이 연구는 한국, 중국, 일본, 네덜란드의 개인주의를 비교하여 그 차이와 원인을 고찰하고, 개인주의에 미치는 국가, 성별, 연령 등의 영향 내용을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하여, 한국 267명, 중국 271명, 일본 251명, 네덜란드 262명의 데이터를 통계분석하고 그 의미를 고찰한 연구이다. 요인분석 결과, 개인주의를 구성하는 하위개념들로 볼 수 있는 4가지 요인들('독자행동', '익과 의사결정', '타인 무관심', '자신의 의지')을 추출하였고, 이들 요인들이 특정 국가와 긴밀히 연관되어 있다는 점을 발견하였다. 이어 국가별 비교를 통해, '네덜란드,일본〉중국》한국'의 순으로 개인주의 성향이 강하다는 것을 확인하였다. 네덜란드는 여러 문항에 걸쳐 개인주의 성향이 가장 강하게 나타났으나 타인무관심 관련 문항에서는 낮은 수치를 보인 반면, 일본은 타인무관심 관련 문항에서 가장 높은 개인주의 성향을 보였다. 한국은 가장 집단주의적인 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 있어서는 여성보다 남성이 개인주의성향이 강하였다. 연령에 있어서는 20대가 다른 연령대에 비해 집단주의 성향이 가장 강한 것으로 나타났다. 21개 문항 중 유의차를 보인 문항수는 국가별 비교에서는 21개 문항 모두, 성별은 6개 문항, 연령은 7개 문항으로 나타나, 국가가 개인주의 구분의 가장 유용한 변인임을 확인하였다.

Ganoderma applantaum belonged to Polyporaceae of Basidiomycetes and has been known as one of the popular medicinal mushrooms due to high antitumor and anti-diabetes activity. This study was carried out to obtain the basic information for mycelial culture conditions of Ganoderma applantaum. According to colony diameter and mycelial density, the media for suitable mycelial growth of them were shown in PDA and MEA. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth was 25~30℃The colonies are white, flocculose and underside of the plates is whitish to cream. Carbon and nitrogen sources were mannose and malt extract, respectively. The optimum C/N ratio was 10:1 to 5:1with 2% glucose concentration, vitamin was thiamine- HCl, organic acid was succinic acid, and mineral salt was MgSO4ㆍ7H2O. Present experiments were conducted to determine the possibility of artificial culture with sawdusts of G. applantaum. The pH value which was 6.0 of oak sawdust and6.4 of ricebran. Mycelial density on oak sawdust of G.applantaum spp. was higher than Ganoderma lucidium (a control). Wt. of dried fruiting body (g) of G. applantaum. (origin culture: GBEA-01, strain name: SamJung(三淨)) showed that 16.0 g on oak sawdust bottle cultivation (850㎖), 7.8 g on oak sawdust and G. lucidum. This present study was undertaken to investigate comparative anti-tumor activity of water extracts of G. lucidum ASI 7125 (GLE), G. applantaum SamJung (GAE) in vitro. The anti-tumor activity in the present study was evaluated by sulforhodamine B (SRB) and microtetrazolium (MTT) assay in terms of cell survival level. The results showed that DW, GLE and GAE inhibited proliferation showing both tumor cells.

표고속(Lentinula )에 속한 종들의 배양적 특성을 규명하고자 국내 미기록종인 L. aciculospora, L. boryana, L. raphanica 3균주와 대조군으로 국내 기록종인 L. edodes 1균주를 실험에 사용하였다. 대조군인 L. edodes 균주는 ME1배지에서 91.8 ㎜/7일로 최대 균사생장을 보였으며 균사배양 최적온도는 24℃, 최적pH는 6으로 나타났고 최적 탄소원과 질소원은 Glucose와 Malt extract, 최적비타민은 Myo-inosiol로 나타났다. 첫 번째 국내 미기록종인L . aciculospora 균주는 PDA 배지에서 36.5 ㎜/7일로 최대 균사생장을 보였으며 균사배양 최적온도는 22℃, 최적pH는 6으로 나타났고 최적 탄소원과 질소원은 Glucose와 Malt extract, 최적비타민은 Myo-inosiol로 나타났다. 두 번째 L. boryana 균주는 MCM 배지에서 55.0 ㎜/7일로 최대 균사생장을 보였으며 균사배양 최적온도는 22℃, 최적pH는 7로 나타났고 최적 탄소원과 질소원은 Glucose와 Urea, 최적비타민은 Riboflabin으로 나타났다. 세 번째 L. raphanica 균주는 ME1 배지에서 70.0 ㎜/7일로 최대 균사생장을 보였으며 균사배양 최적온도는 28℃, 최적pH는 5로 나타났고 최적 탄소원과 질소원은 Sucrose와 Potassium nitrate, 최적비타민은 Riboflabin으로 나타났다.

