Recently, growth of internet causes rapid changes in many areas of statistics such as statistical computation and education. Especially, bootstrap is the most interesting statistical methods applying computer resampling simulation. In this study, we try to present how to use a method of bootstrap on the internet. We also develop to user a statistical system which is programed with java applet for user to handle easily.

In the expansion of odontogenic cyst, degradation of extracellular matrix and resorp디on of bone are accompa띠ed ， but its mechanism is under debate. The degrees of inflammation and fibrosis were graded in 39 cases of odontogenic cysts. Cytoplasrnic expressions in various cell types according to them were analyzed using immunohistochemis띠， for MMPs and πMPs. In epithelial cells, MMP-2 expression was increased with marked fibrosis(p=O.018) and in stromal cells, MMP-2,-9 and TIMP-2 expressions were slightly higher in cases with mild inflammation and marked fibrosis. Tendencies of positive correlation were found between MMP-2,-9 and TIMP-2 expressions in epithelial cells and between MMP-l and MMP-9 expressions in stromal cells. These results suggest that MMP-l ,-2 ,-9 and TIMP-2 expression might be related to the expansion of odontogenic cysts, and the expression rate of them was different according to cell types and the degree of inflammation and fibrosis.

Recently, Avatar business has in favor on the internet and lots of profit has been increasing. In this study, we apply evaluation criteria for clothing purchase to Avatar, and try to find out the differences of the evaluation criteria by the age and sex. There are many forms in the evaluation factors for purchasing clothes of Avatar by categorizing into five primary factors with statistical tool among them. At this point, future research should use these results for the area of the customer management and marketing in Avatar business on the internet.

The short-term observation of the poems in the Dongguan area could lead to the following conclusions regarding the quadrangular relations in terms of psychological and cultural aspects: 1) Dongguan is geopolitically located in the area connecting the Zhu River, Guangzhou, Shinzhen, and Hong Kong. The capital from Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and Singapore has advanced here between Hong Kong"s globally-renowned business management and the continent"s development dictatorship. This area is in short in the process of rapid changes. As "a fair lady has left with the river," everything familiar here in Dongguan is destined to disappear. Replaced by strange things, Dongguan is a furnace. of new rationality triggering changes in production relations and consciousness patterns. At the same time, Dongguan is the birthplace of a pleasure-seeking culture to "fly away the flowers of desire/ to somewhere high above/at the last moment of powerful emotions." 2) The fundamental contradiction in the shoes manufacturing industry in Dongguan can be summed up as the 4-party relationships among A(America and Europe in charge of brands and marketing), B(Hong Kong doing financial work and broking), C(Korean or Taiwanese managers responsible for production management), and D(China"s labor and revenue with a promising potential market). While A and B are fated to leave later, C and D are supposed to stay on the stage. Therefore, C and D should get united to introduce B so that a coexistence-coprosperity (i.e., win-win) strategy can be prepared by depending on China"s domestic demand market. 3) Basically, B cannot exist without C. But A is part of various economic activities to B. On the other hand, the role of B is more important in the relationships between C and D. Self-diffusion coefficients of colloidal ass9Ciation structures in the aqueous solutions of anionic ammonium dodecyl sulfate (ADS) and cationic octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (OTAC) surfactants were measured by pulsed-gradient spin echo NMR. The results were interpreted on the basis of the ADS/OTAC/water phase diagram. Crossing the phase boundaries, significant changes in self diffusion coefficients were observed and well correlated to the phase diagram. For the micelles their apparent radii were obtained from Stokes-Einstein equation. Their values were 15 for the ADS micelles and 54 a for the OTAC micelles, respectively. For vesicles which were formed spontaneously at different relative amounts of the surfactants and total surfactant concentrations, the radius was measured as 50 to 200 nm. This result is in fair agreement with those by TEM and light scattering.

본 연구는 강릉 연안지역의 해풍 선정기준과 단 시간 해풍의 기후학적 특성에 관한 것이다. 강릉 연안지역에서의 해풍 선정기준은 다음과 같다. 즉, 육풍에서 해풍으로, 그리고 그 반대로의 분명한 풍향 변화가 있는 가운데 북동 기류와 같이 지형적 원인에 의한 풍향 변화는 해풍 선정에서 제외시켰다. 그리고 해풍이 1시간 또는 2시간만 지속된 경우도 포함시켰다. 이렇게 선정된 해풍 가운데 강릉 연안 지역에서의 가장 큰 특징인 단 시간 해풍에 대한 기후학적 특성을 10년동안(1988년∼1997년)의 자료를 통해 분석하였고 계절별 발생빈도, 발생시간, 풍향, 풍속, 기온으로 구성되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 강릉 연안지역 뿐만 아니라 동해안 지역 해풍의 기후학적 특성활용에 대해 간략히 논하였다.
