        본 연구는 유통 중인 곡류 87건 및 그 가공식품 66건을 대상으로 발암물질인 무기비소의 오염도를 조사하였다. 높 은 분리능과 감도를 가진 HPLC-ICP/MS를 이용하여 무기 비소 As(III), As(V) 및 유기비소 MMA, DMA, AsB, AsC 를 분석했으며, ICP/MS로 총비소를 정량하였다. 모든 곡 류에서 무기비소가 검출되었으며, 곡류의 총비소는 약 70- 85%의 무기비소와 약 10-20%의 DMA로 구성되었다. 곡 류 분석 결과, 담수재배 종인 쌀과 흑미에서 높았고, 밭 재배 잡곡은 오염도가 낮았다. 쌀의 평균 무기비소 농도 는 쌀눈 0.160 mg/kg, 현미 0.135 mg/kg, 백미 0.083 mg/ kg으로 외피에 비소가 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 곡류 가 공식품은 원재료의 종류와 함량에 따라 무기비소 농도가 달랐으며, 현미와 쌀눈 가공 제품에서 검출량이 많았다. 모든 시료는 기준규격을 초과하지 않았지만, 섭취 빈도가 높으므로 식품 안전을 위해 지속적인 모니터링이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

        Climate change due to global warming causes a rise in atmospheric air temperature to rise and extreme shift in precipitation patterns. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is widely known as one of the major cause of global warming and accounts for about 72% of total greenhouse gas emissions. Agriculture is more vulnerable to climate change than other industries. Many studies have been conducted to investigate how agroecosystems, both natural and controlled, will respond to the rising level of CO2. Studies on the responses of crops and agricultural environments to climate change are crucial in predicting changes in agro-ecosystems. Research facilities for various types of CO2 treatment have been developed. The representative research facilities are SAR (Soil-Plant-Atmosphere-Research), OTC (Open Top Chamber), FACE (Free Air CO2 Enrichment System), and TGC & CTGC (Temperature Gradient Chamber & CO2-Temperature Gradient Chamber). Therefore, this study reviewed research data and their application in agriculture.

        본 논문은 『묘법연화경』의 「관세음보살보문품」에 드러난 보살 사상 및 그 전개가 칼 융의 분석 심리학에 나타난 ‘자기’(the Self) 의 부분이자 상징이라 고 할 수 있는 개성화를 이룬 인간 및 개성화의 과정과 유사성을 가지고 있는가 에 대한 질문으로부터 시작되었다. 분석 심리학에서 인간은 자아에서 시작하 여 자기로의 여정을 거치는데, 이 자기(Self) 및 개성화를 이룬 인간의 특성을 살펴보면 이 특성은 대승 불교 경전의 여러 곳에서 등장하는 보살의 특징 및 행법과 일맥상통한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 고는 그 중 「관세음보살보문품」에 나타난 관세음보살은 ‘자기(Self)’의 외현적 상징으로, 사바 세계를 노닐며 중 생을 돕는 과정은 자아의 개성화 과정과 유사하다는 관점에서 둘을 비교 고찰 하려 한다. 분석 심리학에서 개성화를 이룬 인물은 몇 가지 특징을 갖는데, 그 림자를 이해하고, 정신적 영역의 여성성과 남성성인 아니마 아니무스가 잘 분 화되어 통합을 이루고 있으며 집단 무의식에 열려있어 사람의 행동을 잘 이해 하고 깊은 연민을 느끼며 성격의 어느 한 측면이나 태도, 원형 등에 영향을 받지 않는다. 상황에 따라 페르조나를 잘 사용하지만 이는 사회적 편의 때문이 지 자신의 본성(Self)과 헷갈리지 않는다. 「관세음보살보문품」의 관음은 그 경 전의 이름과 같이 모든 중생의 소리를 듣고(觀音) 지혜로서 그곳에 나투며 (普 門) 그들을 도우나 도운 것에 집착하지 않는다. 근기 마다 그 근기에 맞게 나투 지만 그것은 방편일 뿐 본성에는 물듦이 없다. 열반 해탈과 중생의 경계선에 있어 중생을 향하여 돌아보나 돌아가지는 않는다. 이렇듯 관세음보살의 행법 은 분석심리학의 개성화된 인간이 가지는 특징과 깊은 유사성을 보이며, 분석 심리학자들은 관세음보살을 불성(佛聖)이라고 하는 ‘자기(Self)’ 의 외현 이며 높은 수준의 아니마로 바라보기도 한다. 더하여 본 논문은 「관세음보살보문품」에 나타난 개성화의 상징들을 고찰 하고자 한다. 보문품의 큰 흐름이 원형과 그림자의 만남, 페르조나의 상실, 아 니마 아니무스의 만남, 페르조나의 사용 및 자기(Self)로의 회귀와 다르지 않다 는 관점에서 둘을 비교하려 한다. 이와 같은 과정을 통하여 관세음보살을 신앙 적 가치를 넘어선 심리학적 가치를 가진 정신적 도착지로서 그 개념을 확장하 는 것에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

