The purpose of this study was to determine the detailed customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors of family restaurants in Korea, and to then classify the factors into 3 groups, inlcuding core service, quality service, and basic service. ‘Core service’ represents the critical factors that generate both satisfaction and dissatisfaction; ‘quality service’ generates only satisfaction; and ‘basic service’ generates only dissatisfaction. This categorization is based on Herzberg’s motivation-hygiene theory (1976) as well as Cadotte & Turgeon (1988). Based on the characteristics of the three groups, differentiation strategies in managing customer service were suggested to the family restaurant managers. A qualitative research method, termed the critical incident technique (CIT), was used in the study. This method helps researchers find new factors or attributes by grouping key issues from the anecdotes (critical incidents) and then categorizing common factors from the key issues. This research categorized key satisfiers and dissatisfiers into 33 factors, which were from 402 critical incidents described by 261 respondents. Eleven factors (response to service failures, food taste and quality, attention paid to customers, coupon/mileage point/discount card, customer’s ordinary requests, waiting, food diversity, food price, facility sanitation, checking out, customer’s special requests) were classified into core service, which required maximum management not regarding the level of customer satisfaction. Six factors (employee attitude, event, education and explanation, complementary food, customer’s mistakes, attention paid to children) were classified into quality service, which required differentiation strategy management. Finally, nine factors (speed of food service, employee’s mistakes, food sanitation, atmosphere and interior, seating, forcing orders, parking, other customers, reservations) were classified into basic service, which required minimum management at the level of the industry standards.

본 연구결과 독도의 식물종은 총 1문 3강 21목 29과 50속 48종 1아종 9변종 1품종으로 총 59종류가 생육하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 동도의 경우 유채와 소리쟁이 등의 귀화식물이 넓은 면적에 분포하고 있으며. 독도 식생으로 보이는 갯제비쑥, 돌피, 땅채송화, 섬갯장대, 섬기린초 등이 피해를 받고 있다. 서도의 경우 등산로가 풍화작용으로 많이 훼손되어 상당히 위험하며, 섬정상부에서 북서쪽 아래로 왕호장근이 군락을 이루고 있다. 섬에 있는 나무로는 사철나무, 섬괴불나무 등이 있으며, 식재된 수종으로 해송과 무궁화가 현재 생육하고 있다. 독도에서 조사된 특정식물종은 참나리, 갯까치수영, 왕호장근 3종이며, 그 중 정밀생태종은 왕호장근 한 종으로 조사되었다. 독도는 귀화식물, 무분별한 건물의 건립과 조림사업으로 인하여 많이 훼손이 되었으며, 이에 대한 복원방안이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 장, 단기적인 식생복원계획과 학제간의 연구. 지역단체의 관심이 필요하다.
백두대간이란 개념은 신라말엽-고려 초기에 잉태되어 고려시대를 거치면서 성장하였고, 조선시대에 와서 완성되었다. 이런 백두대간 개념을 오늘에 복원하기 위해서는 첫째, 백두대간은 마루금이 아니라 영역의 개념이며, 둘째, 백두대간은 산마루의 모임이 아니라 수계(水系)와 산계(山系)의 결합체라는 사실을 인식해야 한다. 백두대간 관리범위를 설정할 때에는 전통사상에 입각하여 기준을 잡고, 자연환경을 감안하여 이들을 포괄할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 이렇게 설정된 관리범위는 3차 수계까지 포함하는 것으로 나타났는데 보전지역은 최소한 1차 수계는 포함해야 할 것이며, 백두대간 관리방안에서 가장 중요한 것은 지형훼손을 방지하는 것이다. 백두대간은 우리나라를 세계만방에 알리는 이름인 Korea, 즉 고려(高麗)정신을 대표하므로 이를 잘 관리하는 것은 남북통일의 초석을 놓는 일이기도 하다.
