Polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) have attracted particular interest as alternative and enviromentally friendly energy source for both mobile and stationary application. The perfluorosulfonic acid membranes, such as Nafion® are most used PEMs because of their good chemical and electrochemical stability. However they have drawbacks such as high cost, low application temperature, insufficient durability. Sulfonated poly (arylene ether)s, poly (phenylene ether)s, poly (arylene ether ketone)s have beem developed. This work is an attempt to synthesize sulfonated poly (arylene ether)s contained phosphinate moiety which is pendant phenyl structure. Sulfonated poly (arylene ether)s membranes were prepared from DOPO-BPA, 4,4’-sulfonyl diphenol(SFDPS), 1,4-bis(4-fluoro benzoyl)benzene(1,4-FBB).

Microcapsule membranes are fabricated with PLGA through double emulsion method and solvent evaporation method. In outer aqueous phase, surfactants such as PVA were replaced with metal salts as CaCl2 and MgCl2. Inside the microcapsule membrane, BSA was encapsulated as the model drug. Morphologies, BAS encapsulation efficiencies and BAS releasing behaviors are investigated. Through the process, microcapsule membranes with diameters of μm are generated and, through this work, we got a conclusion that the metal salts could be a good choice to replace PVA to solidify the microcapsule membrane surfaces.

본 연구에서는 막 결합형 축전식 탈염공정의 단수를 10단 형태의 모듈로 설계하여 처리용량을 증대하고자 하였다. MCDI에 사용된 이온교환고분자로는 아민기가 함유된 폴리설폰(APSf)과 술폰기가 함유된 폴리이서이서케톤(SPEEK)을 합성하여 캐스팅법으로 탄소전극에 제조하였다. 공정변수는 흡착전압 및 시간, 탈착전압 및 시간, 공급액의 유속과 농도 등을 달리하여 염 제거효율을 측정하였다. 대표적으로 Nacl 100 mg/L, 유속 100 mL/min, 흡착조건 1.2 V/3 min, 탈착조건 -0.5 V/5 min에서 98.3%의 염 제거효율을 보였다.

수소를 연료로 사용하는 PEMFC는 고효율⋅출력밀도를 나타내며, 짧은 시동시간, 우수한 응답특성에 따라 현지설치형 발전기술로 사용되며, 이를 위한 고효율 연료처리장치가 필수적이다. SMR반응은 연료당 고회수율을 때문에 경제성이 우수하며, 전환율 확보를 위해 700°C, 20 bar 이상의 운전조건에서 수행되며, WGS, PSA의 후단공정을 통해 수소를 생산한다. 분리막 개질기를 이용한 SMR반응은 분리막이 수소를 제거함에 따라 반응효율 증진, 공정온도 저감, 후단공정 배제를 할 수 있어 공정구성 및 경제성이 우수하다. 본 연구에서는 팔라듐분리막 개질기를 사용하여 550°C, 5 bar에서 SMR반응을 통해 수소를 생산하였으며, 개질된 가스의 CO 농도를 최소화하여 고온 PEMFC용 연료처리장치를 개발하였다.

동남아시아에 발생하던 등검은말벌은 최근 국내 뿐만 아니라 프랑스와 일본, 유럽 전역으로 확산되어 전 세계 양봉 산업에 극심한 피해를 주고 있다. 등검은말벌을 방제하기 위해 다양한 방제 방법들이 연구되고 있으며, 그 중 말벌 유인제에 대해 국제적으로 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으나 이 역시 지속적인 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시판 유인제와 최근 (주)다목에코텍에서 새롭게 개발한 신규 개발 유인제에 대한 효능 검정을 수행하였 고 양봉장에 출현하는 국내 발생 말벌속의 발생양상을 조사하였다. 담양 1개소와 곡성 2개소에 기존 유인제과 신규 유인제를 장착한 포획기를 각 3쌍씩 설치하여 2016년 9월부터 11월말까지 주 1~2회 관찰하였다. 그 결과 국내 발생 말벌속 중 등검은말벌(7,787 개체)이 가장 많이 포획되었고, 다음으로 장수말벌, 말벌, 좀말벌, 꼬마장수말벌, 털보말벌 순으로 포획되었다. 두 유인제의 포획력 검정 결과, 신규 개발 유인제가 통계적으로 유의하게(P < 0.01) 등검은말벌 포획력이 높음을 보였다.

