하천시설물은 정보의 관리주체가 국가하천과 지방하천 등에 따라 달라서 통합되어 관리되지 못하고 있는 점, 설계 및 시공 단계의 정보화 축적이 미흡하여 시설물 정보의 망실이 우려되는 점 등 하천분야로 BIM 도입을 하기 위해서는 해결해야 할 과제들이 산재해 있다. 또한, 이로 인해 유지운영단계에서의 시설물 정보 활용 수준 역시 상당히 미흡한 편이다. 따라서, 하천시설물의 효과적인 유지 운영을 위해서는 표준분류체계에 따라 시설물 정보를 정리함으로 데이터의 일관성을 확보하고 효율성을 증대시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 하천분야의 시설물 특성을 고려하여 하천분야의 BIM 정보모델 도입과 3차원 기반의 하천시설의 효율적인 유지 운영 전환을 위한 BIM 표준분류체계를 적용하는 방안을 제시한다.
This study sought to conduct a fundamental investigation in order to test and evaluate the thermal performance of an aluminum stick curtain wall system. In terms of the thermal performance index, the infiltration rate of air tightness, thermal transmittance of the heat insulation property and temperature difference ratio of condensation resistance were experimentally measured. The research process can be divided into three parts. First of all, a database for the test report of the curtain wall was compiled and existing design criteria with respect to the evaluation method and standard of transparent building components such as curtain wall, window and door were analyzed to produce the specimens. Secondly, four different types of curtain wall specimens were created through investigating the curtain wall database. Thirdly, standard tests of thermal performance were carried out for airtightness, thermal performance and condensation resistance. As a result, the curtain wall specimens with low-e triple glazing covered by an aluminum capture system showed high thermal performance compared to other curtain wall specimens including low-e triple glazing with a 4-sided structural sealant glazing system. Air tightness of all types of curtain wall specimens satisfied level 1 standard for air tightness. It was found that a curtain wall which consists of a one track frame has difficulties meeting the residential standard of thermal performance with regard to thermal transmittance and condensation resistance.
Considering the non-linear behavior of structure and soil when evaluating a nuclear power plant's seismic safety under a beyond-design basis earthquake is essential. In order to obtain the nonlinear response of a nuclear power plant structure, a time-domain SSI analysis method that considers the nonlinearity of soil and structure and the nonlinear Soil-Structure Interaction (SSI) effect is necessary. The Boundary Reaction Method (BRM) is a time-domain SSI analysis method. The BRM can be applied effectively with a Perfectly Matched Layer (PML), which is an effective energy absorbing boundary condition. The BRM has a characteristic that the magnitude of the response in far-field soil increases as the boundary interface of the effective seismic load moves outward. In addition, the PML has poor absorption performance of low-frequency waves. For this reason, the accuracy of the low-frequency response may be degraded when analyzing the combination of the BRM and the PML. In this study, the accuracy of the analysis response was improved by adjusting the PML input parameters to improve this problem. The accuracy of the response was evaluated by using the analysis response using KIESSI-3D, a frequency domain SSI analysis program, as a reference solution. As a result of the analysis applying the optimal PML parameter, the average error rate of the acceleration response spectrum for 9 degrees of freedom of the structure was 3.40%, which was highly similar to the reference result. In addition, time-domain nonlinear SSI analysis was performed with the soil's nonlinearity to show this study's applicability. As a result of nonlinear SSI analysis, plastic deformation was concentrated in the soil around the foundation. The analysis results found that the analysis method combining BRM and PML can be effectively applied to the seismic response analysis of nuclear power plant structures.
The purpose of this study is to provision the standard method for ensuring the reliability of measuring indoor air quality in public transportation. The objective is to determine the difference in the measured concentration values according to various conditions. These variables include measurement conditions, measurement equipment, measurement points, and measurement time. The value differences are determined by measuring the PM10 and CO2 concentration of subways, and express buses and trains, which are targets of indoor air quality management. The concentration of CO2 was measured by the NDIR method and that of PM10 was measured by the gravimetric method and light-scattering method. Statistically, the results of the concentration comparison according to the measurement points of the public transportation modes were not significantly different (p > 0.05), and it is deemed that the concentration is not affected by the measurement points. In terms of the concentration analysis results according to the measurement method, there was a difference of the concentration between the gravimetric and light scattering method. In the case of the light scattering method, the concentration differed depending on whether it was corrected with standard particles in the laboratory environment.
