본 연구는 여대생의 지각된 스트레스, 우울, 수면장애, 월경곤란증의 정도 및 그들 변수 간의 관계와 월경곤란증에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하여 추후 월경곤란증 완화를 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 제공하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 C도 J대학교에 재학 중인 여자대학생을 대상으로 11월 11일-12월 9일 총 4주 동안 총 160부의 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 월경곤란증과 지각된 스트레스(r=.420, p<.001), 우울(r=.459, p<.001), 수면장애(r=.429, p<.001)와는 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 월경곤란증에 미치는 영향 요인은 수면장애, 우울, 지각된 스트레스 순으로, 전체 설명력은 29.3%로 나타났다. 따라서, 대학생의 월경곤란증을 완화하기 위해서는 수면의 질을 높이고 우울은 감소시키며 지각 된 스트레스는 낮추기 위한 중재프로그램 개발 및 방안이 모색되어야 하겠다.
본 연구는 예비보육교사의 실습 스트레스 요인과 대처방안에 관해 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 G대학 2학년 23명을 대상으로 설문 조사하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비보육교사들은 실습기간 6주중 1주에 스트레스가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, 새로운 환경의 적응이 가장 큰 이유였다. 둘째, 예비보육교사들의 스트레스 요인 중에서는 예비보육교사 자신이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, 세부내용으로는 수업진행에 대한 자신감 부족이 가장 큰 스트레스로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 보육실습 환경에스는 휴식 공간 부재와 자유로운 휴식시간이 없는 것, 영유아와의 관계에서는 문제아 지도에 대한 어려움, 시설장과의 관계에서는 보육실습을 노력봉사 하러 온 사람처럼 여기는 것에 스트레스를 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 수업계획 및 시행에서는 수업분위기 유지, 실습평가에서는 수업에 대한 미숙함과 자신감 부족으로 인해 스트레스 를 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비보육교사들은 문제중심해결 방안 을 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 예비보육교사들이 스트레스를 극복할 수 있는 방안들에 대해서는 학교, 기관, 자신의 측면에서 공통적으로 끊임없이 소통하고 격려해 주기를 바라는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 예비보육 교사들의 스트레스 영향 요인을 미리 예측하고 효율적인 대처방안들을 모색함으로써 성공적인 보육실습 경험을 통해 전문인으로서의 보육교사 성장을 도울 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
본 연구는 기독교 대학 신입생들의 주관적 행복감에 지각된 스트레스, 신앙성숙도가 어떤 효과를 나타내는가를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 서술적 조사연구로, 2018년 4월에 조사된 신입생 232명의 자가보고 설문 자료를 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과로 주관적 행복감에 영향을 주는 요인은 삶의 만족도, 지각된 스트레스, 동료지지, 가족지지, 신앙성숙도 순으로 나타났고, 이들의 설명력은 70.3%이었다. 따라서 대학에서는 스트레스 감소 및 사회적 지지체계 구축을 위한 노력과 신앙성숙을 위한 다양한 교육적 접근을 시도해야 할 것이다.
Entomopathogenic fungi have been known as promising candidates for biological control of insect pests. Recently, researchers consider the fungal thermotolerance in formulations and field applications. In this study, we investigated the production of thermotolerant Isaria javanica and I.fumosorosea conidia through grain-based solid cultures and exposure to light stress. As results, of the ten grain substrates, Italian millet, rice, perilla seed and sesame, rice, sorghum produced highly thermotolerant conidia in the strains. The two strains were exposed to a light stress and showed enhanced thermal stability compared to control, when exposed to 45°C for 2 hours. This work suggests that heatresistant entomopathogenic fungal conidia can be produced by grainbased solid cultures and exposure to light stress.
This study aimed to analyze the six personality factors of rehabilitation therapists and to identify the effects of these factors on their job stress and turnover intention. This study involved physical therapists and occupational therapists as rehabilitation therapists. A structured questionnaire was distributed to rehabilitation therapists, and 186 answered copies were used for data analysis. The results of the survey were as follows: Among the six personality factors, the rehabilitation therapists showed the highest level of honesty–humility and the lowest level of openness to experience. In terms of job stress, the subjects experienced the highest level of stress from job autonomy and the lowest level of stress from relationship conflict. In terms of turnover intention and work motivation reduction, the subjects scored above the median points, showing their high levels of turnover intention. In addition, higher levels of extraversion and agreeableness in the rehabilitation therapists led to a statistically significant reduction in their turnover intention and a statistically significant decrease in most of their job stress factors. Based on these results, organizational management aimed at increasing the personality factors of extraversion and agreeableness is necessary as a measure to effectively manage rehabilitation therapists’ job stress and turnover intention.
