        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of debriefing with video and oral debriefing alone by undergraduate nursing students in the nursing educational simulation setting. Methods: Nursing students participating in experiment were 168. Data was collected for each group after the simulation including debriefing. Result: Experimental group who experienced simulation debriefing with video and control group had differences in clinical practice items according to characteristics. Experimental group who experienced simulation debriefing with video had significantly higher debriefing satisfaction than control group who didn't experience that. Conclusion: This study found that simulation debriefing with video was effective educational method to promote debriefing satisfaction. It is needed to find the relation between clinical practice and debriefing satisfaction.

        This study analyzed the effects of consumers’sense of community regarding outdoor brands on behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention and analyzed the effects of behavioral commitment and purchasing satisfaction on repurchasing intention. Additionally, this study analyzed the differences in sense of community, behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention according to the types of outdoor consumers’consumption values. A survey was conducted from July 20th to 30th, 2015, and 527 responses were used for the analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumers’sense of community regarding outdoor brands was classified into mutual influences, sufficiency necessity, emotional connectedness, and sense of belonging. Second, outdoor consumers’sense of community had positive impacts on behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction and repurchasing intention. Third, outdoor consumers’behavioral commitment and purchasing satisfaction had positive impacts on repurchasing intention. Fourth, there were differences in the outdoor consumers’sense of community, behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention according to the types of consumption values. Therefore, outdoor brands can strengthen the relationship with customers considering values and behavior, suggesting the need for a strategy that promotes consumers’sense of community with sustainable management activities that save the environment and local community.

        목적 : 본 연구는 핸드 사이클 선수 및 동호인을 대상으로 현재 사용 중인 핸드 사이클 사용 실태 및 만족도를 조사하고 향후 한국형 핸드 사이클 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 현재 핸드 사이클 선수로 등록이 되어 있거나 핸드 사이클 동호회 회원으로 활동하고 있는 장애인 22명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 대상자의 일반적인 사항 8문항, 핸드 사이클 사용 및 만족도 문항 15문항으로 구성되었다. 조사기간은 2014년 10월~11월이었다. 결과 : 대상자의 60% 이상이 핸드 사이클 사용 중 혹은 사용 이후에 통증이 있다고 답하였고, 가장 많이 통증을 호소한 부위는 어깨였다. 현재 사용하고 있는 핸드 사이클은 100% 수입품이며, 가격대는 500만원 이상으로 구입처 및 가격 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사용하는 핸드 사이클 형태는 좌식(46.1%), 와식(38.5%), K-Type(15.4%)로 대상자 대부분이 보통 이상의 만족도를 보였다. 그립 및 브레이크는 손잡이형(53.8%)이 가장 많았으며, 역시 보통 이상의 만족도를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해서 핸드 사이클 형태 및 구성품에 대한 만족도는 보통 이상이었으나, 대상자 대부분이 통증을 호소 하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 한국형 핸드 사이클 개발을 위한 기초자료로 본 연구 자료가 활용되기를 기대해 본다.

        The purpose of this article was to research the difference in additional marketing satisfaction by lifestyle of Korean restaurant customers (focus on foreign students at university in Gangwon province). In this research, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and ANOVA were carried out. Lifestyle was divided into seven factors and six clusters. Additional marketing satisfaction was divided into three factors. Additional marketing satisfaction showed a significant difference by lifestyle of foreign students. First, ‘employee’ had a highest point at C3 ‘convenience·internet searching pursuit’ but lowest point at C4 ‘brand preference pursuit’ (p<0.001). ‘Service process’ had a highest point at C1 ‘safety·health pursuit’ but lowest point at C5 ‘effort pursuit’ (p<0.001). ‘Tangible clue’ had a highest point at C3 ‘convenience·internet searching pursuit’ but lowest point at C5 ‘effort pursuit’ (p<0.001). Additional marketing can reduce customer uncertainty, ambiguities, and wavering about eating at restaurants by intangibility of service. As a result, food-service corporations need to manage additional marketing as well as increase satisfaction and loyalty of customers.

