Pyrifluquinazon은 새로운 생물학적 활성 모형을 기초로 만들어진 화학합성 살 충제이다. 이 살충제의 작용기작은 곤충의 행동을 변형시켜 섭식을 하지 못하게 함으로서 굶어 죽게 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 실험에서는 pyrifulquinazon의 완효형 제형을 만들어 복숭아혹진딧물에 대한 섭식행동과 살충효과를 검증하였 다. pyrifluquinazon nano type은 코팅할 때 사용되는 키토산 용액의 분자량과 농 도에 따라 CS 30,000 0.1%, CS 3,000 0.3%로 제조하여 완효형 제형으로 사용하 였고 원제형태의 pyrifluquinazon을 대조구로 사용하였다. 또한, EPG를 이용하여 이 약제에 대한 생물검정과 섭식행동 결과를 비교하였다. CS 30,000 0.1%를 추천 농도(50ppm)로 처리했을 때 진딧물 살충효과와 증가율은 약제 처리 초기에는 저 조하였지만 6일 후부터 점차 증가하였고, 처리 8일 후에 살충율이 가장 높았다. CS 3,000 0.3%의 경우, 처리 18일 후에 살충율이 71.7%를 나타냈고, 증가율은 -0.43 으로 효과적인 완효형 제형의 결과를 보였다. 또한, 두 가지 nano type을 각각의 농 도(25, 50, 100ppm)로 처리함에 따라, 복숭아혹진딧물에 대한 완효형 제형의 특성 과 살충효과를 관찰한 결과, CS 30,000 0.1% 타입의 생물검정 결과, 다른 농도에 서 보다 100ppm으로 처리한 경우 약제 처리 후 모든 일차에서 가장 효과적으로 증 가율 저해가 관찰되었고, CS 3,000 0.3%를 100ppm으로 처리한 경우 약제 처리 18일 후에 살충율이 68.3%로 가장 높았다. 25, 50ppm의 농도로 희석된 2가지 nano 타입과 원제 형태의 제형에 대한 복숭아혹진딧물의 생물검정과 섭식행동을 비교하기 위해서 EPG를 수행한 결과, 25, 50ppm 모두 원제 형태의 제형의 경우 섭식 억제 효과가 약제 처리 2일 후에 가장 좋았지만, CS 30,000 0.1%는 25ppm에 서 처리 8일 후, 50ppm에서 처리 14일 후, CS 3,000 0.3%의 경우 25ppm에서 처 리 28일 후, 50ppm에서 처리 14일 후에 섭식억제 효과가 가장 우수하였다. 또한, 25ppm의 CS 3,000 0.3%에서 처리 12일부터 30일 까지, 50ppm에서는 처리 14일 부터 30일까지 reaction time이 관찰되어 CS 3,000 0.3%가 가장 효과적인 완효형 제형의 특징을 나타내었다.

To identify "Gongsik", defined as food-sharing by picking food from a common plate using personal utensils, we conducted 7 focus group interviews including 47 university students during a 6 month period. Focus group discussions were audio taped, transcribed, and categorized into major themes. We divided Gongsik into the following categories: practical reasons, socio-psychological reasons, boundaries, suppressive situations, emotional characteristics, attitudes towards using different utensils, and future prospects. Gongsik appeared to be useful for fostering quick food sharing, intimacy and solidarity, and a fixed behavior learned at home. If the amount of food was too small to provide individual servings, as in Jjigae, Gongsik was likely to occur spontaneously. Family, close relatives, friends, and lovers sharing common activities and/ or blood ties were composed the boundaries of Gongsik. However, Gongsik was avoided in elegant restaurants or in view of foreigners. Participants showed mixed feelings towards Gongsik. Gongsik conducted with a spoon was considered to increase the degree of suggested intimacy in a food sharing context. Half of the students believed that the practice of Gongsik would be maintained into the future. Gongsik is a culturally-specific behavior that includes both positive and negative meanings. Aside from improving understanding of the cultural aspects of food-sharing, we suggest that the negative aspects of Gongsik related to the issue of hygiene be considered in food and nutrition education.