이 연구에서는 전국(수도권, 충청권, 호남권, 영남권, 강원권) 미용 산업 종사자 700명을 대상으로 요인별 직무스트레스 특성을 조사하였으며, 이의 결과는 다음과 같다. 미용 산업 종사자들의 전반적인 직무 스트레스는 업무한계가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로는 고객갈등, 상사갈등, 동료갈등, 물리적 환경, 기술부족 순이었다. 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 직무 스트레스는 근무지역에 따라서 기술부족, 상사갈등, 물리적 환경, 고객갈등, 업무한계 이었으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 근무 특성에 따른 직무 스트레스는 네일아트(M=3.05)가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로는 헤어(M=3.02), 기타(M=3.01), 피부(M=2.90), 메이크업(M=2.88) 순이었고, 이들은 통계적으로 유의성이 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001).
본 연구에서는 스트레스에 대한 심리 반응 요인과 인지 스트레스원에 의해 유발된 심박변이도의 변화와의 관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 33명의 실험참여자는 지난 2주 동안 경험한 스트레스에 대하여 정신적 신체적 증상들을 스트레스 반응 척도 상에 평가하였다. 또한 실험참여자가 인지 스트레스 과제를 수행하는 동안 심전도 신호가 기록되었다. 심박변이도 지표로서, R-R간격의 표준편차(SDNN), 연속한 R-R 간격 차이 값의 평균제곱근(RMSSD)과 심박변이도의 저주파 성분(LF)과 고주파 성분(HF)의 비율이 추출되었다. 스트레스 반응은 회복기 동안의 평균에서 기저선의 평균을 뺀 차이값으로 분석에 사용되었다. 분석 결과, 스트레스 요인과 심박변이도 지표들과의 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 특히 스트레스에 대한 공격 반응의 증가는 모든 심박변이도 지표의 증가와 연관이 있었다. 모든 심박변이도 지표의 증가는 자율신경계가 동시에 활성화됨을 의미한다. 즉, 공격 반응의 증가는 교감 및 부교감신경계의 활성도의 증가와 관련이 있다. 또한 긴장, 우울, 피로와 좌절은 RMSSD와의 정적 상관이 있었다. RMSSD의 증가는 부교감신경계 활성의 증가를 의미하는 것으로, 긴장, 우울, 피로, 좌절의 증가와 부교감 신경의 활성도의 증가가 연관이 있었다. 이러한 자율신경의 공동 활성화는 주의 집중을 요하는 인지 스트레스원에 대한 통합된 반응으로 여겨진다.
According to a recent survey of the stress recognition levels felt by teenagers, 34.9% experienced ' sad or frustrated ' levels with their daily lives being disrupted by more than two weeks in a row and it turned out that the older you are, the higher your stress perception levels are.(청소년백서, 2014). Jeju Island has eight regular high schools (27%) among 30 schools. Middle school students in Jeju are experiencing relatively high admission stress compared to other regions in order to enter regular high schools in the level equalization zone. High school students are also experiencing a higher level of academic awareness in college admissions by the academic reports, adding to the academic stress. Appropriate stress for adolescents provides new stimuli, gives motivation and energy, and can lead to the rehabilitation of learning, however, stress builds up when they are unable to deal with it on their own, leading to experiences of physical and psychological maladaptation as well as drug abuse, delinquency, maladjustment, school violence and suspension.
Recently, Live-Virtual-Constructive (L-V-C) integrate training system has proposed as a solution for the problems such as limitation of training areas, increase of mission complexity, rise in oil prices. In order to integrate each training system into the one effectively, we should solve the issue about stress of pilots by the environmental differences between Live and Virtual simulation which could be occurred when each system is connected together. Although it was already examined in previous study that the psychological effects on pilots was occurred by the environmental differences between actual and simulated flights, the study did not include what the causal factors affecting psychological effects are. The aim of this study is to examine which environmental factors that cause pilots’ psychological effects. This study analyzed the biochemical stress hormone, cortisol to measure the pilots’ psychological effects and cortisol was measured using Enzyme-linked immunoassay (EIA). A total of 40 pilots participated in the experiment to compare the differences in pilots’ cortisol response among live simulation, virtual simulation, and the virtual simulation applying three environmental factors (gravity force, noise, and equipment) respectively. As a result, there were significant differences in cortisol level when applied the gravity force and equipment factors to the virtual simulation, while there was no significant difference in the case of the noise factor. The results from this study can be used as a basis for the future research on how to make L-V system by providing minimum linkage errors and design the virtual simulator that can reduce the differences in the pilots’ psychological effects.
