        In this study, we analyzed the development of high school students’ argumentation through their writings on socio-scientific Issues (SSI) related to the Climate Change Unit in the Earth Science I curriculum. Pre- and post-writing assignments on the two main causes of global warming were analyzed and compared. In addition, an in-depth interview of the focus group was conducted with 7 students who showed a distinct change in the level of argumentation. According to the results, 16 of 52 students remained at the same argumentation level in pre- and post-writing assignments, and students remaining at Level 2 among five levels had difficulty in understanding the Toulmin’s argument pattern (TAP) structure. Using the TAP structure, 29 of 52 students demonstrated increased argumentation levels in the post-writing assignments. The conclusions include that writing lessons on SSI using the TAP in Earth science classes can improve the level of high school students’ argumentative writing, and that the level of students’ argumentation can develop with the elaboration of their level of falsification. Also, it is suggested that the science curriculum should increase students' science writing competencies by specifying science writing as one of the goals.

        Load carrying capacity(LCC) can be reduced from its design value as a result of film thickness change when a journal is misaligned and some part of bearing is unintentionally translated. In this study, the numerical solution of the incompressible Reynolds equation was obtained by using the finite difference method and mass conservation algorithm (JFO boundary condition) with periodic pressure distribution in circumferential direction to analyze the change of LCC due to journal misalignment and step change of film thickness in axial direction for a journal bearing of vertical pumps. Smallest LCC in each eccentricity ratio is obtained as two angular positions are changed – an angular position where misalignment occurs, and another angular position where the axial step takes place while the degree of misalignment is fixed at 90%. Compared with the reaction force of plain journal bearing, the LCC reduced as much as 26.7% due to geometric effects of journal bearing at the eccentricity ratio of 0.9, while the step height is no higher than 0.1 times of bearing clearance.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the qualitative changes of the citron by identifying the type of solution and addition of the solution to prevent the browning reaction of the citron in a way that inhibits the browning of the citron. The browning inhibitor solution was investigated using the individual and mixture, and the results of the degree of browning and chromaticity showed that vitamin C+NaCl+cyclodextrin (CD) had the lowest browning of 0.52. In chromaticity, the ΔE values indicate that the higher the value, the greater the change in color, and the lowest value of the vitamin C+NaCl+CD mixture was 47.0, indicating that there was minimal browning compared to other treatment. The active change of the polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in the citron increased enzyme activity as the browning progressed, and the vitamin C+NaCl+CD solution was the lowest at 68.40 μ/g among the anti-browning solution. Based on these research results, it seems that the CD mixing solution can be used as a citron browning inhibitor.

        This study was conducted to investigate the quality of kimchi cabbages stored under a pallet unit-controlled atmosphere (PUCA), containing 2% O2 and 5% CO2, and to develop quality prediction models for cabbages stored under such conditions. Summer and winter cabbage samples were divided into PUCA-exposed groups and atmospheric airexposed control groups (in a cold storage). The control summer cabbages lost up to 8.31% of their weight, whereas the PUCA-exposed summer cabbages lost only 1.23% of their weight. Additionally, PUCA storage effectively delayed the reduction in cabbage moisture content compared with the control storage. After storage for 60 and 120 days of the summer and winter samples, respectively, the reducing sugar contents were higher in the PUCA groups than in the control groups. The linear regression analysis-derived equations for predicting the storage period, weight loss, and moisture content in the control groups, as well as those for predicting the storage period and weight loss in the PUCA groups, were appropriate according to the adjusted coefficient of determination, root mean square error, accuracy factor, and bias factor values. Therefore, this PUCA system would be useful for improving the shelf life of the postharvest summer and winter cabbages used in the commercial kimchi industry.

