〈勘皮靴單證二郞神〉작품은 《三言》의 공안소설작품 중에서 상당히 성공한 작품이라고 할 수 있다. 《三言》중에서 실제로 완전한 공안소설 구조를 갖춘 작품은 10편 정도 밖에 되지 않는다. 그러나 비록 명확하지는 않지만 어느 정도의 공안소설의 형식적 특징이나 서술방식을 가진 작품은 이보다 훨씬 많다고 할 수 있다.〈勘皮靴單證二郞神〉은 줄거리구조ㆍ서사기교ㆍ인물묘사ㆍ주제 등이 분명하여 공안소설작품 중에서 좀처럼 보기 드문 수작이다. 지금까지 공안소설을 연구한 논문은 다른 연구주제보다 적을 뿐 아니라 이미 연구가 되어 있은 작품들은 대부분이 그 연구범위를 크게 설정하여 세심한 고찰이 힘들거나, 아니면 반대로 공안소설의 일부 형식적인 특징에만 너무 치중하여 작품의 서사구조위주로 분석해왔다. 공안소설의 작품을 단독으로 연구한 논문도 그리 많지 않을뿐더러 주요형식을 제외한 다른 접근 방식으로 연구한 사례는 그리 많지 않다. 공안소설이 「作案」(성립)、 「學告」(보고)、 「審案」(심사)、 「貞破」(해결)、 「判案」(판결)등의 형식이 다른 애정이나 지괴의 소설작품보다 분명하게 드러나는 것은 사실이나, 만약 이러한 형식적인 특징과 구조에만 치우쳐 분석하다보면 작품 속의 여러 가지 내용과 현상ㆍ주제와 인물, 그리고 문화적인 배경과 사회에 대해서는 쉽게 지나치게 된다. 그래서 본 논문은 馮夢龍이 편찬한《三言》중에서 공안소설로서는 상당히 성공적인 작품이라고 할 수 있는 〈勘皮靴單證二郞神〉을 연구대상으로 삼아 공안소설의 특징 및 형식을 기초로 하여 문화적인 특징과 역사를 종적인 축으로 삼고, 내용ㆍ인물ㆍ구조ㆍ서사를 횡적인 축으로 삼아 다양한 접근방식으로 이 작품을 연구하려 한다.

Chinese contemporary culture constructions have been in a much-complicated social and cultural content : There is strained relations between modernizing and nationalizing, secular spirit and human culture spirit, history scales and moral scales, practical rationality and value rationality, etc。 Wangshuo has been appeared to the stage which is full of dilemma and anxiety。 Wangshuo has been misread as a symbol of rebellion as soon as he appears。 So he burdens historical heavy responsibility。 In fact, Wangshuo affirms value models of mother current culture with a concealed means。 Part 1 The cultural context of Wangshuo’ s appearance : Meanings arise by clashing with elite culture Following the starting of modernized projects with Chinese characteristics, secular and commercial time has already come。 These different views on these developing secular society, cultural form and value ideas, has been the mark of intellectuals’ internal division in 1990’ s。 This fact is crystallized in the discussion about the human culture spirit of 90’ s。 It is the intellectuals’ response which is worth paying much attention to。 This response originates from contemporary society and culture and intellectuals’ identity crisises, and it is a kind of self-reflection and resistance of intellectuals against their marginal status。 With a opposing human culture and heretical pose, Wangshuo’ s appearance must become the target of public censure。 Much less Wangshuo’ s merciless、 denounced attitude towards intellectuals ? The advocators of “human culture spirit ” refutes Wangshuo to the last point that reflects their anxieties、 dissatisfaction and resistance against marginal status。 Part 2 Fault on the right side : Text analysis as an example of deconstruction The deconstruction thought has two stratums : One is selfevident ; The other is latent。 As a practical operation, the deconstruction’ internal stratum is mainly symbolized in meanings of texts。 It means that originally enlighted and great theme narration has been dissembled, as well as living fable and profound narration。 These make narration fragmentary, meanings vacant and profundity to be abolished。 The other writing means of deconstruction is that expressing its antiphrasis、 tense and taunt。 (example for Zhuwen、 Xukun、 Qiu Huadong ) The deconstruction strategy of Wangshuo has been developed by words and ended by deconstructing concepts or meanings completely。 Wangshuo develops his word deconstruction in two ways : One is disposing words。 This results in changing of the original backgrounds of words and brings an effects as rhetoric。 To present words is the other ways。 By the context, Wangshuo teases and ridicules some value prohibitions、 extant orders and established powers。 By placing the elastic word space, Wangshuo diminishes the core of confrontation and intensity of words。 He takes the context as a word play between “an adult” and “a child” 。 And so he reaches his intents of diminishing softly politics and history。 Part 3 Narcissism and being humiliated : To classicalize the townspeople ideology The mass culture in behalf of Wangshuo is only an echo of mother current culture。 Because his characters fall into the same order, in which external no-value hides internal value orientation, and because some same acts which lack of vital force and individuality serve general trend at last。 Wangshuo’ s characters indulge in counting on themselves with a affirmative means, and they deal with historical oppress with a dizzy means。 In another word, they get pleasant sensation by narcissism and being humiliated simultaneously。 As redeeming the re-vans of Wangshuo’ s works, it is important to point out this trend of expressing being-humiliated by narcissism。