본 연구에서는 한국 전통 식품에서 Salmonella Typhimurium 와 Listeria monocytogenes의 검출에 대하여 LAMP에 기 반한 3M Molecular Detection Assay 2 (3M MDA 2)와 식품공전에 등재된 분리배지, real-time PCR의 검출 성능을 비교하고자 하였다. 육회와 육사시미에 100–104 CFU/25 g 의 수준으로 S. Typhimurium와 L. monocytogenes을 각각 접종하였다. Citrobacter freundii와 Listeria innocua는 S. Typhimurium와 L. monocytogene의 검출에 영향을 주는 균으로 사용하였다. S. Typhimurium와 L. monocytogenes만 100–104 CFU/25 g수준으로 접종한 모든 시료에서는 분리 배지, real-time PCR과 LAMP에서 양성으로 검출되었다. C. freundii와 L. innocua를 같이 접종한 경우에서 부분적으로 양성이 나타났다. 육회와 육사시미에 대하여 real-time PCR 보다 3M MDA 2가 더 검출효율이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 분리배지가 가장 검출효율이 높았지만 3M MDA 2와 큰 차 이가 없었다. 배지를 사용하는 방법은 최소 일주일의 시간이 소요되고 PCR의 경우 inhibitor의 영향을 많이 받아 정확한 검출이 어려운 점이 있다. 그러나 LAMP에 기반한 3M MDA 2는 enrichment 후 다음 날 간단한 protocol을 통해 25분 이내로 샘플의 양성 반응을 확인할 수 있어 식중독균에 대해 신속하고 정확한 검출이 가능한 것으로 판단되었다.
This study analyzes the certification system and international standard trend for cold storage and proposes evaluation method for the development of KS in accordance with international standards so that high quality products can be supplied to consumers. The international standard for cold storage can be divided into three categories: refrigerator unit, refrigerator warehouse, and cold chain. Each similar standard was analyzed and studied. Among them, AHRI's international standard is the most advanced standard, so test methods and conditions are matched. Finally, the performance evaluation technology and the performance evaluation technology for the refrigerator unit suitable for the domestic situation using the analyzed method were proposed.
The aim of this study was to select compounds for the standardization of fermented Kalopanax pictus Nakai (KP-F), to develop the analysis method using HPLC-PDA and to perform method validation. KP-F is a fermented powder developed to improve the original physiological activities and create a new functionality. Eleutheroside E, Acanthoside B, and Syringaresinol were selected as the standard compounds and developed our own method for simultaneous analysis. The analyte was isolated using C18 column with a gradient elution of 0.05 M phosphoric acid in water and methanol as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min and detected at 210 nm. As a result, all standard compounds showed good linearity with an R2 (coefficient of correlation) of 1.000 and for the limit of detection range of 0.710~0.831 μg/mL, and the limit of quantification as 2.150~2.520 μg/mL. The precision was RSD (%) of less than 4.80%, while the accuracy was 4.70%>RSD (%) for the range 102.44~110.48%. In conclusion, the developed analysis method is suitable for the detection of Eleutheroside E, Acanthoside B, and Syringaresinol in KP-F.
In this study, we proposed a method for correcting non-compliance of the web standard in webpages based on the characteristics of sampled webpages. We collected about 70,000 webpages by using a web crawler and analyzed them by applying various statistical methods. We found that the top three most frequent types of errors and warnings consist of about 60% and 80% of the total number of errors and warnings, respectively. Based on these results, we focus on correcting four most frequent errors and warnings, and showed that the strategy corrected about 95% of these errors and warnings. In addition, we found that different types of errors and warnings are correlated in such a way that correcting one type of error or warning influences on the correction of another types.
The international standard of ISO/IEC 19774 H-Anim (Humanoid Animation) defines the hierarchical structure and modeling data of a human for the generation of human animation. A common character data format is necessary in order to share and exchange characters between different applications, including gaming applications. H-Anim can be used for this purpose, and is progressing towards further standardization of new functionalities. This paper describes the modeling and animation method of a game character based on H-Anim using a general graphics tool. It also describes an algorithm to convert from H-Anim WRL, the output file generated by the general graphics tool, to H-Anim X3D based on the H-Anim specification. In addition, an experiment is described that shows compatibility of the designed H-Anim character with a general X3D browser. General behavior animations applied directly to the H-Anim character are also included.
