        The fashion products are believed that reinforce the inequities, exploit workers, spur resource use, increase environmental impact, and generate waste. Sustainability has been recognized as a major concern worldwide, and this also increases considerations regarding the challenges to business need to be faced in the fashion industry. When the fashion industry aims to promote sustainability, the main change factors have been linked to environmental and ethical issues in production. This paper aims to exploring an index for measuring sustainable performance of fashion company based on customer’s perception. The index measurement system is built from the basic dimensions of sustainability: economic, environment and social and the key influencing items in fashion industry: culture. Culture acts an important role in fashion consumption since it gives effects to customer’s behaviou and customer self-identity. Based on these four dimensions the this study designs a model related with customer’s perception and expectation to measure the evaluation of fashion company’s sustainable performance. Based on the result of index this paper studies how the customer’s evaluation upon sustainable performance works on customer’s loyalty. This index is designed for evaluating the sustainable performance of fashion company and give a direction to the managers in fashion industry that what the advantage is and weakness is in the sustainability strategy. It is efficiency for the managers to improve the sustainability strategy to match customer’s needs for engaging long-term benefit from fashion customers.

        This paper investigates minimum safe distances relative to a ship’s four cardinal sides, as perceived by Filipino navigators when encountering dangerous elements and in adverse weather conditions when maneuvering in and around harbors. It uses a descriptive research method in the form of a questionnaire survey for experienced Filipino navigators of various ranks. During the course of research, 71 responses were colleted and the resulting data is presented in graphical and tabulated forms. Statistical methods including Pearson-product moment correlations, Cronbach’s Alpha and ANOVA were used to identify internal associations, consistencies and significances, respectively. It has been proven that there are no significant differences in minimum safe distances relative to a ship’s four cardinal sides, whether maneuvering while approaching a port or within an inner harbor. This study has been deemed significant for training future navigators, managing traffic in fairways, and designing harbors and maneuvering areas in the approaches to ports, among other applications. This work can also be used as a preliminary study for comparison with the well known safe domains presently in use.

        The aim of this study was to use an in vitro method and estimate glycaemic index (GI) from porridges to determine the digestibility of porridges. Glycaemic index’s concept is to classify foods on the basis of their postprandial blood glucose response. The GI of a foodstuff is generally measured by determining the increment in blood glucose concentration after the consumption of a test meal over a set period of time and comparing it with an isoglucosidic control meal (normally white bread or glucose) and expressed as a percentage. In this study, the 5 porridges were studied for their starch digestibility. The available starch contents of the samples varied from 65~85 g/100 g dry solids. From in vitro digestion, the porridge samples were Medium glycaemic index foods with calculated GIs ranging from 56 to 67.

        Process quality control, which prevents problems and risks that may occur in products and processes, has been recognized as an important issue, and SPC techniques have been used for this purpose. Process Capability Index (PCI) is useful Statistical Process Control (SPC) tool that is measure of process diagnostic and assessment tools widely use in industrial field. It has advantage of easy to calculate and easy to use in the field. Cp and Cpk are traditional PCIs. These traditional Cp and Cpk were used only as a measure of process capability, taking into account the quality variance or the bias of the process mean. These are not given information about the characteristic value does not match the target value of the process and this has the disadvantage that it is difficult to assess the economic losses that may arise in the enterprise. Studies of this process capability index by many scholars actively for supplement of its disadvantage. These studies to evaluate the capability of situation of various field has presented a new process capability index. Cpm is considers both the process variation and the process deviation from target value. And Cpm + is considers economic loss for the process deviation from target value. In this paper we developed an improved Expected Loss Capability Index using Reflected Normal Loss Function of Spring. This has the advantage that it is easy to realistically reflect the loss when the specification is asymmetric around the target value. And check the correlation between existing traditional process capability index (Cpk) and new one. Finally, we propose the criteria for classification about developed process capability index.

        Effect of salt concentration (10, 20 and 30%, respectively) and fermentation temperature (10 and 20oC, respectively) on changes in quality index (VBN, Histamine, Amino nitrogen, Total viable cell counts, Coliform bacteria and E. coli counts) of culinary salted and fermented anchovy during fermentation were investigated to suggestion of fundamental documents for industrial objectives. Our results show that the effect of salt concentration on changes in quality index was not high compared with fermentation temperature in salted and fermented anchovy with below 20% of salt concentration however effect of salt concentration and fermentation temperature on quality index was not significant with 30% salt concentration. And all most whole changes of quality index were rapidly increased or decreased for 30 days of fermentation.