        이 연구는 복분자에서 분리된 Lactobacillus plantarum stain (GBL16 및 17)을 포함한 probiotic에 대해 수행되었으며, 장내 미생물 변화를 확인하였다. Balb/c 마우스모델에서 GBL 16, 17을 포함한 시제품인 PMC와 시판중인 유산균 과자 BFY를 8주간 경구 투여 하였다. PMC의 투여는 장내 미생물총의 균형을 향상시키고, 장내개선에 긍정적인 영향을 보였다. 맹장을 이용한 NGS 분석을 통해 확인한 결과, 스트레스 후 증가하는 양상을 보이는 균인 Lachnospiraceae균이 감소하는 경향을 보였다. Alistipes균의 증가는 염증성 장 질환에 효과가 있을 것으로 판단되나, 추후 더 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

        본 연구에서는 H-Beam 부재에 TRM(Total Reinforced Member)공법의 적용을 통한 부재의 구조성능개선에 대하여 분석하였다. TRM공법은 가교의 성능개선을 위해 적용되는 여러 공법 중 프리스트레스 도입을 통해서 H-Beam 부재의 구조성능을 개선하는 공법이다. 우선 본 연구에서는 해석적인 시뮬레이션을 통해서 TRM공법의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 1차적으로 수치 해석을 통해서 프리스트레스 도입을 위한 선행하중을 결정하고, 순수 H-Beam 부재와 L형 강재가 용접된 부재 그리고 TRM공법이 적용된 3가지의 부재에 대한 구조성능 변화를 해석을 통해서 확인하였다. 그리고 해석적인 결과의 검증 및 공법의 현장적용 가능성을 평가하기 위하여 순수 H-Beam 부재와 TRM공법이 적용된 2가지의 부재에 대한 3점 굽힘 시험을 수행하였다. 실험을 통하여 TRM공법이 적용된 부재에서 순수 H-Beam 부재대비 하부 플랜지의 발생응력 및 최대처짐이 각각 20.60%, 16.87% 감소 하는 결과를 확인하였다.

        본 연구는 반응성애착장애 유아의 언어 및 놀이발달의 변화과정을 그림책 읽어주기와 놀이참여를 통한 상담자의 개입으로 2018년 6월15일부터 2019년 1월 30일까지 주 2회 총 56회기로 약 7개월여 동안 단일대상으로 탐색연구 하였다. 상담자는 유아의 반응에 일관적이며 수용적인 태도로 자극을 촉진하고, 민감한 반응으로 상호작용하였다. 이에 따른 반응성애착장애 유아의 언어 및 놀이발달 변화과정은 다음과 같이 6단계로 나타났다. 첫째, 자극-불안정 접촉의 혼란스러 운 단계. 둘째, 자극-접촉의 안정의 단계. 셋째, 자극-촉진 수용의 단계. 넷째, 자극-습득 내면화 단계. 다섯째, 자극-표현 변화의 단계. 여섯째, 자극-확장 적 응의 단계로 변화하면서 유아는 일상생활에 적응하며 자신의 세계를 구축하였 다. 이러한 변화의 과정은 반응성애착장애 유아의 부모나 다양한 치료 현장의 상담사, 유아교육현장 교사들에게 개입을 위한 길잡이가 되어줄 것이다.