        In this study, kombucha was prepared by adding 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of Orostachys japonicus as a natural functional source to broaden its usage and obtain valuable data for fermented beverage research. The kombucha’s pH and sugar content decreased during the fermentation period, but its acidity level increased during the same period. Additionally, its L value increased after decreasing, its a value decreased after increasing, its b value continued to increase, and its sugar reduction increased and then decreased. In the sensory characteristic strength evaluation, its color, fermented odor, and sour taste became stronger, but its sweetness became less. As a result of preference evaluation, fragrance and swallowing capability stood the highest in the 25% addition group, color and taste were the highest in the 50% addition group, and overall preference was highest in the 50% addition group. Total flavonoids, total polyphenols, DPPH, ABTS radical scavenging ability, and reducing power increased until the third day of the experiment and decreased afterward. Therefore, the study determined that fermenting kombucha with 50% Orostachys japonicus extract for 9 days would increase its quality characteristics and provide the most palatability.

        CFD was used to study the change in the operation of the governor to check the effect of response delay due to residual air in the governor cylinder, which adjusts the pump RPM of the Turbine Driven Aux. Feed Water Pump(TD AFWP) in the Nuclear power plant. As a result of analysis, as the amount of internal air increased, the time delay also increased proportionally, and a time delay of up to 0.2 sec. occurred. As in the theory, it was confirmed that the cylinder operation delay occurred depending on the presence or absence of a compressive fluid such as air, but the time delay wat not enough to significantly affect the pump operation.

        This study was performed to develop a Kdiet-index based on the definitions and characteristics of traditional Korean food. The Korean Food Pattern Index (Kdiet-index) for diseases was applied using dietary data from the 2017 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) and the association between Kdiet-index and metabolic disease was confirmed. The study subjects were 1,971 Korean adults aged >40, and the components were classified according to 14 criteria used to establish the Kdiet-index. Main ingredients up to the top 3 were designated using dish names, ingredients, and contents using KNHANES dietary data. Kdiet-index was classified using scores of ≤3 points, 4-7 points, and ≥8 points and total Kdietindex were calculated by summing dietary scores. Correlations between Kdiet-index and obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes were analyzed. The odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) for obesity were 0.531, 0.385~0.732 and for elevated cholesterol (≥240 mg/dL) indices were 0.471, 0.282~0.788, respectively, which showed a significant decreased in the risk for each disease for Kdiet-index of ≥8 points. This study confirms that metabolically related clinical results improved significantly as Kdiet-index increased and that higher Korean food pattern indices are associated with lower risks of metabolic disease

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of using air potato (Dioscorea bulbifera) powder to make sponge cakes. The sponge cake batter was made by adding 0, 10, 20, 30, and 40% of air potato powder, and the resultant anti-oxidative properties and quality characteristics were analyzed. The study showed that the height, batter yield, and loss rate of sponge cakes decreased as increasing amounts of air potato powder were added, but the weight, viscosity, moisture content, and specific gravity increased. An evaluation of the color showed that the L and b values were highest in the control group but the a value was highest in the 40% group. There was no significant difference between samples in terms of cohesiveness, although the study showed a significant increase in the hardness, chewiness, and gumminess as the quantity of air potato powder in the sponge cakes increased. The total polyphenol content and DPPH radical scavenging activity increased noticeably as more air potato powder was added to the sponge cakes. The results thus showed that the study groups with the addition of air potato powder showed higher antioxidant activity than the control group.

        The purpose of this study was to confirm the possibility of using Korean purple yam (Dioscorea alata) as proximate composition, material, and antioxidant activity. In the proximate composition of the freeze-dried purple yam powder, the carbohydrate content was the highest at 86.67%, and in minerals, potassium showed the highest content at 1,765.69 mg/100 g. To study the antioxidant activity of purple yam, distilled water and 70% ethanol were used as extraction solvents. The total polyphenol, total flavonoid, and total anthocyanin contents were 1.3~1.6 times higher in 70% ethanol extract, than in the distilled water extract. As a result of ORAC, DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity, SOD activity, and reducing power, the 70% ethanol extract showed higher antioxidant activity than the distilled water extract in all results. As a result of freeze-drying purple yam and measuring antioxidant activity by extraction solvents, it is concluded that purple yam can contribute to the food industry as a natural antioxidant and health functional material.

