생활체육 정책은 스포츠복지 정책의 개념적 범주에서 다루어질 필요가 있다. 스포츠복지의 개념을 넘어서 일반적인 복지의 중요한 부분으로 인식될 수 있어야 스포츠복지 정책이 가지는 효과성을 더욱 증대시킬 수 있다. 그리고 대상자인 국민에게 스포츠복지 정책을 효과적으로 전달하기 하기 위해서는 스포츠복지 정책이 다른 복지 서비스와 마찬가지로 국가적 차원의 전달체계 안에 편입될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 스포츠복지 정책이 국가적 차원의 전달체계에 편입되는 방안 중 하나로 스포츠복지 거버넌스의 구성과 이를 총괄할 수 있는 스포츠복지 조직을 신설하는 복지전담 독립형 정책 모델을 제안하였다.

플랜트 증기운 폭발은 TNT 폭발물에 의한 폭발과는 다른 특징이 있으며 압력파 양상과 비슷하다. 대표적인 유형의 폭압 산정법은 TNT 등가량 환산법과 멀티에너지법이 있다. TNT 등가량 환산법은 폭굉과 같은 충격파를 전제로 하며, 멀티에너지법은 폭연과 같은 압력파를 전제로 한다. 본 연구는 세 가지 플랜트 폭발 사례를 적용하여 플랜트 증기운 폭발의 적절한 폭압을 도출하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 폭발 사례에 대하여 피해를 입은 부재를 선정한 후, 단자유도 해석과 비선형 동적 해석을 수행하여 변형과 손상 정도를 비교 분석하였다. 구조물의 피해 정도는 TNT 등가량 환산법보다는 멀티에너지법에 의한 폭압을 사용한 경우가 실제 상황에 더욱 근접한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 멀티에너지법의 폭발강도계수를 7 또는 8로 가정할 경우 증기운 폭발의 폭압 모델을 비교적 정확하게 산정할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

PURPOSES : This study aimed to examine the effect of fog on the optical properties of taillights and the relationship between luminous intensity and the visibility distance of taillights on the road. METHODS : Changes in luminous intensity were measured using a light meter. Participants subjectively evaluated visibility distance. The artificial fog was reproduced using weather-generating facilities at the Center of Road Weather Proving Ground (CRPG). RESULTS : As expected, the average luminous intensity under intermediate fog conditions was reduced to 72% compared to normal weather conditions and 44% under heavy fog conditions in the case of the tail lamp-only lit condition. In the case of the tail lamp and brake lamp lit condition, the average luminous intensity was reduced to 76% under heavy fog conditions and 55% under intermediate fog conditions compared to normal dry conditions. In addition, the average visibility distance was reduced by 41% when fog conditions changed from intermediate to heavy in the case of the tail lamp-only lit condition and 39% in the case of the tail lamp and brake lamp lit conditions. Changes in visibility distance corresponding to the gradual change in luminous change were evaluated by participants, and the linearly regressed equations for the relationship between the intensity levels and the visibility distance were derived and examined for their meaning in terms of road traffic safety concerning stopping sight distance. CONCLUSIONS : Luminous intensities were suggested, given the design speeds, to satisfy the minimum stopping distances. In addition, the required speed reduction allowances were suggested given the design speeds if the luminous intensity remains unchanged.