        The planning acumen led by the crown prince stands out during the banquets that were held continually during the reign of Crown Prince Hyomyung around the late Joseon period from 1827 to 1929. If we examine the changes in banquet space during the period that Crown Prince Hyomyung ruled by proxy, the Jagyeongjeon(慈慶 殿) in Changgyeonggung Palace, which was built during the time of King Jeongjo was repaired after the in 1827 during the reign of the crown prince and appeared in its changed form in Muja Jinjakin 1828. It is believed that the Jagyeongjeonwas expanded and repaired during the reign of Crown Prince Hyomyung to conduct banquets for important guests. Jagyeongjeon which was repaired during the crown prince's reign, is a space where banquets were continuously held during the three years that he reigned, and we can see that it is an important space for royalty where the authority of King Sunjo, Queen Sunwon, and Crown Prince Hyomyung was reflected. Yeongyeongdan(演慶堂) was a structure built in 1828, which is after the period when the Jagyeongjeonwas changed in 1827, and it is a space that emerged during the reign of the crown prince. Hwanchwijeong(環翠亭), which was constructed during the time of King Seongjong was changed after 1827 during the reign of Crown Prince Hyomyung and appeared in its changed form in Muja Jinjakin 1828. Hwanchwijeongwas the place where the Crown Prince Hyomyung stayed and planned banquets and it was repaired along with Jagyeongjeonin 1827. During his reign, the political intent of the crown prince was reflected not in superficial political spaces but in spaces where banquets were held and accordingly the main spaces for banquets and their related royal palace locations were changed or newly established. You need to briefly explain what this and Muja Jinjak are. New information is not provided in this paragraph. You have already established why the crown prince renovated the banquets and its significance in the first two paragraphs.         This study was conducted to investigate cucumber plants response to greenhouse environments by solar shading in greenhouse in the summer. In order to estimate heat stress reduction of cucumber plants by solar shading in greenhouse, we measured and analyzed physiological conditions of cucumber plants, such as leaf temperature, leaf-air temperature, rubisco maximum carboxylation rate, maximum electron transport rate, thermal breakdown, light leaf respiration, etc. Shading levels were 90% mobile shading of full sunlight, 40% mobile shading of full sunlight and no shading(full sunlight). The 90% shading screen was operated when the external solar radiation is greater than 650 W·m-2. Air temperature, solar radiation, leaf temperature, leaf-air temperature and light leaf respiration in the 90% shading of full sunlight was lower than those of 40% shading and no shading. Rubisco maximum carboxylation rate, arrhenius function value and light leaf respiration of the 90% shading were significantly lower than those of 40% shading and no shading. The thermal breakdown, high temperature inhibition, of 90% shading was significantly higher than that of 40% shading and no shading. Therefore, these results suggest that 90% mobile shading made a less stressful growth environment for cucumber crops.

        Thromboelastography or rotational thromboelastometry, is being increasingly utilized in cardiac surgery of late. However, it is an indirect test and is not available in all centers. Low fibrinogen levels before and after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) have been described to be associated with postoperative bleeding in cardiac surgery. This study explored the usefulness of reduction ratio of the fibrinogen levels before CPB (preCPB) and after CPB (postCPB) in predicting postoperative hemorrhage. A retrospective, observational study of adult patients who underwent cardiac surgery with CPB between February 2014 and January 2016 was conducted, which included a total of 264 patients. The fibrinogen levels were measured twice, preCPB and postCPB, and the fibrinogen reduction ratio was acquired [(preCPB − postCPB)/preCPB]. Postoperative blood loss, which was defined as the blood collected from the chest drain for 12 hours following arrival at the intensive care unit, was considered severe if it was more than 1,000 mL. A multivariate analysis showed that fibrinogen reduction ratio, sex, and postCPB platelet count were significantly associated with severe postoperative bleeding. However, the pre- and postCPB fibrinogen levels were not significantly associated with severe bleeding. Furthermore, a fibrinogen reduction ratio of > 41.3% was independently associated with postoperative severe bleeding, with an odds ratio of 3.472 (1.483–8.162). These results suggest that the reduction ratio of pre- and postCPB fibrinogen levels may be utilized in predicting postoperative bleeding.

