        This is a case study of tandem learning using a metaverse platform in a Vietnamese-Korean language course. It aimed to explore more efficient foreign language teaching methods beyond traditional approaches. To achieve this, the study provides an in-depth look at the course structure that incorporated tandem learning, the interactions between learners on the metaverse platform, and survey results reflecting their learning experiences and perceptions of this particular approach. This study is significant in that it provided a new learning environment using the metaverse, enabling more active participation from learners. It also integrated the tandem learning method, which allows learners to actively participate in the mutual language acquisition process as both target language learners and as instructors or experts of the partner’s target language. Furthermore, the study is meaningful for its specific attempt to design tandem learning classes using the metaverse, particularly for Vietnamese-Korean classes.

        본 연구에서는 PBL학습법과 Tandem학습법을 적용한 PBL 문화 Tandem수업을 설계하여 운영하고 그 효과와 문제점을 살펴보았다. Tandem 학습법은 글로벌 협업 능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 학습모형이고, PBL 학습법은 문제해결 능력 및 사회적응 역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 학습법이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 PBL 한중 문화 Tandem 수업을 총 3 차례 운영하면서 매 수업 모형에서의 문제점을 개선하고 발전시켰으며, 이를 통해 효과적인 학습이 가능한 수업 모형을 설계하고자 하였다. 운영결과 본 수 업모형에서는 서로 다른 문화를 가진 학생들이 협력하여 과제를 수행해야하기 때문 에 학생들 간에 우호적인 관계를 형성할 수 있도록 하는 것이 가장 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 우호적인 관계가 형성된 후 무임승차가 상대적으로 적어졌고, 수행 역량이 부족한 팀원에 대해서도 배려하는 모습을 보임으로써 갈등 상황이 줄어드는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다.

        최근 한국 조선업계가 세계 선박 발주 물량의 대부분을 수주하고 있지만, 생산 현장에서는 인력난으로 생산공정 차질을 겪고 있다. 오랜 조선업 불황으로 일감과 임금 모두 줄어든 탓에 근로자들이 조선소를 떠났기 때문이다. 수주가 증가한 주요 요인은 카타르 LNG선 대량 발주였으며, 선박에 요구되는 기술 사양이 복잡해지는 상황도 유리하게 작용하고 있다. 선박은 계약한 인도 시점이 무엇보다 도 중요하기 때문에, 조선소의 주요 공정 중 도크 진수 계획이 무엇보다도 중요한 관리 아이템이다. 도크에서 건조되는 구조물은 의장 작 업을 남긴 선체 혹은 완성형 선박일 수 있으며, 때에 따라서 선체의 일부 블록 수준일 경우도 많다. 진수 시, 선체는 유체력에 의한 호깅 (hogging) 혹은 새깅(sagging) 모멘트 영향을 받게 되고, 블록 연결부의 구조강도에 대한 안전성 확보가 무엇보다도 중요하다. 정상적인 공 정이라면 연결 부재는 용접을 끝낸 상태에서 진수하지만, 실제 조선사에서는 도크 일정을 준수하기 위하여 구조 안전성이 확보되는 조건 에 대한 빠른 의사결정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 앞서 언급한 문제점들을 엔지니어링 관점에서 합리적으로 판단하기 위하여 휨 응력 평가법과 유한요소해석 모델링을 사용한 상세 해석법과 적용성을 분석하였다. 논문에서 언급된 주요 내용은 향후 유사 구조 강도 평가의 진행 시 좋은 사례로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

        빠르게 변화하는 시대 변화에 맞춰 미래 교육의 변화에 대한 필요성이 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 최근 이러한 교육의 패러다임 전환으로 메타버스에 대한 연구가 교 육계에서 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 메타버스 플랫폼인 게더타운을 활용 한 중국어-한국어 탄뎀 수업을 설계하고 적용시켜 대학의 중국어 교육에서의 메타버 스를 활용한 교육적 활용 방법과 효과를 증명하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 메타버스를 활용하여 중국어 학습자의 흥미도와 몰입감을 높이고 참여를 이끌 수 있는 다양한 수업 방안을 제시하여, 대학의 외국어 교육에서의 메타버스 활용 수업에 대한 도입 가능성을 살펴보고 교육적 활용의 기초적인 근거를 제공하고자 한다.

