This study sought to determine the changes in weather conditions in urban streets, along with conditions of traffic and roads in urban areas. The variations in weather conditions depending on traffic differed according to distance. First, the temperature difference measured by traffic results is as follows: T1 point 1.03℃ , T2 point 1.04℃ , T3 point 0.9℃ , T4 point 1.01℃ , and T5 point 0.31℃ . The average difference between the measured temperatures by the point of measurement was 0.86℃ . The changes in wind velocity according to traffic volume results of the measurements is T1 point 1.32 m/s, T2 point 0.80 m/s, T3 point 0.29 m/s, T4 point 0.04 m/s, and T5 point 0.09 m/s. The difference between the average wind speeds was 0.51 m/s and traffic jams caused substantial differences in distance. The relative humidity tended to be inversely proportional to temperature. The measurements results ares T1 point 2.29%, T2 point 2.67%, T3 point 2.47%, T4 point 2.16%, and T5 point 0.91% The difference between the average relative humidity was 7.3%. In case of independent sampling T test according to traffic volume, changes in wind velocity and temperature were directly proportional to the level of statistical significance(p<0.01). On the other hand, relative humidity tended to be inversely proportional; however, there was no statistical significance.
Monte Carlo 기법을 활용하여 60, 90, 120, 150 kV와 6, 15 MV X선에서의 선량증가 효과를 평가하였다. MCNPX code를 이용하여 ICRU slab 모의피폭체를 전산모사하였으며, 금, 가돌리늄, 산화철의 선량증가 물질을 사용하였다. 입사에너지의 전자평형 지점을 고려하여 모의피폭체의 표면 및 5 cm 깊이에 5, 10, 15, 20 mg/g 농도의 물질을 삽입하였으며, 선량증가 물질이 없을 때를 바탕으로 하여 깊이에 따른 흡수에너지 변화와 선량증가효과비를 통하여 정량적 평가를 시행하였다. 선량증가 물질의 농도가 높을수록, 금, 가돌리늄, 산화철 순으로 높은 선량증가 효과를 보였으며, kV X선에서는 입사에너지가 낮을수록, 물질의 원자 내전리 퍼텐셜에 가까울수록 높은 선량증가 효과를 보였다. MV X선에서는 15 MV에 비해 6 MV에서 높은 선량증가 현상을 나타내었으며, kV X선에 비해서는 현저히 낮은 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.
In this study, experiment and analysis of high-strength bolt connection under shear fatigue loading was conducted to evaluate reduction of axial force of bolt. Three type of bolt size and initial axial force were applied to specimens. As a results, it was observed that the reduction ratio of axial force, and that would be used to additional parametric study.
Research on concrete using activated Hwang-Toh is intensively conducted to protect environment. Therefore, in this study, the effect of activation of Hwang-Toh on strength was investigated through flexural and compressive tests. The specimen made by replacing part of cement with inactivated Hwang-Toh showed strength 55~61% of the control specimen. However, the specimen with activated Hwang-Toh as alternative material indicated load-carrying capacity 76~102% in comparison with the control specimen. Hence, concrete with activated yellow soil can be use in the construction market.
본 연구에서는 대한민국 난민법 제정과 시행에 따라 현 시점의 난민아동 생활실태를 짚 어보고 그 대안으로서 교육적인 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 목적의 효과적인 달성을 위하여 난민아동 교육관여자 12명과 면담을 실시하였고, 면담자료와 관련 문헌 연구를 바 탕으로 근거이론을 통해 접근하는 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 결과 난민의 삶 시작, 상 실감, 순간을 살기, 심신의 스트레스, 인식부족, 정책미비, 불편한 주변세계에 대한 반응, 사 람에 대한 그리움, 교육적 접근, 사회적 지원, 회피, 긍정의 탐색, 심적 재정착, 현재와 미래 간 가교 설정, 적응과 공존, 부적응 시나리오의 16개 범주를 도출하였고 이를 토대로 인과 적 조건, 현상, 맥락, 중재적 조건, 전략, 결과로 이어지는 국내 난민아동의 생활실태와 교 육 방안에 관한 이론적 패러다임 모형을 구성하였다. 핵심범주는 ‘순간을 사는 삶에서 희망 적 존재감을 발견하고 공존의 삶으로 나아가기’로 설정하였으며 이와 관련하여 연구의 분 석 결과를 중심으로 국내 난민아동의 교육 방안에 대하여 개인, 학교, 기관, 사회 각 영역 의 실천 방안을 제안하였다.