The purpose of this study was to estimate the relationships between dietary factors and the stress perception levels of College students. A survey was conducted in June, 2010, targeting 332 college students in Gwangju. General environmental factors, stress perception levels, dietary behaviors, and dietary action guide performance of the subjects were evaluated by questionnaire, and food intakes was determined by the 24-hour recall method. The results are summarized as follows.: The score of frequency experiencing was 45.1±16.9 for male students, and 47.0±16.7 for female students. The importance scores were 50.8±18.5 for males, and 53.3±18.7 for females. The total score for dietary action guide performance was 39.6±7.2 for males and 40.6±6.5 for females. Nutrient intake levels were evaluated based on dietary reference intake (DRI), revealing energy intakes to be 68.5% EER in males and 73.9% in females. The mean intakes of nutrient were 54.2% RI for calcium, 73.6% RI for riboflavin, and 51.2% RI for vitamin C but 203.6% AI for sodium, which indicates an imbalance in nutrient intake. Analysis of the correlations between stress perception levels and dietary factors, scholarship achievements, financial problems, future problems, value senses, and family relationships revealed significant correlations with general environment factors, dietary behaviors, Dietary action guide performance, and nutrient intakes (p<0.05). The higher the stress perception levels of the students, the higher the energy, coffee and alcohol intake, which predicts that appropriate stress control in college students will lead to better dietary habits. It is expected that the results above will be used as basic data for the development of proper nutrition education programs and stress control strategies.
The purpose of this study is to analyze job stress factors of hospital workers, which has an effect on their turnover intention. For identifying the influences on turnover intention, types of hospitals (university hospital, general hospital, private hospital) and types of workers(office workers, technical workers, and nursing staffs) were categorized. We went to the hospitals and carried out the survey under the cooperation with the concerned hospitals. The period of survey was from 23. Sep. 2013 to 30. Oct. 2013, and 293 worker participated in the survey.
On the basis of the previous study, the measurement of job stress factors and turnover intention was set up as the survey method, and its reliability and validity were measured. The stress factors were subdivided into seven factors; occupational climate, organizational system, autonomy job control, uncertainty of getting a new job, job ability to perform, job demand, job ambiance.
The value of job stress factors by the measuring instrument, Cronbach’s Alpha, was 0.805 and the value of the subordination variable of turnover intention was 0.881. IBM SPSS Statistics 21 was used as the statistic analysis tool and the descriptive statistics about job stress factors. As a result, the turnover intention were analyzed depending on the types of hospitals, job groups, working years, and gender.
Result shows that the job stress factors are differed according to the types of hospitals, and these job stress factors have influence on turnover intention. Therefore, it could be considered that, if the hospital managers find out the major job stress factors of their employees and resolve them in advance, the job stress of the hospital workers and their turnover intention can be reduced.
가금에서의 스트레스 지표는 혈중 corticosterone의 농도, heterohphil/lymphocyte 비율 뿐만 아니라 사료 및 물의 섭취량, 체중, 산란율, 이상행동 등도 포함된다. 사육온도, 바닥형태, 사육밀도, 수송, 부리자르기, 제한급이, 질병 등이 사육현장에서 가금이 경험할 수 있는 스트레스 요인이 될 수 있다. 다양한 스트레스 지표 중에서 특정 지표만으로 스트레스의 여부를 평가하는 것은 오류를 범할 수 있으므로 동시에 여러 지표를 이용하여 평가하는 것이 스트레스에 대한 평가의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the amount of job stress factors of hospital workers, which has an effect on their turnover intention. For identifying the influences on turnover intention, the workers at national and university hospitals in Daejeon fall into three categories- office workers, technical workers, and nursing staffs-, and the stress factors are subdivided into seven factors as job demand, job autonomy, relationship conflict, job security, organizational system, proper rewards, and corporate culture. The research method is built as a questionnaire for job stress and turnover intentions based on the existing researches and preliminary study, and 232 workers at national and university hospitals in Daejeon were surveyed. Therefore it could be considered that the hospital managers can find the major job stress factors of their employees and resolve their turnover intention in advance.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate job stress factors of school food service nutritionists according to the number of years they have worked. The subjects of this survey included 125 nutritionists (69 from full-time employees and 56 from part-time nutritionists) from elementary school, middle school, and high school in the Gangwon area. The results showed that stress related to duty was the top job stress factor, followed by environment-related stress, personal stress, organizationrelated stress and stress caused by human relations. In terms of the degree of stress, part-time nutritionists have more stress compared to full-time nutritionists. This was especially true for nutritionists that had been employed for one year. In this case, the degree of stress was much higher than long time employed nutritionists. In terms of how to deal with job stress, school nutritionists eliminated stress directly (with direct countermeasures). In order to deal with stress, workers expected stable employment such as pay (wages), promotions, etc. In particular, part-time school nutritionists had stronger expectations. When correlation between job stress factors were examined, environment-related, duty-related, organization-related, human relations-related and personal stress were all shown to be mutually related.
