수입되는 서양뒤영벌과 그에 대한 화분매개 대체안들을 비교 평가하기 위해 증분이익을 추정하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 판매수익에서 공통 생산원가를 차감한 증분수익은 인공수분을 사용할 때보다 화분매개곤충을 사용할 때 더 많았으며, 증분원가는 수입산 서양뒤영벌이나 꿀벌을 사용할 때보다 국내산 서양뒤영벌이나 인공수분을 사용할 때 더 적었다. 각 대안별 증분이익을 살펴보면, 수입산 서양뒤영벌 46,801 백만원, 국내산 서양뒤영벌 47,170 백만원, 꿀벌 46,975 백만원, 인공수분 29,839 백만원 이었다. 증분이익은 각 대안을 선택했을 경우 얻을 수 있는 회계적 이윤을 의미한다. 다만, 회계적 이윤 전부를 화분매개 대안이 기여한 것으로 볼 수 없으며, 귀속지대나 정상이윤과 같은 잠재적 비용이 포함되어 있다. 잠재적 비용에 해당하는 기회원가를 고려할 때, 수입산 서양뒤영벌을 사용하는 대안은 경제적 손실이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 과수⋅작물 생산농가가 수입산 서양뒤영벌을 사용하는 대신 다른 대체안을 선택할 경우 추가적인 경제적 이윤을 창출할 수 있음을 의미한다.

Squamous odontogenic tumor (SOT) is a relatively rare, benign, small (rarely > 1.5 cm in diameter), but locally infiltrative and occasionally aggressive odontogenic epithelial lesion that appears to have harmatomous and neoplastic characteristics [1]. SOT is often asymptomatic, although it can present with mildly painful gingival swelling or tooth mobility. Radiographically, SOT is usually visualized as an irregularly or triangularly shaped unilocular radiolucency associated with the lateral roots of teeth. We report a case of the squamous odontogenic tumor occurring in a 60-year-old female in the right posterior maxilla with unusual radiographic and clinical appearances.

지적장애아동은 낮은 지적능력으로 인해 주의집중력의 지속시간이 짧으며 정상적인 언어습득과 발달이 어렵다. 그러므로 사회성이 떨어지고 사람과의 유대감을 형성하는 것이 어려울 수 있다. 지적장애아동의 특성을 효과적으로 개선하는 방법에는 동물을 통한 매개 활동이 있다. 동물은 아동과의 상호작용을 통하여 언어능력을 향상 시키고, 인지발달을 촉진시킨다. 그리고 의사소통이나 상호작용이 미숙한 아동에게 동물매개활동은 의사소통 및 자기표현 기술을 습득하는 데 유용하게 작용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 동물매개활동 프로그 램이 지적장애아동의 주의집중력과 언어능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 J도 I시 특수 장애 학교에 다니고 있는 만 14세에서 16세인 지적장애아동 3명을 대상자로 선정하였다. 연구는 주 1회, 8주간, 총 16회기 동안 진행하였다. 사전ㆍ사후 검사 도구로는 Harris & Harris(1984)의 집중력 격자판 검사와 수용·표현 어휘력 검사(Receptive and Expressive Vocabulary Test: REVT)를 이용하여 연구 대상자들의 주의집중력과 수용·표현 어휘력의 비교분석을 하였다. 이 연구를 통해 동물매개활동 프로그램이 지적장애아동의 주의집중력과 수용·표현 어휘력을 유의미한 수준으로 향상시켜 주었음을 관찰할 수 있었다.

현대 사회에 들어와 우리는 기술의 발전에 따른 다양한 혜택을 누리며 풍요롭고 안락한 삶을 영위할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 이 과정에서 지나친 개발로 인해 생명경시 태도와 인격체에 대한 경시 사상 또한 함께 퍼지게 되었고, 이는 정서지능이나 인성에 대한 가치관이 확립되는 아동기에 좋지 않은 영향을 준다. 이에 본 연구에서는 동물매개교육 프로 그램이 초등학교 3학년 아동의 생명존중 의식과 인성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 J도 I시 소재 초등학교 3학년 아동 24명을 대상으로 사전‧사후 점수 비교법을 통해 결과를 얻었다. 동물매개교육 프로그램은 2019년 3월 29일 부터 2019년 5월 31일까지 주 1회씩 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 연구 결과로 동물매개교 육이 대상 아동의 생명존중 의식과 인성에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 실시한 생명존 중 의식 척도와 인성 척도 사전‧사후 검사를 통해서도 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 동물매개교육이 초등학교 3학년 아동의 생명존중 의식과 인성 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 초등학생이 동물과의 관계를 맺고 칭찬을 하면서 칭찬요법을 적용한 동물매개활동이 초등학생 고학년의 자아존중감과 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 J도 I시 I초등학교에 재학 중인 초등학생 중 동물매개활동에 참여의사를 밝힌 11명의 학생들로 선정하여 진행하였다. 연구방법은 실험집단과 통제집단 사전·사후 표준편차 비교로 진행하였고, 동물매개활동은 2019년 4월 10일부터 2019년 5월 15일까지 주 2회씩, 총 10회기 실시하였다. 연구결과 칭찬요법을 적용한 동물매개활 동이 초등학생 고학년의 자아존중감과 행복감의 향상에 효과가 있었고 실시한 실험집단 과 대조집단의 자아존중감 척도와 행복감 척도 사전·사후 검사 결과 비교를 통해 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 칭찬요법을 적용한 동물매개활동이 초등학생 고학년의 자아존중감과 행복감의 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

