        급속소결방법인 고주파유도가열 소결법과 펄스전류활성 소결법을 이용하여 습식 볼밀링으로 혼합한 WC-8wt.%Ni분말에 60MPa의 압력과 고주파유도가열장치의 경우 전체 용량 (15kw)의 90%에 해당하는 고주파출력을, 펄스전류활성 소결장치의 경우 2800A의 펄스전류를 가하여 치밀한 소결체를 2분이내의 짧은 시간에 제조하였다. WC 초기입자크기가 증가함에 따라 제조된 소결체의 입자크기와 평균자유행로는 증가하였다. 또한 WC 결정립 크기가 증가함에 따라

        So far, there is no technique of quantitative evaluation on danger related to industrial accidents. Therefore, as an endeavor for obtaining technique of quantitative evaluation, this study presents feature analysis of industrial accidents in manufacturing field using QUEST algorithm. In order to analyze feature of industrial accidents, a retrospective analysis was performed in 10,536 subjects (10,313 injured people, 223 deaths). The sample for this work chosen from data related to manufacturing businesses during three years (2002~2004) in Korea. The analysis results were very informative since those enable us to know the most important variables such as occurrence type, company size, and occurrence time which can affect injured people. Also, it is found that classification using QUEST algorithm which was performed in this study is very reliable.

        고주파유도가열 연소합성법으로 60MPa의 기계적 압력과 고주파유도가열 장치의 총용량 (15KW)의 90%의 출력을 가해 75초의 짧은 시간에 97%이상의 상대밀도를 갖는 복합체를 제조하였으며, 제조된 시편의 미세조직 사진으로부터 선형분석법으로 측정한 의 평균 결정립크기는 각각 250nm 과 60nm 이었다. 또한 제조된 시편을 연마하여 비커스 경도계를 이용하여 기계적 특성평가를 한 결과 경도 와 파괴인성은 각각 와 이었다.

        It was investigated the current state of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs), which is one of the major problems in occupational safety and health management. A survey was conducted for safety personnel serve in the enterprises located at two cities in Gyungbuk area, Gumi and Pohang where the major industrial complex reside. The goal of this study was to identify whether the category and scale of the enterprises affect the sort of hazard factors, occurrence rate, and countermeasures against WMSDs. The results from the survey indicated that there were significant differences in the level of recognition and counteracts for WMSDs among the enterprises subject to their categories and scales. On the basis of these results, it was considered a more efficient way of spreading proper ergonomic knowledge and skills to the industries that were coincided with the circumstances of individual enterprise.

        Multi-criteria decision making is deducing the relative importance in the criterion of decision making and each alternative which is able to making a variety of choices measures the preferred degree in the series of low-raking criterions. Moreover, this is possible by synthesizing them systematically. In general, a fundamental problem decision maker solve for multi-criteria decision making is evaluating a set of activities which are considered as the target logically, and this kind of work is evaluated and synthesized by various criterions of the value which a chain of activities usually hold in common. In this paper, we are the eigenvector methods in weights calculating. For the purpose of making optimal decision, the data of five different car models are used. For computing, we used Visual Numerica Version 1.0 software package.

        In this research we tried to make nano-sized TiNx by using planetary milling, and we made the composites double layered of titanium and nano-sized TiNx by using spark plasma sintering apparatus after mixing with the different ratio of pure titanium powder, and they were heat treated at for 30 minutes. The crystal structures of nano-sized TiNx powders and the composites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microstructures of the powders were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and the 40-50 nm size of nano-sized TiNx particle on the surface of agglomerated particles was investigated. With increasing the ratio of nano-sized TiNx of the composites, the microvickers hardness of the composites was increased.

        In this study, the effects of the dispersants, i.e., Hypermer KD-2 and poly(l-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PVP), and their concentration on the dispersion stability of Ni nanoparticles () in ethanol were investigated by using a visual inspection, a transmission profile (Turbiscan), and a zeta potential measurement. The transmission profiles measured by Turbiscan showed that the particle size increased over the entire height of the sample for suspensions with both the dispersants without showing any particle coalescence and sedimentation. The visual inspection also confirmed that the Ni suspensions with Hypermer KD-2 and PVP were very stable for more than a year. The zeta potential values varied from positive to negative with increasing the dispersant's concentration. The dispersion stability of the suspensions was not affected by both the dispersant's concentration and the zeta potential values. The observed suspension stability of Ni nanoparticles was attributed to the steric effect for the Hypermer KD-2 and to the bridging effect for the PVP.
