목적: 눈의 굴절력을 결정하는 주요요소로는 안축장, 각막굴절력, 수정체굴절력이 있다. 근래에 백내장수술이 증가하는 추세이므로 초음파에 의한 안축장의 생체계측(biometry)이 빈번히 이루어지고 있다. 특히 백내장수술의 경우 인공수정체의 도수를 결정하는 데 있어 각막굴절력과 안축장의 측정이 절대적으로 필요하다. 본 연구는 임상에서 백내장환자를 대상으로 초음파검사를 진행하는 과정에서 각막굴절력과 안축장의 상관관계를 지속적으로 조사하여 기존에 보고된 정상안의 안축장과 각막굴절력 사이의 상관계수와 비교하고 그 차이점을 확인하고자 하였다. 방법: 백내장 수술환자 가운데 남자환자 155명 155안과 여자환자 150명 150안을 측정대상으로 삼아 Topcon ARK 8100과 Alcon의 OcuScan을 이용하여 각막굴절력과 안축장을 측정하였고 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 결과: 1. 남자의 평균 안축장은 1. 23.59±1.30 mm이었고 여자는 22.93±1.22 mm이었다. 2. 남자의 평균 각막굴절력은 43.89±1.44D이었고 여자는 44.65±1.49D이었다. 3. 전체의 평균 안축장은 23.26±1.26 mm이고 평균 각막굴절력은 44.27±1.47D이었다. 결론: 남자는 안축장과 각막굴절력 사이의 상관계수가 r=-0.339(p=0.00), 여자는 상관계수가 r=-0.255(p=0.02)로 다른 보고들과 비교했을 때 남녀 모두 상대적으로 약한 음(-)의 상관관계를 보였다.

1996년까지 급속한 산엽발전과 소비패턴의 고급화로 안정적이었던 안경 산업의 구 조가 1997년 경제위기 이후에 살아나던 경제활동이 최근 장기적인 불황으로 소비자 의 구매심리 위축을 가져와 안경 착용 인구의 증가에도 볼구하고 안경원의 수익구조 가 악화되고 무분별한 대형할인매장의 출현으로 과당 과열 경쟁 및 공산품과 의료용 구의 결합인 안경제품의 질적 하락이 나타나고 안경원의 목표 고객에 대한 표적 마 케팅 (Target Marketing) 보다는 다양한 고객을 대상으로 하는 대량 마케팅 (Mass Marketing) 에 집중하다보니 재고안경테와 안경렌즈에 대한 부담을 가지게 되고 그 결과 안경원의 구매심리도 위축되어 전반적인 안경 산업의 매출감소를 가져오고 소 비자의 구매의사결정에 혼란을 주고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 상황에서 급속한 소비시장의 침체로 인한 안경원의 매출감소 및 대형할인 매장의 저절불량렌즈의 저가유통으로 인한 피해를 줄이고 고객의 요구를 정확히 파 악하고 낙후된 마케팅환경에 변화를 꾀하고자 안경구매자가 어떤 동기와 이유에서 안경을 선택하며 구매의사결정에 있어서 중요한 변수가 무엇인지를 밝히고 특정 안 경원의 고객을 구매변수에 따라 세분화하여 안경원의 마케팅 전략수립에 유용한 시 사점을 찾아보았다. 따라서 특정 안경원을 방문하는 고객들이 어떠한 변수에 따라 세분화되는지 알아 보기 위하여 5개의 세분 집단으로 나누었고 각각의 집단이 어떠한 변수에 관섬을 가 지고 있는지 분석하였다. 본 연구는 시장을 세분화하여 목표 시장을 만족시킬 수 있는 요인들을 분석하고 세분화 집단별 요언을 분석하여 안경원 경영에 시사점을 주고자 하였다.

