을 위한 정책과 방안이 필요하며 학교기반 작업치료사의 역할과 전문성을 확보하기 위해 세미나 및 보 수교육, 학교 기반 작업치료와 관련된 다양한 연구가 필요하다.

Recently, IPTV population is growing by leaps and bounds. and We performed FGI(Focus Group Interview) with various experts related to agriculture field to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel. this growth has social background that is change of paradigm caused by the convergence of broadcasting, demand for Agriculture and Fisheries special channel using new media thanks to interests in Wellbeing, Green food. so we think that we need to consider the way to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel and its validity from all angles. that is why we are having a heated discussion with Agriculture and Fisheries marketing experts, farmer, fisher(Korean Cyber Farmer Association), broadcasting experts. Concretely, government budget is needed to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, so we are just about to examine its validity and find business model. to make this discussion detailed, we made 4 subjects. First, Do we need agro-fishery products distribution channel using media? Second, After establishing of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, how many demands will occur? Third, Should we make Agriculture and Fisheries special channel public channel? Fourth, What would be profit model of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel?

서론 : 현재 우리나라는 국립재활원, 송파구청, 몇몇 개인 운전학원과 연계된 장애인 단체 그리고 최근 개원한 대구대학교의 운전재활센터만이 장애인들이 운전재활 교육을 받을 수 있는 곳이다. 또한 장애인에게 운전재활을 교육할 수 있는 전문 인력이 우선 필요한데, 이들을 양성할 수 있는 조직적이고 전문적인 프로그램이 아직 준비되지 못한 것이 부인할 수 없는 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미국의 예를 들어 차후 한국에서 장애인운전재활 전문가 양성을 위한 제도를 만들고자 할 때 이에 대한 기초지식을 제공하려고 하였다. 본론 : 미국 운전재활전문가와 운전재활 전문가 자격증에 관하여 중추적인 역할을 하는 ADED에 대한 간단한 역사, 시험응시자격, 시험규정, 응시절차, 출제내용 설명, 시험응시에 관한 유의사항, 그리고 자격증 취득 후에 그 자격증을 지속적으로 유지하 는 방법들에 대하여 기술하였다. 미국은 운전재활전문가가 되기 위해 이처럼 복잡하고 까다로운 자격요건을 요구하여 전문가 로서의 전문성과 자질을 지속적으로 유지하도록 하고 있으며, 또한 장애를 가진 사람이라 할지라도 자가운전의 중요성을 인식하고 장애인들에게 진정한 사회복귀와 삶의 질을 향상 시켜주는 제도의 발전에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 결론 : 앞으로 운전재활 전문가 양성방안을 마련해야 할 우리나라로서는 미국 운전재활전문가협회와 운전재활전문가 자격증 제도에 대한 전반적인 내용을 알아봄으로써 우리나라의 장애인 운전재활과 운전재활전문가에 관심이 있는 사람들에게 유용 한 정보가 될 것이다.

우리나라는 지속적인 경제성장과 1980년대 후반부터 시작된 민주화에 힘입어 국민들의 사회복지욕구는 점증되고 있고 사회복지서비스의 내용도 다양화 되어가고 있다. 본 연구는 현장에서 가장 많이 소통되는 일선 공무원과의 업무에 따른 면담을 통하여 사회복지서비스관련 법제에 관한 조례규정에 관심을 갖고 문제해결방법을 시도하였다. 본 면담으로 알 수 있듯이 전달체계에 있어서 재정이 열악한 도시는 정부사업과 도사업에 밀려 시 자체사업을 할 수 없고 공무원은 국가지원에만 의존하는 열악한 환경에서 행정조정자로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 본연구의 목적인 사회복지의 전문성을 위한 사회복지법제의 제도적 발전을 위해서는 우선적으로 제도적인 우선성장을 필수조건으로 하며 시 특성에 맞는 사업은 물론 필요에 따라 조례규정에 대한 복지서비스의 자율권 확대와 통합프로그램으로 전문 프로그램을 신장시켜야 한다. 사회환경 변화에 따라 사회복지서비스도 변화되고 있어 새로운 사회복지욕구에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 서비스관련 법제도 시의 특성에 맞게 재편성되어야 할 것이다. 종전의 중앙집권적 사회복지서비스관련 법제는 지방분권 시대에 맞도록 체질변화가 불가피하다고 평가되어진다.

노인인구 증가 및 만성퇴행성 질환의 증가 추세 속에서 장기요양보호 대상에 대한 간병서비스의 필요성은 증가하는데 반해 가족에 의한 노인간병과 보호의 기능은 점점 어려워지고 있는 현실을 감안할 때, 앞으로 간병인에 대한 사회적 요구는 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 노인전문병원에서 건강상의 문제를 지닌 노인환자를 가족들을 대신해 보수를 받고 돌봐주는 간병인을 대상으로 노인에 대한 태도와 업무만족을 알아보고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 간병인들의 노인에 대한 태도와 업무만족 수준을 알아보고, 실제로 노인의 태도가 업무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지의 관계규명을 통해 앞으로 노인에 대한 바람직한 이해 및 긍정적인 인식과 태도 전환을 통해 서비스의 질은 물론 업무만족을 높이는 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다.

