이 논문은 에밀리 디킨슨의 시에서 성경의 자연스러운 인용과 영적 진리의 탐색을 왜곡하거나 의도적으로 간과한 일부 비판들을 수정하고자 한다. “원주,” “중심,” “산문,” “가능성,” 그리고 “은둔” 등 디킨슨이 그녀의 시와 편지에서 직 접 언급한 은유들의 의미와 상호 연관성을 분석함으로써 종교적 신앙과 성서적 진리 탐구를 구현하는 디킨슨의 시를 재평가한다. “비스듬히 말하기”를 우회적 이고 은유적인 진술인 시 쓰기와 동일한 것으로 보고 디킨슨이 이 전략을 통해 자신의 영성을 어떻게 숨기고 동시에 드러내는지를 고찰한다. 제도화된 종교에 대한 거부와 신 앞에서의 인간 존재의 한계에 대한 좌절을 다루는 시들 속에서, 디킨슨이 성서적 진리에 기반한 진정한 개인적 영성을 끊임없이 추구하고 있음 을 읽을 수 있었다. 실제로, 종교와 신에 대한 회의와 저항을 담은 시들은 오히 려 성서적 진리에 접근하기 위한 디킨슨의 우회적 여정이었음이 확인된다.
간의 단순 낭종은 임상에서 흔히 보는 질환으로 대부분은 증상이 없고 영상검사에서 우연히 발견되고 있다. 이 중 약 5% 정도가 크기와 위치 또는 합병증의 발생으로 증상을 호소한다고 보고되고 있다. 증상을 유발하는 간낭종은 경피적 또는 내시경초음파 유도하에 경화술을 시행하거나 수술적 치료를 하여 없애거나 크기를 줄여 증상을 호전시킬 수 있다. 낭종내의 액체만 배액하는 치료는 높은 재발률이 문제가 되어서 경화술을 병행하는데 경화제로는 에탄올, tetracycline, polidocanol 등이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 비수술적 경화술은 증상을 완화시키고 낭종의 크기를 효과적으로 줄이며 안전성이 입증되고 있다. 본 종설에서는 간낭종에 대한 2가지 새로운 접근법을 주장하고자 하는데 첫째는 간낭종이 커져서 증상이 나타나기 전에 조기에 치료하자는 것이다. 크기가 증가하고 있는 간낭종을 조기에 치료하지 않고 추적관찰만 하게 되면 증상을 유발하고 또한 합병증도 병발할 가능성이 있으며 또한 치료가 침습적인 수술적 절제가 될 가능성이 높기 때문이다. 둘째는 간낭종의 주치료 방법은 수술적 치료가 아닌 경피적 또는 내시경초음파를 이용한 비수술적 치료가 되어야 한다는 점이다. 최근에 비수술적 치료의 효과와 안전성이 대한 연구가 지속적으로 발표되고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 접근 방식의 변화로 간낭종을 더 안전하고 효과적으로 관리하고 치료할 수 있다고 생각된다.
This study explores the utilization level of smart manufacturing systems in the value chain processes of manufacturing and empirically examines the effect of the utilization level of these systems on manufacturing competitiveness in SMEs. Smart manufacturing systems in the value chain processes are categorized into Sales, Purchasing, Production & Logistics, and Support systems. By analyzing the research model using structural equation modeling, this study identifies that Sales systems, Purchasing systems, Production & Logistics systems, and Support systems have a significant impact on manufacturing process efficiency. Additionally, Production & Logistics systems and manufacturing process efficiency positively and significantly influence manufacturing competitiveness. The findings suggest that the utilization of information is directly and positively related to manufacturing process efficiency, including reducing lead-time, decreasing work performance man-hours (M/H), and improving work accuracy. These improvements ultimately have a significant impact on manufacturing competitiveness. In conclusion, the use of smart manufacturing systems is becoming an integral part of the manufacturing industry. To gain a competitive edge, it will be necessary to introduce and utilize optimal smart manufacturing systems, taking into account the size of manufacturing firms.
