So far, most of online games has been produced from their scratch. Recently some games which was already released in the format of retail-box or packages have been produced as online version and its' trends will be popular in a near future. The paper focuses on the characterization of such online game conversions from original single-play game in Korea game market. The paper will contribute systemizing online game production process by characterizing such re-production from a single-play game.

A 14-year-old intact female, mixed dog was presented with hematuria and strangury. Mass in the abdominal cavity was seen on radiographs and ultrasound. On the cytological examination in the urethra, clusters of pleomorphic epithelial cell were found. Tissues of the urethra and the urinary bladder were obtained at the time laparotomy and determined the extent of the mass. Transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of the urinary bladder was found in histopathologic characteristics. Urinary diversion after removal of a complete full section of the TCC in bladder wall was performed. Piroxicam, as a medical therapy for TCC, was orally administrated. Surgical operation and chemotherapy were selected with the goal of maintaining and improving quality of life.

The purpose of this study is ultimately subjected to the Orientalism, even though this deals with some positive effects in the realm of art and architecture as the scope of study, because through which the relationship between two different cultures will be discussed. That is to say, this research focused not only on how the presentation of ‘avant-garde’ visual art, which is explained as formal ‘purity’ and ‘abstraction’ as the characteristics of modern arts, could be made in the transition to the 20th's World, but also on what is the role and meaning of Eastern thoughts, which is popular in that time, for the new philosophical background of the artistic revolution. As a result, this study found that a lot of ‘avant-garde’ architects such as F. L. Wright, M. Mahony in Prairie School and L. Sullivan, D. Burnham, J. Root in Chicago School, and Lauweriks, H. P. Berlage who introduced Wright's works into the Europe, had possessed the ‘Universal Philosophy’ including Unitarianism, Transcendentalism, Deism, and Theosophy which are all influenced by Oriental religions and thoughts through historic western philosophers, although it is generally well-known that W. Kandinsky and P. Mondrian were belong to that. Furthermore, they gave attention to the Oriental religions and thoughts in that time, eventually made a historical progressive process of unification of thoughts between East and West. In a word, the new universalism was the philosophical background that made the artist's idea and presentation on ‘from Being into Becoming’.

당근 (Daucus carota L.)은 β-carotene이 풍부하게 함유되어 있는 뿌리채소로서 잘 알려져 있으며 또한 신품종 육성을 위한 Agrobacterium 이용 형질전환도 비교적 용이한 식물로도 잘 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 뿌리 부위를 1 mm 정도의 두께로 얇게 절단한 당근채에 대하여 화학처리에 의한 표면상해를 유발시키고 이에 의한 Agrobacterium 이용 형질전환의 증대를 분석하였다. MTT를 이용한 세포활성분석을 통하여 0.1-0.3% NaOH 또는 1-4% H2O2 용액의 처리 (3 min)가 당근채 세포활성에 미약한 독성을 나타냈으나 각각 그 보다 고농도 처리에서는 육안으로 비교될 정도의 세포활성 저하를 초래하였다. NaOH나 H2O2 처리 후 1/2 x MS배지 (pH 5.7)로 세척한 당근채는 agroinfiltration 및 3 일간의 동시배양을 거쳐 β-glucuronidase (GUS) reporter gene의 발현정도를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 형광법에 의한 GUS 효소활성측정에서 화학물 처리는 10-15 배 이상의 GUS효소의 활성증대가 확인되었다.

상전환법을 이용하여 폴리설폰 고분자막을 제조하고 막의 형상과 투과특성을 측정하였다. 폴리설폰, n-메틸피롤리돈과 프로피오닉산으로 이루어진 제막용액에서 프로피오닉산은 폴리설폰에 대한 비용매로서 제막용액에 첨가되었으며, 침지용 비용매로는 이소프로필알코올이 사용되었다. 첨가된 프로피오닉산은 제막용액의 열역학적 성질을 변화시켜 열역학적 상분리를 촉진하는 역할을 할 수 있음을 보였으며, 제막용액의 점도는 프로피오닉산의 양에 따라 증가하여 프로피오닉산의 첨가에 따라 유동성이 감소하는 특성을 보였다. 제조된 모든 분리막은 프로피오닉산의 첨가에 따라 뚜렷하게 구분되는 형상을 보였다. 프로피오닉산 없이 제조된 막의 밀집화된 표면층은 프로피오닉산이 10wt% 첨가되었을 때 거의 사라졌으며, 30 wt% 첨가되었을 때 분리막은 알갱이 형태의 표면층으로부터 스폰지 형태의 하부층으로 형상의 차이가 구배를 보이며 나타났다. 물 투과도는 비용매 프로피오닉산의 증가와 함께 증대하였으며 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 사용한 배제율의 경우 프로피오닉산의 증가와 함께 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper introduces fourteen single, double, multiple and sequential acceptance sampling plans based on switching rule. Revised KS standards for acceptance sampling by attribute and by variable such as KSA ISO 2859-0, 1:2001 2859-2:2001, 8422:2001, 3951:2006, 8423:2001, MIL-STD-105E:1989, 414:1968 and ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, Z1.9:2003 are presented.

본 연구는 vesicular stomatitis virus G glycoprotein (VSV-G)으로 피막이 형성되는 replication-defective MoMLV-based vector를 이용한 hTPO 헝질전환 닭의 생산에 관한 연구이다. 실험에 사용한 retrovirus vector의 구조는 hTPO 유전자의 발현 조절을 위해 internal promoter인 hCMV promoter를 이용하였으며 외래 유전자의 발현을 증가시키기 위해 woodchurk hepatitis virus posttranascriptional regulatory element (WPRE) 서열을 도입하였다. 재조합한 vector는 GP2 293 포장세포에 도입하여 virus를 생산하였으며 이 virus를 이용하여 감염시킨 여러 표적세포에서 hTPO의 발현과 생물학적 활성을 확인하였다. 재조합 hTPO의 생물학적 활성은 시판되고 있는 재조합 hTPO에 비해 우월한 것으로 확인되었다. hTPO 형질전환 닭의 생산을 위하여 1,000배 이상 고농도로 농축된 virus를 stage X 단계의 계란의 배반엽 층에 미세주입하여 대리난각 방법으로 배양하였다. 미세주입한 132개의 계란 중 21일 후에 11개의 계란에서 병아리가 부화하였으며 그중 4마리가 형질전환 개체로 확인되었다. 그러나 생산된 4마리 중 3마리가 부화 후 1개월 이내에 원인불명으로 사망하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 상업적 이용 가능성이 있는 생물학적 활성을 가진 사람의 cytokine 단백질의 대량 생산을 위한 생체 반응기로서의 형질전환 닭 개발의 시례를 제공하는데 있다.