        This study examined the satisfaction level and effects of after-school program cooking activities in children of multicultural families. A total of 135 children of general and multicultural families from 3th to 6th grades and their 11 teachers were surveyed, and 75 multicultural family children underwent a cooking activity program. Children of multicultural families showed higher participation in cooking activities than other Korean children. Children of multicultural families wanted to be involved in cooking activity programs after school more than other Korean children. These children also showed a higher rate of wanting to cook Korean foods compared to children of general families. Regarding reasons for participating in cooking activities, ‘I think I’m glad to be served delicious food’ response was the most common. Children of multicultural families showed higher participation in cooking activities than children of general families. Regarding school life changes, children of multicultural families were found to be less picky of foods in general as well as kimchi and vegetables. In conclusion, cooking activity programs for children of multicultural family showed beneficial effects on diet and understanding of Korean culture.

        농촌체험의 관심과 체험이 증가되는 상황에서 농촌체험의 지속성과 경쟁력의 확보 차원으로 서비스품질이 중요해지고 있다. 이 연구는 농촌체험을 경험한 서울지역 소비자를 대상으로 서비스품질과 고객만족, 고객만족과 추천의도 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 설문분석은 총 234부이며, 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 가설검정을 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신뢰도의 크론바흐 알파값은 0.6 이상, 타당도의 요인적재량은 0.7 이상, 평균분산추출은 0.5 이상이 었다. 둘째, 확인적 요인분석의 모형적합도는, CMIN/DF, GFI, TLI, CFI, RMSEA이 전반적으로 적합하였다. 셋째, 가설검정의 결과, H1의 H1-2(유형성)와 H1-3(응답성)을 제외한 H1-1(신뢰성), H1-4(확신성), H1-5(공감성)는 고객만족 에 긍정적인 영향을 주었고, H2는 고객만족이 추천의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 따라서 농촌체험의 서비스를 이용자와 제공자 간의 상호작용으로 볼 때, 서비스품질에 대한 지속적인 개선이 필요할 것이다.

        목 적: 안경광학과 재학생들의 진로정체감, 전공만족도, 대학생활적응과 자아존중감이 학업성취도에 미 치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 방 법: D대학교 안경광학과 재학생 108명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 학업성취도는 대학 입 학 후 2015학년도 1학기까지의 평균평점을 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22를 이용하여 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계량, t-검정과 분산분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결 과: 진로정체감, 전공만족도, 대학생활적응, 자아존중감과 학업성취도 간에는 모두 유의한 정적인 상 관관계를 보였고, 학업성취도와 가장 상관관계가 높은 것은 대학생활적응(r=.320)이었다. 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로정체감의 요인 중 흥미와 재능(β=.356, p=.012)이었고, 전공만족도는 교과만족을 제외한 모든 변인이 유의미했으며, 대학생활적응 요인 중에서는 학업적응(β=.367, p=.032)만이 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 자아존중감의 하위요인 중 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기존중(β=.292, p=.047)이었다. 유의미한 변수들을 동시에 투입하여 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 일반적인 전공만족도(β =.465, p=.002)와 전공에 대한 인식만족도(β=-.415, p=.003)가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결 론: 안경광학과 재학생의 학업성적을 높이기 위해서는 대학생활적응과 전공만족도 증진에 필요한 안 경광학과 특성에 맞는 구체적인 프로그램이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

        There are so many definition of good work but generally job quality can be useful to analyze the good work. Good work may include some factors about health or working environment. This paper was planned to investigate the level of job quality in Korean employees. Especially comparison of health status between low an high job quality can be analyzed. Korean Working Conditions Survey was used. The various job characteristics were categorized into 6 component of job quality using factor analysis. Statistically mean difference test and cross-tabulation analysis were used to identify the difference of health status and distribution of the level of job quality. The result has shown the different distribution of the level of job quality by the economic sectors and occupations statistically significant. The positive cases of all of six components of job quality was 2.1% of Korean employees and the negative cases of all six components of job quality was 1.5%. The subjective general health status was correlated with job quality but work-related stress was negatively correlated with the level of job quality. This study was heuristic one, more depth analysis will be needed to identify the relationship and causation of job quality and health status.