현 교육산업은 암기시 교육에서 벗어나 재미와 집중을 높이는 교육으로 탈바꿈 하고 있다. 특히 역사와 세계사 등암기형 교육은 재미가 없을시 집중도는 저하된다. 따라서 게임이라는 요소를 교육에 포함시켜 교육 시너지 효과를 창출하는 것이 교육산업에서는 무엇보다도 필요하다. 그에 따라 본 연구에서는 체감형 게임을 정의하고 교육 공학적 이론을 참고하여 체감형 게임의 교육적 효과를 알아보고 체감형 게임을 개발함으로써 교육적 효과를 지닌 모범적인 체감형 게임에 참고가 되고자 한다.

본 연구는 급수전('tap'과 'faucet'은 호환사용)의 종류에 따른 사용자의 조작방향에 대해 우리나라와 다른 나라의 문화적인 차이를 비교한 연구결과이다. 이를 위하여 우리들이 가정과 공공시설의 화장실이나 욕실 등에서 많이 사용하고 있는 냉 온수 일체형 레버형 손잡이 급수전과 냉 온수 분리형 손잡이 급수전을 선정하여 이의 열림 방향에 대한 스테레오타입을 파악하였다. 또한 본 실험결과와 다른 문화권의 자료를 비교하여 이의 차이를 규명함으로써 서로 다른

벼의 약 및 현미 배양효율과 관련된 DNA marker를 이용하여 인디카형 벼 품종인 'IR 36'의 조직배양 효율을 개선하기 위하여 실험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 벼품종 간에 약 및 현미배양 효율을 비교한 결과 자포니카 > 통일형 > 인디카 형의 순으로 나타났다. 그러나 MGRI집단의 약배양에서 식물체분화율이 높은 계통으로 선발된 'MGRI 079'와 'MGRI 036'의 약배양 효율은 각각 19.8%, 19.9%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 'MGRI 079'에 'IR 36'이 여교배되어 양성된 90 계통에 대한 marker검정을 실시하여 positive band를 나타내는 34계통을 선발할 수 있었다. 선발된 34계통 중 10 계통의 약배양에서 캘러스 형성률은 'IR 36' 보다 현저히 높았다. 선발된 10 계통의 현미배양에서도 캘러스형성 능력과 식물체재분화율이 'IR 36' 보다 높게 나타났다. 계통 중에서 식물체분화능력이 높은 계통으로 선발된 -28은 간장이 'IR 36'보다 큰 편이었으나 출수기와 미립특성은 'IR 36'과 비슷하였다.

목적 : 본 연구는 한글 PEDI의 표준화를 위한 예비 연구로써 한글로 번역한 PEDI의 번역 정확도를 검증하고, 한글 PEDI로 국내 아동을 평가하여 동일 연령대의 미국 아동과의 기능수준을 비교하여 문화간 차이를 확인하기 위한 목적으로 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 한글 PEDI는 미국에서 대학교 이상의 교육을 받은 2개 국어 사용자 3명에게 의뢰하여 번역 정확도를 검증받았다. 미국아동과의 연령별 기능수준 비교는 어린이 집에 다니는 일반아동 28명을 2～5세까지 6개의 연령군으로 나누어 각 평가 결과를 비교하였다. 결과 : 번역 정확도의 검증 결과 기능적 기술 부분의 신변처리, 이동, 사회적 기능 영역과 보호자의 도움 및 조정/변경 부분에서 5점 만점에 평균 4.67이상으로 높게 나타났다. 또한 모두 4개 문항에서 2명 이상의 응답자가 번역 정확도가 나쁨이나 매우 나쁨에 응답하였다. 한국과 미국 아동들의 기능수준을 비교한 결과는 신변처리, 이동, 사회적 기능 영역과 보호자 도움 부분에서 아동들의 기능수준 차이가 나타났다. 규준 표준화 점수에서는 신변처리 영역의 2.5∼2.9세 연령군과 이동 영역의 2.0∼2.4, 2.5∼2.9, 3.0∼3.4세 연령군, 보호자 도움 부분의 2.5∼2.9세 연령군에서 한국 아동들이 미국아동들에 비해 낮은 기능수준을 보였다. 표준 점수에서는 이동 영역의 4.0∼4.4세 군, 사회적 기능 영역의 4.0∼4.4세 군과 보호자 도움 부분의 4.5∼4.9세 군에서 한국 아동들이 낮은 기능수준을 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 번역 정확도 검증 결과 4개 문항에 대한 수정이 이루어졌고, 한국과 미국 아동의 연령군에 따른 기능수준 비교에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

