        목적 : 본 연구에서는 다양한 방법들을 이용하여 토릭렌즈 마킹 회전량을 평가할때 일치도를 평가측정하고자 하였다. 방법 : 모형안과 콘택트렌즈 착용이 가능한 57안(평균 24.79±1.29세)을 대상으로 토릭소프트렌즈를 제조사의 가이드라인에 따라 피팅한 후, 사진 촬영, 각도기 어플리케이션, 휴대용 돋보기와 세극등 현미경을 사용하여 회전 평가를 진행했을 때의 서로 다른 검사자 간의 검사 결과값을 비교 분석하였고, 서로 다른 회전평가 방법 간의 일 치도는 블랜드 알트만 분석을 사용하였다. 결과 : 서로 다른 검사자 간 같은 회전평가 방법으로 토릭소프트렌즈의 회전량을 측정하였을 때, 측정값의 평 균 차이가 사진 촬영, 각도기 어플리케이션, 휴대용 돋보기, 세극등 현미경 평가 방법 각각 –0.50, -0.70, -0.30, -0.13°로 유사한 결과를 보였다. 회전평가 방법 간 비교에 대해서는 사진 촬영과 각도기 어플리케이션을 사용했을 때, 허용 오차 범위(5°) 내의 측정값이 각각 74.56%, 75.44%로 비교적 낮은 신뢰도를 보였고 휴대용 돋 보기를 사용한 방법에서는 95.61%로 높은 신뢰도를 보였다. 결론 : 토릭소프트렌즈 처방에서 세극등 현미경을 사용할 수 없어도 사진 촬영, 핸드폰 각도기 어플리케이션, 휴대용 돋보기를 통해 토릭소프트렌즈 회전평가에 대한 임상적으로 유용한 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

        The numerical analysis of two-dimensional transient flow around the obstacle with rotated square cross sections was carried out. The obtained velocity distributions for each time step and each rotation angle were imaged to provide data for CNN(convolutional neural network). Both classification and regression neural networks were used for prediction of rotation angle. As results The classification method incorrectly predicted the rotation angle in only 2 of the 470 images. The regression method predicted the rotation angle errors within except 2 out of 470 images. From these facts, it could be concluded that both methods can be sufficiently applicable to the flow analysis.

        This study is to investigate the cause of the malfunction of the ground tracked combat vehicle rotating roller and set future direction of improvement. The integrity of the initially used plate and rotating roller was evaluated. As evaluation methods, mechanical property test, radiographic test and size checking test were performed. PA66, PA12, PET, and POM were selected among polymer materials and tested for water absorption rates. Through mechanical property test and radiographic test, the materials used initially were identified to be sound. In the evaluation of the selected four polymer materials, it was confirmed that the PET was excellent in the mechanical properties and the water absorption rate. PET is excellent in mechanical properties and water absorption.

        In order to commercialize large diameter PP pipes, the cutting work was attempted with the cutting machine (∅18″and AL120 cutter, 2100 r.p.m) used for the conventional PE or PVC pipe(∅1200 mm, t 70), but the cutting work was failed because the material of “PP pipe” melted and sticked to the surface of the wheel-cutter. In order to find the optimal structure and number of blades for wheel-cutters, an experimental investigation the temperature measurement of specimen and wheel-cutter and the visualization of cutted specimen surface and chip shape were carried out during and after experiment. In addition, modelings for cutting and heat transfer mechanisms have been developed for theoretical analysis. The theoretical and experimental results were in good agreement. The results show that the appropriate structure and the rotational speed of wheel-cutter are W60 and 650 rpm for the large diameter PP pipe cutting machine.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution characteristics of mist spray particle size by devising a rotary mist spraying device to develop the evaporative salt water desalination system. The rotary mist spraying device was consisted of a BLDC sirocco fan, a spinning fan, a fan fixed shaft and a salt water supply device etc. In this study we analyzed the characteristics of spray particle size and distribution according to the variation of sirocco fan surface roughness(Ra, μm), revolutions(rpm) and salt water flow rate(mL/min). When sirocco fan surface roughness( Ra) was in the range of 0.27~7.65 μm, the spray particle size was 0.117~1.360 μm. And then more than 90% of spray particles were found to be less than 0.50 μm. When sirocco fan surface roughness(Ra) was in the range of 12.70~22.84 μm, the spray particle size was 2.51~184.79 μm and more than 98% of spray particles were found to be less than 13.59 μm. To analyze the effect of fan rotation speed on the size and distribution of spray particles, when surface roughness Ra was fixed 0.27 μm and fan rotation speed and salt water flow rate was respectively changed at 3,800~5,600 rpm and 2.77~8.28 mL/min, spray particle size was 0.341~0.541 μm. And when salt water flow rate was 9.74 mL/min and fan rotation speed was 3,800~5,200 rpm, spray particle size was in the range of 29.29~341.46 μm and in case of 5,600 rpm more than 98.23% of spray particles were in the range of 2.51~13.59 μm.