        본 연구는 요양보호사의 직업적 정체성과 서비스 질 간의 인과관계와 두 변인 사이에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 직업적 정체성, 직무만족의 강화를 통해 서비스 질을 높일 수 있는 방안을 강구 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경북지역 230명의 요양보호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 조사결 과를 바탕으로 직업적 정체성과 직무만족과 서비스 질과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 직업적 정체성과 직무만 족은 정(+)적 상관관계를 나타났으며, 서비스 질과도 정(+)적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 요양보호사의 직업적 정체성이 직무만족과 서비스 질에 직접적인 영향을 주었으며 직무만족은 직업적 정체 성과 서비스 질에 매개효과가 있음이 통계적으로 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 요양보호사의 직업적 정체 성과 직무만족 강화를 통해 서비스 질을 높일 수 있는 개선방안으로 조직문화의 개선으로 조직의 개방성 과 유연성, 신뢰성의 문화가 보다 확산되어야 하며 직원 행복 프로그램 실시 및 전문성 향상과 역량강화 를 위한 직무교육 강화를 제언하였다.

        The purpose of this study was to apply the joint mobilization technique to the level of segments with pain and to the level of segments with hypomobility respectively and compare the immediate effects of the joint mobilization technique on the pain, the active cervical range of motion (ROM), and treatment satisfaction of patients with acute mechanical neck pain. After the baseline assessment, forty-two patients were randomized into two groups: a painful group (n1=21) that received joint mobilization at the most painful cervical spine level and a hypomobile group (n2=21) that received joint mobilization at the most hypomobile cervical level. The patients received an intervention that applied unilateral posterior-anterior gliding for 5 minutes and two repetitions of 10 times of active extension motion with distraction. In the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, the painful group and the hypomobile group were improved significantly in all pain variables (p<.001), while the painful group was improved significantly in the active cervical flexion (p<.001), extension (p<.001), left side-bending (p<.01), right side-bending (p=.001), left rotation (p<.001), and right rotation (p<.001). The hypomobile group was significantly improved in active cervical flexion (p=.001), extension (p<.001), left side-bending (p<.05), right side-bending (p=.001), left rotation (p=.001), and right rotation (p<.01) after intervention. In the Mann-Whitney U test, there was no significant difference in any of the dependent variables after the intervention between the two groups, but the painful group was slightly superior to the hypomobile group in all variables except for the right lateral flexion ROM and treatment satisfaction. These outcomes suggest that the cervical joint mobilization may be applied to either the level of painful segments or the hypomobile segments for the treatment of patients with acute mechanical neck pain.

        본 연구는 보육교사가 업무를 수행함에 있어 직무스트레스와 직무만족도에 미치는 영향과 양자의 관계에 있어서 조직몰입의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 보육교사의 직무스트레스를 경감시키고 직무만족도를 증가시킬 수 있는 실천적 함의를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2013년 8월 1일부터 9월 23일까지 J지역에 소재한 사회복지법인 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사를 대상으로 설문한 자료 총 279부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 SPSS 18.0을 이용해서 다중회귀분석으로 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 보육교사의 직무스트레스는 조직몰입을 통해서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 직무스트레스를 감소시키고 직무만족도를 증가시킬 수 있는 조직몰입과 관련된 실천적 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육서비스 질 향상을 위해서 보육의 주체인 보육교사에 대한 스트레스를 감소와 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 다양한 지원이 필요하다. 둘째, 보육교사들이 조직의 목표와 개인의 목표를 동일시하고 자신의 직무에 몰입할 수 있도록 조직몰입과 관련된 프로그램이 제공되어야 한다. 셋째, 보육교사 자질을 높일 수 있는 다양한 교육시스템이 개발되어져야 할 것이다.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between sports commitment, sportswear brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty of female university students in their 20s. Two hundred surveys were distributed to female university students, and 185 responses were used for the final analysis. The SPSS program was used with a reliability test and factor, frequency, path analysis. Based on the literature review, the following five hypotheses were suggested. H1: Cognitive commitment will have a positive effect on the behavioral commitment of sports commitment factors. H2: The behavioral commitment of female university students will have a positive effect on brand satisfaction. H3: Sportswear brand satisfaction will have a positive effect on continuous brand loyalty. H4: Cognitive commitment will have a positive effect on habitual brand loyalty. H5: Continuous brand loyalty will have a positive effect on habitual brand loyalty. The results of this study showed that first, after the factor analysis, there were two factors of sports commitment (behavioral commitment and cognitive commitment). Second, the path analysis results revealed that there were significant relationships between sports commitment factors (cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment), sportswear brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty factors (continuous brand loyalty and habitual brand loyalty). The results revealed that cognitive commitment had a positive relationship with behavioral commitment, which had a positive relationship with sportswear brand satisfaction. Sportswear brand satisfaction had a positive relationship with continuous brand loyalty, which had a positive relationship with habitual brand loyalty. Cognitive commitment also had a positive relationship with habitual brand loyalty.

