        The purpose of this study was to explore how consumer traits(technology anxiety and need for interaction) explain attitude toward self-service technologies in fashion retail stores. We examined if technology anxiety influences perceived productivity and attitude toward self-service technologies, and if so, how the need for interaction with employees moderates the impact of technology anxiety on perceived productivity and attitude. For the purpose of the study, a web-based survey with Korean consumers was conducted. The final sample size was 214. Structural Equation Modeling Analysis and PROCESS in SPSS were employed to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicated that technology anxiety negatively affected perceived productivity and attitude toward self-service technologies in which perceived productivity affected attitude positively. Need for interaction with employees was found to moderate the relationship between technology anxiety and perceived productivity. It also moderated the relationship between technology anxiety and attitude. This study contributes to the self-service technology literature by identifying two antecedents of consumer attitude toward selfservice technologies: technology anxiety and the need for interaction. The findings further provide valuable insights to retailers and marketers as to how technology anxiety, perceived productivity, and the need for interaction work in enhancing consumer attitude toward self-service technologies in the context of fashion retail.

        This is the research report concerned with designing and making of the flexible manufacturing system for educational training. The flexible manufacturing system is composed of several mechatronic(mechanical and electronic) subsystems which are automatically controlled by computer program. The main subsystems are materials feeder unit, automatic guided vehicle, robot for moving parts, indexing and stamping unit and computer system and more subsystems can be added for specific manufacturing processes. This dissertation includes the design and production characteristics of flexible manufacturing system for educational training. Finally, the educational training equipment is made and demonstrated in this research and is expected to use in various educational institutions, for example, technical educational and practical industrial training institutions.

        The objective of this study is to find the optimal production process in the aluminum IMS core parts. To reduce the production process, the total stage was designed at a total of 2 stages and 3 stages. In the total 2 stages process, the production stage was divided into a shaft part production and a yoke part production. In the total 3 stages process, the yoke production stages were subdivided into the 2 stages for distributing the stress. The results were compared and analyzed in terms of effective stress, folding characteristics and load characteristics. The stress distributions according to the production total stages were almost the same, the yoke production stage was received high stress due to the high strain. Both the tubular shaft yoke and solid shaft yoke according to the production total stages did not have any problems in the production because there did not occur the folding, metal flow and under-fill. When the total 2 stages were employed, the load for producing the tubular shaft yoke and the solid shaft yoke was decreased by 35.0% and 27.1%, respectively. As the results, when the total 2 stages process is applied rather than 3 stages process, the product is produced quickly and it is expected to be advantageous for the production cost due to the low load.

        본 연구에서는 현재 벼 자급률이 59%인 세네갈의 벼 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서 장·단기적으로 해결해야 할 과제들을 분석하였다. 우선 단기적으로는 1. 다양한 재배 환경조건에 적응성이 큰 품종을 선정한 후 종자 순도 관리를 철저히 하여 인증된 보급 종자를 공급해야 한다. 2.벼 재배기술에서는 관개답에서 균평 작업 개선으로 입묘 향상 및 제초 효과를 향상시키며, 천수답에서는 물 절약 재배기술, 적정 시비 및 재식 기술 확립이 필요하다. 3. 또한 농업인 개인보다는 조합 활성화로 최신 농업기술 정보수집 및 훈련으로 역량 강화가 필요하다. 4. 또한 장기적으로는 세네갈 재배 환경에 적응성이 높은 품종을 자체적으로 개발이 필요하다. 5. 천수답 관개시설 확충과 6-7월 작업 경합과 기상조건에 맞는 재배기술 개발이 필요하다. 6.마지막으로는 가뭄이나 간헐적인 폭우 등 기후변화 대응 지속적이고 안정적인 벼 생산을 위한 농업정책 일관성 유지가 필요하다

        KOPIA 필리핀 센터는 2015년부터 2019년까지 벼 우량종자 증식과 보급 시범사업을 위해 Iloilo 지역 시범마을에 양수기 지원 및 관개수로 확충을 통하여 Sinibaan 50 ha와 Tabucan 65 ha 등 총 115 ha 면적의 관개시설과 ‘Milyang 23’ 등 다수성 품종과 재배기술을 지원하였다. Bohol 지역 시범마을은 japonica 벼 품종 ‘MS 11’의 고순도 종자를 시범마을 농가에 분양하고 재배기술을 지원하였으며 대량 재배를 통해 주변 시장과 연계하는 고급브랜드화 사업을 추진하였다. Iloilo와 Bohol 2개 지역에서의 필리핀 벼 종자증식 및 보급 시범마을사업의 성과분석 결과, 본 사업은 마을에서 요구하는 벼 재배 맞춤형 기술지원과 적절한 기반시설 투입을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 2개 지역 시범마을사업 추진 결과 벼의 평균 생산량은 25.6~29.7%가 증가하였다. 2. 시범마을사업 추진을 통해 2개 지역 평균 순소득은 2~3 배가 향상되었다. 3. 이중차분법(DID)을 이용하여 분석한 농가 소득은 Iloilo 주 건기 22.2%, 우기 0.2%, Bohol 주 건기 47.3%, 우기 48.5%로 향상되었다. 4. 시범마을사업 참여 농가의 만족도와 계속 참여 의향은 7 점 만점에 5.4~6.7 범위로 향후 동일한 사업이 진행된다면 다시 참여하겠다는 농가 비율이 상대적으로 높은 경향을 보였다.