In this study, an attempt was made to approximate the main characteristic values of Bi0.5(Na0.78K0.22)0.5TiO3 (= BNKT) depending on the content of Fe2O3 additives, aiming to approach the values of lead(Pb) piezoelectric ceramic materials (PZT). Specifically, when the piezoelectric coefficient (d33) value of lead(Pb) piezoelectric ceramic material (PZT polycrystalline ceramic powder) is 300[pC/N] or higher, it is applied for hard purposes such as ultrasonic welding machines and cleaning machines, and when it exceeds 330[pC/N], it is applied for soft purposes like piezoelectric sensors. In this study, research and development were conducted for devices with a piezoelectric coefficient (d33) of 300[pC/N] or more for actuators. For this purpose, K+ exceeding 0.02 to 0.12 mol% was added to (Na0.78K0.22)0.5Bi0.5TiO3 to analyze structural changes due to K+ excess, and (Na0.78K0.22)0.5Bi0.5TiO3 + 8mol% K2CO3 Ti4+ was substituted with Fe3+ to manufacture lead-free piezoelectric materials. As a result, ceramics with Fe3+ substitution at x = 0.0075 yielded an average value of d33 = 315[pC/N]. Furthermore, for ceramics with Fe3+ substitution at x = 0.0075, the average values of maximum polarization (Pmax), residual polarization (Prem), and coercive field (Ec) were found to be 39.63 μC/cm2, 30.45 μC/cm2, and 2.50 kV/mm, respectively. The reliable characteristic values obtained from the research results can be applied to linear actuator components (such as the zoom function of mobile cameras, LDM for skin care, etc.) and ultrasonic vibration components.
The alternative food market has attracted much attention due to concerns about climate change, increasing consumer awareness of value consumption, and the development of the Food-Tech industry. This study aimed to analyze the factors that drive consumers to purchase alternative food products and identify the mechanisms that can induce consumers to continue buying. We surveyed 1,200 consumers and estimated data using a logit model. The results showed that the presence of vegetarians in the household, environmental concerns, a vegetable-oriented diet, and a mixed diet of meat and vegetables were positively associated with purchasing plant-based alternatives. Of particular interest was the non-linear relationship between respondents’ age and their purchasing experience with plant-based options, with the likelihood of purchasing alternatives increasing with age from the mid-50s onward. These findings suggest that in addition to the growing number of consumers who share the environmental value, which leads to increased interest in and purchase of plant-based alternatives, alternative foods are also health-oriented and meet the needs of older consumers, who are becoming an increasingly important segment of the super-aged society, suggesting the potential for continued growth in the alternative food market.

This research examines China’s role in redefining global power dynamics, particularly within Africa, while evaluating the effectiveness and criticisms of its “soft power” strategies. China’s robust presence in critical sectors such as finance, intellectual property, and military industries underscores the correlation between leadership in these domains and global influence. The country’s economic and technological prowess has positioned it as a formidable player, enabling it to exert significant control over international rules and norms. The ramifications of such dominance transcend mere economic power, influencing diplomatic relations and shaping the international order.
Lots of educational and medical facilities were actively built along with foreign missionary activities under Korean Empire era. Paiwha Girls’ High School is one of the educational facilities and at that time dormitory house was essential for recruiting girl students. Especially Paiwha’s dormitory was traditional hanok style, but now an auditorium has built in its place. This study carried on to restore its hanok dormitory house based on the plan sketch which drawn Paiwha Girls’ High School magazine. Through the analysis and investigation, we found some results as follows. Paiwha’s Hanok Dormitory had composed of 23 dormitories rooms, management space, sanitary space, dining space, etc. In living rooms division, there are three types of rooms, and it’s room was 4∼5 pyung(坪) in size and using area per person was 1pyung. Besides all rooms were connected by a corridor. The structure was 5-ryang(樑) type without high column or with one high column. Looking at structure and the shape of the roof on the historic photos, it seems to be a lower roof slope than other traditional house because of reducing its weight. But its span between two columns was wider relatively.
내시경 유두부 괄약근 절개술(endoscopic sphincterotomy, EST)은 췌담도 질환의 기본 시술로 현재 다양한 췌담도 질환의 진단과 치료에 있어 표준검사로 널리 시행되고 있다. 이후 1982년에는 EST에 대한 대안으로 내시경 유두부 풍선 확장술(endoscopic papillary balloon dilation, EPBD)이 소개되었으며 EPBD는 EST와 비교하여 오디괄약근의 기능을 보존하고 출혈과 천공의 위험을 줄일 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. EST 및 EPBD를 안전하고 효과적으로 시행하기 위해서는 십이지장 유두부의 해부학적 구조를 잘 이해해야 하며 EST와 EPBD의 기본 술기를 잘 숙지하여야 한다.