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of awareness and knowledge of the efficacy of carbonated water on consumption patterns and satisfaction for college students, who are the principal consumers of carbonated water. A survey was conducted with 502 college students in the Metropolitan area from May 13 to 18, 2015 and 455 questionnaires were analyzed. As for the differences in awareness and knowledge of the efficacy of carbonated water according to gender, females (14.60 and 0.76) had better awareness and knowledge than males (13.40 and 0.58) (p=0.000 and p=0.036). The more positive the awareness of carbonated water, the greater the knowledge (p=0.000); the greater the knowledge of carbonated water, the higher level of consumption satisfaction (p=0.006). The odds ratio of awareness for carbonated water was 11.98; that is, positive awareness led to higher levels of satisfaction than negative awareness (p=0.003). Since awareness of the efficacy of carbonated water was found to affect carbonated water drinking and satisfaction, it is necessary to provide correct information about the efficacy of carbonated water.

        This study investigated the effect of cooking class on improvement of eating behaviors and satisfaction with cooking activities in children. The questionnaires developed for this study were distributed to 380 mothers during June to August, 2011. A total of 286 questionnaires were used for analysis (81.7%), and frequency analysis, ANOVA, and χ2-test were completed using SPSS (version 14.0) software. The children with cooking experience (52.7%) showed more improvement of eating habits than children with no cooking experience (36.4%). Both types of children showed an ‘unbalanced diet’ with respect to eating habits. The overall satisfaction level was an average of 3.84±0.62. The effects after cooking activities varied for different aspects of improvement of eating habits: ‘Correcting unbalanced diet’ was 4.26±0.66, ‘nutrition knowledge’ was 4.06±0.70, ‘dining etiquette’ was 4.09±0.63, and ‘regular meals’ was 4.15±0.73. There was a significant difference between genders with regards to correcting unbalanced diet with vegetables (p<0.01). Ages from 10 to 12 were able to improve unbalanced diet with ‘grains’ (p<0.001), while ‘Kimchi’ (p<0.05) and ‘paste’ for ages from 10 to 12. In conclusion, cooking activities are regarded as effective in correcting unbalanced diet and eliciting positive changes in eating behavior.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study were to compare the satisfaction in major and work value among the each grade of college nursing students. Methods: This study adopted the descriptive comparative design, Subjects were 225 students from two nursing schools in the Seoul city. The instruments used for this study were a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Duncan post-hoc test, and Pearson correlation coefficient using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in major satisfaction and especially, senior students showed the lowest score. There were no significant differences in the work value among the grades. The major satisfaction was correlated significantly with the work value. It showed that higher major satisfaction, more positive work value. Conclusion: Based on the results, major satisfaction had significant correlations with the work value among the students. Which proves that the scores of major satisfaction has its effects on the students’ values of the profession. Therefore, new education system using various learning strategies such as simulation and team-based learning is must needed for each grade in order for students to gain satisfaction in their major, which will improve the nature of future nursing environment and their working values.