        Lots of fishery stocks are overexploited and the overcapacity exists in Korean fishing fleets. One of the reasons is technological development, which increases the efficiency of the vessels continuously. The analysis was conducted to identify the change of fishing power index to develop the vessel and gear technology that may have improved the fishing efficiency of the offshore large powered purse seine fishery from 1960s to 2010s. Gross tonnage and horse power per fishing vessel was increased annually. Fishing gear material was changed to the knotless webbing to settle faster. Fishing equipments was modernized and supply rate was also increased. Therefore the relative fishing power index in the offshore large powered purse seine fishery increased from 0.4 in 1970 to 1.0 in 1980, to 1.5 in 2000 and to 1.6 in 2010, but the rate of increase slowed down gradually. The results are expected to contribute to reasonable fishery stock management.

        Zirconia nanoparticles were widely used as filler in order to get high refractive index layer. However, dispersion of nanoparticles is difficult due to their agglomeration in solvent. In this study, the dispersibility of the zirconia suspension is promoted by controlling the steric hindrance and electrostatic interactions through the adsorption of PEI according to alkali treatment time. Also, to induce improved dispersibility on suspension, we changed the dispersion conditions variously and fabricated an ink formulation method for the coating layer. Zirconia suspension was characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS), Zeta potential measurement, Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and FT-IR. We were able to confirm that good dispersion of zirconia suspension by alkali treatment and PEI led to high refractive index.

        한국의 대외개방도는 1950년대부터 지속적으로 높아져 2015년도에 이르러서는 100%가 넘 는 수준으로 매우 높은 대외개방도를 나타내고 있다. 한국경제 성장의 발판이 된 수출산업은 약 21%의 수출이 중국시장을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 무역기조를 반영하여 2015년 12 월20일에 한중 FTA가 발효되었다. 그러나 변화한 중국의 수출산업은 현재 한국의 수출산업 을 위협하고 있다. 따라서 한중무역의 구조변화는 양국무역에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 본고에 서는 이러한 한중무역간의 변화를 Grubel-Lloyd지수를 산출하여 한중양국의 무역의 무역구 조가 산업내 무역과 산업외 무역 중 어느 쪽에 가까운지 파악하고, 이에 따라 2015년에 발효 된 한중 FTA양허안의 효과를 분석하였다

        The objective of this study was to determine the growth and light utilization efficiency of garden plants in shade area through chlorophyll fluorescence reaction analysis. Ten garden plants was grown for 75 days under 50% and 80% shading conditions. Under shading, ET2O/RC, the fluorescence parameter related to electron-transport in photosystem II, was effectively enhanced. However, the electron transport flux until PSI acceptors per reaction center (RE1O/RC) was reduced. These changes in photochemical parameters evoked a decrease in performance index (PI) and driving force (DF) of electron transport flux. In addition, some photochemical parameters such as FV, FV/FO, RE1O/RC, ET2O/RC, PITOTAL ABS, and DFTOTAL ABS were found to be important for shade tolerance. Three species (Pachysandra terminalis Siebold & Zucc, Physostegia virginiana L., and Carex maculata Bott) were found to be shade tolerant. Based on these results, shading factor index (SFI) deduced from photochemical parameters is useful for evaluating of shading stress of garden plants.

        OBJECTIVES : This study develops an evaluation method, which is useful to inspect pavement condition of specific boroughs. This is because pavement condition is broadly divided into five grades via visual inspection, which does not consider the types of deteriorations, and is decided by an investigator having a subjective viewpoint. This visual inspection method is not a satisfactory method for accurate maintenance when various deteriorations occur. METHODS: The performance model considers several factors such as crack, rutting, and IRI. This method is also modified from borough SPI based on SPI (Seoul Pavement Index). Considering limited budget of borough, PI (prediction index) is suggested, which is related to the grade of pavement condition evaluation and type of materials. Practical correlation review is also conducted with statistical verification by using the Monte Carlo simulation. RESULTS: The results of the study show that modified criteria are reasonable. First, the comparison between the visual inspection result and the SPI result indicates that the R-square value is sufficiently high. Second, through the common section, each evaluation method could be compared, and the result shows considerable similarity, which increases when the range is modified. Finally, PI for predicting remaining life and the random number SPI have common parts, which means that each indicator would be adequate to be used as an evaluation method. CONCLUSIONS : Comparison and analysis results show that the developed evaluation method is reasonable for specific boroughs where financial support is inadequate for the evaluation process by using the newer equipment. Moreover, for more accurate evaluation method, previous visual inspection data should be utilized, and the database of inspection equipment have to be collected.