The short-term observation of the poems in the Dongguan area could lead to the following conclusions regarding the quadrangular relations in terms of psychological and cultural aspects: 1) Dongguan is geopolitically located in the area connecting the Zhu River, Guangzhou, Shinzhen, and Hong Kong. The capital from Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and Singapore has advanced here between Hong Kong"s globally-renowned business management and the continent"s development dictatorship. This area is in short in the process of rapid changes. As "a fair lady has left with the river," everything familiar here in Dongguan is destined to disappear. Replaced by strange things, Dongguan is a furnace. of new rationality triggering changes in production relations and consciousness patterns. At the same time, Dongguan is the birthplace of a pleasure-seeking culture to "fly away the flowers of desire/ to somewhere high above/at the last moment of powerful emotions." 2) The fundamental contradiction in the shoes manufacturing industry in Dongguan can be summed up as the 4-party relationships among A(America and Europe in charge of brands and marketing), B(Hong Kong doing financial work and broking), C(Korean or Taiwanese managers responsible for production management), and D(China"s labor and revenue with a promising potential market). While A and B are fated to leave later, C and D are supposed to stay on the stage. Therefore, C and D should get united to introduce B so that a coexistence-coprosperity (i.e., win-win) strategy can be prepared by depending on China"s domestic demand market. 3) Basically, B cannot exist without C. But A is part of various economic activities to B. On the other hand, the role of B is more important in the relationships between C and D. For the Dongguan people, it is impossible to rationally reform authoritarianism, the common problem of socialism and capitalism. In fact, it is impossible for C to lead the relations between C and D. The occasion for trust is given by B, but the C-D relationships accumulate the trust into the form of experiences. If they can create trust without the help of B, the quadrangular relations cannot but be changed. That is, when A is excluded from marketing in China to hold business activities in Europe and America, technological development can be independently driven by the consortium among B,C, and D. As a result, the Korea-Taiwan-Hong Kong-China-India belt can be formed with two top markets in India and China. What matters is D"s inner contradiction. areas political economics before reform and opening was just ideological, it is at present the critical weapon about concrete reality. Thus a poem goes: "He is now a domestic animal,/ digging the mud for bugs, drinking dirty water,/and eating fruit falling from far above." 4) What attracts our concern are Taiwanese Commercial School and Houjie in Dongguan. The former is the model of the educational system between two koreas as in is approaching toward the agreement between China"s socialism and Taiwan"s capitalism. When everything but capital goes outsourcing in this community, the latter is the heaviest and the strongest owing to the lightest and the most liberal production relations. It is the salmons going against the flow of the times and uniting the premodern and modern ages. The possibility of Houjie is based on the market existing beyond markets.