목화진딧물과 복숭아혹진딧물은 채소를 포함한 다양한 작물에 큰 피해를 주는 해충이다. 이들 해충의 친환경 방제를 위해 진딧물에 병원성이 높은 곰팡이(B. bassiana) 유래 대사물 질을 이용한 방제 연구를 수행하였다. 이 균주의 배양여액의 살충율은 목화진딧물에 처리 3일 후 100%, 복숭아혹진딧물에 처리 5일 후 99%였다. 이 추출물을 CHCl3 : MeOH 비율을 달리하여 silica gel column chromatography 한 결과, 50:1 (CHCl3 : MeOH)의 추출물 분획의 살충률이 목화진딧물과 복숭아혹진딧물에 각 80%와 75.4%로 다른 분획에 비해 현저하게 높았다. 또 각 용매비율별 추출물을 1:1로 혼합하여 처리한 결과, 분획 추출물 혼합에 의한 상승효과는 보이지 않았으며 두 진딧물에 모두 50:1 (CHCl3 : MeOH) 단독처리에서 살충률 (목화진딧물 77.3%, 복숭아혹진딧물 76.4%)이 가장 높았으며 50:1 + 70:1이 두 번째로 높았 다(목화진딧물 72%, 복숭아혹진딧물 70.2%). 앞으로 안정적인 진딧물 방제를 위해 50:1 분 획 추출물 내 진딧물 살충성 물질을 분리 동정 및 대량생산 연구를 진행할 예정이다.
본 연구에서는 수박 덩굴(잎 및 줄기) 추출물 및 용매 분획물의 미백 및 항염 활성을 검색하고 유효성분 을 분리하여 화학구조를 규명하였다. 수박 덩굴 에탄올 추출물 및 용매 분획물의 멜라닌 생성 억제활성을 측정한 결과, 헥산 및 에틸아세테이트 분획물에서 우수한 멜라닌 생성 억제 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 항염 활성 측정 결과, 헥산 및 에틸아세테이트 분획물에서 활성이 나타남을 확인하였다. 헥산 및 에틸아세테이트 분획물 에서 유효성분을 찾고자 칼럼 크로마토그라피를 실시하여 3개의 화합물을 분리하였으며 1H 및 13C NMR 데이 터 분석 및 문헌치 비교를 통하여 화학구조를 동정하였다; α-linolenic acid (1), sigmast-7-en-O-β -D-glucopyranoside (2), 1-feruloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (3). 분리된 화합물에 대한 미백 활성 실험 결과, 화합물 1과 3에서 멜라닌 생성 및 세포 내 티로시나제 효소의 활성을 감소시키고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 항염 활성 실험 결과 화합물 1과 3이 nitric oxide (NO) 및 전염증성 사이토카인(TNF-α, IL-6)의 생성을 억제시킴을 확인하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 수박 덩굴 추출물을 이용한 천연 미백 및 항염 소재로의 개발이 가능할 것이라 사료된다.
The sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) variety ‘Sodamchal’ was developed and registered by Department of Sothern Area Crop Science, National Institute of Crop Science (NICS) in 2013. This variety was developed from the cross between ‘Hwanggeumchal’ with brown grain and ’Jungmo4001’ with semi-dwarf trait. ‘Sodamchal’ is the first semi-dwarf stature with waxy endosperm ever developed in Korea. The yield performance of ‘Sodamchal’ was 2.95 MT/ha in local adaptability test for 2 years. It had 91 cm culm length, which was 58 cm shorter than that of ‘Hwanggeumchal’, 26.3 cm panicle length, 22.0 mm thickness of culm, 21.1 g in 1,000 grain weight. It could be reduce the lodging problem and also adapted to mechanized cultivation. ‘Sodamchal’ produces high quantities of polyphenol and radical scavenging activitiy with diphenyl-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) in pigmented testa. Above all ‘Sodamchal’ is suitable for use as a parental source for the development of improved pollinator parent lines for developing semi-dwarf sorghum with waxy endosperm and antioxidant activity. This study was compared to outdoor field (OF) and rain shelter greenhouse (RSG) according to cultivation type of Gastrodia elata Blume. Also, the effects of yield and quality for mulching materials in RSG were compared. The yield of G. elata was investigated good merchantable quality, and the quality was investigated hardness, chromaticity, weight loss and the contents of the major functional components. The cultivation of RSG was increased the yield, hardness, gastrodin, and vanillyl alcohol compared to OF, and the weight loss, chromaticity, and ergothioneine were almost equal. Rice straw treatment showed higher than those of the control and other treatments on the yield and hardness. As a result, the yield and the quality of RSG, which can control the soil moisture, were better than that of OF. And the lower the soil moisture content according to the mulching material, the harder the surface and the higher the hardness.

Drought stress is a major agricultural limitation to crop productivity worldwide, especially by which leafy vegetables, plant leaves eaten as vegetable, could be more lethal. The study was carried out to know the effect of drought tolerance plant growth promoting bacteria (PGPB) on water stress of kale seedlings. A total of 146 morphologically distinct bacterial colonies were isolated from bulk soil and rhizosphere soil of leafy vegetables and screened for plant growth promoting microbioassay in greenhouse. Out of them the isolate SB19 significantly promoted the growth of kale seedlings in increasement of about 42% of plant height (14.1 ㎝), 148% of leaf area (19.0 ㎠) and 138% of shoot fresh weight (1662.5 ㎎) attained by the bacterially treated plants compared to distilled water treated control (9.9 ㎝, 7.7 ㎠, 698.8 ㎎). Shoot water content of SB19 treated kale seedlings (1393.8 ㎎) was also increased about 152% compared with control (552.5 ㎎). The SB19 isolated from bulk soil of kale plant in Iksan, Korea, was identified as species of Bacillus based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis. We evaluated the effect of drought tolerance by the Bacillus sp. SB19 on kale seedlings at 7th and 14th days following the onset of the water stress and watering was only at 7th day in the middle of test. In the survey of 7th and 14th day, there were mitigation effect of drought stress in kale seedlings treated with 106 and 107 cell mL-1 of SB19 compared to distilled water treated control. Especially, there were more effective mitigation of drought damage in kale seedlings treated with 107 cell mL-1 than 106 cell mL-1. Further, although drought injury of bacterially treated kale seedlings were not improved at 14th day compared with 7th day, drought injury of 107 cell mL-1 of SB19 treated kale seedlings were not happen rapidly but developed over a longer period of time than 106 cell mL-1 of SB19 or control. The diffidence of results might be caused by the concentration of bacterial suspension. This study suggests that beneficial plant-microbe interaction could be a important role of enhancement of water availability and also provide a good method for improving quality of leafy vegetables under water stress conditions.
This study was conducted to identify the insecticidal effect of a mixture of sophora extract and Bacillus thuringiensis against Spodoptera exigua on potted chinese cabbage in both laboratory and plastic house condition. In laboratory condition, mortality of larvae by BT (1×105, 1×106, 1×107 cfu ml-1) alone was 27.5%, 51.3% and 92.5%, respectively, which was depend upon concentration of BT. Control efficacy of the mixture of BT and sophora extract was 98.8%, 88.8% and 91.3% which was higher than BT treatment only. The mixture of sophora and lower BT concentration was showed more increase of control efficacy. Anti-feedant effect by BT was depend on concentration of BT. At field experiment, the mixture of BT and sophora extract appeared higher mortality (72.2%, 67.8%, 61.1%) than BT treatment only (14.4%, 26.7%, 66.7%) similar with laboratory experiment. The mixture was less affected by environmental condition at field than BT only. Therefore, for effective control of beet armyworm without possibility to develop resistance against BT at farm, treatment of the mixture of sophora extract (0.033%) and BT (1×105 cfu ml-1) would be considered more effective than BT treatment only.