이 논문은 전기 청동기시대에 출토된 무문토기 가운데 취사에 사용된 토기를 중심으로 다루었다. 중서부지역의 천안 백석동, 운전리 유적을 중심으로 취사의 용도로 사용된 토기를 살펴본 결과 주로 발형토기가 그 기능을 담당했던 것으로 확인되었다. 취사용 발형토기와 취사용으로 사용되지 않은 발형토기의 형태적 특징을 비교해 본 결과‘취사’라는 특정한 용도에 알맞도록 제작되지 않았음을 알 수있었다. 이러한 사실은 그 당시 천안 백석동, 운전리 유적에서 토기를 만들어 사용한 집단의 토기 제작및 사용에 대한 관념과 관련이 있다. 취사용토기가 용도에 적합한 특정화된 속성을 가지고 제작되지않았음은 전기 청동기시대 당시 천안 백석동과 운전리 유적에 거주했던 사람들이 토기를 제작할 당시 취사의 기능을 의도하지 않았다고 볼 수 있다. 토기를 제작할 때 그 쓰임새가 미리 부여되는 것을‘의도된 기능(intended function)’이라 본다면 그것이 실제로 사용되는 것은‘행위적 기능(actual function)’이라 볼 수 있다(James M. Skibo 1992). 토기의 크기, 구연부형태, 구순형태, 동최대경의 위치, 저부형태, 문양 등은 토기 제작 당시 결정되는 요소이다. 속성의 차이는 기능의 차이를 반영하는데, 토기에 나타나는 속성들은 정해진 기능에 알맞도록 그 당시‘의도된 기능’에 따라 적합하게 제작되었을 것이다. 이렇게 제작된 토기는‘행위적 기능’으로 처음 제작 의도에 맞게 사용되기도 하고 다르게 사용되기도 한다. 취사용토기가 특정화된 형태로 제작되지 않았음을 볼 때‘취사’는‘행위적 기능’의 맥락이라 여겨진다. 따라서 전기 청동기시대 천안 백석동, 운전리에서 거주하던 집단에 있어 취사 기능이 토기 제작이라는 범주에서 독립적인 위치를 차지하지 않았다고 여겨진다.

The aim of these studies is to confirm the red and blue painting damages during the fire suppression of wooden cultural assets by using the loaded stream charge extinguishant. As a results of these experiments, the ingredients of extinguishant existing on the surface of wooden cultural assets were perfectly eliminated by the water washing only. Any changes on the surface of wooden cultural assets couldn't be detected. Moreover, any color changes of the red and blue painting didn't occur.

국립원예특작과학원 버섯과에 보존하고 있는 볏짚버섯속 (Agrocybe ) 30균주에 대하여 버섯발생 실험을 실시하고, 자실체의 형태적 특성을 조사하였다. 볏짚버섯속 균주중 톱밥배지를 사용한 병재배에서 자실체가 발생된 것은 19균주 이었다. 이중 ASI 19007 등 13균주(Ⅰ; A. chaxingu )와, ASI 19003 등 5균주(Ⅱ; A. cylindracea ), ASI 19008(Ⅲ; Agrocybe sp.)로 그룹 지어졌는데, ASI 19008은 균배양기간, 버섯발생기간 등 재배적 특성과 자실체의 형태적 특징이 다른 2그룹과 차이가 많았다. 또한 재배 계절에 따라 재배적 특성이 다르게 나타났는데 봄, 가을, 겨울에는 ASI 19003 균주가, 여름에는 ASI 19007 균주가 수량이 많고 품질도 좋았다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 계절에 알맞은 품종의 선택을 통하여 볏짚버섯속균의 연중 안정생산이 가능하여 농가소득 증대에 기여할 것으로 본다.