식용이 간편한 즉석섭취용(ready-to-eat) 샐러드 제품의 수요는 나날이 증가하고 있으나 국내 유통 샐러드의 미생물오염수준은 기준 및 규격이 설정되어있지 않고 그 수준 또한 알려져 있지 않다. 따라서 소비가 집중되어 있는 대도시 지역을 중심으로 백화점, 대형할인점 또는 패밀리레스토랑 등에서 판매되는 즉석섭취용 샐러드 제품 120건을 대상으로 하여 coliform bacteria, E. coli, E. coli O157:H7, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp. Listeria monocytogenes 및 Bacillus cereus의 분리시험을 실시하고 일부 제품을 대상으로 일반세균수 및 세척효과를 조사하였다. 제품 120건 중 총 73건에서 coliform bacteria 둥이 검출되어 60.8%의 검출율을 보였다. E. coli가 17건, Staphylococcus aureus가 3건, Salmonella spp.가 1건에서 각각 검출되었고 기타 coliform bacteria는 59건에서 검출되었다. 샐러드는 양식방법에 따라 유기농샐러드와 비유기농샐러드로 나누었고, 종류는 야채로 구성된 야채샐러드와 튀긴 닭 등이 첨가된 혼합샐러드로 나누었으며 판매형태에 따라 완포장제품과 샐러드바 제품으로 나누었다. 양식방법 및 포장방법과 미생물오염과의 통계적 연관성은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 분리된 균주 수에 있어서는 야채샐러드와 혼합샐러드 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차를 보여 야채샐러드의 경우 좀 더 다양한 균종이 분리되는 것으로 나타났다 (p<0.005). E. coli는 일반 재배 야채샐러드의 경우 90건 중 10건에서 분리되었고 유기농재배 야채샐러드의 경우 30건 중 1건에서 분리되었다. 식중독 원인균은 비유기농 재배 야채샐러드 4건에서 Staphylococcus aureus가, 1건에서 Salmonella arizonia가 검출되었으나 유기농재배 야채에서는 검출되지 않았다. 널리 판매되는 일부 제품 4종을 5회에 걸쳐 검사한 결과 총 호기성 세균수는 평균 4.8±0.19 log_(10) cfu/g으로 조사되었다. 같은 제품을 생리식염수와 야채용세척제를 이용해 3분간 침지 후 세척효과를 본 결과 생리식염수는 5회, 야채용세척제는 1회 세척 시 95.5%의 세척효과를 내는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 수입이 급증하고 있는 김치에 대하여 중금속 안전성을 평가하였다. 결과 납과 카드뮴이 국산에서는 0.2964 mg/kg와 0.0637 mg/kg, 수입산에서는 0.3557 mg/kg과 0.0656 mg/kg으로 나타났으며, 통계적으로는 차이가 없었다. 기존 문헌과 비교해 본 결과 채소류나 엽채류에 비해 높은 수준의 중금속이 검출되어, 여러 채소로 이루어진 김치의 오염도가 더 높음을 알 수 있었다. 식이섭취량은 평균과 시뮬레이션 결과 모두 PTWI 이하로 나타났으나, 식품종류에 따른 전체적인 평가가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

The wooden pagoda was first appeared in about late 4th century in Korea. And between the late 6th century and the eary 7th centry, the multistoried wooden pagoda was replaced with the stone pagodas, in order to improve their stability and durability. In Three-kingdom and Unificated-Silla period, there are two types of stone stupas in Korea. The one is Paekche(百濟)style, and the other is Silla(新羅) style stone pagoda. These two styles are basically different in each part like podium, roof stone, body stone, structure and the others. Two types of stupas are distributed in two regions which devided into the East(Silla territory) and West(Paekche territory) in the Korean peninsular. The origin of the Korean stone pagoda can be traced to the Paekche dynasty and Silla dynasty. The former were the result of the careful study of their skillful wooden pagodas, where the latter were actualy originated from copying their sundried brick pagodas with stone. Two important pagodas of the primitive stage are the stone pagoda of Miruksa(彌勒寺) temple in Iksan and Bunhwangsa(芬皇寺) temple in Kyungju. These two pagodas are compared with each other in the style of their construction. Silla style have sharp straight lines and short distance between roof stone and eaves. They give us strong as well as intelletural feeling. Howerever, Paekche style has curved lines and dull angles of cutting area of stone, they give us soft feeling.

This study was surveyed by 192 male and 238 female eating-out behaviours about western food in Seoul. The results were summarized as follows : The recognition degree about the western food was 14.2% in 「Know well」, 54.8% in 「Know somewhat」, 25.3% in 「Not know」 and was observed significance by sex, food expenses and dine-out expenses. The recognition degree about western food was observed more highly than expected and would be further more highly with westernized dietary culture. The information of concern and knowledge about western food was taken by mass-communication, book, school education, etc. and the answer marked significance by sex, age, school career. The majority of subjects had chosen Korean restaurants in dining-out and the western restaurants were favorable to twenties(20∼29) and thirties(30∼39). The frequency of western restaurants visits was 46% in 「1∼3times/month」, 39% in 「several times/year」 and the answer of frequency had significance by age, food expenses, and dine-out expenses. The choice of western A la carte menu restaurants was chicken restaurant(28%), cutlet restaurant(24%), hamburger R. (13%), pizza R. (19%), Spaghetti R. (9%). Hamburger restaurants were favorable to twenties and the majority of pizza restaurant chosen were high level by monthly income. Content to be improved in western food was 68% in 「proper taste in Korean」. Western cook should be improved properly in Korean tasting.

To investigate the nutritional contents of lunchbox of students of elementary school located in Sokcho city Kangwon province, the survey was conducted from April 23 to April 26, 1991. Main dishes and side dishes in lunchbox were weighed and nutrients were analyzed from food composition table. Total daily energy and nutrients intake were reach to RDA`s, except for intake of calcium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B_2 and vitamin C. Children`s height was positively correlated with energy and protein intake. Fat intake was positively correlated with monthly income and intake of vitamin A was positively correlated with number of family. This survey suggests that it need nutritional education program and school feeding to improvement of nutritional status for children.

This study investigates sound, scenery, and soundscape preferences, which are sensory factors that users feel in a healing forest, comparing the difference in recovery by the soundscape. In the barrier-free, wooden walking path of the National Daegwallyeong Healing Forest, a survey site with five different conditions was selected. Users prefer water sounds the most and places with open views for scenery. For the complex sensation of soundscapes, the most preferred is a space where water sounds can be heard, and either a waterfall or an open view can be seen. A profile of mood states test was use to compare users󰡑psychological recovery by the soundscape. It was found that users felt the most positive mood with water sounds and open views. In addition, users' preference for artificial sounds, scenery, and soundscape was the lowest. In the mood state test, it was found that the artificial soundscape incited the most negative emotions.
