        Seasonal variations in species composition of catches were explored using seasonal samples caught by shrimp beam trawl in the Geum river estuary in 2011. During the study period, total catches were collected 91 species as fish 47 species, crustacean 28 species, mollusca 4 species, gastropoda 5 species, shellfish 3 species and others 4 species. The dominant species were Exopalaemon carinicauda, Eriocheir leptognathus, Palaemon gravieri, Mugil cephalus, Acanthogobius hasta, Cynoglossus joyneri, Pennahia argentata and Coilia nasus. The amount of species in spring and summer was higher than in autumn. The diversity index (H') was 0.43~0.96, evenness index (EI) was 0.14~0.25, and richness index (RI) was 1.54~4.25. Using cluster analysis 91 species were divided into 4 groups. Group I appeared mainly in spring and summer. Group II appeared only in summer. Group III appeared in winter and spring, and Group IV in spring and autumn.

        버섯의 혼합배지에 사용되는 배지원료의 아미노산과 일반성분을 분석한 결과, 순단백질(아미노산) 함량은 대두박이 44.02%로 가장 높았고, 건비지가31.5, 면실박이 30.6%로 나타났다. 주요 질소원 배지지료의 비단백태질소화합물(NPN)의 조단백질에 대한 비율은 대두박이 2.4%, 건비지는 5.6%였지만, 탄소원 배지재료인 미강과 밀기울은 17.6%로써 높았다.조단백질/가격(원)은 채종박이 6.0으로 가격대비 조단백질량이 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 균사생장에 관여하는 가용성무질소물(NFE)는 알파콘이 72.9%, 소맥피B가 57.2%로 높았다. 산성세제불용섬유(ADF)는 콘콥이 51.88%로 높았는데, 잣버섯 등 갈색부후균이 이용하기 어려운 리그닌이 포함되어 있으므로사용에 주의가 필요하다.

        The design composition elements and the mechanical behavior of trusses have been investigated for Pratt trusses. As a result, it was determined that the design composition elements of the trusses consist of the composition of webs, the distance between joints, the chords profile, the depth of the truss, and the double chord composition. In addition, by analyzing models with a variation of elements, comprehensive features of structural behavior have been presented for variations of design of Pratt trusses. This is to provide more effective and useful design information on truss structure in the architectural and structural planning stage.

        This research was planned and executed to evaluate how the composition of Yack-sun tea can affect the health conditions of people who are suffering from diet-related such as being overweight, are obese and have hyperlipidemia, by taking Yack-sun tea in a form of a nutritional supplement with our daily meals. We produced Kangjieum with Lycium chinense Mill., Polygonum multflorum Thunb, Cassia tora L., Crataegus pinnatifida Bge and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Thus, we approach of oriental diet therapy area research of Kangjieum and analysis proximate composition, water soluble antioxidant content. The content(%, dry basis) of total carbohydrate was 60.23%, crude protein was 18.18%, crude ash was 11.36% and crude fat was 10.23% in Kangjieum. Total water soluble antioxidant content was 1.027 ㎍/㎖ of Kangjieum. We think that scientific and objective evaluation was done on the components of the Kangjieum prescription. This basic data could help guide the application of oriental medicinal resources into other foods and serve as a stepping-stone for use of Kangjieum in the burgeoning field of nutraceutical foods. Last, the scientific effects of oriental medicinal foods developed according to oriental medicinal theory. This theory is believed to be essential for government policy development concerning validation of medicinal effects and assessment, with the aim of fostering systematic development and providing guidance to food development in the interest of national health.

        This study is one that estimates the architectural composition as well as the location of guest house of Haemi Eupseong on the basis of the analysis of modern and contemporary data related to Haemi Eupseong. It is significant that this study has presented an opinion that can become a practical basis for the historical research of the prototype of Haemi Eupseong of the late Chosun Dynasty through the analysis of modern and contemporary data that had been unsatisfactory among the fruition of studies conducted in relation to Haemi Eupseong. The outcomes achieved by this study are as follows. Firstly, it was verified that the guest house of Haemi Eupseong that has been restored is one that has different architectural composition than the prototype of the late Chosun Dynasty and is restored in a different location. Secondly, in respect of architectural composition of guest house found by the analysis of the picture, it was confirmed that the government office has one step higher than the double-wing house in the form of the roof. Thirdly, the location of the guest house of Haemi Eupseong of the late Chosun Dynasty is judged to be the periphery area where the current restored guest house is located, which is where the teachers' building of Haemi elementary school was located. Fourthly, the prospect of the guest house of Haemi Eupseong is decided to be similar direction to the current restored guest house with the greatest possibility of having the same direction with the arrangement of teachers' building of Haemi Eupseong elementary school.