        This study examined the antioxidant activity and quality of Jeung-pyun prepared with different concentrations of hardy kiwi powder at 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, and 10%. When the moisture content of Jeung-pyun was between 49.94-53.33%, the pH measurement showed a significant decrease with the increase of the hardy kiwi powder from 3.95 to 4.82. The L (lightness) values and the (redness) values decreased, whereas the b (yellowness) values increased with increasing amounts of hardy kiwi powder. The study showed a significant decrease in hardness, chewiness, and gumminess as the proportion of hardy kiwi powder in the Jeung-pyun increased. The total polyphenol content and DPPH radical scavenging activity increased noticeably as more hardy kiwi powder was added to the Jeung-pyun. As a result, the study groups with added hardy kiwi powder showed higher antioxidant activity than the control groups. Based on the results, this study recommends hardy kiwi as a good ingredient for enhancing the functionality of Jeung-pyun.

        The study investigated the chemical components, antioxidant activities, and glucose-regulating enzyme activities of red chicory (Cichorium intybus L.). On a dry weight the contents of moisture, crude protein, crude fat, crude ash, crude fiber, and carbohydrate were 7.36, 28.0, 4.33, 19.63, 10.84 and 40.52%. The contents of mineral were Na (772.39 mg/100 g), K (5,686.03 mg/100 g), Mg (307.48 mg/100 g), Ca (804.94 mg/100 g), Fe (8.61 mg/100 g), and P (1,145.24 mg/100 g). Chlorophyll a, Chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll (793.80, 363.06, 1,156.86 mg/100 g,), total carotenoid (171.82 mg/100 g), and anthocyanin (79.49 mg/100 g) contents were measured. Antioxidant activities were analyzed for water and 70% ethanol extract. The polyphenol contents 23.67, 32.58 GAE mg/g, and flavonoid contents were 18.15, 28.76 RE mg/g, respectively. The DPPH scavenging activity IC50 was 694.48, 76.12, μg/mL, and the ABTS scavenging activity IC50 1,154.90, 566.00 μg/mL, respectively. In reducing power, the 70% ethanol extract showed a higher reducing power. In α-glucosidase and α-amylase inhibition activity IC50, the 70% ethanol extract (5.87, 17.91 mg/mL, respectively) showed a higher than water extract (8.87, 100 < mg/mL, respectively). This study is expected to provide basic data for developing functional food ingredients for red chicory.

        본 연구에서는 비닐멀칭된 외두둑에서의 배추 수확을 위한 시작기(A, B-1, B-2)를 설계 및 제작하였고, 시험을 통해 배추 수확을 위한 인발 장치부, 절단 장치부, 이송 장치부 등의 작업공정별 성능과 전체 작업성능을 분석하였다. 이론 분석을 통해 작업속도 0.2 m/s, 이송 벨트 각도 20∼35°, 이론적 이송 벨트의 적정 이송 속도를 작업속도보다 1.5배 빠르게 설정하여 청풍 및 춘광 품종을 대상으로 현장시험을 실시하였다. A형 시험 결과, 인발⋅이송성능은 성공률이 50% 수준으로 낮았으며, 절단성능의 경우 배추의 상품성이 양호한 경우가 35%, 과절단된 경우가 10% 및 미절단된 경우가 55%로 전반적으로 배추의 절단상태가 불량하였다. B형 시험 결과, 스핀들 인발장치는 비닐멀칭된 두둑에서는 감김현상으로 작업이 불가하였으며, 비닐멀칭없는 두둑에서의 인발⋅이송성능은 성공률이 78% 수준으로 A형보다 높아졌으나, 절단성능의 경우 배추의 상품성이 양호한 경우가 7.7%, 과절단된 경우가 15.4% 및 미절단된 경우가 76.9% 로 오히려 배추 절단상태는 더욱 불량해진 것으로 나타났다. 본 시작기의 비닐멀칭된 두둑에서의 현장시험 결과, 배추 인발, 절단 및 이송성능이 불량하게 나타나 인발, 절단, 이송작업에서의 전반적인 구조개선이 필요한 것으로 판단되었다.

