수왕금은광상은 백악기 중기의 반상화강암이나 선캠브리아기의 소백산 편마암 복합체에 발달한 열극을 충진한 석역맥에서 산출된다. 광물공생군에 대한 연구결과 광화작용은 4시기에 걸쳐서 일어났다. 광화 띠는 주요황화광물과 소량의 에렉트럼, 광화 II기는 에렉트럼, 광화 III기는 함은황화염광물과 소량의 에렉트럼, 그리고 광화IV기는 광석광물정출과 무관한 시기이다. 광물학적 연구 및 유체포유물 연구결과 수왕광상의 광석광물은 초기에는 고온(300˚C)에서 정출하여 후기로 가면서 온도가 150˚C까지 하강하는 경향을 보이고, 염농도는 섬아연석의 10.4wt.%에서 중정석의3.1wt.%의 영역을 보여준다. 수왕광상의 금은 광화작용은 140∼250˚C의 온도와 황분압이 10-12∼10-18 atm을 갖는 광화유체에서 일어났다. 유체포유물의 비등증거로부터 광화작용이 진행되는 동안의 압력 조건은 정암압 환경에서 약 210bars 정도로 추정되며, 이는 대략 약 800m의 심도에서 광화작용이 일어났음을 시사한다.

Film forming behavior of monodispersed model composite latexes with particle size of 190 nm, which consist of n-butyl acrylate as a soft phase monomer and methyl methacrylate as a hard phase monomer with different morphology was examined. Five different types of model latexes were used in this study such as random copolymer particle, soft-core/hard-shell particle, hard-core/soft-shell particle, gradient type particle, and mixed type particle. The film forming behavior was evaluated using pseudo on-line measurements of the cumulative weight loss, the UV transmittance, and the tensile fracture energy. Each stages of film formation I, II were not sensitive to the morphology of model latexes, but stage-ill was largely dependent on the morphology of model latexes. The chain mobility of polymer which composed the shell component was found to dominantly determine the behavior of film forming stage-III.

본 연구의 목적은 미선나무 자생지의 환경특성과 생육특성을 분석함으로써 보전 및 복원의 기초자료 제공을 위한 것이다. 토양의 종류는 사양토, 식양토, 미사질양토이고 화학적 특성간 상관성은 전질소량과 양이온치환용량이 높게 나타났다. 생육특성의 경우 수고와 줄기직경은 I지역에서, 수관폭은 II지역에서, 엽수는 V지역에서, 종자수는 IV지역에서 타 지역에 비해 양호하였다. 생육특성에 대한 상관성에서는 수폭과 줄기직경이 높게 나타났다. 생장특성과 토양의 화학적 특성은 전기전도도와 수고가 높은 상관성을 보였다. 생육특성과 토양의 화학적 특성에 대한 회귀분석 결과, 수고와 전기전도도의 설명력은 약 70.4%. 엽수와 전질소량은 약 70.2%였다. 미선나무 자생지 보전 및 복원을 위해서 광도, 온도, 유전형질 등 다양한 인자들이 고려된 정밀 환경분석이 요구되어진다.

On contraction of the muscles, marked changes in X-ray reflections are observed, suggesting that conformational changes of contractile molecules and the movement of myosin heads during muscle contraction. Time slice requires tension peak after the onset of stimulation and the height of tension peak depends on the number of twitch cycle. The muscles were stimulated by five successive stimuli at an interval of 80 ms started while the tension was still being exerted by the muscles. The intensity of I11, I10, 143a and 215a reflection measured with 5ms time resolution and is recorded in isometric tension. The peak height of I11 and 143a intensity is changed after the onset of a stimulation Ii, and the length of twitch is shortened by successive twitches in the case of stimulation Ti. On the other hand, the peak height of In and 215a intensity starts to decrease at the 1st twitch and remains constant at low peak height without appreciable recovery during the contraction term. In the case of successive twitch stimulation, the myosin heads of muscle are once moved from their resting position and never returned to their initial position.

자연생태계의 보전을 위한 지역구분을 위하여 백두대간(남덕유산-소사고개) 구간을 조사한 식생조사 자료를 바탕으로 식생의 보전가치를 식생지수라는 것으로 수치화 하는 방법을 제시해 보고자 한다. 식생지수는 생물다양성, 임분의 보전가치, 환경의 청정성, 임분의 역사성, 입지의 생산성 등을 바탕으로 수치화 하였다. 식생지수는 백두대간 관리범위 설정에 이용될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. 식생지수 I의 경우 총 66개의 조사지 중에서 8개 지역 12.1%가 핵심지역에 속하고, 21개 지역 31.8%, 37개 지역 56.1%가 각각 완충지역과 전이지역에 속하는 것으로 나타났다. 식생지수II의 경우 28개 지역 41.9%가 핵심지역에 속하고, 19개 지역 28.8%, 19개 지역 28.8%가 각각 완충지역과 전이지역에 속하는 것으로 나타났다.