        본 논문의 연구문제는 중학생의 외모만족도와 또래관계가 학교생활적응에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인가로 설정하였다. 가설 1은 중학생의 외모만족도가 또래관계에 영향을 미칠 것이며, 가설 2 는 중학생의 외모만족도가 학교생활적응에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 연구대상자는 경기도 안산과 화성 지역 중학교 1~3학년 남녀학생들이다. 질문지는 총 250부를 배부하고 225부를 회수하였으며 220부를 SPSS Statistics 22 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과에 의한 결론은 다음과 같다. 중학생의 외모만족도(가설 1)와 또래관계(가설 2)가 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다. 외모만족도와 또래관계가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 모든 F검정이 유의 미하게 나와 회귀모형이 모두 적합한 것으로 판단되었다. 따라서 중학생들의 학교생활적응을 높이 기 위해서 학생 스스로 외모에 대해 자신감을 가지고 만족도를 높이도록 하는 방안과 긍정적 또래 관계를 형성하도록 하는 방안을 더욱 강구하여야 할 것이다.

        본 연구는 보육교사들의 직무만족에 대한 욕구와 스트레스 요인 등 직무환경에 대하 여 구체적으로 살펴보고 이들의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 대안을 모색하고자 서울 S구 소재 민간어린이집 22개소, 가정어린이집 25개소에 근무하는 보육교사 209명을 대상 으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 종합해 보면, 보육교사의 결혼상태, 시설유형, 근무시간, 급여 등의 직무 환경에 따라 직무만족도에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 기혼인 집단이 직무만족이 높았으며 시설유형이 민간보육시설인 집단이 다른 시설유형보다 직무만족이 더 높은 것 으로 나타났다. 근무시간의 경우 8시간 근무하는 집단과 9시간 근무하는 집단이 그 이 상 근무하는 집단보다 직무만족이 더 높았으며, 급여의 경우 150만 원 이상인 집단이 직무만족이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다.

        본 연구는 장애여성의 차별경험이 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위해 자아존중감을 매개변수로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 한국장애인고용공단에서 조사한 장애인고용패널 5차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 장애여성 1,620명 중 결측 치를 제외한 1,612명을 대상으로 SPSS 19.0을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 차별경험과 생활만 족도 간 자아존중감의 매개효과 검증에서 1, 2, 3단계에서 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났으며, 일상생활에서의 차별경험과 생활만족도 간에 매개효과가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로, 일상생활의 차별경험이 높을수록 생활만족도가 낮게 나타나지만, 장애여성들 스스로가 장애를 인식하고 극복하기 위한 역량강화 프로그램 등의 다양한 교육프로그램을 통해 자아존중감을 높이고 장애여성을 임파워먼트할 수 있도록 실천적 개입방안과 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

        Global depression has brought the Korean economy into the period of low growth. The notion of lifetime employment has long crumbled, while economic recession is gradually taking away quality jobs. Furthermore, the average lifespan for the population has neared 100, while baby-boomer retirement is swinging into high gear. The simultaneous inrush of social and economic problems is threatening our wellbeing. However, there has been insufficient amount of research conducted on the factors that influence the satisfaction with lectures in lifelong education designed to address the problems. If we look at the earlier studies, most of them are on the satisfaction with lectures in regular courses. Our society demands that jobs be created for retirees including the baby boomers and that quality jobs be provided for those who want to go back to work after they have withdrawn from previous employment. In this light, the current study aims to bring light on the causal relation between the influential factors and variables involved in the satisfaction of lectures of non-degree programs with a view to solving those problems, and suggests the need to draw up marketing strategy that uses it. Specifically, the purpose and method of this study are as follows. First, to develop variables to be used in this study through in-depth interviews with field staff in the industry and training staff. Second, to identify predisposing factors that influence the satisfaction with the lectures of non-degree programs. Third, to identify the variables mediating predisposing factors and satisfaction with lectures. Fourth, to propose marketing strategy for non-degree programs using the results of the study. As identified through this study, the influencing factors for satisfaction with lectures are physical environment, composition of contents, and instructor ability and attitude, while mediating variables are interaction and immersion in lectures. If these factors are reflected in education, a higher level of satisfaction with lectures will be ensured for business starting youths, retirees, and those who want to have some other job after withdrawing from their previous ones. Educational institutions will be able to use it in ensuring stabler recruiting of trainees and establish a more efficient guidance and marketing strategy.