        지구온난화에 따른 기후변화는 전 세계가 경험하고 있는 주요한 환경문제이다. 대한민국도 기후변화에 적응하기 위해 중앙정부와 광역지방자치단체 수준에서 적응계획을 수립하고 있다. 하지만, 지자체별 기후변화 적응계획의 이행과정을 실질적으로 모니터링하고 평가하는 표준화된 체계가 아직까지 갖추어지지 않았다. 이 연구의 목적은 16개 광역지자체(세종특별자치시 제외)별 기후변화 적응지표를 구축하고 그에 따른 평가지수를 분석하는데 있다. 기후변화 적응역량을 측정할 8대 부문(건강, 농업, 산림, 물관리, 생태계, 해양수산업, 재난/재해, 적응기반대책)의 113개 변수를 지표로 선정하였고, 범주척도 기법을 활용하여 광역지자체별 기후변화 적응역량을 평가하는 지수를 도출하였다. 기후변화 적응역량이 높은 지자체는 지속적인 계획의 이행이 요구되며, 상대적으로 낮은 지자체는 상위 지자체의 수준에 도달하려는 노력을 경주해야 할 것이다. 이 연구에서 도출된 지표와 지수는 향후 광역지자체 수준에서의 기후변화 적응대책에 대한 세부시행계획을 평가하고 지속가능하게 모니터링하는 척도가 될 것이다.

        목적 : 본 연구는 사회참여도를 평가하는 사회참여 척도(Reintegration to Normal Living Index; RNLI)를 한국어로 번안하고 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구방법 : RNLI를 번역-역번역하여 내용 타당도 검증을 실시하였고, 안면타당도 검증은 K-RNLI(Korean version of the Reintegration to Normal Living Index; K-RNLI) 대상자의 문항에 대한 이해도 정도로 검사하였다. 준거타당도 검증은 K-RNLI와 Frenchay 일상생활활동 자기평가 지수(Frenchay Activities Index; FAI), 삶의 만족도(The Satisfaction with Life Scale; SWLS)와의 상관관계를 분석하여 기존의 도구와 얼마나 관련성이 있는 가를 검증하였다. K-RNLI 신뢰도 검증은 내적일치도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 결과 : 연구 결과 내용타당도 검증에서 K-RNLI 도구 전체의 내용타당도 지수(Content Validity Index; CVI)는 .85로 매우 높게 나타났고, 안면타당도는 .98로 매우 높게 나타났다. 준거타당도는 K-RNLI는 FAI(γ=.74) 와 SWLS(γ=.54)와 높은 상관관계를 보였다(p< .01). 신뢰도 검증에서는 내적일치도가 Cronbach’s α 값이 .99로 높은 수준으로 나타났고, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 .99로 매우 높은 상관관계를 보였다(p< .01) 결론 : 본 연구 결과는 한국에 거주하는 뇌졸중 환자에게 적용하였을 때 사회참여도를 평가할 수 있는 도구 로써 높은 신뢰도와 타당도를 보였다. K-RNLI를 통해 뇌졸중 환자의 사회참여 수준을 파악하고 중재계 획 및 중재결과, 연구를 위한 유용한 평가도구로 사용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