        The objective of this study was to develop a simultaneous method for 8 amino acids including alanine, arginine, glutathione, lysine, ornithine, methionine, threonine and tryptophan in veterinary products using LC-MS/MS. To optimize MS analytical condition of 8 amino acids, each parameter was established by multiple reaction monitoring in positive mode. The chromatogram separation was achieved on a C18 column with mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid in D.W. and 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile for green technology at a flow rate of 0.4mL/min for 5 min with gradient elution. The developed method was validated for mass accuracy, precision, linearity in veterinary products. Calibration curves were linear over the calibration ranges (0.5 – 10 mg/L) for all the analytes r2>0.99. Average recoveries were 92.96 – 105.61% and relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.27 – 3.5%. The limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantification (LOQ) were 0.04 – 0.83 mg/L and 0.12 – 2.52 mg/L, respectively. All values were corresponded with the criteria ranges requested by CD 2002/657/EC. The application of this method will be helpful in quality control analysis of amino acids in veterinary products.

        Due to the strengthening of domestic and international environmental regulations, the replacement of FRP ships with aluminum ships for small ships is continuously in progress. Domestic aluminum ships are being applied to various types of ships, mainly special ships, passenger ships and fishing ships. Gas metal arc welding(GMAW) is used as a welding method when manufacturing ships using aluminum materials for ships with a thickness of 5mm or more. However, it is carried out manually by the workers in the shipyard, and there is a limit to relying on the skills of the workers. In this study, basic research on high-efficiency tandem welding was performed as a basic study for the application of high-quality automatic welding equipment when working on aluminum ships. In this study, welding deformation according to constraint conditions was comparatively analyzed using tandem welding equipment and cross-sections of welds were evaluated for each experiment.

        Non-face-to-face online education which suddenly began with COVID-19, was an opportunity to expand to university education sites. This study presents online classes based on the Tandem learning method as examples and examines the class operation, learning content, and learner satisfaction according to the actual type of flip learning classes and real-time video classes. By converting Tandem classes operated by B University in Busan into online classes, the existing e-Tandem classes were expanded using flip learning and ZOOM. The first Flip learning class allows self-directed learning, and the free form of learning through pre-learning becomes an advantage of the online class type. However, while professors participate in the small conference room and feedback, there is a need to be supplemented with the ability to feedback directly to other teams. Furthermore, as a result of the learner satisfaction survey, there were complaints about prior learning and the amount of tasks, so studies on specific tasks and the content and methods of prior learning are also needed. The second real-time video class allows interaction between professors and learners, learners and learners. The biggest feature of this class type is that it can solve the absence of communication, which was a disadvantage of non-face-to-face classes. However, the ability of a professor is needed to conduct a real-time video class like this. Unlike learners who are familiar with digital technology, only when they understand and learn various online content and functions will their online classes become as natural as face-to-face classes.

        This study investigated the residue of tulathromycin (TLM) on the lung tissue of pigs intramuscularly injected with 2.5 mg/kg body weight as a single dose. Nine healthy cross swine were intramuscularly injected with the drug. Three treated animals were arbitrarily selected to be sacrificed at 7, 10 and 14 days after treatment. TLM residue concentrations in lung tissue were determined using liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The drug was extracted from lung samples using acetonitrile followed by clean-up with n-hexane. The analyte was separated on a Hypersil GOLDTM liquid chromatography column using 0.1% formic acid in deionized distilled water and acetonitrile. The correlation coefficient (R2) of the calibration curve was 0.9981, and the limits of detection and quantification were 10 and 50 μg/kg, respectively. Recoveries at three spiking levels ranged between 95.0-98.2%, and relative standard deviations were less than 3.95%. In TLM-treated group, the concentration of TLM on 7, 10 and 14 days post-treatment was 627.3, 496.9, 259.1 μg/kg, respectively. The developed method is sensitive and reliable for detection of TLM in porcine lung tissues. In addition, it can detect below the maximum residue limits in animal-derived food products destined for human consumption.

