도심지의 굴착공사는 도심지의 특성을 고려하여 굴착 관련 관계법규, 관련 제도나 기술 지침 파악과 문제점 및 위험 원인을 파악하고 설계자와 시공자, 하도급자, 제도의 관계 자별 위험 원인을 살펴보며, 법·제도적으로 실현 가능한 법규의 구성, 설계를 위한 지 반조사의 적정성, 시공이 가능한 설계가 되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 설계와 시방서를 토대로 시공자는 설계와 시방서를 준수하여 시공해야 하고 미시공이나 위험성을 무시한 설계변경 없이 안전한 시공을 해야 한다. 이를 잘 이행하는지 및 굴착공사 위험성의 발생 우려가 있는지를 허가권자 또는 건설사업관리기술자의 관리·감독을 철저히 하여 모든 분야별 맡은 바를 충실히 이행하여야 굴착공사의 위험관리가 수행되는 것이다. 따라서 도심지 굴착공사의 위험관리 원인 및 개선방안을 설계, 시공, 하도급, 법·제도의 분야별로 분류하여 분석하고 분야별 변인들을 작성하여 해당 건설 관련 전문가 5개 직업군의 실증적 분석을 통하여 개선방안을 개정안으로 제안하여 도심지 굴착공사의 위험 관리에 기여 하고자 한다.

본고는 불교중국화 5개년 계획에 제시된 8대 중점사업 중 전반부 4가지 사업을 중심으로 고찰을 진행한 논문이다. 8대 중점사업을 개관해보면 그 전반부 4가지 사업은 통제성, 수렴성 이 농후하다는 점에서 확산성, 팽창성을 특징으로 하는 후반부 4가지 사업과 차별화된다. 사상 및 법률법규의 학습을 통한 불교중국화에 대한 고찰에서는 사회주의 사상, 애국주의 사상, 법률과 법규에 관한 학습이 자발적이라는 명목 하에 규범화, 제도화되어 시행되고 있는 상황을 살펴본다. 불교사상의 새로운 해석을 통한 불교중국화에 대한 고찰에서는 사회주의 핵심가치관에 의한 불교 교리의 해석과 인간불교 사상의 계승발전을 중심으로 그 지향과 현실적 상황을 살펴본다. 교풍의 건설을 통한 불교중국화에 대한 고찰에서는 승려관리의 강화와 설법교류활동의 확대, 상업화 차단 등에 대한 지향과 실천을 중심으로 고찰한다. 마지막으 로 제도 및 관리체계의 수립을 통한 불교중국화에 대한 고찰에서는 다양한 규정의 제정을 통한 제도화 움직임에 대해 살펴보고, 관리시스템이 민주관리위원회를 중심으로 재편되고 있음을 살펴본다.

현재 대다수의 국내 온실농장관리자는 온실내 작업자들의 농작업을 농가경영기록장(농장일지)을 이용하여 수기로 기록하고 있다. 이런 방법은 농작업 기록의 실수, 기록 후 분석을 위한 컴퓨터입력에 어려움, 작기별 비교분석의 어려움 등으로 농가경영기록장의 활용성이 매우 떨어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 NFC 기능을 이용하여 작업자들의 작업위치, 작업시간, 작업내용 등을 자동으로 기록하고 분석할 수 있는 스마트농작업관리시스템을 제안한다.