21세기가 도래하면서 지식화, 정보화, 기술화 등 중소기업을 둘러싼 경영 환경은 급변하고 있다. 이와 같이 급변하는 기업 환경은 대기업보다 신축적이고 탄력적인 중소기업에 보다 유리한 환경이라고 볼 수 있다. 또한 21세기의 명실상부한 창조성을 갖춘 중소기업이 산업발전의 주역으로 등장할 수 있는 경영환경으로 인식되어진다. 중소기업이 국민경제에 차지하는 비중과 역할은 매우 중요하다. 지방자치제의 실시와 지역 경제의 활성화 시책 등은 일반적으로 그 지역 사회를 존립기반으로 하고 있는 중소기업의 지위를 더욱 증대시키게 될 것이다. 그러나 디자이너 입장에서는 경영자에게 산업디자인의 효과적 활용방법이나 그 유효성 등을 충분히 인식시키거나 이해시키지 못한 문제점도 많은 것으로 지적되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정부시책으로 수많은 국내 중소기업이 비교적 단기간 내에 자사제품의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 수단으로 산업디자인을 활용하게 되었으며, 아울러 경영자 및 산업디자이너 양자가 현실적인 면에서 산업디자인에 대한 인식을 새롭게 하거나 그 유효성이나 문제점 등을 평가해 볼 수 있는 계기가 마련된 일은 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이러한 인식 하에서 본 연구는 국내 중소기업이 디자인을 경영레벨에서 전략적으로 활용하고 있는지, 디자인 경영 전략 구축은 잘 실행되고 있는지, 실무 디자이너와 CEO의 디자인 경영에 대한 인식 수준은 어느 정도 인지를 파악함으로써 여러 문제점들에 대한 새로운 해결 방법을 모색하고자 하는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 위하여 디자인 실무자, 중소기업 경영 CEO등을 대상으로 설문조사와 직접면접방식으로 실증분석을 통하여 중소기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 디자인의 활용과 대책을 제시하였다.
본 연구는 관광지의 유인속성과 관리속성에 대한 중요도-성취도분석 (Importance - Performance Analysis: IPA)을 통해 관광객 인식을 기반으로 하는 보다 효율적인 강원 관광지 관리방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 설문조사는 강원도의 대표적인 관광지로서의 특성을 지니고 있는 설악산국립공원. 경포대 및 낙산해수욕장, 그리고 원주시 간현국민관광지를 목적지로 선택한 관광객을 대상으로 응답자 직접기입방식으로 이루어졌으며 총 399매를 유효표본으로 하였다. 관리속성으로서 사회환경, 자원환경. 관리환경, 시설환경의 21개 속성들에 대해 방문객들이 느끼는 중요도와 현재의 질적 상태를 의미하는 성취도를 측정한 결과 전 속성에서 중요도에 비해 성취도는 상대적으로 낮게 평가되었다. 각 관광지별 전체 속성에 대한 중요도는 유사했으나 성취도는 경포.낙산 지역이 가장 낮았고 간현국민관광지의 경우는 보통 이상 수준을 보였다. 속성별로 실행격자상에 위치화한 결과 지속적인 관리노력이 필요한 속성은 6개(자연자원의 상태. 휴식 및 숙박시설의 상태, 환경오염 정도, 관리자의 친절도, 관광지 안전문제)로 나타났으며 우선 시정되어야할 속성이 4개(위생 및 편의시설의 상태. 관광지 물가수준, 교통시설 이용 편의성), 저 우선순위가 7개(입장료 및 시설사용료 수준 관광안내시설의 상태, 관광객의 혼잡수준, 다른 관광객들의 행위, 호객행위, 특징적인 먹거리 및 살거리), 과잉노력 지양 속성이 5개(역사문화 자원, 휴양기회 제공의 다양성, 이용규제 수준. 안내시설, 지역주민의 환대성)로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 제시된 결과는 측정도구. 조사지역과 조사시기의 제한으로 인한 연구의 한계점에도 불구. 강원도 소재 관광지의 단위별 관리전략의 수립에 있어 유용한 기초를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

The findings are as follows : First, Prospectors seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, internal sales force, moderate levels of supervision, outcome-based control system and incentive-oriented compensation system. Second, Analyzers seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, internal sales force, outcome-based control system to deal with the instability in their strategic focus. Third, Low Cost Defender seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, external sales force, low levels of supervision, outcome-based control system and salary-oriented compensation system. Fourth, Differentiated Defenders seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, high levels of supervision, balanced(outcome+behavior) control system and salary-oriented compensation system.
본 연구에서는 기업특성변수와 환위험관리 행태가 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석을 실시해 보았다. 분석 결과, 외화부채비율, 수출비중과 같은 기업특성변수는 국내기업의 회계적인 외환손익에 주요한 영향을 미치는 반면, 전반적인 환위험 인식 수준, 포지션 파악의 정확도, 환위험관리 기법수와 같은 환위험관리 행태 변수는 총자산성장률, 총자산수익률과 같은 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 환위험관리 수준이 높을수륵 기업성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 환위험관리가 현금흐름의 변동성을 감소시켜 기업가치를 증대시키며, 따라서 기업가치를 증대시키기 위해서는 보다 적극적으로 환위험을 ?징할 필요가 있다는 선행연구와 일치하는 것이다. 이에, 앞으로 한국기업은 환위험에 대한 인식 수준을 제고하고, 외환 포지션을 정확하게 파악하기 위해 노력하여야 할 것이며, 이를 기초로 다양한 기법을 활용하여 환위험을 적절히 관리하여야 할 것이다. 아울러, 정부와 학계는 환위험관리 기법에 관한 홍보와 교육을 강화하고, 환위험관리 기법을 제공할 수 있는 외환 ·금융시장의 국제화, 선진화를 위한 노력을 경주하여야 할 것이다.