To evaluate the performance of a new automated coliform enumeration system (TEMPO® CC) for the quantitative test of coliform bacteria contaminated in domestic livestock processed foods, a total of 507 samples of livestock foods were tested by the TEMPO® CC method, the most probable number (MPN) method, and Petrifilm method, respectively. The results of those three methods were compared to each other. Of 507 samples of livestock processed foods used in this study, 217 samples were contaminated artificially with coliform bacteria and the rest (n=290) were contaminated naturally. The results of the TEMPO® CC method for all samples were equivalent to those obtained from the MPN method, except 8 samples. In addition, 496 (97.8%) out of 507 samples made agreement between the TEMPO® CC method and the Petrifilm method. The correlation coefficients between TEMPO® CC and MPN methods as well as between TEMPO® CC method and Petrifilm method were above 0.9, and the slope and intercept of the linear regression model was different in less than 1 value. In conclusion, there were statistically equivalent levels of performance between the TEMPO® CC and the reference and alternative methods for the enumeration of coliform bacteria in livestock processed foods in this study.
We constructed a standard curve to quantify Listeria monocytogenes in ready-to-eat product, especially sausage samples, using real-time PCR. A standard curve was generated using serially diluted L. monocytogenes cells in distilled water. When cells were artificially inoculated in 10 g of sausage samples in 90㎖ buffered peptone water, the cell concentration of range was approximately 1.0×108 to 100 CFU/㎖. The standard curve of the serially diluted cells was linear for at least seven orders of magnitude from 103 to 109 CFU/㎖ of L. monocytogenes. When cells were diluted in sausages, the linearity range was from 104 to 108 CFU/㎖. The correlation coefficient (R2) of diluted cells was 0.9888 and the slope of the curve was —2.6621. The coefficient and slope of inoculated samples were 0.9916 and —2.747, respectively. The R2 value for serially diluted L. monocytogenes and artificially contaminated sausage samples were acceptable. The approach described in this study represents the potency of the quantification of L. monocytogenes in sausage samples by quantitative real-time PCR. It can be used in monitoring the presence and persistence of this pathogen in sausages.
제7차 개정 漢文科敎育課程중 ‘읽기’에서는 ‘漢字․漢文의 正確한 朗讀’을 요구하고 있다. ‘漢字․漢文의 正確한 朗讀’이란 韓國語‘標準發音法’을 따르는 것이다. 漢字音도 韓國語發音의 한 부분이기 때문이다. 하지만 현재 漢文科에서는 漢字音敎育이 國語發音敎育의 한 부분이라는 인식을 하지 못하고 있다. 그래서 韓國語標準發音法에서는 母音의 長短音을 구별하여 말해야 標準發音이 되는데, 현재까지 漢文科敎科書는 長短음을 구별하지 않는 不正確한 漢字音을 적어 왔고 漢文科敎師는 非標準漢字音을 가르쳐 왔다. 오늘날 韓國語의 標準發音敎育은 國語科에서는 불가능하다. 國語科敎科書는 한글專用으로 되어 있는데, 현행 한글은 長短音을 구별하지 않고 적고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 현재 漢字를 가르치는 漢文科에서만 正確한 漢字音敎育이 가능하다. 漢文科에서 漢字의 標準發音敎育을 잘 해준다면, 漢字語가 韓國語語彙의 70%를 차지하므로 학생들은 韓國語標準發音을 거의 할 수 있게 된다. 따 라서 漢文科교육자들은 “漢字音의 正確한 敎育”은 漢文科의 時代的使命이자 特長임을 인식해야 한다. 글쓴이는 이런 관점에서 기존의 漢字音관련 論文들을 檢討해 보았는데, 현재 漢文科敎育에서는 長短音을 구별하지 않는 平讀이라는 잘못된 漢字音敎育을 大勢로 인정하고 있었다. 이는 時急히 바로잡아야 한다. 漢文科授業시간에 正確한 漢字音을 敎育하는 方法은 다음과 같다. 먼저 個別漢字音을 正確히 가르친다. 그리고 2․3자 漢字語, 4자 成語, 漢文, 漢詩는 나눌 곳을 각각 잘 알아서 끊어 읽게 해야 한다. 그리고 항상 제1音節에서만 長短音을 區別하여 發音하게 하면 된다. 漢文科敎師가 正確한 漢字音을 지도할 수 있으려면 본인이 먼저 正確한 漢字音을 알아야 한다. 그럴려면 敎育漢字代表訓音選定(案)(2000) 같은 책을 통해 漢字音의 長短音區別을 익혀야 한다. 漢文科에서 正確한 漢字音을 교육하면, 標準漢字音을 잘 배운 사람은 비록 한글專用으로 된 글일지라도 스스로 長短音을 區別하여 漢字를 正確히 朗讀할 수 있게 된다. 따라서 한글專用을 補完하기 위해서라도 漢文科에서는 正確한 標準漢字音을 敎育해야 한다.

But operation risk analysis method is not enough for manufacturing industry even if it is existence, it will be separated to improve Safety. In this paper, I will develop the AHP Weighted operation risk analysis method to improve Safety.