        This purpose of this study was to analyze the nutritional composition about Auricularia spp., which has been used to Auricularia auricula-judae(black and brown) and Auricularia polytricha. First, the contents of total polyphenol and beta-glucan were analyzed. Subsequently, the contents of free sugars, amino acids and organic acids were analyzed by HPLC. In addition, the content of vitamin D from these strains was also measured and the D3 of this vitamin D was anlyzed. In conclusion, Auricularia spp. showed evident differences in the nutritional composition.

        토피아리는 자연 그대로의 식물을 여러 가지 동물모양으로 자르고 다듬어 보기 좋게 만드는 기술 또는 작품을 일컫는다. 17~18세기에 유럽에서 유행하였는데 한국의 경우 1990년대 이후 꽃박람회 및 화훼전시 공간에 토피아리를 활발하게도입하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 토피아리 경관구성 유형별 이미지 표현 및 소재에 대한 선호도를 조사하여 효과적인 토피아리도입방안을 제시하고자 한다.연구방법은 2000년부터 2010년까지 국내․외 박람회 및 화훼전시 공간, 식물원, 정원 등에 도입된 토피아리를 사진으로현지촬영하여 2010년 10월 20일부터 2010년 11월 20일까지 설문조사를 하였다. 토피아리 유형은 단독배치형과 조합배치형으로 구분한 후 「캐릭터형」,「식물형」,「동물형」,「사람형」,「조형물평면형」,「조형물입체형」,「글씨형」,「정원형」등으로 분류하였으며 소재는 ‘수목’, ‘첨경물’, ‘이끼’, ‘초화류’ 등으로 분류하였다. 응답된 설문지 250부를 통계처리하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, 토피아리에 대한 이미지는「인상적인」,「재미있는」,「신기한」,「아름다운」,「정교한」,「자연스러운」,「조화로운」 등의 이미지를 느끼는 것으로 나타났다.둘째, 토피아리 유형에 대한 선호도는 1개를 배치한 단독배치형보다 2개이상으로 구성되는 조합배치형을 선호하였다.셋째, 토피아리 이미지 표현에 있어 소재에 대한 선호도의 경우 「인상적인」,「신기한」,「정교한」 표현을 할 경우 ‘이끼소재’가 효과적이며, 「재미있는」 표현을 할 경우 ‘첨경물’, 「아름다운」,「자연스러운」,「조화로운」 표현은 ‘수목’을 소재로 사용하여 표현하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 조사되었다.넷째, 토피아리 연출에 있어 가장 효과적인 표현방법은「인상적인」이미지 표현으로 ‘이끼’를 소재로 사용하여 ‘사람형’으로 구성하여 ‘조합배치’ 하는 것으로 응답되었다.

        LC-DAD-ESI/MS를 이용하여 국내 자색벼 품종에 대해 개별 안토시아닌 조성 및 함량을 평가한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 자색벼 품종에서 분리된 모든 개별 안토시아닌의 화학구조는 MS fragment 패턴을 확인하여 cyanidin을 base로 한 unknown 화합물 1종을 포함, cyanidin 3,5-diglucoside, cyanidin 3-glucoside, peonidin 3-glucoside의 총 4가지 개별성분이 분리 및 동정되었다. 2. Cyanidin 3-glucoside 및 peonidin 3-glucoside이 주요성분으로 cyanidin 3-glucoside의 경우 90% 이상의 가장 높은 함량 비중을 나타냈으며, 개별성분별 평균 함량은 cyanidin 3-glucoside > peonidin 3-glucoside > cyanidin 3,5-diglucoside > unknown(cyanidin based)의 순으로 나타났다. 3. 흑진주벼의 총 안토시아닌 함량은 408 mg/100 g으로 흑남벼보다 약 6배 정도 높은 함량을 나타내었다.