This research is to develop an expert system utilizing virtual reality and 3D image technologies for minimizing damages from natural disaster, especially storm and flood, which could be used as a training kid for people including the old. It also develops an expert system for storm and flood on very limited region, 3D animation application technology using optical motion capture techniques for heavy storm and flood, and 3D-based rendering technology using virtual reality techniques. This data based expert system should work exactly like real experts by adapting all expert knowledge and experience, so that users, especially the old and vulnerable residents not familiar with computer systems, could easily use the system by several button selections. The animated character based program will also be developed for the old and vulnerable residents to learn and understand what to do quite easily.

The purpose of this research was to reveal how Korean food is currently perceived by the “foodies” of New York City and to determine what social status Korean food has in the city that is deemed the “Restaurant Capital of the World.” In-depth personal interviews were performed to provide a deeper insight into the comments and subject matters. Most foodies selected kimchi and Korean barbecue as the most distinctive foods in Korean dining. Korean food's distinguishing traits were extracted in four areas: specific ingredients and tools, preparation procedures, and rules. Sensory characteristics, local adaptation, service, side dishes, and the main strengths and short-comings of Korean foods were investigated. Perception toward the taste of Korean food was generally positive, but poor quality of service and lack of organization in establishments were found to be negative factors.

Risk level for each construction work can be very important factors to establish advanced preventionmeasures. But it is important how to produce it. There are three different methods to set it up for consturuction situation. They are as follows; 1) occurrence frequency = the number of accident workers of each work kind / yearly accident workers 2) occurrence frequency = the number of accident workers of each work kind / yearly workers 3) occurrence frequency = the number of accident workers of each work kind / the total workers All these three concepts(=averaged concept)are analyzed. Additionally frequency based on discrete curve, and severity based on continuous curve are also combined for producing risk level with more scientific approach. This risk level can be very useful to make prevention plan or take measures at construction sites. This is study result can change existing risk level concept to new concept of it, namely rail way work and in-water work showed be high risk level and RC work be low risk level, different from the situation which we have thought commonly, so far.

This study investigated college students` patterns of visiting coffee shops which are formed by students` preferences. This study surveyed 300 college students in Seongnam. The subjects were consisted of 45.2% males and 54.8% females and the average age was 20.8 years. 41.3% of subjects visited coffee shops once or twice a month and 42.4% of subjects visited coffee shops on a random basis. 26.7% of subjects stayed in coffee shops for 1～1.5 hours. The main purpose of going to coffee shops was to enjoy specialty coffee. The subjects` first favorites was coffee with various kinds of syrups and second one was Americano. When the female subjects in Seongnam chose the coffee shops, they focused more on variety factors than the male subjects. The group of subjects who had monthly expenses of less than 400, 000 won focused on price factors more than the group of subjects who had monthly expenses more than 400, 000 won. Moreover, environmental factors were heavily related to the usage rate and staying time of the coffee shops. Above all, price factors and promotion factors affected subjects` choice of the coffee shops in Seongnam.

The study focuses on analysing situation of disasters and characteristics in construction process which the technical construction firms accomplish. Besides, the study aims at the role and responsibilities of technical construction firms in construction safety. It is found out by a questionnaire and interviews in this study that safety control and management have a key role to prevent accidents in construction projects. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that institutional improvement and support strategies are suggested and that additional to the support of the government and institutions in charge of the field of construction safety the effort of the first contractor, the second contractor and the laborer it is also important.

This paper presents the economic validity with the cost/benefit analysis on establishing R&D Supreme Academy. To evaluate the profitability of R&D Supreme Academy, willingness to pay (WTP) is measured by contingent valuation method (CVM) and then the net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR) and benefit/cost ratio(BCR) are calculated. The results of economic evaluation verified that the establishment of R&D Supreme Academy is timely and effective in an economic perspective.

이 연구에서는 수업컨설팅을 통하여 초임교사 지원 실태와 초임교사의 전문성 개발 노력을 분석하였다. 수업동영상 분석을 위한 컨설팅 협의회, 초임교사와의 면담 자료 등을 활용하여 초임 과학교사들의 전문성 개발 실태와 개선 방안을 탐색하였다. 분석대상으로 한 수업은 중학교 3학년 일과 에너지 단원의 9차시 수업이며, 6명의 초임교사와 선배 교사로 구성된 6명의 컨설팅 협의진이 차시별 수업을 교차분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 초임교사들의 경우 초임시절에 수업에 대한 교사의 반성적 실천이 없고, 수업하는 방법에 대한 안내도 없어서 대개는 배운 방식대로 학생을 가르치는 경향이 발견된다. 교사로서의 전문성 개발 측면에서도 잡무가 많아서 수업준비를 할 시간이 없을 뿐만 아니라 교사들 사이에 수업에 대한 의사소통이 없었다. 이러한 실태 진단에 대한 대안으로 선배교사들은 초임교사 지원을 위한 시보교사 제도 도입과 교사 협의회의 필요성을 제안하였다. 결론에서는 초임교사 지원을 위한 효과적인 입문 프로그램이 갖추어야 할 조건을 논의하였다.