본 연구는 최근 일과 가정생활에 대한 가치관 변화와 경력관리에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있음을 기반으 로 시작되었다. 사회생활에서의 성공과 발전을 우선시했던 과거와 달리 요즘의 직장인들은 가정생활과 더불어 개인적인 여가활동과 자기계발에도 큰 가치를 두고 있다. 또한 평생직장과 종신고용의 개념이 사 라지면서 미래의 고용가능성을 높여줄 수 있는 경력관리에도 높은 관심을 보인다. 이에 일가정균형과 경력관리는 조직연구의 중요한 주제가 되어 왔으며 본 연구에서는 우리나라 서비스업에 종사하고 있는 3천 명의 정규직을 대상으로 일가정균형과 경력관리가 조직구성원들의 성과행동에 미치는 영향력을 규명해 보았다. 특히 사회적으로 일과 가정생활을 동시에 수행하도록 요구받을 뿐 아니라 출산으로 인한 경력단 절이 빈번하게 일어나는 여성근로자에게 일가정균형과 경력관리가 더 절실한 요인이 될 수 있다는 점에 서, 남성과 여성 간 성별 차이와 여성에 대한 성차별의 조절효과도 함께 분석하였다. 그 결과, 일가정균형 과 경력관리 모두 조직구성원들의 과업성과와 혁신성향, 그리고 조직시민행동을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 가설과 달리 성별 차이의 조절효과는 없는 것으로 증명되어 일가정균형과 경력관리의 영향력은 남성과 여성 모두에게 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이와 더불어 성차별의 부정적인 조절효과가 규명됨 으로써 조직의 실무자들은 일가정균형과 경력관리의 긍정적인 영향력이 향상될 수 있도록 조직 내 성차 별적인 HR시스템을 개선하는 것이 중요할 것으로 보인다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 일가정균형과 경 력관리, 그리고 성차별의 영향력이 조직과 관리자에게 주는 실무적 함의점을 심도있게 논의하였다.

This paper investigates whether a secondary teacher trainee improved pair/group work management skills in a short-term teacher training program focusing on the development of TEE-related skills. One female teacher trainee, students, and a teacher trainer participated in the study. The participant’s teaching performance, conference on her teaching performance, lesson plans, and the teacher trainer’s feedback on the teaching performances were collected. The data on teaching performance and conferencing were transcribed and analyzed in terms of a moving-in phase, a monitoring phase, and a moving-out phase. The participant showed improvement in changing seating arrangement, selecting students in modeling, increasing various kinds of comprehension check up questions, changing her voice during monitoring, and drawing students’ attention and signaling a new phase of lesson to the students in a moving-out of the activity. This study suggests how to improve management skills in pair/group work in TEE classes.

For the last five years major incident frequently occurs and results in the death of 189 workers at major top 6 construction builders. In most recent 10 years, the cause of major incidents happened in construction company is the speedy construction work that is affecting on the safety management. To prevent these accidents in the speedy construction work, four factors were chosed and analysed such as the personnel/organization, the working budget, the subcontractor selection and the employee motivation. The head office taked the support plan and tested it at the pilot work site. It showed a reduced accident and the harmful factors can be eliminated. It should be able to apply to the field to secure safety and prevent accidents.

This study show in the Social Work Field(focus on the welfare facilities) about Literature and Concept Definition on the 'Welfare Management' and 'Efficiency'. And, show a case to study for 'Management' and 'Efficiency' on the 'welfare facilities'. Also, this study try to find on the development of the Social Work Field through the 'Welfare Management' and 'Efficiency'. First, show the new concept on the 'Welfare Management'. Existing 'Welfare' and 'Management' have been using independently of each other in their field. but now, when use the 'Welfare Management' that a new word, define the word 'Welfare Management' and help to another researcher who study on the 'Welfare Management'. Second, show the exemplary case on the 'Welfare Management' and 'Efficiency' in welfare facilities. There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as appurtenant works, temporary works, structural works, equipment work, finishing work and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in plants construction work. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of plants construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.

As contemporary building construction type is getting higher and deeper, construction equipment usage is getting more, and related fatal accidents are on an increasing trend. Because of this, a method was drawn which could grasp the present state of construction equipment management and manage safety of the equipment more easily for accident prevention by choosing 2 kinds of Construction equipment which cause safety accident frequently among the equipment mainly used in construction site. This study suggested a method about construction equipment safety management using "smart phone" base which could be used in safety management for construction equipment by whomever in construction site. After attachment of QR code included safety checklist, It became possible that site managers could check more efficiently by scanning with their smart phone when they inspect equipment. Moreover, by the construction interested who didn't know what and how they have to inspect could point out unsafe condition in the early stage of equipment entering or take unsafe one out of the site by using new smart phone safety checking system is installed, it became possible that critical accident caused by construction equipment was prevented in advance.