Insecticide resistance is a serious is a serious threat to IPM, resulting in various adverse effects not to mention the loss of yield in agriculture. One approach to counter the problem is the disruption of resistance mechanisms. This can be achieved by (1) compounds which show a negative correlation with resistance at the site of action, (2) specific metabolic inhibitors which serve as synergists, or (3) a certain combination of two insecticides producing a joint action. This approach, however, requires certain precautions for the side effects may cause an increase in toxicity to mammals. Owing to the recent advances in theoretical studies on resistance management employing computer simulation and mathematical models, a few principles to reduce the risk of development of resistance have been clarified. They are helpful in designing operational strategies with regard to, for instance, insecticide doses to be applied, mode of application, and choice and nature of the insecticide(s) to be used. For restoration of insecticide susceptibility of a resistant population, reintroduction of susceptible individuals to the resistant population is feasible when certain conditions are met. Natural enemies which developed resistance to insecticides can be an important component of IPM as has been shown in the pest management in apple orchards. After all, the implementation of a successful resistance management program depends upon cooperation between different sigments of the agricutural community. Although resistance is a preadaptive phenomenon, in some cases spontaneous loss of resistance does occur without contamination by susceptible individuals. The instability of resistance in these insects implies the possible existence of a switch machanism controlling the expression of resistance gene(s). Elucidation of such a mechanism may eventually provide us with a new technical approach with which we can combat the problem of insecticide resistance.
The objective of this study was to develop a management strategy for the recovery of carbon storage capacity of abandoned coal mine forest rehabilitation area. For the purpose, the biomass and stand carbon storage over time after the forest rehabilitation by tree type for Betula platyphylla, Pinus densiflora, and Alnus hirsuta trees which are major tree species widely planted for the forest rehabilitation in the abandoned coal mine were calculated, and compared them with general forest. The carbon storage in abandoned coal mine forest rehabilitation areas was lower than that in general forests, and based on tree species, Pinus densiflora stored 48.9%, Alnus hirsuta 41.1%, and Betula platyphylla 27.0%. This low carbon storage is thought to be caused by poor growth because soil chemical properties, such as low TOC and total nitrogen content, in the soil of abandoned coal mine forest rehabilitation areas, were adverse to vegetation growth compared to those in general forests. DBH, stand biomass, and stand carbon storage tended to increase after forest rehabilitation over time, whereas stand density decreased. Stand' biomass and carbon storage increased as DBH and stand density increased, but there was a negative correlation between stand density and DBH. Therefore, after forest rehabilitation, growth status should be monitored, an appropriate growth space for trees should be maintained by thinning and pruning, and the soil chemical properties such as fertilization must be managed. It is expected that the carbon storage capacity the forest rehabilitation area could be restored to a level similar to that of general forests.
In recent years, with the development of economic globalization and the promotion of modern media technology, cultural enterprises such as publishing, entertainment and new media have sprung up like mushrooms after a rain and made significant contributions to economic growth, which not only increased China's financial revenue, but also promoted product export and improved its international image. Although the digital cultural trade of Chinese enterprises started relatively late, it has already formed a certain scale and has a good development prospect in the international development and cooperative operation. Since the signing of the cooperation agreement between China and South Korea in June 2015, it has largely promoted the development of enterprises’ digital cultural trade. By comparing the digital development of cultural trade between Chinese and Korean enterprises, this paper points out the current problems faced by Chinese enterprises in the internationalization development, and gives practical suggestions.
Increasing the tourism sector has a positive impact on a country. The Indonesian government has targeted to increase the number of tourists from year to year including the heritage tourism sector. However, the number of the heritage tourism sector increases slowly. To overcome this problem, this research is aimed to investigate the services performed by managements of that sector; the barrier and driver factors of heritage tourism supply chain quality management; and to identify strategies that can be implemented to improve the sector. This study used SERVQUAL method to analyze service performance of the sector. Furthermore, an in-depth interview was conducted to achieve completed objectives. The data obtained from questionnaires and interviews in several heritage tourism areas located in East Java Province of Indonesia. The results show that all SERVQUAL dimensions stay on the adequate value range. Visitors argue that the heritage tourism sector in East Java has interesting locations, collections and circumstances. However, the sector has several weaknesses compared to other tourism sectors. The strategy that can be done to improve the performance of this sector are to perform the area as an event venue, additional visiting hours, integration with other types of tourism sectors, making websites as a means of promotion.