The purpose of this study is to explore historical and cultural backgrounds of early twentieth century in Paris, France and examine musical characteristics of selected songs of Les Six through analysis. This study investigates songs of Les Six, which possess valuable learning aspects technically and musically and present artistic aesthetics of early twentieth century France, but have not been studied suffciently as an appropriate twentieth century French repertoire for singers, teachers, and music researchers. Les Six was a group of talented and young composers gatering under Erik Satie (1866-1925) and Jean Cocteau (1889-1963) pursuing true French music that was independent from German Romantic and Debussy's impressionism. Also, Les Six has been recognized as representing composers of contemporary French music in the early of twentieth century. The study briefly examine the cultural and historical background of early twentieth century France and the formation and aesthetics of the group of six composers, Georges Auric(1899-1983), Loise Durey(1888-1979), Arthur Honegger(1892-1955), Darius Milhaud(1892-1974), Francis Poulenc(1899-1963) and Germaine Tailleferre(1892-1983). The selected songs of "Les Six" present a unique style such as neo-classical simplicity, embracement of tradition and modern qualities, and integration of characteristics of popular music, refined and controlled expression, and suble relationships between text and music.

This thesis examines contemporary Chinese painting after the CulturalRevolution(1966~76), focusing upon so-called “Chinese Pop art”, which I termed as“Socialist Pop art”. I considered the art of this period within the broader context of socialchanges especially after the Tienanmen incident of 1989.After the Cultural Revolution during which idolization of Chairman Mao was at itspeak, one of the major changes in communist China was that an anti-Mao wave wasgenerated in almost every social class. For example, novels that revealed the hardshipsduring the Cultural Revolution were published. Posters that openly criticized the Maoismwere also produced and displayed on the walls, and demand for democracy spurredwidespread activist movements among young generations. These broad social changeswere also reflected in art. A variety of art movements were introduced from the West toChina, and after a period of experimentation with the new imported styles, artists began toapply the new artistic idiom to their works in order to visualize their own social andpolitical realities they lived in. It was a shift from earlier Socialist Realism to a newexpression either directly or indirectly, “Socialist Pop”, an amalgam of Socialist Realism andPop art tradition. After the 1989 crackdown of Tienanmen Square protest, when communistgovernment quelled with brutal measures the students, workers, and ordinary people whorose for democracy, greater urge to protest the Deng Xiaoping regime emerged. This timecoincided with the gradual emergence of art using Pop art vocabulary to satirize the socialreality, the Socialist Pop art, along with many other art forms all with avant-garde spirit.One of the most frequent subjects of Chinese Pop art was visual images of ChairmanMao and his Cultural Revolution, and new China that was saturated with capitalism, whichtainted the Chinese way of life with a Western way of consumerism and commercialism.The reason for the popularity of Mao’s image was spurred by the “Mao Craze”in the early1990’s. People suddenly began to fall in a kind of nostalgia for the past, and once again,Mao Zedong was idolized as an entity who can heal the problems of modern China whohad been marching towards their ultimate destination, the economic development. But this time Chairman Mao was no more an idol but just a popular, commercial product. He is nomore an object of worship of almost religious nature but he has become an iconographysymbolizing the complex nature of present Chinese society. During this process ofdepicting the social reality, Chinese artists are making the authority and sanctity of Maoismineffective. Dealing with this new trend of contemporary Chinese art in view of “Socialist Popart”two manners of re-creating Pop art can be illustrated: one that incorporates thepropaganda posters of the Cultural Revolution; the other borrows from Chinese traditionalpopular imagery or mass media, such as photos taken during Mao era. What is worthmentioning is that these posters and photos of the Cultural Revolution can be identified as‘popular’media, as they were directed to educate the popular mass, thus combination ofthis ingenuous pop media with Western Pop art can be fully justified as a genre unique toChina. Through this genre, we can discover a new chapter of the Chinese contemporarypainting and its society, as their Pop art can be considered as self-portraits true to theirpresent appearances.

The cultural characteristics and antibacterial activities of Cordyceps militaris and Paecilomyces tenuipes were compared. The mycelial growth was the highest on MCM (Mushroom Complete Medium) for C. militaris and on YMA (Yeast Malt Agar) for P. tenuipes. But the mycelial density on MMM (Mushroom Minimal Medium) was lower than other on media. The optimum mycelial growth was observed at 25℃. C. militaris was low mycelial growth when it was transferred over 5 times generation. The carbon source for the optimum mycelial growth was fructose of monosaccharide, maltose of disaccharide and dextrin of polysaccharide. The calcium nitrate of organonitrogen was found the best mycelial growth on C. militaris, while the sodium nitrate observed to be well for mycelial growth on P. tenuipes. The ammonium tartrate was observed to be the best among the inorganonitrogen used for mycelial growth. Antibacterial activities were found out just C. militaris against Bacillus cereus of Gram (+).