        본 연구는 소각시설을 규모별, 유형별로 평가하기 위하여 이행지표를 설정한 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문대상 수는 2012년 기준 전국 184개 중 약 15%인 28개를 선정하였다. 규모별로 대규모 (≥100 t/d), 중규모(50~<100 t/d), 소규모(<50 t/d)로 나누고, 유형별로는 스토커, 열분해, 유동층으로 분류하였다. 이행지표는 기술성, 경제성, 환경성으로 대별한 후 각각 6개, 10개, 30개의 세부항목을 설정 하고 5등급으로 나누어 점수를 부과하였다. 평가결과 소각시설 규모별로는 기술성, 경제성, 환경성 평가 에서 모두 대규모 시설이 소규모 시설 보다 높은 점수를 받았으며, 종합점수에서도 동일한 경향을 나타 내어 소각시설의 규모가 증가할수록 더 높은 평가 점수를 받는 것을 알 수 있었다. 소각시설 유형별로 는 기술성, 경제성, 환경성을 종합 평가한 결과에서 스토커식(65.3점)이 유동상(59.0점) 및 열분해(58.3 점) 보다 우수한 평가결과를 나타내었다. 특히 소각시설 평가시 기술성, 경제성, 환경성 중 경제성에서 뚜렷한 차이를 나타내었다.

        목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료사 구인공고를 분석하여 작업치료사 구직 시장의 동향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 분석 자료는 2011년부터 2015년까지 오티브레인 커뮤니티(http://otbrain.com/)에 게시된 8,753건 의 작업치료사 모집 공고를 수집하여 지역별, 고용형태별, 급여수준별, 시기별, 모집분야별로 분석하였다. 결과 : 분석 결과, 최근 3년간 연도별 구인공고 건 수가 연도별 작업치료사 국가시험 합격자 수보다 500건 이상 더 많았다. 지역별로는 서울과 경기도의 구인공고 건 수가 5,272건(60.20%)으로 수도권에 집중되어 있었다. 고용형태별로는 구인공고 건수 중에서 정규직이 6,467건(73.90%)으로 나타났다. 급여수준별로는 6,944건 (79.80%)이 2,500만원 미만으로 나타났다. 시기별 기준으로 구인공고가 가장 활발하게 게시되는 시기는 12~1월이고 5월에 가장 적은 것으로 나타났다. 모집분야별로는 성인/노인 분야가 80.00% 이상으로 높게 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구는 구인공고를 통하여 작업치료 구직 시장의 변화를 알 수 있었으며, 추후 구인공고를 좀 더 구체적 으로 분석하여 다양한 분야별 수요와 공급에 대한 연구가 필요하겠다.

Long-lived and healthy wetlands and forests are examples of sustainable biological systems. Now, people do not only focus on economy but also focus on social, environment and culture. In this paper we try to find out how to build sustainability index based on customers’ perception of companies’ sustainable performance in fashion industry. The index was explored based on American Customer Satisfaction Index. Through testing the sustainability performance of fashion industry using sustainability index this study tries to find out how customers were affected by fashion companies sustainability performance and how to improve customer repurchase intention through sustainability performance.

        Sustainability is about how biological systems remain diverse and productive indefinitely. Long-lived and healthy wetlands and forests are examples of sustainable biological systems. People do not only focus on economy but also focus on social and environment. The Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) was created in 1999 which was based on economy, social and environment to evaluate and rank companies according to their corporate sustainability performance. In this paper we try to find out how to build sustainability index based consumers’ perception instead of company’s internal data and find what influence customers’ satisfaction upon sustainable fashion products in traditional fashion markets. The data was collected in Dongdaemun Market which is the biggest Korean traditional fashion market.

        본 연구는 정밀여과막의 막오염 수준을 예측할 수 있는 막오염 평가지표 개발에 관한 것이다. 막오염 지표는 세공크기가 0.1 μm인 Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) 재질의 침지형 중공사 미니모듈을 이용한 실험장치로 측정되었다. 유입 수는 막오염 메커니즘을 대표할 수 있는 막오염 물질인 Kaolin, Silica, Humic Acid, Alginate를 최적의 비율로 조합한 표준 조제수를 이용하였으며, 단시간에 막오염의 변별력을 높이기 위해 한강원수 기준으로 가혹조건의 농도를 적용하였다. 이 막오염 평가지표의 타당성 검증은 미니모듈과 현장 실규모 모듈의 평 가결과를 비교함으로써 수행하였다. 본 막오염 지표는 막오염의 속도를 예측하 기 위한 객관적인 지표로 활용이 가능하다고 판단되며, 미니모듈 측정결과는 정수장내 막면적 50 m2의 실규모 모듈의 결과와 부합되는 것으로 나타났다.
