콘크리트 포장의 조기 파손을 초래하는 콘크리트 혼합물의 품질 저하는 최근 종종 발생되고 있다. 이로 인한 유지보수 비용 또한 증 가하는 추세이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 콘크리트 배합 시 효과적으로 유변학적 특성을 측정하여 콘크리트 품질을 예 측할 수 있는 시제품 개발을 연구 중이다. 현재 상용화되어 사용되고 있는 ICAR Plus Rheometer 장비의 이론을 변경 적용하여, 본 시제품 Twin Shaft Rheometer mixer를 개발하였다. 동시에 레오미터 장비를 활용해 유변학적 특성을 확인하고 측정하였다. 콘크리트 의 변형과 움직임을 분석하기 위해 수직, 수평 거동의 비교분석을 진행하였고, 흐름 저항성과 토크 점성을 이용하여 유변학적 특성을 기존 장비와 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 절댓값의 차이는 존재하나 선형적 유사성을 가지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 높은 정확성을 위해 추 가연구는 진행하고 있다. 추가로 슬럼프 측정 센서 또한 개발 진행 중이며, 이 장비는 마이크로파를 통해 매질의 변화를 측정하여 슬 럼프를 유추하는 센서로 더욱 정밀한 결과값을 위해 추가연구 진행하고 있다.
To produce an intestinal immunomodulatory beverage containing Centella asiatica extract (CAE), three types of CAE-added beverage prototypes were prepared, and their immunomodulatory activities and marker compounds were analyzed. As a result of the cytotoxicity assessment, all the beverages did not show significant toxicity compared to the control group. Next, the immunomodulatory activities of the beverage prototype were evaluated using the inflammatory model of IL-1β-induced intestinal epithelial cell line. All the samples significantly reduced the production of IL-6, IL-8, and MCP-1 in a CAE concentration-dependent manner. In addition, CAE-added beverages inhibited NO, IL-6, and IL-12 production in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells. When the major triterpenoids, as marker compounds for the production of CAE-added beverages, were analyzed by HPLC-DAD, only asiaticoside was detected beyond the limit of quantification, while madecassoside, madecassic acid, and asiatic acid were not detected. The amounts of asiaticoside in CAE-added beverage prototypes were confirmed in No. 1 (19.39 μg/mL), 2 (19.25 μg/mL), and 3 (19.98 μg/mL). In conclusion, the results of this study suggested that CAE-added beverage prototypes induced immunomodulatory effects in the intestinal inflammatory cell line models and asiaticoside could be used as a marker compound for CAE-added beverage production.
Thin-film shape technology is recognized for its core technology to enhance the technology of LCD, PDP, semiconductor manufacturing processes, hard disks and optical disks, and is widely used to form coated thin films of products. In addition, resistance (electron beam filament) technology for heating is used to manufacture filament for ion implants used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. By establishing an electronic beam filament production system and developing seven specifications of electronic beam filament, it is contributing to improving trade dynamics and increasing exports to Japan through localized media of theoretical imports to domestic companies. In this study, CAE analysis was performed after setting electron beam filament specification and development objectives, facilities and fabrication for electron beam filament production, electron beam filament JIG & fixture design and fabrication followed by electron beam filament prototype. Then, the automation and complete inspection equipment of the previously developed electronic beam filament manufacturing facilities was developed and researched to mass-produce them, to analyze and modify prototypes, design and manufacture automation facilities, and finally, to design and manufacture the complete inspection equipment. In this paper, analysis and modification of prototypes of electron beam filaments for mass production were dealted with.
이 연구는 복분자에서 분리된 Lactobacillus plantarum stain (GBL16 및 17)을 포함한 probiotic에 대해 수행되었으며, 장내 미생물 변화를 확인하였다. Balb/c 마우스모델에서 GBL 16, 17을 포함한 시제품인 PMC와 시판중인 유산균 과자 BFY를 8주간 경구 투여 하였다. PMC의 투여는 장내 미생물총의 균형을 향상시키고, 장내개선에 긍정적인 영향을 보였다. 맹장을 이용한 NGS 분석을 통해 확인한 결과, 스트레스 후 증가하는 양상을 보이는 균인 Lachnospiraceae균이 감소하는 경향을 보였다. Alistipes균의 증가는 염증성 장 질환에 효과가 있을 것으로 판단되나, 추후 더 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.
Heat treatment of metals is an necessary process for obtaining properties required for metals. However, the heat treatment sector is labor intensive enough to be classified as an unwanted sector. In particular, in the case of quenching during the heat treatment, in order to select the defective product due to the collision caused by the collision between the products when the product is dropped in the oil tank during the quenching process, the labor is not concentrated on the heat treatment as the main process, It is a fact that it is put in. In this paper, in order to solve the labor - intensive nature, this paper designed and tested prototype products for the selection of defective products during the heat treatment process of the ball stud. The ball stud inspection device is divided into two parts, a ball stud supply device and an inspection device, and describes the concept design and prototype production contents. The performance of the prototype was evaluated by examining 1000 samples with 5 items. The manufactured ball stud inspection system will contribute to the relaxation of the avoidance phenomenon of the heat treatment industry and contribute to the efficiency and competitiveness of the work.
본 실험은 농가 관행인 굴삭기를 이용한 뒤집기와 교반기 시제품를 이용한 뒤집기와의 비교 시험을 통해 발효단계별 배지의 특성을 조사하였다. 배지내 온도변화는 굴삭기를 이용한 3차 뒤집기까지는 처리간에 온도의 변화 차이가 거의 없었지만, 4차와 5차 뒤집기에서는 교반기 시제품을 이용하여 뒤집기를 한 처리구에서 온도 상승이 빨라지는 경향을 보였다. 야외발효 단계에서 배지에는 고온성 세균 (Bacillus spp.), 방선균, 형광성 Pseudomonas 속, 사상균 등 다양한 미생물들이 분포하였고, 특히 배지발효 과정에서 배지의 분해와 발열에 호기성 세균의 분포는 2차 뒤집기에서 가장 높은 밀도를 보였고, 발효가 진행되면서 밀도는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 교반기를 활용한 배지의 호기성 세균과 형광성 Pseudomonas 속은 굴삭기 뒤집기와 뚜렷한 차이가 없었고, 고온성 세균과 고온성 방선균은 교반기 뒤집기에서 조금 높은 밀도를 보였다. 처리별 볏짚의 길이는 교반기 시제품을 사용하였을 경우 조금 짧았고, 수분함량도 교반기 시제품을 사용하였을 때 낮았다. pH와 EC는 처리간에 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않았으며, L값과 a, b값은 교반기 시제품으로 뒤집기가 진행될수록 높아지는 경향을 보였다.
As a result of an analysis of a damper system, a solution to a fire damper is developed using the continuity equation of damper control and orthogonal array. The fire damping device is made with a CAE software. Additionally, new H-120 grade fire damper is designed for the optimal offshore structure. This device will soon be tested on an actual offshore structure. An optimized fire temper is finally achieved using an orthogonal array. Using the result of present study will provide an environment friendly fire damper for offshore plants by choosing the optimum fire damper conditions