Odontogenic keratocyst (OKC), also known as keratocystic odontogenic tumor (KCOT), is an emerging odontogenic tumor originating from the dental lamina. It is an aggressive lesion with a squamous epithelium and a recurrence rate of 15-35%.1 Radiologically, there is a clear, smooth, or shell-like border showing a unilocular or multifocal, polycystic radiographic picture. Hard tissue formation in OKC is a very rare phenomenon and occurs in the form of dystrophic calcification, cartilaginous tissue or dentinoid.2 In this article, we report the case of OKC with calcification. OKC with radiopaque lesion is very rare, these are considered as dystrophic calcification, dentinoid formation, ossification. The incidence of dystrophic calcification in recurrent OKC is low, so it can be inferred that the recurrence rate of OKC with dystrophic calcification is lower than that of conventional OKC.

Background: Mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) is the most common malignant epithelial tumor of the salivary gland in the oral cavity. In South Korea, it occurs most frequently in the palate, retromolar area, floor of the mouth, buccal mucosa, and other areas of the oral cavity. MEC is rare in children and adolescents under 20 years of age, but it is the most common malignant salivary gland tumor in this group. Reconstructive surgery is often required due to cystic lesions or resection of malignancy in the oral cavity. Buccal fat pad (BFP) is a flap that is reliable and suitable for reconstructing oral defects because it has a low complication rate and small volume change over time. Case Presentation: We report the case of a 12-year-old female patient with low-grade MEC on light soft palate with no neck metastasis. After tumor resection the palatal mucosal defect was reconstructed with a BFP flap. Conclusion: The purpose of this article is to discuss the features and treatment methods of MEC that is rarely occurring in children, and the usefulness of BFP for reconstruction. Therefore, we will make a precise diagnosis and treatment as we examine the clinical feature and review the literature.

본 연구의 목적은 동물매개치료 프로그램이 위축행동을 보이는 아동의 자아존중감과 또래관계에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전라북도 I시에 소재한 Y지역 아동센터에서 방과 후 프로그램을 참가하는 아동들 중 센터에서 일하시는 선생님으로부터 추천 받은 아동들 중 부모와 본인이 동의한 학생 총 7명이 참여하였다. 연구 진행은 주1회 총 8회기를 매 회당 60분씩 실시하였으며, 진행자 1인과 보조 진행자 2인, 펫 파트너2인, 관찰자2인, 반려견 2두로 함께 진행하였다. 연구도구로 자아존중감 검사, 또래관계 검사를 사용하여 사전·사후검사를 별도 측정해 프로그램의 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 동물매개치료가 프로그램 참가 학생들의 자아존중감과 또래관계에 미친 영향을 살펴 본 결과, 자아존중감에 하위 영역 중 학교에서의 자아존중감은 평균점수가 감소 하였고 또래 관계의 하위 영역인 친밀 단계에서도 평균 점수가 감소하였지만, 그 외에 모든 영역에서 통계적으로 평균 점수가 증가 하는 모습을 보였다. 이상의 연구 결과로 살펴볼 때, 동물매개치료 프로그램은 위축행동을 보이는 아동의 자아존중감과 또래관계에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

1가정 1반려견이라는 말이 있을 만큼 요즘은 반려동물과 함께 삶을 살아가는 이들이 많이 늘어났다. 그만큼 반려동물은 하나의 가족 구성원임이 당연시 되었고 자신의 가족의 마지막 순간까지 소중히 여기게 되었다. 이에 맞춰 동물 장묘시설의 중요성도 대두되고 있고 그 수도 증가하고 있는 추세지만 현재 동물 장묘시설이 입지하는 것에 지역 주민들과 많은 갈등이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 입지 시 발생하는 문제를 해결하는데 도움이 되고자 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문조사는 일반인 778명을 대상으로 온라인, 오프라인 설문 으로 진행하였으며 반려인 및 비반려인의 의견을 따로 들어보았다. 설문결과 자신의 지역에 동물 장묘시설이 입지하는 것에 찬성하는 응답은 85.1%, 반대하는 응답은 14.9%로 나타났다. 또한 찬성, 반대와 상관없이 모두 동물 장묘시설 입지 시 처리시설이 완비되어야 한다는 의견을 알 수 있었다. 현재 동물 장묘시설 입지 시 지역 주민들과 발생하는 갈등의 원인과 주민들이 반대하는 이유를 파악하고 분석하여 실제적인 협의에 대해 모색하여야 한다.

Recently, bicycle has means of effective healthy transportation, and riding the bicycles is considered as popular recreational and sporting activities. Also, the saddle, steering system, driving device and braking device are researched briskly because of consumer’s need for driving performance and comfort. Especially, the importance of a cassette responsible for transmission function by transmitting power to the drive shaft through the chain is very focused. The writer conducted structural analysis for the sprocket of each level using the ANSYS widely used for the analysis. Speed shifting performance was enhanced by minimization / simplification of shifting point through a sort of tooth profile of the cassette. By partitioning a clear value type and other shifting point, it has been modified to enable smooth speed-shifting. In addition, as titanium precision forming process, this study studied the molding technique by blanking and dies forging for mass production of the cassette. so it could be expected that the entire drive train would utilize that in the future. The stamping process capability for thin materials for the mass production of the sprockets is applicable to producing automobile parts, so lightweight component production is likely to be possible through that, for the safety of driving.