        본 연구는 불법적으로 식품에 사용될 수 있는 부정물질 11종에 대한 안전관리 강화를 위해 정량 및 정성 분석이 가능한 HPLC-DAD와 LC-MS/MS를 검증하기 위해 수행 되었다. 확립된 시험법은 AOAC 가이드라인에 따라 직선성, 정밀성, 정량한계 및 회수율 등을 통해 유효성을 확인 하였다. 본 실험에서 정량한계를 포함하여 검량선을 작성 하였고, 모두 0.99 이상의 직선성을 확인하였다. 또한 정확성은 LC (90.0-106%), LC-MS/MS (83.0-114%) 이고, 정 밀도는10% 이하로 재현성이 우수하였다. 확립된 시험법은 식품 중 부정물질 안전관리 및 모니터링에 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

        본 연구는 불법적으로 수산물에 사용될 수 있는 염료 18종에 대한 안전관리 강화를 위해 정량 및 정성 분석이 가능한 LC-MS/MS를 적용하여 검증하기 위해 수행되었다 . 확립된 시험법은 CODEX CAC/GL-71 가이드라인에 따라 직선성, 정밀성 , 정량한계 및 회수율 등을 통해 유효성을 확인하였다 . 대상시료에 1% 아세트산을 함유한 아세토니트릴로 추출 후 C18 과 PSA로 정제하였다 . 본 실험에서 정량한계는 0.002 mg/kg 수준으로 정량한계를 포함한 농도에 따라 검량선을 작성하였고 모두 0.98 이상의 직선성을 확인하였다 . 또한 정확성은 63%-112% 이고, 정밀도는 15% 이하로 재현성이 우수하였다 . 국내 유통 중인 수산물 124 건을 수거하여 개발된 분석법의 적용성 검증과 안전성을 확인하고자 잔류실태조사를 실시 하였고 그 결과 7건이 미량으로 검출 되었고 부적합은 없었다 . 확립된 시험법은 수산물 안전관리에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료되는 바이다 .

        When oil spill disaster on sea takes place, the most effective measure is to use oil fence with vertical wall. It has been big challenges that suitable oil fence in consideration of variety of variables such as wind speed, height of wave and current direction is chosen. And current characteristics below two of vertical wall was studied by PIV experiment with utilizing technic of visualized analysis like velocity distribution, contour of velocity and streamline pattern in flow characteristic between vertical wall of oil fence. In this study it is purposed to identify characteristics of inside water flow between two vertical walls depending on respective various water speeds to minimize outflow of floating article below bottom of vertical wall and observed that re-circulation flow and irregular vortex at certain places between two vertical walls occurred. Consequently, the study showed that failure of oil fence such as entrainment failure and submergence failure can be largely lessen by means of optimizing length between two vertical walls with water speeds.

        Tandem learning is a learning model actively used in the field of foreign language learning. Through interaction and mutual assistance between language partners, it is possible not only to learn independently and improve the level of target language, but also to conduct cross-cultural communication and understand foreign cultures.Generally speaking, there are two types of Tandem learning methods: Tandem learning through classroom management;The other is the out-of-class language partner learning activities organized by learners in both countries.This research is the second type of Tandem learning, in which teachers help to make connections between Chinese students in the accounting department and Korean students in the Chinese language department, and combine idioms to make mutual learning outside the normal classroom learning.Due to the lack of classroom management and constraints, as well as the low level of target language of both partners, some problems occurred in the process of activities.How to solve these problems so that the language partner activities can be carried out effectively, this study explored several solutions, and tested the effectiveness of the solutions through the end-of-term questionnaire survey.It is hoped that such a shallow study can serve as a starting point for more teachers and researchers to explore the out-of-class Tandem learning model so that more foreign language learners can benefit from Tandem learning.

        우리나라의 해외 곡류 수입량과 수입국가의 다변화를 고려 해 볼 때, 호밀, 밀, 귀리 등 맥류에서 주로 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있는 맥각알칼로이드의 노출가능성도 배제 할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 곡류 및 곡류가공품 중 맥 각알칼로이드에 대한 선제적 안전관리를 위해 호밀 및 가공품 (크래커, 맥주) 으로 부터 에르고메트린을 포함한 12 종 맥각알칼로이드의 공인 시험법을 개발하고자 하였다. 아세토니트릴이 함유된 2 mM 탄산암모늄용액 추출과 Mycocep catridge를 이용한 정제·농축이 전처리 방법으로 적합함이 확인되었고, 기기분석을 통해 표준물질 첨가 검량선의 직선성이 12개 알칼로이드 모두 R2 >0.99 이상이 었으며, 정량한계는 0.01 ~ 0.05 μg/kg수준이었다. 시험법 검증을 통해 대상 품목간의 차이는 있으나, 12개 맥각 알칼로이드 모두 회수율은 72~113% 수준이었으며, 반복성은 2~10% 수준으로 적합성이 확인되었다.