하수오(Polygonum multiflorum Thunb)는 다년생 덩굴성 식물로, 지하부인 뿌리(tuber)는 한의학에서 약재로 다양한 질병의 치료에 사용되고 있다. 하수오를 한약재로 사용하기 위하여 약용물질의 증진 또는 식물의 독성을 줄이기 위해 1차 가공 및 포제를 한다. 본 연구에서는 하수오 포제에 있어 다양한 보료처리를 통해 주요물질의 유효성분 함량을 확인 해 보고, 하수오 포제에 적합한 보료를 검증하는 실험을 진행하였다. 또한, 실험에 두 가지 타입의 하수오를 활용하여 기존 유통품 하수오와 조직배양 연구를 통해 개발된 KIOM 특허 기반 하수오를 비교하는 실험을 진행하였다. 하수오의 주요 지표물질인 emodin의 함량이 참깨추출물을 보료로 사용한 처리구를 제외한 나머지 보료 처리구(흑두즙, 쌀뜨물, 감두즙, 로즈마리추출물)에서 KIOM품이 유통품보다 높게 측정되는 것을 확인하였다. 특히 KIOM품은 기존에 알려진 하수오 보료인 흑두즙보다 감두즙을 보료로 사용해 포제 하였을 때 0.29 ug/mg 더 높은 emodin의 함량이 확인 되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 하수오의 약용자원으로 사용함에 있어 앞으로 KIOM하수오의 생산과 포제에 관련된 연구가 더 이루어 져야 할 것이며, 연구 결과는 하수오의 포제에 있어 표준화와 현대화를 위한 기초 지식 및 결과로 사용 될 것이라고 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 포스트 텐션으로 보강된 아웃리거 벽체의 부등기둥축소량 저감 효과를 확인하였다. 아웃리거 벽체 시스템을 사용할 경우 콘크리트 부재를 아웃리거로 사용하기 때문에 아웃리거 벽체의 장기거동도 고려해야 한다. 아웃리거 벽체은 깊은 보의 형태로 전단 응력이 지배적이기 때문에 전단 응력을 받는 콘크리트의 장기거동에 대한 이론 연구를 수행하였고 그 결과를 유한요소해석에 적용하였다. 아웃리거의 장기거동 고려 시 부등기둥축소량과 아웃리거에 작용하는 전단력을 확인하였으며, 설계 변수인 아웃리거의 두께를 변경해가며 해석하였다. 해석 결과 부등기둥축소량은 증가하고 아웃리거에 작용하는 전단력은 감소함을 밝혔으며 아웃리거의 강성이 작을수록 그 효과가 크다는 것을 밝혔다. 이후 아웃리거의 장기거동으로 인해 증가한 부등기둥축소량을 감소시키기 위해 포스트 텐션 공법으로 보강하는 방법을 제안하고 그 효과를 확인하였다. 프리스트레스 도입 직후의 프리스트레스 손실과 장기거동에 의한 프리스트레스 손실을 모두 고려하였다. 해석 결과 포스트 텐션 공법의 뛰어난 부등기둥축소량 저감 효과를 확인하였으며, 프리스트레스의 크기가 증가할수록 그 효과가 증가함을 밝혔다.

본 논문에서는 초고층 건물의 철근콘크리트 아웃리거 벽체 개구부의 최적설계를 위한 수학적 최적화 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 전용 유한요소해석 프로그램을 이용하여 아웃리거 벽체를 해석하였으며 깊은 보의 스트럿-타이 거동을 고려하여 개구부를 배치하였다. 최적화를 위해 파이썬 SciPy 라이브러리 중 순차이차계획법(Sequential Quadratic Programming)을 이용하여 제약 경계 최적화를 수행 하였다. 최적화에 필요한 미분가능한 연속 함수를 얻어내기 위해 선형 보간법을 사용하였으며, 최적화 프로그램의 효율성을 위해 데이터베이스를 이용하였다. 2변수 최적화의 결과를 탐색 알고리즘의 이동 경로를 통해 살펴본 결과 알고리즘이 최적화된 결과를 효율적으로 찾아냄을 확인하였다. 그리고 개구부의 폭을 모두 같게 설정한 것이 아닌 각각의 개구부의 크기를 개별 변수로 설정하였을 경우 목적함수의 값이 최소화되어 더 우수한 최적화 결과를 도출함을 확인하였다. 또한, 최적화의 과정에 있어 데이터베이스를 이용할 경우 최적화 시간을 효과적으로 단축시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.