Currently, 10% of the domestic aircraft accidents and 9% of delays and cancellations were generated due to poor maintenance. Aircraft maintenance work is divided into works in material warehouse and in hangar. In material warehouse, the problem in aircraft maintenance work is occurred when the serial number of parts are identified and entered. In hangar, work order are duplicatively written. In addition, the maintenance information is not shared and then work order is wrong delivered. In this study, we analyzed the maintenance process and the informations that occurs in the material warehouse and hangar for large airline company to solve the problems. And serial numbers are replaced by QR code. And documented work order and manual are handled using the tablet PC. In conclusion, this paper studied smart work of maintenance process about tire parts. We expect to improve the inefficiency of identification of serial number and total maintenance time is reduced by real-time information sharing.

And the necessity of the administration,that is systematic and efficient toward the various document of a form, is gradually increased. At the same time, the efficient management ability of the various standard document obtained the specialized quality authentication system including the ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, quality 5 star, and etc., it maintains occupies the very important part as to the company management. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the standard document. In addition, by building and managing the standard management system will be able to expect the more efficient document management and the product reliability insurance.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a workplace-based work-conditioning program (WCP) on the management of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMDs) in an automobile-parts manufacturing company. In total, 1,110 subjects with WRMDs participated in workplace-based WCP emphasizing function-centered management and ergonomics. We investigated the incidence of WRMDs variables (number of persons diagnosed with industrial accident-related WHMDs, number of cases of WRMD) and financial benefits (cost of workers' compensation insurance and lost work days related to WRMDs) per year before and after WCP. Additionally, we compared self-reported pain intensity and functional disability in subjects with musculoskeletal pain before and after the WCP. Pain intensity was measured using a visual analog scale (VAS), and functional disability was measured by the neck disability index (NDI) and the Oswestry disability Index (ODI). The number of person diagnosed with industrial accident-related WRMDs, the number of cases of WRMD, the cost of workers' compensation insurance and lost work days related to WRMDs per year decreased by 51%, 37%, 34%, and 47%, respectively, and VAS, NDI, and ODI scores decreased significantly after implementation of WCP (p<.05). Thus, the results of the present study suggest that function-centered, workplace-based WCP was effective in managing WRMDs at an automobile-parts manufacturing company.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of 6 Sigma on menu management, work commitment and quality in the culinary division of hotels and family restaurants. In addition, this study sought to identify the effects of menu management, work commitment and quality performance on customer satisfaction. Furthermore the relationship between menu management and culinary quality was evaluated here. The subjects evaluated in this study were employees of culinary division of hotels and family restaurants that implemented or were about to adopt the 6 Sigma program. A total of 385 questionnaires were analyzed using factor analysis, a reliability test, and covariance structural analysis. The results revealed that the 6 Sigma program influenced menu management, work commitment and culinary quality. Moreover, menu management, work commitment and culinary quality performance were found to impact customer satisfaction and culinary quality performance. Based on these findings, culinary divisions of hotels and family restaurants should incorporate the 6 Sigma program as soon as possible. To implement this program, faultless data for the 6 Sigma program should be collected using sufficient preparation procedures. After the data were collected, a task force team should be developed, experts should be cultivated and employees should be trained as necessary. Finally, the current level of product and services should be measured and reported to all employees in the culinary division and a challenge spirit should be brought with understanding for the reason for implementation of the 6 Sigma program. In implementing the 6 Sigma program, the leadership of the top manager and the head of the culinary division is very important.

This paper describes on the evaluation and management of work process in suction hopper dredger and grab bucket dredger as an application of a PC-based ECDIS system. The dynamic tracking of dredging bucket and the data logging of grab dredging information were performed by using the grab dredging vessel "Kunwoong G-18". The position and route tracking of the dredger moving toward the ocean dumping site of dredged material was performed by using the hopper dredging vessel "Samyang-7". The evaluation of wok process in the dredging field, for grab dredger, was continuously carried out on January to May, 2006, in Incheon Hang and for hopper dredger, on July to December, 2003, in Busan Hang, Korea. The dredging information, such as dredger's position, heading, dredging depth and route track which was individually time stamped during the dredging operation, was automatically processed in real-time on the ECDIS and displayed simultaneously on the S-57 ENC chart. From these results, we conclude that the ECDIS system can be applied as a tool in order to manage the work process during the dredging operation, and also in order to generate the factual record of the dredging activities that is sufficient for dredging inspector to accurately evaluate the contract performance even in the absence of a full-time onboard inspector.