        Tandem Language Learning method is a form of autonomous foreign language learning. Its main purpose is to better grasp the target language or understand the target culture. The two learning partners are not only foreign language learners but also native speakers.They are also "experts" of their respective languages, countries and cultures. In this kind of communication, they will break the barrier of language and remove cross-cultural misunderstandings. Tandem Language Learning is a good opportunity to continue to improve the learner's ability to express the target language, as it provides the opportunity to communicate with a native speaker and makes intercultural learning possible. Tandem Language Learning method is also a learning method of PBL (Problem-based learning) model. It not only expands learners' ability to judge language, but also improves learners' problem-solving ability and team cooperation ability. The purpose of this paper is to simply introduce the tandem language learning method that has not been widely promoted in Asia and to analyze the feasibility of applying the learning method in Chinese and Korean language teaching. Investigation and Analysis of Application of Tandem Language Learning Method in Chinese and Korean Classrooms of Korean Universities. Summarizes several problems that have arisen in the application of this learning method, and provide some references for effectively improving the teaching level of Chinese and Korean.

        The aim of the present work was to develop simultaneous methods of quantification of carazolol, azaperone, and azaperol residues in livestock and fishery products using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Samples were extracted from beef, pork, chicken, egg, milk and shrimp using acetonitrile (ACN); while flat fish and eel were extracted using 80% ACN. For purification, ACN saturated n-hexane was used to remove fat composition. The standard calibration curves showed good linearity as correlation coefficients; r 2 was > 0.99. Average recoveries expressed were within the range of 67.9-105% for samples fortified at three different levels (0.5 × MRL, 1 × MRL and 2 × MRL). The correlation coefficient expressed as precision was within the range of 0.55- 7.93%. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.0002-0.002 mg/kg. The proposed analytical method showed high accuracy and acceptable sensitivity based on Codex guideline requirements (CAC/GL71-2009). This method can be used to analyze the residue of carazolol, azaperone, and azaperol in livestock and fishery products.