        These experiments were carried out to determine the optimal culture conditions for nine collected strains of Lyophyllum decastes(Fr.:Fr.)Sing. Bottle cultivation was used as a technique to characterize and develop new substrates as possible substitutes of sawdust. Nine kinds of Lyophyllum decastes were selected SPA 202 and SPA 205 fungus that mycelium grow fast and have high density. All cultures were incubated on Burke compost for 20 days. Growth of hyphae was optimal at temperatures between 20-25℃ and pH of 5.0-6.0. The best nutrient additives tested were lactose, yeast extract and MgSO4- 7H2O as carbon source, nitrogen source and mineral salt respectively. Collected strains of Lyophyllum decastes were incubated for 7 to 20 days after inoculation on agar medium followed by 45 to 75 days on sawdust substrate. The ideal optimal moisture percentage in sawdust media was 65%. The optimal species used was Quercus aliena , followed by Populus deltoides. Addition of 10% of Rice bran to Quercus aliena sawdust makes mycelial growth fast. Spawn running on the fermented sawdust media required 50 days at 20 to 25℃ and another 7 more days after covering the media with soil for promoting formation of fruitbodies. This was followed by cultivation for 10 to 11 days at 17 to 18℃ for initiation and 7 to 8 days for development of fruitbodies. The length of pilei and stipes which were harvested in optimal stage showed 60㎜ and 67㎜, respectively. Yields of strain SPA 202 grown on fermented sawdust medium could be up to 130g. The yields of strain Lyophyllum decastes used for fermented composition sawdust was the most appropriate recording 86% among them especially in SPA 202 artificial cultivation. Among 14 pleurotus eryngii , to identify the similarity ITS sequences and RAPD polymorphism are analyzed. ITS region sequences of 14 strains ,which have similar reqion sequences SPA 100, 101, 102 belong to Hypsizygus . 11strains belong to Lyophyllum decastes group. After classify 3 subgroup genus relationships among is analyzed. To analyzing diversity of artificial cultivated mushroom, after RAPD analysis excellent strains SPA 202 and SPA 203 show 75% similarity and pleurotus eryngii of Lyophyllum decastes SPA 103 and SPA 104 show 65%. As a result , SPA 202 which is cultivated in nature is estimated to Lyophyllum decastes by molecular biology method.

        옥수수기름의 적정 탈납조건은 105℃의 탈색유를 40℃로 냉각하고, 여기에 탈색유 대비 0.3%(w/w)의 퍼라이트를 투입하여 교반하며 점진적으로 온도를 낮추어 1~2℃를 유지하여 12 시간이 경과한 후 이를 여과하는 방법이었다. 탈납 후 여과하여 얻어진 폐퍼라이트(spent perlite, SP)로부터 지방질 성분을 얻고 이로부터 SACC법에 의하여 89.6%의 triglyceride(TG) 획분을 얻어 이 물질이 옥수수기름의 주요 혼탁유발 물질임을 확인할 수 있었다. TG획분을 agentation TLC에 의하여 분리한 결과 U3, SU2, S2U, S3형 TG획분 4종이 분리되었으며, 대부분이 U3 형 이었다. 이로부터 옥수수기름에서 혼탁을 유발하는 원인물질은 TG획분 이며, 이 TG획분이 대부분 육안으로 관측되는 왁스물질을 형성함을 쉽게 확인할 수 있었다. 탈납유에 대한 냉각시험 결과는 냉각온도 처리조건에 따라 약간의 편차는 있었으나 전체적으로 0℃에서 39.6~96.5 시간 동안 맑고 투명한 상태를 유지하였고, 특히 온도조건이 가정 낮았던 A 시료에서 가장 우수한 결과를 나타내었다.

        The bricks in Myung Dong Cathedral Church are now deteriorated by the weather such as temperature, humidity, and winds. Thus it is necessary to replace the old bricks to the restored bricks for the load bearing capacity as well as to prevent the penetrations of rains from outside. However the mortar composition is not well defined at this moment and there are literary about the mortar completions. Thus it is necessary to verify the mortar compactions between old bricks and results to bring the restoring the mortar for the replace of new bricks. The particles of mortar was collected from Myung Dong Cathedral Church and particle size was analyzed by the mortar and pestle and mechanicle floater. The X-ray diffraction and XRF of each particles are analyzed. The quartz and feldspar such as albite, kaolinite are observed in large particles(>1mm). However, the clicite was observed at lower than $43{\mu}m$ particles. In XRF analysis, the $SiO_2\;and\;K_2O$ are observed at large particles$(1mm-208{\mu}m)\;and\;CaCO_3$ is observed at small particles$(208-43{\mu}m)\;and\;CaCO_3$ is observed at small particles($208-43{\mu}m$). This is well coincide with XRD results. The optimum volume ratio of lime mortar would be 1: 2 ($CaO: SiO_2$).

        Washing water volume of rice for cooking and rice weight for one person per meal in one household were surveyed for confirming pollution by the washing water and total losses by rice washing procedures. The mean size of a family was 4.64 persons and the mean consumption weight of rice per capital per meal was 138.43g. It is used 0.782 L of water for washing the rice per capital share. The washing water of rice was composed of 0.32% of total solid, 0.11% of soluble solid and 1.65% of solid loss to rice, and COD and BOD of it were 2.400 and 3.564 ppm respectively. Based on total population in Korea, 41 miliion, excepting age below 4, total cost for washing water of rice summed up about 1,495 billion won including 8.8 billion won for tap water cost, 11.7 billion won for waste water treatment, and 129 billion for solid loss of rice.