        This study was conducted to figure out the productivity of Italian ryegrass(IRG) and leaching water characteristics based on horse manure compost level in Jeju. This study was conducted for about six months. Six treatments were established : non-fertilizer(NF), chemical fertilizer 100%(CF), horse manure compost 50% and chemical fertilizer 50% combination(Combination), horse manure compost with 50% of nitrogen (50%), 100% of nitrogen(100%), 150% of nitrogen(150%). The highest amount of dry matter yield of IRG was revealed in CF(11,965± 564 kg/ha), and both 150% and Combination were second(p<0.05). Nitrate leaching tended to increase until the third analysis and then decreased. There were not significantly differences among mean nitrate concentrations. The findings of the study suggest that horse manure compost with 50% of nitrogen be applied for IRG as basal fertilization and then 50% of chemical fertilizer be applied as top fertilization.

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate winter annual forage crops for yield, and horse palatability under horse grazing during the fall and spring in Jeju. The winter annual forage crops such as Italian ryegrass(IRG), rye, and oat were planted in randomized block design in October 30. The horse grazing was initiated on March 17 of the following year. At the first cutting, the dry matter yield of rye was the highest with 4,600 kg/ha compared to the IRG and oat (p<0.05). But there were no significantly different in the yield of winter annual forage crops after the second and third harvests. The total dry matter yield showed rye 12,593 kg/ha, IRG 10,941 kg/ha, and oat 9,424 kg/ha respectively. The horse intake duration of the IRG was significantly higher than the oat and rye (p<0.05). In the first grazing and the second grazing, the intake duration of the IRG was 853.2 seconds and 989.4 seconds, respectively, with oat at 147.6 seconds, and 73.0 seconds, and rye at 89.4 seconds, and 33.18 seconds. The intake duration of IRG was longer than that of oat and rye (p<0.05). The intake rate of the IRG was 60.0% in the first and 82.8% in the second, and the average intake rate was 71.4%. When considering the maintenance of pastures and the palatability of horses, the IRG is the most suitable forage crop in winter annual forage crops in Jeju.

        This experiment was conducted to a comparison of the productivity according to variety and forage quality by plant parts of imported silage corn (Zea mays, L) in Pyeongchang. The corns evaluated in this experiment were 8 varieties (P1184, P1151, P1194, P1543, P1345, P1429, P1443, and P2105) introduced from the United States, Pioneer Hybrid Co. The harvested corn was divided into 5 plant parts (leaf, stem, cob, husk, and grain), and the ratio of each part was calculated using dry weight and the feed value was analyzed. The emergence rate of corn was generally good except for the P1151 and P2105 varieties. The average tasseling date was July 24th and the silking date was July 27th, but the P2105 variety was late to July 28th and August 1st, and the remaining varieties were similar. P1345 was the highest (289 and 123 cm), and P1151 varieties were the lowest (267 and 101 cm) in the plant and ear height. Disease resistance was low in P1184, P1443 and P1429, and P1197 and P1345 were high. In the case of stover, the dry matter (DM) content was the lowest at 19.6% in the P1151 and the highest at 24.9% in the P1429. DM content of ear was the highest in the P2105 (55.5%), and P1184 (54.2%) and P1345 (54.3%) were also significantly higher (p<0.05). The DM yield of stover of P2105, P1429 and P1194 varieties was significantly higher (p<0.05), and ear yield of P2105, P1345 and P1443 was higher. The proportions of each part of plants (leaf, stem, cob, husk, and grain) divided by 5 was high, with 50-60% of the ear(grain+cob) ratio. The ratio of husk and cob was roughly similar, and the leaf and stem part showed a ratio of about 20%. The crude protein (CP) content was highest in leaf, followed by grain. The CP content of the stem was the lowest, and the husk was not significantly different among the varieties (p>0.05). The acid detergent fiber (ADF) content was similar to the rest parts except grain, but the leaf part tended to be lower, and other parts except the stem and leaf showed no significant difference between varieties (p>0.05). There was no significant difference in NDF (neutral detergent fiber) content in husk, but there was a difference between varieties in other parts (p<0.05). In addition, there was a special difference by plant parts for each variety, P2015 on the stem, P1197 on the leaf, P1151 on the cob, P1197 on the husk, and P1197 on the grains with high NDF content. IVDMD (in vitro dry matter digestibility) was not significantly different between stems and grains, but there was a difference between varieties in cobs and husks. According to the results, DM yield of P2105 variety was the best in the experiment, and the ratio of grain was excellent in P1543 and P1345. In addition, it was found that the feed value was higher in the leaves and grains, and the leaf and stem had higher feed values than husk or cob.