Livestock manure treatments have become a more serious problem because massive environmental pollutions such as green and red tides caused by non-point pollution sources from livestock manures have emerged as a serious social issue. In addition, more food wastes are being produced due to population growth and increased income level. Since the London Convention has banned the ocean dumping of wastes, some other waste treatment methods for land disposal had to be developed and applied. At the same time, researches have been conducted to develop alternative energy sources from various types of wastes. As a result, anaerobic digestion as a waste treatment method has become an attractive solution. In this study has three objectives: first, to identify the physical properties of the mixture of livestock wastewater and food waste when combining food waste treatment with the conventional livestock manure treatment based on anaerobic mesophilic digestion; second, to find the ideal ratio of waste mixture that could maximize the collection efficiency of methane (CH4) from the anaerobic digestion process; and third, to promote CH4 production by comparing the biodegradability. As a result of comparing the reactors R1, R2, and R3, each containing a mixture of food waste and livestock manure at the ratio of 5:5, 7:3, and 3:7, respectively, R2 showed the optimum treatment efficiencies for the removal of Total Solids (TS) and Volatile Solids (VS), CH4 production, and biodegradability.
Geonpungmi is a new sweetpotato variety developed by Bioenergy Crop Research lnstitute in the National Institute of Crop Science (NICS) at RDA for table use in 2008. This variety was selected from the cross between Mokpo34 and Southern Queen. Two parents, Mokpo34 and Southern Queen, were crossed in 2002. Selection of elite line was performed for 2 years from 2003 to 2004. Preliminary and advanced yield trials were carried out from 2004 to 2005. The regional yield trials were conducted at six locations from 2006 to 2008. Geonpungmi has cordate leaf, greenish purple vine and petiole, elliptic storage root, dark purple skin and yellow flesh color of storage root. This variety is resistant to fusarium wilt and nematode. The starch value and total sugar content were 25.8% and 5.82%, respectively. Pasting temperature of starch in Geonpungmi was 74.7°C, and the retrogradation process is earlier than Yulmi. The average yield of storage root is 19.8 ton/ha in the regional yield trials, which is 3% lower than that of Yulmi. The number of marketable storage roots per plant was 2.6 and the average weight of one storage root was 154 g.
본 연구는 해상교통관제사(이하 ‘VTS 관제사’)의 해상교통관제(Vessel Traffic Service: 이하 ‘VTS’) 수행 속성을 상황인식 (situation awareness: 이하 ‘SA’)과 관련된 세부 과제들의 수행 빈도와 SA 역량에 대한 주관적 평가의 측면에서 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. SA 세부 과제들에 대한 수행 빈도 자료는 3개 VTS 센터의 VTS 관제사가 보인 VTS 수행을 직접 관찰하여 수집하였고, SA 역량에 대한 주관적 평가 자료는 18개 VTS 센터에서 근무하는 VTS 관제사를 대상으로 설문조사법을 통해 수집하였다. 수행 빈도 자료는 SA의 세 수준 과 각 세부 과제에 따라 비교하였고, 주관적 평가 점수에 대해서는 VTS 관제사의 성별과 근무경력을 추가적으로 고려하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, VTS 관제사는 SA 수준 중 정보지각에 해당하는 과제를 가장 높은 비율로 수행하였고, 이어서 정보통합과 예측에 해당하는 과제들을 각각 유사한 수준으로 수행하는 것이 관찰되었다. 둘째, VTS 관제사는 정보를 획득하거나 통합하는 역량에 비해 미래 상황을 예측하는 역량을 상대적으로 더 낮게 평가하였다. 셋째, 성별 차이를 비교한 결과, 남성 VTS 관제사는 여성에 비해 더 높은 수준으로 자신의 SA 역량을 평가하였다. 넷째, 성별로 근무경력에 따른 주관적 평가 차이를 비교한 결과, 남성의 경우 근무경력이 15 년 이상인 VTS 관제사는 5년 미만의 VTS 관제사에 비해 SA의 모든 수준에 걸쳐 상대적으로 더 높은 주관적 평가를 보였으나, 여성의 경우 는 근무경력에 따른 주관적 평가에서의 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 VTS 관제사의 SA 과제 수행 빈도와 SA에 대한 주관적 평 가가 SA 수준과 개인차 변인에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 시사한다.