        The airport concrete pavement is gradually changing from the empirical design method proposed by the FAA to the mechanical design method. However, the complete mechanical design method has not yet been developed because it is difficult to consider designing due to various break types due to environmental load. FAAFIELD, a widely used finite element analysis program in existing airport pavement design, has yet to be considered for environment loads, although it has been continuously updated. Therefore, this study used ABAQUS instead of FAARFIELD as a finite element analysis program to consider the environmental load, and carried out the load quantification work of A380 aircraft and B777 aircraft corresponding to 3DT(3 Dual Tandem) gear. The traffic load information of 3DT gear aircraft was collected, and the environmental load due to temperature and humidity was converted into the equivalent linear temperature difference. Through the finite element analysis using ABAQUS, the prediction data of maximum tensile stress and location was collected when the two loads act to slab simultaneously. The factors affecting the maximum tensile stress in the finite element analysis are slab thickness, joint spacing, aircraft load, combined bearing capacity, and equivalent linear temperature difference, respectively. In order to examine the adequacy of the selected factors, sensitivity analysis for factors which affect maximum tensile stress was performed, and the stress regression model was developed. For this, a multiple regression analysis program SPSS was used and the stress regression equations for 3DT gear aircraft were calculated considering traffic and environmental loads. Through the developed stress regression model, it is possible perform the load quantification process of the 3DT gear aircraft for the mechanical design of the airport concrete pavement. In addition, the appropriateness of the regression model is verified by securing the high decision coefficient through SPSS.         Conventional airport concrete pavement design uses empirical design method presented by FAA but it is not accurate because it does not consider environment load. In case of mechanistic - empirical design method used overseas, it needs to be modified according to domestic conditions. In this paper, a stress regression model considering environmental load and dual tandem gear load is developed as a mechanical - empirical design process and verified by fatigue model calibration. First of all, literature review was conducted on airports using DT gear as a design aircraft among domestic airports, and the physical properties of concrete pavement layers of each airport were identified. In addition, the environmental load is divided into the temperature load and the moisture load, and the temperature load is calculated from the climatic data of the region where the domestic airport is located, and the moisture load is calculated through the drying shrinkage prediction model developed through the previous study. The stresses occurring in concrete slabs under environmental loads and traffic loads were predicted using FEAFAA, which is a finite element analysis program, and factors predicted to affect concrete pavement were selected for the stress regression.As a result of the sensitivity analysis of the selected factors, the joint spacing, slab thickness, gear load, and road bearing capacity coefficient affected the stress behavior of the slab by more than 5% of the reference stress.According to the mechanical design, the finite element analysis was carried out for the consideration of only the traffic load and the environmental load and the traffic load based on the design factors. Based on the analysis results, multiple regression analysis was performed using the statistical analysis program SPSS and the stress regression equation was calculated. Then, the stress model for the environmental load and the traffic load was calculated and the final stress model with each stress model as the independent variable was derived. Using the calculated stress regression model, the stress was calculated and the bending strength of the concrete was divided to calculate the stress - to - strength ratio, and the appropriate fatigue model was selected and the correction was performed by the least squares method.         본 연구에서는 우리나라 식품공전에서 불검출 물질로 관리하고 있는 니트로빈(nitrovin)에 대해 고감도 정량·정성 분석이 가능한 LC-MS/MS를 적용하여 적합한 분석법을 제시하고자 하였다. 수산물 시료는 아세토니트릴/물로 추 출하고 아세토니트릴 포화 헥산으로 지방을 제거하여 고상추출 카트리지를 적용하여 정제하였다. 분석물질은 전기분무이온화방법의 positive mode에서 이온화하여 MRM 조건을 확립하여 분석하였다. 개선된 시험법은 CODEX CAC/GL-71 가이드라인에 따라서 정확성, 정밀성, 직선성, 정량한계에 대한 검증을 통하여 유효성을 확인하였다. 본 실험에서의 정량한계는 0.001 mg/kg 수준이며, 정량한계를 포함하는 표준시료에서 얻어진 검량선의 상관계수(r2)는 0.985 이상으로 시험법의 직선성이 유효함을 판단할 수 있었다. 또한, 수산물(넙치, 장어 및 새우) 시료에 대한 니트 로빈의 평균 회수율과 변동 계수는 72.1~122%, 2.9~16.9% 로 확인되어 정확성 및 정밀성이 CODEX가이드라인에 부합하였다. 따라서, 개선된 니트로빈 정량분석법은 수산물 중 니트로빈을 분석하는데 적합하며, 니트로빈에 대한 지속적인 잔류실태조사에 활용되어 수산물 중 니트로빈의 안전관리에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

        본 연구는 국내 생산 및 수입 양식 수산물에 대해 잔류 할 수 있는 향정신성 의약품인 디아제팜 대한 안전관리 강화기반을 위해 마련되었다. 중국인민공화국 국가 표준 시험법(GB 29697-2013)을 기반으로 전처리 방법을 개선 하여 GC-MS/MS 시험법을 확립하였으며, LC-MS/MS 방 법과의 기기간 검증을 통해 확립된 시험법의 선택성, 정량한계 및 회수율에 대한 검증을 통해 디아제팜 시험법으로서의 유효성을 확인하였다. LC-MS/MS의 경우 아세토니트릴로 추출 후 PSA를 이용해 정제하였고, GC-MS/MS의 경우 아세토니트릴로 추 출후 C18카트리지를 이용해 정제하였다. 디아제팜은 표준용액을 정량한계를 포함한 농도에 따라 검량선을 작성한 결과 두 기기 모두 r2> 0.99 이상의 직선성을 확인하였다. 본 실험에서의 검출한계와 정량한계는 LC-MS/MS 및 GCMS/ MS 모두 0.0004 mg/kg, 0.001 mg/kg 수준이었으며, 평균 회수율은 각각 99.8~106%, 109~124%이었다. 또한, 분석오차는 모두 15% 이하로 정확성 및 재현성이 우수하였 으며, CODEX 가이드라인 규정에 만족하는 수준이었다. 따라서 개발된 시험법은 안전한 수산물의 국내 유통과 잔 류실태조사를 위해 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