In this study, a safety evaluation was conducted to confirm if the Enterococcus faecium CKDB003 strain obtained by selection from a mixed fermentation of fruit and milk is suitable for use as a probiotic. The MIC value for the 10 antibiotics specified in the EFSA guidance was below the acceptable cut-off value. The antibiotic resistance genes aac(6')-li, eatAv, and msr(C) exist by whole genome sequencing, but are in the chromosome and not in the plasmid, thus confirming that there is no possibility of transmission to other microorganisms. It was confirmed that cytolysin (cylA, cylB, cylI, cylL-l, cylL-s, cylM, cylR1, cylR2), aggregation substance (asa1, asp1), collagen adhesion (ace), enterococcal surface protein (esp), endocarditis antigen (efaA), hyaluronidase (hyl) and gelatinase (gelE) were not present in the genome by examining the genes of factors related to virulence. Also, the biochemical analysis showed no toxic enzyme activities, and no virulence genes were detected by the PCR method. Thus, the E. faecium CKDB003 strain can be safely used as a health functional food probiotic, based on the results of the safety assessment.

본 연구는 현재 진행되는 도시재생이 목표와 정책 대상을 명확하게 설정하지 못한 현실의 문제점을 기반으로 도시재생의 방향성을 구체화하고자 하는 목적에 수행되었다. 연구 방법으로 민주적 거버넌스의 요소를 중심으로 독일 하펜시티와 일본의 공공도서관, 영국 런던의 옥소타워, 프랑스의 일드낭트 사례를 검토했다. 연구 대상지는 지역성, 커뮤니티 등을 기반으로 한 민주적 거버넌스의 실천사례로 선정하였다. 연구 결과 주민의 거주공간과 그들의 생활환경에 직접적으로 관련된 물리·경제·사회문화적 측면의 요소로써 지역의 경쟁력 창출 관점에서의 지역성을 기반으로 한 도시재생의 중요성을 도출하였다. 또한 지역주민의 의견을 적극적으로 듣고 그들과의 긴밀한 교류관계를 이루어 이를 재생사업에 반영하는 것 즉, 지역사회 커뮤니티의 적극적 교류, 도시재생과 관련된 지역주민 인식 제고가 각 중요한 요소로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 도시재생의 방향성은 민주적 거버넌스를 살릴 수 있는 주민을 위한 방향으로 나아가야 한다.

In in vitro fermentation studies, feed samples can either be included in the in vitro rumen medium using filter bags or can be directly dispersed. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of different pore sizes of filter bags on the rumen fermentation characteristics in an in vitro system. Corn, soybean meal, and timothy were ground to pass through a 1.0-mm screen and were formulated in the ratio of 70:7:23 based on DM, respectively. The formulated experimental diet (2g/DM) was put in F57 filter bags and R510 nylon bags (Ankom®) which pore sizes were 25 and 50 μm, respectively. An in vitro study was conducted to determine the rumen fermentation characteristics for 3, 6, 12, 24, and 48 h and rumen microbial community at 48 h of incubation. A significantly higher production of gas was observed in the R510 bags than in F57 at all the incubation times (p<0.01). IVDMD (p<0.01) and IVNDFD (p<0.01) were significantly higher, whereas pH (p<0.01) and NH3-N (p<0.01) were lower when R510 bags were used. In the VFA composition, acetate and butyrate were significantly higher (p<0.01) in R510 bags, and propionate and total VFA concentration did not differ (p=0.55 and 0.25, respectively) between F57 and R510 bags. The log copy numbers of bacteria and protozoa did not differ (p=0.69 and 0.94, respectively) between F57 and R510 bags, whereas those of fungi were significantly higher in R510 than in F57 bags (p<0.01). Therefore, the use of R510 may reflect actual rumen fermentation characteristics more precisely than those of F57 because increased gas production, nutrient digestibility and acetate, butyrate proportion were founded in R510.