Recently, an interest has developed in the use of whole green grains as functional food materials. The present study was conducted to provide the baseline data for the stable production of whole green grains in 20 cultivars of wheat by investigating the greenness of grain with maturation (from 20 th to 41 st day after heading, at an interval of 3 days). On the 20 th day after heading, the grains were dark green with a wrinkled long-oval shape. After the 35 th day of heading, the grains turned almost yellow with an oval shape. Their redness (‘a’ value of chromaticity) increased from the 20 th to 41 st days after heading, indicating a negative value up to the 32 nd day after heading. A significant decrease in their chlorophyll content was observed with maturation. The yield of whole green wheat grain (including greenish yellow grain) was the highest from the 32 nd to 35 th after heading. Therefore, we concluded that the optimal harvesting period for whole green wheat grain was from the 32 nd to 35 th day after heading. The heading time of various cultivars ranged from April 28 to May 5, the time of Jopummil cultivar grew the fastest among them, such as Gurumil, Alchanmil, but Dahongmil got the latest in heading time. The greenness of seven cultivars (Jeokjungmil, Keumkangmil, Jogyeongmil, Jopummil, Baekjungmil, Yeonbaekmil, and Milseongmil) was relatively higher than that of the others. The yield of greenish whole grain was relatively high in six cultivars (Alchanmil, Baekjungmil, Eunpamil, Yeonbaekmil, Dahongmil, and Urimil). Based on their greenness and yield, the Baekjungmil and Yeonbaekmil cultivars have been considered to be optimal for the production of whole green wheat grain.
폐 석탄광산에서 가장 큰 환경문제는 산성광산배수가 유출되어 주변 하천수의 pH를 낮추고 철/알루미늄 수산화물을 하천바닥에 침전시키며 주변 토양을 오염시키는 것이다. 삼봉광산에서 물시료와 침전물 시료는 갱구 입구에서 채취하였다. 채취한 갱내수의 pH 값의 범위는 겨울에 7.24-7.94이며, 여 름에 3.87-5.73이다. 전기전도도는 갱내수가 유입되는 하천에서 432-897 μS/cm이다. 갱내수의 Mg, Al, Ca, Mn의 최고 농도값은 각각 15.50, 4.56, 85.30, 12.76 mg/L이다. 적갈색의 침전물은 겨울에는 Munsell color 10R-5YR 정도로 주구성광물은 2-line 페리하이드라이트이며, 여름에는 2.5YR-5Y의 범 위로 주구성광물은 슈워트마나이트이다. 주사전자현미경 관찰 결과 침전물은 막대형 혹은 원통형이거 나, 0.1-0.5 μm의 구균형이나 구형을 나타내고 있다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 다문화 인식과 문화적 민감성 수준을 파악하고 두 변수 간의 관 계 및 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 시도되었다. 간호대학생의 다문화 인식과 문화적 민감성 은 5점 척도에서 각각 3.63점과 3.56점으로 선행연구와 유사한 수준으로 나타났다. 다문화 인식은 다문화 관련 자원봉사 경험이 있거나, 외국인 환자를 돌보거나 간호한 경험이 있는 경우 유의하게 높았다. 문화적 민감성은 종교나 외국인 친구가 있거나, 외국인 환자를 돌보 거나 간호한 경험이 있는 경우 유의하게 높았다. 간호대학생의 다문화 인식과 문화적 민감 성은 통계적으로 유의한 순상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 다문화 인식에 영 향을 미치는 변수는 문화적 지식 습득, 문화적 독특성 수용으로 다문화 인식을 44.2% 설명 한다. 대상자의 문화적 민감성에 영향을 미치는 변수들은 다문화에 대한 수용성, 다양성에 대한 개방성, 다문화에 대한 민감성과 차별성, 외국인환자 간호경험, 종교로서 문화적 민감 성을 30.7% 설명한다.