최근 전체산업에서 차지하는 서비스분야의 비중이 높아짐에 따라 자신이 실제 느끼는 감정과는 다른 표현을 하며 일해야 하는 감정노동자들의 고충이 사회적 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 감정노동자들은 고객들에게 심한 모욕과 비인격적인 대우를 받아도 조직이 정한 감정규칙을 준수하여 항상 친절한 응대 와 태도를 유지하도록 요구받고 있다. 이로 인해 감정노동자들은 심한 심리적 불안과 스트레스에 직면하고 있으며 이는 각종 질환에 노출되게 한다. 이러한 상황에서 감정노동자들의 직무불만족으로 인해 이직률이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서비스 종사원의 감정노동전략을 표면행동과 내면행동으로 구분하여 감정부조화에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 감정부조화가 직무불만족에 미치는 영향과 직무 불만족이 파괴적인 반응행동인 태만행동과 이탈행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 감정표현규칙 몰입이 감정노동과 감정부조화의 관계를 어떻게 조절하는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 서비스업에 종사하는 감정노동자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 380부의 설문지가 배포되었고, 불성실한 응답을 제외한 377부의 설문지가 분석에 활용되었다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 표면행동은 감정부조화에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치고 내면행동은 감정부조화에 부(-)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감정부조화는 직무불만족에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치며 셋째, 직무불만족은 태만행동과 이탈행동에 모두 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 감정노동이 감정부조화와 직무불만족을 이중매개로 태만행동과 이탈행동에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 감정표현규칙 몰입이 높을수록 내면행동은 감정부조화에 미치는 효과가 유의하게 나타났으나 표면행동은 유의하게 나타나지 않아 감정표현규칙 몰입의 조절효과가 일부만 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 이론적 및 실무적 시사점과 향후과제를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 선행된 연구자료의 어류군집을 이용하여 강릉남대천 내 이입종의 현황을 파악하고, 수생태계에 악영향을 미칠 수 있는 잠재적 침습성을 평가하고자 실시하였다. 강릉남대천에 서식하고 있는 국내 타수계 이입종은 12종으로 조사되었으며, 1982년 이후로 지속적으로 증가하는 추세를 나타냈다. 이입종의 FISK 평가 결과 피라미 (Zacco platypus)와 참붕어 (Pseudorasbora parva)가 높은 침습성을 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. FISK 질문의 답변에 대한 신뢰도 값은 평균 3.2 (3.06±0.16~3.42±0.13)로 분석되었으며, 최대 신뢰도 값이 4인 것을 고려할 때, 상대적으로 높은 수준을 나타내었다. 조사지점별 물리적 서식지 평가 (Qualitative Habitat Evaluation Index; QHEI) 결과 평균 146 (88~171)으로 최적의 서식처 환경을 유지하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 지점별 하천 인근 토지이용률과 QHEI, 이입종 출현빈도를 구분한 결과 하천의 고도가 낮아질수록 QHEI 값은 감소하는 결과를 나타내었으며, 토지이용 측면에서는 산림지역이 감소하고, 도심지역이 점차 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 어류군집, QHEI, 하천 인근 토지이용률, 이입종간의 상관관계 분석을 실시한 결과 하천 상·하류간의 연속성을 나타내는 고도와 지점별 종수 (r= -0.782, p=0.0127), 종수와 산림지역 (r= - 0.737, p=0.0234), QHEI와 도심지역 (r= - 0.292, p=0.446)과는 음의 상관성을 나타내었으며, 타수계 이입종의 경우 도심지역과는 양의 상관성 (r=0.313, p=0.412)을 나타내었으나 통계적으로는 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다.

This study was to investigate effect of tunicamycin (TM) on sperm viability, mitochondrial activity and motility in boar semen. Collected sperm were incubated with semen extender containing 0, 1, 2, and 5 μM TM for 3, 6 and 9 h. Sperm viability was analyzed using SYBR14/PI doubling staining, and mitochondrial activity was detected using Rhodamine123/PI staining methods. Sperm viability, mitochondrial activity and motility were measured every 3 h during incubation. In results, boar sperm viability, mitochondrial activity and motility were significantly decreased in 2 and 5 μM TM groups compare to control group at all incubation time (p<0.05). In addition, mitochondrial activity and motility were significantly decreased in 1, 2, and 5 μM TM groups compare to control group at 9 h after incubation (p<0.05). These results suggest that TM can inhibit sperm viability, mitochondrial activity and motility in boar semen, and it may influence on the fertility of sperm.

백령버섯 병재배용 배지 주재료는 콘코브 배지보다는 미루나무톱밥 배지 처리구에서 발이 및 생육특성이 가장 양호하였으며, 배지 영양원으로는 면실피, 면실박, 밀기울, 옥수수분, 미강 등이 적합하였고, 배지 혼합 비율은 58% 이내 범위에서 재료별로 질소함량을 고려하여 가감 사용하는 것이 적당하였으며, T-N 함량이 높은 면실박 사용량은 20% 수준으로 조절할 필요가 있었다. 또한, 배지 첨가제는 탄산칼슘 처리가 소석회 처리보다 양호하였으며, 무처리구의 경우 갓과 대의 탄력성은 감소하고 경도는 증가되는 경향을 보였다. 따라서, 백령버섯 병재배용 최적배지는 미루나무톱밥+면실피+면실박+밀기울+옥수수분+탄산칼슘이 40:20:20:15:3:2의 혼합 비율로 조성되는 처리구였다.