패션소재로서의 유용성을 결정하는 속성을 두께, 무게, 밀도, 광택, 색상 등으로 한정한 후 다속성 모델을 구축하였다. 각 속성들의 가중치는 의류 매장의 방문객 대상의 설문 조사에 의해 결정되었으며, 한 소재의 최종가치는 퍼지 추론 시스템에 의해 계산되었다. 구축된 "퍼지-다속성" 모델을 이용하여 패션소재의 총 가치를 i) 품질로부터의 가치, ii) 품질을 기반으로 부가되는 가치, iii) 품질과는 무관하게 형성되는 브랜드 가치의 세 가지 요소를 분해하였다. 시중의 유명 스포츠 의류 브랜드 2종을 선정하여 위의 모델을 적용하였다.모델을 적용하였다.

The adsorption of heavy metals in the waste water carried out on the various domestic clays and waste pottery. The effect of parameters such as pH, temperature, adsorption time and coexisting cations on the adsorption ability and characteristics were investigated to find out whether the clays could be used as adsorbents. Adsorption equilibrium was reached within 20 minutes on all the clays. The optimum pH was found to be above 5. When other cations such as Cu(II) or Zn(II) coexisted with Pb(II), the adsorption amount of Pb(II) decreased because of competing adsorption.

Interaction in Korean Conversation. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea, 12(1). Among many topics in interactional linguistics, the research on reactive tokens has explored complex processes in which participants collaborate and develop each other's talk in a moment-by-moment fashion. The present study investigates properties of backchannels as tokens of social interaction in Korean conversation by adopting methodology of frequency analysis and conversation analysis. Through a frequency analysis of backchannels such as 'e', 'a', 'um', and 'ung', this research shows that backchannels most frequently occur at complex transition-relevance places where turn-constructional units and intonation units converge. Examination shows that major functions of backchannels in conversation can be summarized as in the three categories: (i) to signal passive recipiency of the on-going turn, showing attentiveness or acknowledging what is being talked about, (ii) to signal that the recipient is in agreement or of the same opinion with the current speaker, and (iii) to express recipient's affiliative or emotional attitudes such as sympathy toward the information provided, among others. Finally, this research shows that interaction-based study of backchannels in their interactional contexts can provide a better way of understanding communicative strategies and the relationship between conversation and grammar than do other traditional or formal approaches to grammar.

트러스형 공간 구조물은 무주의 대공간을 덮을 수 있는 장점과 구조적 성질이 동일한 등가 연속체 쉘 로 치환하여도 비교적 정확한 해를 얻을 수 있다는 장점으로 인해 21세기 첨단 구조물의 한 장인 초대형 구조물 분야에 많이 활용되고 있으며, 효율적인 부재의 이용과 대량생산의 가능성으로 인해 많은 발전을 해 왔다. 그러나 이러한 쉘 형태의 공간 구조물은 구조 거동의 특성상 주로 구조안정문제가 구조설계에서 해결해야하는 핵심적인 기술력이 되며, 이를 어떻게 해결하여야 할 것인가의 문제는 아직도 많은 연구자들에게 난제로 남아 있다. 즉, 연속체 쉘 구조의 원리에서 긴 경간을 얇게 만들면, 뜀좌굴과 분기좌굴같은 불안정 거동이 나타나게 되며, 이러한 쉘형 구조 시스템에서 구조 불안정 문제의 특징은 초기 조건에 매우 민감하게 반응한다는 것이고, 이런 문제들은 수학적으로 비선형 문제에 귀착하게 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 공간 프레임형 구조물의 불안정 현상을 살펴보기 위하여, 다양한 파라메타중 초기불완전량과 rise-span 비가 트러스 구조물의 불안정 현상에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하며, 이를 위해 1-자유절점 공간구조물, 2-자유절점 공간구조물, 다-자유절점 공간구조물을 예제로 채택하여 불안정 거동을 살펴보고자 한다.

To keep or improve present competitive power, the due date rate is becoming importance. Several techniques with MRP, MRP II appeared in the 1970s by method to improve the these due date rate. These techniques have some defects to due date. Therefore, in this paper, MRP wishes to receive the due date rate that is improved more by supplementing having these defect by DBR of TOC.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the improvement of testicular sperm motility following different culture conditions such as human follicular fluid (hFF) and temperature. Testicular tissues obtained from azoospermia (n=21) were minced into small pieces by blade and recovered sperm suspension were cultured in Ham's F10 with or without 40% hFF at different temperatures (Group I: 37/with hFF, Group II: 32/withGroup III: 37/without, Group IV:32 /without The motility and viability of sperm were monitored during culture for 48 hours. Initial motility of testicular sperm was 10.91.9%. After 24 hours culture, sperm motility was 23.52.1% (Group I), 8.11.1% (Group II), 10.4 1.4% (Group III) and 4.00.8% (Group IV), respectively. After 48 hours, the motility had been changed as 322.3% (Group I), 14.31.7% (Group II), 5.3 1.4% (Group III) and 4.30.9% (Group IV). In hFF group (I and II), sperm motility of group I cultured at 37 was higher than those of group II at 32. But, sperm viability of group I cultured at 37 was lower than those of group II at 32 (54.44.1% vs. 59.43.7%) after cultured for 48 hours. We acquired the best motility of testicular sperm when performed in vitro culture for 48 hours in hFF supplemented medium at 37. Increase of sperm motility by in vitro culture could be useful tool fur human TESE-ICSI program.
