        This paper is to test the mediating effect of superior trust on the relationship between organizational justice and service quality in service food industry. Based on 302 data gathered in western Kangwon area, analysis result showed that procedural, interactional, and distributive justice have affirmative relation with trust, and also trust has close relation with service quality. Therefore, trust appeared to have fully mediating effect on the relationship between organizational justice and service qualify.

        Customer needs in food service industry is not only demanding high quality product(food), but also high quality service. Therefore, how to provide high quality service based on customers expectation, and how to design the service systems by food service industry or restaurants are important task. This study is service quality of Korean restaurant customers, it aims analyzes factors influences service quality of food service industry based on the perception of pork-belly specialty restaurants customers. It is expected that there is significant difference according to gender concerning level of satisfaction in service quality of food service industry as a result of analyzing the level of satisfaction for frequency of eating out relatively to the purpose of eating out, and researching the level of satisfaction for service quality of food service industry after visiting the restaurant. Based on such results, solutions that can cope with social, cultural and economical environment of food service industry are suggested. Selection of food service business, samples, and purpose of eating out, which are limits of this study, needs to be studied continuously in the future after diversifying and segmentation.

        Greenberg(1990) suggested that organizational justice research may potentially explain many organizational behavior outcome variables. One example of nontraditional job behavior is service quality, for it is part of the spontaneous and innovative behaviors noted by Katz(1964). The first purpose of this research is to test the effects of organizational justice on service quality, and the second purpose is to test the moderating effects of sex and tenure on the relationships between organizational justice and service quality. According to statistical analysis, only interactional justice had an impact on service quality. Also the results of moderating regression analysis showed that short term employees were more sensitive to distributive justice than long term employees. This result means short term employees are more interested in incentive system than long term employees.

        국내의 서비스품질 측정관련 연구들은 Parasuraman, Zeithaml & Berry(PZB)가 제안한 SERVQUAL과 Cronin & Taylor가 제안한 SERVPERF를 이용하여 패스트푸드산업, 외식산업 등에서 서비스품질요인들(유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등)의 구매 전 기대(SERVPERF에서는 중요도)와 구매 후 만족도를 측정하여 서비스품질을 평가하고 있지만, 서비스품질을 계량화하기 위한 연구는 활발하게 이루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서, 본 연구는 서비스품질을 계량화시키는데 그 목적이 있으며, 서비스품질을 계량화시킴으로써 다음과 같은 효과가 있을 것으로 사료된다. 여러 개(2개 업체 이상)의 동종업체 또는 경쟁업체간 비교가 용이해지기 때문에 경쟁 우위의 전략을 도출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이에 따른 더욱더 고급화된 고객 서비스를 소비자들은 제공받을 수 있을 것이다.

        서비스품질은 고객이 서비스를 경험하기 전에 기대한 기대값과 서비스를 경험한 후 느끼는 인지값을 이용하여 측정되고 있다. SERVQUAL은 분석적 우수성에도 불구하고 통계적 분석력이 낮음으로 인해 많은 비판을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서비스품질을 그 비율(인지값/기대값)을 척도로 하여 측정한다. 설문은 Likert 척도 대신에 어의차이(Semantic Differential)척도를 이용하고, 설문된 척도에 대해서는 삼각퍼지수를 이용하여 설문과정에서 발생되는 개인적인 언어적 판단을 확률적으로 분석하고 개인적인 차이에서 발생되는 오차를 최대한 감소한다. 기존의 SERVQUAL 및 SERVPERF 모형과 본 연구에서 제시한 삼각퍼지수를 이용한 기대값 및 인지값의 비율에 의한 서비스품질 측정모형인 FR-SERVQUAL을 공공부문의 서비스품질 측정에 적용한 결과 서비스품질 속성과 성과변수간의 회귀분석에서 보다 우수한 설명력과 결정계수가 높은 서비스품질측정 모델임을 입증한다.

        Today, the size of a parcel delivery service market, which is a part of logistics, at home and abroad has been extended rapidly and its growth rate is expected to increase hereafter. At this point, when service is applied strategically in a parcel delivery service, we need to understand the feature of logistics service quality by view of customer differentiation. In this study, we try to constitute a model of the feature of logistics service, which is combined five features of service quality (Responsiveness, Empathy, Reliability, Accuracy and Tangibility) based on measuring model of SERVQUAL with logistics service, and to know the feature of logistics service from parcel delivery service by jobs with statistical tool.

Thus employee's service quality is much more needed in this industry. This paper reviewed the relationship between employee empowerment and service quality. The first purpose of this research is to test the effects of employee empowerment on service quality, and the second purpose is to test the moderating effects of sex and tenure on the relationships between employee empowerment and service quality. According to statistical analysis, meaning, competency, and autonomy generally had an affirmative impact on many service quality factors. Also the results of moderating regression analysis showed that long term employees were more sensitive to autonomy than short term employees.

Thus employee's service quality is much more needed in this industry. This paper is review the relationship between transformational leadership and service quality. Survey papers gathered from restaurant employee were 571 cases and analysed to test significant relationship between leadership and service quality. Statistical analysis result showed that tangibility and empathy among service quality factors have many significant relationships with leadership styles than other factors.