根據初步統計，龍門石窟唐代有紀年的觀音菩薩造像有54例，未紀 年觀音像多達140余身，筆者通過實地調查記錄，在本文中嘗試對有紀 年的觀音像展開具體的記錄和分析，結合歷史文獻和碑刻題記，歸納 出龍門石窟唐代觀音造像的特徵及形象變遷的規律，同時探討唐代觀 音造像的其他问题，進而了解唐代龍門乃至洛陽地區淨土信仰及觀音 信仰的情況。

본 연구는 공기주입 이중피복온실과 관행 이중피복온실의 생육환경과 단열성능을 비교하기 위하여 수 행하였다. 두 온실의 온도, 상대습도, 포차, 이산화탄소농도, 일사량, 딸기 생산량 및 난방연료소비량을 비교하 였다. 공기주입온실이 관행온실보다 야간에 상대습도가 더 높고 포차는 더 낮게 나타나 딸기의 생육에 좋지 않은 환경을 보여주었다. 이산화탄소농도는 공기주입온실이 관행온실보다 더 높게 나타났으며, 이는 공기주입 온실이 더 밀폐되어 있어 환기량이 적기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 관행온실의 광투과율이 77%로 공기주입온실 의 72%보다 더 높아 관행온실의 광환경이 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 관행온실의 딸기 생산량이 더 높게 나 타났으며, 이는 관행온실의 생육환경이 공기주입온실보다 더 우수한 결과로 판단된다. 난방연료는 공기주입온 실에서 더 적게 소모되어 공기주입온실의 단열성능이 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

One of the major sources causing eutrophication and algal blooms of lakes or streams is phosphorus which comes from point and nonpoint pollution sources. HAP (hydroxyapatite) crystallization using granular alkaline materials can achieve the decrease of phosphorus load from wastewater treatment plants and nonpoint pollution control facilities. In order to induce HAP crystal formation, continuous supply of calcium and hydroxyl ions is required. In this research, considering HAP crystallization, several types of lime-based granular alkaline materials were prepared, and the elution characteristics of calcium and hydroxyl ions of each were analyzed. Also, column tests were performed to verify phosphorus removal efficiencies of granular alkaline materials. Material_1 (gypsum+cement mixed material) achieved the highest pH values in the column tests consistently, also, Material_2 (gypsum+slag mixed material) and Material_3 (calcined limestone material) achieved over pH 9.0 for 240 hours (10 days) and proved the efficiencies of long-term ion supplier for HAP crystallization. In the column tests using Material_3, considerable pH increase and phosphorus removal were carried out according to each linear velocity and filtration depth. T-P removal efficiencies were 87.0, 84.0, 68.0% and those of PO4-P 100.0, 97.0, 80.0% for linear velocity of 1.0, 2.5, 5.0 m/hr respectively. Based on the column test results, the applicability of phosphorus removal processes for small-scale wastewater treatment plants and nonpoint pollution control facilities was found out.

Korean official documents use Chinese characters in a long term, but how to ensure the physical accuracy of Chinese characters and the consistency with Qing Dynasty, these problems have always troubled the North Korea manners. Moreover, the Chinese characters imported into Korea produced variant forms (different from the Chinese characters which in the Ming and Qing Dynasties) in the process of development and dissemination. Among them, most of them is Korean character. This paper through the comparative study between Chinese characters and Korean characters, preliminary explore the forming reasons of Korean folk characters, and based on these studies to analyze the Korean “quality profile”, to provide research materials which help to explore the problems about the development and the existence of characters during them are sowing outside.

Despite numerous errors already revealed in Shuo Wen Jie Zi by Xu Shen in Eastern Han dynasty, it is still considered to be an important literature in Chinese character studies. This study utilizes tools, such as mathematical functions, set and logic, to look into Shuo Wen Jie Zi from a new perspective. Through this approach, one can get a macro-scale tendency or trend. At the same time, one can pin-point numerous micro-scale errors. This study firstly defines functions that constitute the framework, and then processes the entire data set within Shuo Wen Jie Zi, addressing the topics associated with it.

Genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) is a cost-efficient method which can be useful for SNP marker discovery in a population of interest. GBS is genome reduction sequencing method using restriction enzyme. The quality of DNA is a key factor which could have an influence in downstream analysis. However, there have not been many studies which investigated the impact of DNA degradation and the quality of the data on marker discovery. In this study, GBS data of 6 Hanwoo samples (H1~6) showing differing level of DNA degradation were compared. Re-sequencing pipeline was followed to investigate the impact of DNA degradation on marker discovery. As a result, we found that the quantity and quality of SNPs were not affected in the sample H5 and H6 with moderately degraded DNA. On the other hand, marker discovery was greatly affected in samples with severe DNA degradation (H3 and H4). The findings in this study support that GBS is a robust genotyping method towards moderate DNA degradation.

On the early stage of Emperor Qianlong period, Qianlong ordered the ministers to sort out interior cultural relics. Therefore ministers successively compiled four antiques catalogue, they are "Midian Zhulin Buddhism and Taoism paintings appreciation", "Shiqu Baoji paintings appreciation", "Ancient bronze vessels collection appreciation in Qing Dynasty" and "Tianlu Linlang official books collection catalogue appreciation" respectively. The stylistic rules and layout of the first two was borrowed from Gao Shiqi "Jiang Cun Xiao Xia Lu". The stylistic rules and layout of the record of "Ancient bronze vessels collection appreciation in Qing Dynasty" was borrowed from Wang Fu "Bo Gu Picture" and Lv Dalin "The Archaeological Picture". To a great extent, the stylistic rules and layout of "Tianlu Linlang official books collection catalogue appreciation" was inherited from the connoisseur ideology of "Shiqu Baoji paintings appreciation" and "Ancient bronze vessels collection appreciation in Qing Dynasty", which was the evolutionary adaptation of style reference and actual situation of books identification and collection. As the classic examples of official connoisseur catalogue, "Tianlu Linlang official books collection catalogue appreciation" had a significant impact on Qing dynasty bibliography. As the development of textology in Qing Dynasty, the connoisseur gradually flourished in society. Under its inspiration and influence, the edition bibliography of Qing dynasty continued to develop.

본 연구는 경북 동남부 지역 소재 자동차부품사들의 발전 방안을 전략적 인적자원관리 측면에서 논의 하였다. 이를 위해서, 기업의 생존과 성장에서 인적자원관리의 중요성을 전략적 인적자원관리 측면에서 문헌정리를 실시하고, 문헌정리 결과를 바탕으로 개방형 설문항목을 구성하였다. 완성된 개방형 설문을 활용하여 경북 동남부 소재 자동차부품 소속 인사담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 이를 내용분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 하여, 노동시장 및 채용 측면, 교육 ․ 훈련 측면, 평가 ․ 보상 측면, 승진 측면, 퇴직관리 측면으로 향후 기업과 산업 발전을 위한 다각적인 방향의 정책적 제안을 제시하였다.

As the excavated costumes from the unknown tomb of the Joseon Dynasty were unearthed, estimating the age of the costumes became very important. This research investigat and estimates the age of the excavated costumes from Couple`s Tomb for Lee General in Seosan, Chung-nam. By inspecting and analyzing the costumes, the features can be compared with other similar costumes that have been excavated from other tombs. The result of this study is as follows: First, the period with dopo, cheolrik, jungchimak, and baji for females among the relics of General Lee can be estimated. For dopo, there are morphometric features such as the shape of moo; for cheolrik, there is a ratio of top and bottom; for jungchimak, there is a ratio of width of arm and skit and a ratio of side tim, total length, etc. By comparing relics of same period, it can be estimated to be from the late 16 century around the Japanese invasion of Korea to the early 17 century. Second, the period with jangui and jeogori among the relics of Couple's Tomb for General Lee can be estimated. By comparing jangui with the arm and width of sleeves, and by comparing jeogori and the shape of the collar, arm, length, etc., with other relics identical to the period, it can be estimated to be from the late 16 century around the Japanese invasion of Korea, which is a similar date to the one with the husband to the early 17 century.

This is a study on the discrepancies between Liu Yuxi’s 劉禹錫 (772-842) biographies contained in the Jiu Tangshu 舊唐書 (Old Tang History) and the Xin Tangshu 新唐書 (New Tang History). For this study, Liu's biographies in the two Tang histories are cho sen as primary sources for Liu's official life. Then, I try to find out the discrepancies bet ween the two biographies. This paper contains an annotated translation of Liu's biograph y in the Jiu Tangshu and discrepancies between his two biographies in the Tang historie s. In addition, other pertinent materials including Liu’s autobiography Zi Liuzi zizhuan 子 劉子自傳 are also employed. In the translation, the biography is divided into twenty sectio ns by my own determination in order to effectively compare with Liu's biography in the Xin Tangshu.