목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료사의 직무 스트레스의 요인을 알아보고, 일반적 특성과 업무관련 특성에 대한 조사를 하여 직무 스트레스와의 상관관계를 알아봄으로써 작업치료사의 직무스트레스에 대한 이해를 높이고 향후 스트레스를 측정하고 관리하는데 있어 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도하였다.
연구방법 : 연구의 대상은 현재 임상에서 작업치료 업무를 시행하고 있는 자로서 근무경력이 6개월 이상인 사람으로 하였으며, 우편과 직접 설문의 방법으로 설문지 138부를 수집하여 분석하였다.
결과 : 작업치료사의 직무스트레스 관련 요인은 ‘업무량 과중’, ‘전문직으로서의 역할 갈등’, ‘전문지식과 기술의 부족’, ‘대인관계상의 문제’, ‘의사와의 관계 및 업무상 갈등’, ‘치료의 한계에 대한 심적 부담’, ‘부적절한 대우’, ‘부적절한 보상’, ‘부적절한 물리적 환경’으로 9개 하위요인을 요인분석을 통하여 도출하였다. 스트레스 수준은 ‘근무로 인해 피로를 느낄 때’가 3.78로 가장 높았고, ‘학력에 따라 대우가 다를 때’가 2.28로 가장 낮았다. 나이, 급여, 직업종사기간, 교육 정도 등이 스트레스의 각 요인과 상관성을 나타내었다.
결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 작업치료사에게는 다양한 스트레스 요인이 존재하고, 여러 영역에서 스트레스를 느끼고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이 설문지를 통하여 작업치료사들의 스트레스를 측정하여 활용할 수 있을 것이며, 자각된 스트레스를 관리할 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 예방 활동을 통하여 작업치료사의 업무 환경을 개선하고 환자들에게 보다 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기회가 될 것이다. 나아가 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 심리사회적인 요인을 포함한 전반적 스트레스에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.
All managers should consider both of job performance and job satisfaction as influential key results to be achieved by people at work. One without the other is simply insufficient to meet the high standards of today's workplace. Some workers achieve a sense of personal satisfaction from their jobs while others do not. the others achieve high levels of task performance while others do not. The test of a manager's skill in building value added jobs is to discover what work means to other people, and then to create work environments that help them achieve high levels of both performance and satisfaction. this study set out to investigate the job satisfaction of the employees at work station along with the needs resulting from exploding population of salary citizens. This paper aims to survey and analyze the job satisfaction of the workers and a potent influence factors of Job stress for organization management.
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting on the home treatment stress in the CP (cerebral palsy) children's mothers. Direct interviews were conducted from March 17 with April 4, 2003 with 97 mothers of CP children. The average level of stress from home treatment felt by mothers with CP children was . Stress-levels were especially high in mothers who were not satisfied with the treatment outcome (p<.05) and whose acceptance of disability was low (p<.01). Stress felt by mothers was low when their health status was high (p<.05). A physical burden was shown to have a significant correlation with the stress of the mothers during the home treatment (p<.01). Mothers with a child of Level 2 disability had lower levels of stress than those with a child of Level 4 or 5 disability (p<.01). The level of stress was higher in mothers who lagged in acquiring technical sufficiency (p<.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that one factor affecting the stress felt by mothers with CP children was the degree of acceptance of the disability (p<.01). Programs that can reduce the stress levels of mothers with CP children through home treatment and secure social systems such as professional help and economic compensation, need to be developed. Active policies should be established and executed for these mothers since stress felt by mothers significantly affects the consistency and effectiveness of treatment provided at home.
본 논문에서는 균열을 지닌 축대칭 문제를 해석하기 위하여 시간적분형 운동방정식을 바탕으로 한 유한요소 해법을 제시한다. 유한요소메쉬는 8절점 등매개변수 사변형 요소와 균열선단에서의 1/4절점 삼각형 특이요소로 구성되며, 동적 응력확대계수는 균열면상의 1/4절점의 y방향 변위로부터 구한다. 제시된 해법의 정확성과 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 내부에 원환균열을 지닌 무한 탄성체가 균열면상에서 충격하중을 받을 때의 동적 응력확대계수를 계산하고 타 수치결과와 비교 검토하였다. 응용 예제로서 원환균열과 원주균열을 지닌 중실축과 중공축의 동적 응력확대계수를 균열의 길이와 축의 길이에 따른 영향을 자세히 조사하였다. 균열길이가 커지면 동적 응력확대계수가 커지고, 축의 길이가 길어지면 동적 응력확대계수 곡선의 폭도 함께 증가됨을 확인하였다. 그리고 균열의 위치가 안쪽에 포함될 경우보다는 바깥쪽에 포함될 때 더 큰 동적 응력확대계수가 발생됨을 밝힌다.