        This study aims to investigate and reveal the spatial structure of Boryeonghyeon by examining the geographical status of its Eupchi (Local administrative center:邑治) through an analysis of the location, tracing locations of governemnt offices including Dongheon(東軒) and Kaeksa(客舍) in the walled town, and checking the lot numbers of Sajikdan(社稷壇), Yeodan(厲壇), and Cheongyeonyeok(靑淵驛) outside it. Buildings of Boryeonghyeon in the walled town in the Joseon Dynasty were almost lost and now, part of the city wall and Haesanru(海山樓) just remains as relic. The walled town consisted of several buildings of government offices as well as Dongheon and Kaeksa which are government organs. Altar and shrine(壇廟) facilities including Shrine of Confucius(文廟), Altar of Land and Grain, and Preceptor's Shrine were placed outside the walled town and Cheongyeonyeok were operated as the facilities for transmission of royal orders. Therefore, the government office facilities in the walled town, altar and shrine facilities outside the fortress, and the location of the post station were required to trace and check each of them. For the checking method, the lot numbers could be checked by checking the original cadastral maps and the then land categories and owners, analyzing the records and circumstances of the relevant township annals(邑誌), and examining analyses on the locations by using a numerical map of one to 5 thousands. The study estimated the locations of government facilities including Dongheon and Kaesa placed in the walled town and was grasped to be the east and west gates with the south gate which remains now in the fortress. And the lot numbers of Sajikdan, Yeodan, Cheongyeonyeok.

        Paddy fields are important habitats for maintaining the biodiversity of agricultural ecosystems. Recently, as the need for safe food and biodiversity conservation has increased, the rice cultivation methods have undergone changes. This study was conducted to investigate the fish fauna in Environmentally Friendly Paddy fields (EFP) and Conventional Paddy fields (CP), and compare the characteristics of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Aphyocypris chinensis populations in EFP and CP. A total of 2,703 fish were collected and classified into six families and 13 species. Our results showed that there was a difference in the proportion of fish populations in the two paddy fields, and the number of individuals in EFP was higher than in CP. The weight values of M. anguillicaudatus were higher in EFP than in CP, and the total length, body length, and weight values of A. chinensis were higher in EFP than in CP. Conditional factor (K) values also showed similar trends in EFP and CP. Our results indicate that the farming practices in paddy fields have a significant effect on the characteristics of M. anguillicaudatus and A. chinensis populations, and the results of this study can be used as basic data for securing biodiversity in future agricultural ecosystems.

        Arsenic (As) uptake and accumulation from agricultural soil to rice vary depending on the soil environmental conditions such as soil pH, redox potential, clay content, and organic matter (OM) content. Therefore, these factors are important in predicting changes in the uptake and accumulation of As in rice plants. Here, we studied the chemical properties of As-contaminated and/or rice straw compost (RSC)-treated soils, the growth responses of RSC-applied rice plants under As-contaminated soils, the changes in As content of soil, and the relationship between As uptake and accumulation from the RSC-treated soils to the rice organs under As-contaminated soils. Rice plants were cultivated in 30 mg kg-1 As-contaminated soils under three RSC treatments: 0 (control), 12, and 24 Mg ha-1. No significant differences were indicated in the chemical properties of pre-experimental (before transplanting rice seedling) soils, with the exception of EC, OM, and available P2O5. As the treatment of RSC under 30 mg kg-1 As-contaminated soils increased, EC, OM, and available P2O5 increased proportionally in soil. Increased soil RSC under As-contaminated soils increased shoot dry weight of rice plants at harvesting stage. As content in roots increased proportionally with RSC content, whereas As content in shoots decreased under As-contaminated soil at all stages of rice plants. Nevertheless, As accumulation were significantly decreased in both roots and shoots of RSC-treated rice plants than those in the plants treated without RSC. These results indicate that the use of RSC can mitigate As phytotoxicity and reduce As accumulation in rice plants under As-contaminated soils. Therefore, RSC can potentially be applied to As-contaminated soil for safe crop and forage rice production.

