오늘날 오프라인뿐만 아니라 온라인에서도 집단을 형성하고 집단 활동이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 오프라인 집단의 경우 인지부조화 이론에 따라 초기 가입절차가 집단에 대한 태도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 관한 연구들이 진행되어온 반면, 아직 온라인 집단에 관해 가입절차가 집단에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향은 연구된 바가 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인 집단으로 대표되는 온라인 커뮤니티를 대상으로 가입절차로 인해 유발되는 인지부조화가 온라인 커뮤니티에 대한 태도에 어떤 차이를 유발하는지 살펴보았다. 더 나아가 기존 회원과의 지각된 유사성이 큰지 작은지 정도에 따라 인지부조화로 인해 유발되는 태도 변화가 어떻게 달라질 수 있는지 알아보았다. 가입절차는 가입절차 없음, 간단한 가입절차, 복잡한 가입절차의 세 수준으로 나뉘었으며, 지각된 유사성은 참가자의 현재 BMI와 목표 BMI간의 차이로 측정하였다. 또한 지각된 정보 원천의 신뢰성, 지각된 정보의 질, 만족도, 정보 유용성, 지속 사용 의향을 종속변 인으로 태도의 차이를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 기존 집단에 관한 인지부조화 이론과는 반대로 지각된 정보 원천의 신뢰성, 지각된 정보의 질, 만족도에 관해서는 가입절차 조건에 따른 차이가 없었으며, 정보 유용성과 지속 사용 의향의 경우는 가입절차가 가장 복잡할 때 가장 부정적인 태도를 보였다. 또한 지각된 유사성이 높을수록 더 긍정적인 태도를 보였다. 흥미로운 점은 지각된 유사성에 따라 가입절차로 유발된 인지부조화의 영향이 달랐다는 것인데, 지각된 유사성이 높은 집단에서는 가입절차가 있을 때 더 긍정적인 태도를 보인 반면, 지각된 유사성이 낮은 집단은 가입절차가 아예 없을 때 더 긍정적인 태도를 보이는 경향이 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 이후 온라인 커뮤니티의 특성에 따라 보다 알맞은 회원가입 절차를 디자인 할 수 있을 것이다.

규제란 국가나 지방자치단체가 특정한 행정 목적을 실현하기 위하여 국민의 권리를 제한하거나 의무를 부과하는 것이다. 불필요하고 과도한 규제를 축소하기 위하여 입법안 또는 정책제안에 대한 규제영향분석(또는 영향평가)이 필요하다. 우리나라는 「행정규제기본법」에 의거 1998년 규제영향분석제도를 도입하였는데, 정부입법만 대상으로 하며, 의원입법은 제외된다. 2003년에 유럽연합(EU)은 기존의 부문별로 존재하던 영향평가를 통합하여 단일한 영향평가제도를 도입하였는데, 유럽연합의 영향평가는 입법안은 물론 정책제안도 대상으로 한다. 유럽연합에서는 영향평가 가이드라인에 따라 영향평가를 실시하는데, 동 가이드라인은 영향평가의 절차 및 각 평가요소를 상세히 규정하여 유럽위원회의 영향평가 담당자들이 영향평가를 준비하는데 도움을 주고 불필요한 규제 방지 및 최적의 입법·정책 제안을 결정하는데 기여하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 규제영향분석 지침은 간략히 규정하고 있어 규제영향분석 담당자들이 세부적이고 정확한 규제영향분석을 하는데 미흡하다. 특히 유럽연합의 영향평가 가이드라인에서는 경제적·사회적·환경적 영향분석의 세부절차 및 분석요소를 규정함으로서 입법영향에 대한 면밀한 검토가 가능하도록 하고 있다. 과도한 규제를 방지하고 규제개혁을 실현하기 위해서는 유럽연합의 영향평가제도의 장점을 수용하는 것이 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 기존 건물의 내진성능평가 요령의 개선안을 바탕으로 비보강 조적조 건물의 내진성능을 평가하였다. 평가 절차는 예비평가, 1차상세평가, 2차상세평가의 3단계로 구성되어 있으며, 보수적인 평가로 시작하여 점차 상세한 평가를 실시한다. 본 연구의 목적은 이와 같은 단계적 평가의 실효성을 검증하고 평가결과와 조적조 벽량과의 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 10개의 2층 비보강 조적조 건물을 선택한 후 3단계 절차를 이용하여 단계별로 성능평가를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 예비평가와 1차상세평가간에 성능수준이 절차의 의도와 역행해서 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 본 연구 결과에서 나타난 각 평가 단계별 문제점을 보완할 필요가 있다.

The Main Control Room(MCR) of Korean Next Generation Reactor(KNGR) has faced entirely new operation environment. The Computerized Procedure System(CPS) is completely different from existed Paper-based Procedure(PBP). The CPS which is improved by evaluation in this study is ready to be applied to the ergonomic foundations. In this study, we redesigned displays of the CPS as a Man-Machine Interface System(MMIS) to maximize human performance and to minimize human error and proposed an alternative display designs of the CPS applying principles related with MMIS.

이 연구에서는 식빵의 표준 묘사분석 절차를 확립하였으며, 그 결과, 식빵에서 23가지의 특성 묘사 용어를 선정하고 개발하였으며 평가 절차를 확립하였다. 개발된 표준 묘사분석 방법을 이용하여 숙성온도와 배합비가 다른 4종류의 식빵에 대해 관능적 특성을 평가한 결과, 4종류의 식빵 간에는 23개의 관능적 특성에서 모두 유의전인 차이(p<0.05)가 있었다. 따라서 이 실험에서 개발된 식빵의 특성 용어와 그 정의 및 평가 기술이 종류가 다른 식빵의 관능적 특성의 차이를 잘 설명탈 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 이와 같은 연구 결과가 식빵의 품질향상에 기여할 수 있으려면, 원료와 제조 방법에 따른 식빵의 품질평가에 묘사 분석이 적용되고, 이 결과와 소비자 기호도 검사 또는 기계적 측정 결과와의 상관관계를 분석하는 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야겠다.

The safety issue of PSC box Girder Bridge is being brought up to the surface. For countermeasures, we developed an extensive material testing procedures and applied it into our existing bridges. We believe that these set of newly constructed procedures are well within the reasonable mark. With that, we now foresee the necessity in systematic improvement and ample supply of its technology in order to secure the future safety of PSC box girder bridges.