본 연구는 레스토랑의 실내 색채와 배경 음악 및 레스토랑 분위기의 일치성이 고객의 감정적 반응 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 서울 및 경인 지역 20~30대 400명을 대상으로 웹 서베이를 실시하였다. 색채와 음악의 앙상블 효과를 확인하기 위해 3D studio MAX를 활용하여 high-stimulus(exciting) 자극물과 low-stimulus(calm) 자극물을 제작하여 3D 가상현실 레스토랑 시뮬레이션 자극물로 활용하였다. 통계 분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0을 사용하였고, 신뢰도 분석, 요인 분석, 회귀 분석 등을 실시하였다. 요인 분석 결과 감정적 반응은 긍정적 감정, 부정적 감정의 2개 요인으로 분석되었다. 만족도와 충성도는 1개 요인으로 분석되었다. 크론바하 알파값이 조사 도구의 신뢰도 분석을 위해 사용되었으며, 0.7 이상을 나타내어 적합하게 나타났다. 색채와 음악이 레스토랑 분위기와 어울리는 정도는 긍정적, 부정적 감정에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 긍정적 감정과 부정적 감정은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 보였으며, 만족도는 충성도에 유의한 영향을 나타내었다. 배경음악의 어울림이 실내 색채의 어울림보다 긍정적 감정에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 실내 색채의 어울림이 배경음악의 어울림보다 부정적 감정에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 레스토랑 분위기와 색채, 음악의 조화에 대한 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

집박쥐의 번식단계에 따른 행동권 변화를 파악하기 위하여 2009년 5월부터 8월까지 임신기, 수유기, 수유 후기로 구분하여 각 단계별 3개체씩 총 9개체를 대상으로 원격무선추적을 실시하였다. 원격무선추적은 0.38g 발신기와 R2000 수신기 그리고 3소자 안테나를 이용하였으며, 박쥐의 포획은 double-stacked mist net와 harp-trap을 이용하여 포획하였다. 행동권 분석에는 GIS용 SHP File과 ArcGIS 3.3(ESRI Inc.) Animal Movement Extension 2.0을 이용하였으며, Kernel Home Range Method와 Minimum Convex Polygon Method를 이용하여 분석하였다. 번식단계에 따른 암컷 집박쥐의 행동권을 분석한 결과 임신기의 행동권은 MCP 100% 13.46±1.84ha, MCP 95% 12.28±2.15ha, KHR 50% 3.00±0.71ha로 나타났으며, 수유기의 행동권은 MCP 100% 8.13±0.23ha, MCP 95% 7.73±0.63ha, KHR 50%는 1.84±1.05ha로 조사되었다. 수유 후의 행동권은 MCP 100% 125.58±97.77ha, MCP 95% 123.89±97.73ha, KHR 50% 28.61±26.78ha로 분석되어 집박쥐의 행동권은 번식단계에 따라 MCP 100%, MCP 95%, KHR 50% 모두 유의적인 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 수유 후기의 행동권이 가장 크고 수유기의 행동권이 가장 적은 것으로 조사되었다.

This study was implemented to verify the feasibility of motor function recovery and the appropriate period for therapy. The research began with spinal laminectomy of 40 white rats of Sprague-Dawley breed and induced them spinal crush injury. Following results were obtained by using the modified Tarlov test (MTT), Basso, Beattle, Bresnahan locomotor rating scale (EBB scale) and modified inclined plate test (MIPT). First, the measurement using the MTT confirm that the most severe aggravation and degeneration of functions are observed two days after induced injury, and no sign of neuromotor function recovery. Second, better scores were achieved by open-ground movement group on BBB locomotor rating scale test, and weight-bearing on inclined plate group show better performance on MIPT. Third, both BBB and MIPT scale manifested the peak of motor function recovery during 16th day after the injury and turn into gradual recovery gradient during 16th to 24th. Fourth, the control group showed functional recovery, however, the level of recovery was less significant when compared with group open-ground movement group and weight-bearing on inclined plate group. Hence, it was clearly manifested that the lumbar region of the spinal cord had shown the best performance when its functions were measured after the execution of specific physical training; therefore it indicated the possibility of learning specific task even in damaged lumbar regions. Thus it is expected to come out with better and more effective functional recovery if concentrated physical therapy was applied starting 4 days after the injury till 16 days, which is the period of the most active recovery.