        조선시대 어보는 종묘의 사직을 이어간다는 상징적인 인장으로 왕 실의 끊임없는 영속성과 번영 발전을 기원하고, 조선왕실의 신성한 비장품의 가치를 지닌 존숭의 대상이다. 이러한 어보 보문의 서사인 (書寫人)은 전문서사관(篆文書寫官)이나 당시의 종친이나 문화인이 맡았다. 인문의 새김과 주조장인(鑄造匠人)은 관영 수공업에 종사하던 인장(印匠)·옥장(玉匠)·숙피장(熟皮匠)·주장(鑄匠)·조각장(雕刻匠) 등의 장인이 참여하였음을 알 수 있었다. 상당히 완비되어 있는 인문(印文)은 연구자의 시야로 볼 때, 그 제 작과정에 아래와 같은 문화적 추형(雛形)이 있다고 말 할 수 있다. 첫째, 인문의 자형(字形)은 기본적으로 네모꼴이다. 둘째, 인면(印面) 이 대칭(對稱)이다. 셋째, 인문은 일종의 혼성(混成)된 미감을 갖고 있다. 보문(寶文) 자형의 변천과 특징을 살펴보면, 세종비소헌왕후금보 (110)에서 순조5년(1805) 영조비정순왕후금보(200)까지의 ‘소(昭)’자는 대체로 인면 장법에 따른 구첩전이거나 무전(繆篆)으로 새겨졌다. 그 러나 철종13년(1862) 순조금보(67)부터는 구첩전에서 벗어나 인전(印 篆)의 형태를 띠고 있다. 그리고 ‘헌(憲)’자는 세종비소헌왕후금보 (110)을 제외한 대부분이 구첩전(九疊篆)에서 벗어났다. 또한 ‘지(之)’ 자의 경우 숙종비인경왕후옥보(154)에서 선조비의인왕후금보(132)까 지는 구첩전 형태가 농후하다. 그러나 이후에는 서서히 구첩전에서 인전으로 바뀌었다. 또한 같은 년도에 제작된 동일한 글자인 ‘왕(王)’, ‘후(后)’, ‘지(之)’, ‘보(寶)’, ‘성(聖)’, ‘효(孝)’, ‘현(顯)’자를 보면, 동일한 글자라도 인면 장법상의 균형과 통일을 기하기 위하여 인면에 가득 차게 하는 구첩전이 주로 사용되었음을 알 수 있다. 어보의 인문은 이체자가 대다수이다. 숙종9년(1683)과 고종9년 (1872)에 제작된 태조금보(5와 6)의 ‘강(康)’자, ‘헌(獻)’자, ‘성(聖)’자의 위 오른쪽 ‘입구(口)’ 등이다. 또한 숙종 7년(1681) 같은 해에 제작된 정종금보(7)와 정종비정안왕후금보(109)의 ‘의(懿)’, ‘온(溫)’, ‘왕(王)’, ‘지(之)’, ‘보(寶)’ 등도 이체자의 본보기이다. 더욱 이체자를 넘어 정종 비정안왕후금보의 ‘의(懿, )’자와 예종금조(10)의 <예종흠문성무의 인소효대왕지보> 의 지(之, )자는 오자가 아닌가 생각된다. 결론적으로 어보는 전서에서도 도식적인 구첩전을 쓰고 있다. 그러 나 고종(高宗), 순종(純宗) 이후부터 인문 자체가 서서히 구첩전에서 탈피하고 있음도 알 수 있었다.

        본 논문에서는 유한요소해석을 이용하여 흉요추 후방 고정술의 고정분절 변화에 따른 척추 안정성을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 추간판, 인대, 추간관절(Facet joint) 등을 포함한 정상 흉요추(T10–L4)의 유한요소모델을 구축하였으며, 문헌으로 보고된 재료물성치를 부여하였다. 한편, L1을 병변 부위로 가정하였으며, L1-L2, T12-L2, T12-L1-L2 총 3가지 종류의 후방 고정술을 흉요추 유한요소모델에 구현하고 전방 굽힘, 후방 굽힘, 측면 굽힘, 축 회전의 하중 조건을 부여하였다. 시리즈 유한요소해석을 통해 고정분절에 따른 척추경 나사못, 척추골, 추간판의 변형량, 등가 응력, 운동 범위, 모멘트를 계산하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 척추 안정성을 평가하였다.