        This experiment was carried out to study the effects of different environmental conditions and cultivation techniques on productivity of grasslands in central and southern area of Korea on 2017 and 2018. Average dry matter yield of grasslands at 10 actual production sites was 7,496 kg/ha. that was ranged from 4,652 to 13,292 kg/ha with least significant difference(LSD) of 1,577kg/ha between grasslands (p<0.05) on 2017. Average dry matter yield of grasslands at 10 actual production sites was 7,914 kg/ha. that was ranged from 3,927 to 12,372 kg/ha with LSD of 1,577kg/ha between grasslands(p<0.05) on 2018. Dry matter(DM) yield of grasslands have positive correlation with soil fertility (p<0.01) but not correlated with rainfall and air temperature among cultivation environments. And also DM yield of grasslands have positive correlation with grassland management techniques(p<0.01). These results suggest that practices of grassland management techniques and improvement of soil fertility are more important than cultivation environments by climate change for increasing the DM yield of grassland in central and southern area of Korea.

        본 연구는 우리나라의 대표적인 난대 상록활엽수종 중의 하나인 가시나무의 고품질 용기묘 생산을 위한 적정 시비수준을 구명하고자 실시하였다. 용기는 임업시설양묘용 플라스틱 용기(350 ㎖/구)를 사용하였고, 시비처리는 무시비구와 함께 수용성 복합비료인 Multifeed 19 (N:P:K =19:19:19, v/v)를 1000 ㎎․L-1, 2000 ㎎․L-1, 3000 ㎎․L-1로 조절하여 시비하였다. 실험결과, 수고와 근원경 생장은 시비수준이 높아짐에 따라 높은 생장값으로 나타났다. 건물생산량도 전체적으로 수고 및 근원경 생장 결과와 유사한 경향으로 나타났다. 뿌리발달은 2000 ㎎․L-1 시비구에서 가장 왕성하였다. 묘목의 품질을 나타내는 지수인 QI (Quality Index)도 2000 ㎎․L-1 시비구에서 가장 높았다. 연구결과를 종합하면, 가시나무 용기묘의 우량한 묘목생산을 위한 적정 시비수준은 2000 ㎎․L-1 시비구로 판단된다.

        Various elements of Fabrication (FAB), mass production of existing products, new product development and process improvement evaluation might increase the complexity of production process when products are produced at the same time. As a result, complex production operation makes it difficult to predict production capacity of facilities. In this environment, production forecasting is the basic information used for production plan, preventive maintenance, yield management, and new product development. In this paper, we tried to develop a multiple linear regression analysis model in order to improve the existing production capacity forecasting method, which is to estimate production capacity by using a simple trend analysis during short time periods. Specifically, we defined overall equipment effectiveness of facility as a performance measure to represent production capacity. Then, we considered the production capacities of interrelated facilities in the FAB production process during past several weeks as independent regression variables in order to reflect the impact of facility maintenance cycles and production sequences. By applying variable selection methods and selecting only some significant variables, we developed a multiple linear regression forecasting model. Through a numerical experiment, we showed the superiority of the proposed method by obtaining the mean residual error of 3.98%, and improving the previous one by 7.9%.

        본 연구는 제주에서 사육되고 있는 제주흑돈(제주 제래돼지 합성돈)에서 생산형질인 등지방두께, 일당증체량, 90kg도달일령과 번식형질인 총산자 수 및 생존산자수를 조사하고, 이에 대한 상가적효과와 모체환경효과를 통한 분산성분 및 유전모수를 추정하여 유전적 개량에 필요한 기초 자료를 위해 분석을 진행하였다. 생산형질 내에서 등지방두께, 일당증체량 및 90kg도달일령에 대하여 추정된 유전력은 각각 0.364, 0.271 및 0.300으로 추정되었으며, 번식형질 내에서 총산자수와 생존산자수에 대하여 추정된 유전력은 각각 0.072, 및 0.076로 유전력을 갖는 것으로 추정되었다. 생산형질에서 모체의 유전분산과 모체 공통 환경분산은 각각 0.019-0.385과 0.034-0.357로 추정되었으며, 번식형질의 경우 모체공통 환경분산은 0.348-0.459 로 추정되었다. 따라서, 제주흑돈에 대한 유전모수 추정 시 개체의 직접적인 유전효과 뿐만 아니라, 모체의 유전 또는 공통 환경효과를 고려해야 유전모수 등이 과대 추정 (over-estimate) 되는 현상을 방지 할 수 있으며, 개체들에 대한 정확한 유전 능력 평가가 이루어질 것으로 사료된다.