        In order to develop the compatible damping device in various vibration source, a hybrid wall-type damper combining slit and friction damper in parallel was developed. Cyclic loading tests and two-story RC reinforced frame tests were performed for structural performance verification. As a result of the 5-cyclic loading test according to KBC-2016 and low displacement cyclic fatigue test, The hybrid wall type damper increased its strength and the ductility was the same as that of the slit damper. In addition, As a result of the two-layer frame test, the reinforced frame had about twice the strength of the unreinforced frame, and the story drift ratio was satisfied to Life Safety Level.

        In order to apply rotary atomizer to agricultural spraying system, the motor direct coupled rotary atomizer was proposed. The effect of operating conditions such as atomizing air flow rate, working fluid flow rate, and rotation speed of spinning cup on the atomization performance was investigated for the proposed direct coupled rotary atomizer. The motor speed was controlled in the range of 6,000 to 12,000 rpm using an alternating current transformer, and the atomizing air was supplied by the compressor. In this study, LDPA was used to analyze the spray characteristics of the rotary atomizer. The representative particle diameters of D10, SMD, MMD, D90, and DMax tended to decrease as the atomizing air flow rate and the motor speed increased, but increased as the working fluid flow rate increased. Also, SMD was found to be influenced by order of atomizing air flow rate> motor speed> working fluid flow rate, and DMax was influenced by order of operating fluid supply> motor speed> atomizing air flow rate.

        In this technology development, we have developed an automation system after developing a material rotation mixing process so that the manual process of sound absorbing materials can be supplied in quantities. After setting up 5kgf supply of the fused acoustic material, the setting value of 5kg was automatically supplied to the molded frame to reach the quantification supply. In the process of producing noise goods between floors, the automatic compression system was developed, which was a manual operation of three persons, and the production of one person was allowed, and the production of 200 sound absorbers per day, It has improved to 450. Quantitative supply unit was developed to reach 50.7mm for target 50±3mm based on the sound absorption product thickness indication, reducing the defect rate to less.

        PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to develop a service volume for signal metering on roundabouts to increase applicability of roundabout in Korea. METHODS: To develop the service volume for signal metering on roundabouts, traffic simulation studies were conducted using VISSIM software for various scenarios based on traffic volumes as approaches and location of detectors on controlling approach lane. Typically, the Vehicle Actuated Programming module in VISSIM was applied for analyzing more realistic traffic signal control conditions. RESULTS: As the left-turning volume is increased, the delay reduction rates were increased. And the case of 40 meter distance of a detector and 20 seconds red signal phase made better results. CONCLUSIONS: The signal metering on roundabout should be applied carefully because it is possible to lose roundabout strengthen in traffic operation aspect. The service volume for signal metering on roundabouts that suggested from this study is useful to decide the application of signal metering on roundabout.

        In this study, we analyzed the structural safety and vibration characteristics of rotational drive in 3D CT scan equipment using finite element analysis. The analysis results showed a safety factor of 9.2 and a left and right vertical deflectional deviation of 0.24mm from the maximum equivalent stress. After applying weight compensation of 27.7kgf, the structural analysis reduced the safety factor to 7.6, but the deflectional deviation of the left and right structure was reduced to 0mm. Also, we presented the optimum design of rotational drive through the vibration analysis.