        최근 탄소 중립 정책에 따른 신재생에너지 활용을 위한 노력이 가속화되고 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 바이오매스 작물 중 하나인 케나프 (Hibiscus cannabinus L.)를 연료화하기 위하여, 미이용 목재 자원과 폐목재 자원을 혼합하여 고형연료인 펠릿을 제조하고 품질을 분석하였다. 품질을 평가하기 위해 목재 펠릿, 비목재 펠릿과 Bio-SRF의 품질기준을 통해 성형한 펠릿의 품질을 파악하였다. 케나프 펠릿의 경우 겉보기밀도, 발열량 등에서는 목재 펠릿 품질기준을 만족하였으나 회분의 함량이 기준을 초과하였다. 이를 보완하기 위해 목재 자원인 폐목재를 혼합하여 제조한 펠릿의 특성을 조사한 결과, 질소 및 겉보기밀도, 회분, 발열량 등에서 오히려 품질을 저하시키는 경향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 미이용 목재를 혼합하여 성형된 펠릿의 품질을 조사한 결과, 겉보기밀도, 함수율, 질소, 황, 발열량의 조건에서 대부분 목재 펠릿의 품질기준을 만족하였다. 다만 회분함량의 경우 비목재 펠릿 및 Bio-SRF의 15% 이하 기준을 만족하고 있지만, 목재 펠릿의 최저 기준인 B등급 2.0% 이하 기준의 경우 만족하는 경우와 만족하지 못하는 경우가 발생하였다. 함수율 15%(w.b.)에서 케나프와 미이용 목재의 혼합비가 2:8인 경우와 함수율 20%(w.b.)에서 케나프와 미이용 목재의 혼합비가 6:4 및 2:8인 경우에 기준을 만족하였고, 그 이외에는 기준을 만족하지 못하였다. 특히, 케나프만을 사용하거나 폐목을 섞은 경우는 모두 기준을 만족하지 못하므로, 목재 펠릿의 기준을 만족하는 연료 이용을 위해서는 케나프와 미이용 목재 자원을 혼합 활용하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.

        본 연구는 기능성 물질인 알로에를 종류별로 첨가함에 따라 유화소시지의 이화학적 특성과 저장성, 그리고 관능성에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 알로에 베라(AV구)와 알로에 사포나리아(AS구)는 각 3%씩 첨가하였으며, 모든 처리구들은 냉장온도 4±1℃에서 4주간 저장하면서 주 1회 간격으로 실험이 진행되었다. pH는 AV구와 AS구가 대조구보다 유의적(p<0.05)으로 낮았고, 저장기간의 경과함에 따라 대조구 및 모든 처리구는 증가하였다. 보수성에서 AS구는 대조구와 AV구보다 유의적(p<0.05)으로 높은 값을 나타냈으며, 저장기간의 경과함에 따라 대조구 및 모든 처리구는 유의적(p<0.05)으로 감소하였다. 적색도는 AS구가 대조구 및 AV구 보다 낮은 값을 나타내었고, 황색도는 AS구가 대조구, AV구보다 높은 값을 나타내었다. 전단가는 AS구가 대조구보다 낮은 값을 나타냈으며, AV구와는 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 지방 산패도에서 AS구는 유의적 (p<0.05)으로 가장 낮은 값을 나타내었고, 관능 평가의 색은 AV구가 가장 높은 값을 나타냈으며, 선호도는 AV구가 대조구보다 높은 값을 나타냈고 AS구와는 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 이는 알로에 사포나리아의 첨가가 높은 보수성, 알로에 베라 첨가보다 낮은 지방산패도, 유사한 관능성을 나타내 기능성 소시지의 개발에 충분한 경쟁력을 가지고 있으며 향후 알로에 사포나리아를 첨가한 육제품의 일반화 및 대량생산 체계의 확립에 긍정적인 영향을 준다고 판단된다.

        This study evaluate the antioxidant activity and quality characteristics of muffins prepared with the addition of Cirsium nipponicum powder in the ratio of 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8% and confirm the possibility of using Cirsium nipponicum as a functional food. As the proportion of Cirsium nipponicum powder increased, the specific gravity of the muffins increased while their height, specific volume, moisture content and pH decreased. The baking loss rate of the samples prepared with the addition of Cirsium nipponicum powder was higher than in the control group. The ‘L’ and ‘b’ values decreased with the increase in the Cirsium nipponicum powder content, while the ‘a’ value increased. The evaluation of texture showed that hardness, chewiness, and gumminess increased with an increase in the Cirsium nipponicum powder content. As per the results of the consumer acceptability test, the 4-6% Cirsium nipponicum powder group showed higher scores than the other groups in the characteristics of color, flavor, taste, and texture, and the 4% group secured the highest score for overall acceptance. Also, with the increasing addition of Cirsium nipponicum powder, the antioxidant activity levels increased, as indicated by the total phenolic content, DPPH, and ABTS radical scavenging activities and reducing power. Based on these study results, muffins prepared with the addition of 4% of Cirsium nipponicum powder showed the best functional and sensory qualities.
