Nowadays, the human resources of an organization are very important in order to survive in competitive business environment. This study investigates the influence of four decision-making styles in Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as key conceptions of organizational effectiveness. The result of this study has shown that organizational effectiveness are influenced by personality types and working conditions. Based on the result, an enterprise must provide working conditions which are conducive and suitable for all decision-mak- ing styles. For ST-type, the composition of good relationship with superiors, clear organization’s visions and goals and rewarding compensation on original idea contribution need to be provided. On the other hand, autonomic authority and job assistance in co-worker are more suitable for NT-type. Finally, in the case of SF-type, the organization must give job assistance in co-worker.
This paper reviewed the relationship between social capital(interaction, trust, shared vision) and innovation(product innovation, process innovation), and the moderating effect of CEO's entrepreneurship in small businesses of Convergence Federation. Based on the responses from 252 responses, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on product innovation and process innovation, but trust effects positively only on process innovation. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship effects positively on the relationship between trust and product innovation, and the relationship between shared vision and process innovation.
The purpose of this study was to lay emphasis on the importance of a restaurateur's role and qualities as well as to provide the restaurateur information necessary to effectively run a restaurant. To address the purpose, this study analyzed the qualities of a restaurateur and determined the influence they have on the business results, via conducting a survey with 117 restaurateurs from June 11th to June 26th 2011. In summary, male restaurateurs were higher in the vision directivity, desire to learn, accomplishment, challenge and pro-activity than their female counterparts, with a significant difference of p<0.05. According to their ages, the surveyees showed significant differences in the vision directivity (p<0.05), desire to learn (p<0.01), challenge (p<0.01) and pro-activity (p<0.01). In addition, also the survey revealed that the qualities of a restaurateur had a significant influence on financial performance, a sense of satisfaction and business results (p<0.001). The questionnaire resulted in the following: first, the vision directivity (p<0.05) and the challenge (p<0.05) affected the financial performance; second, the challenge had influence on the sense of satisfaction; and last, the vision directivity (p<0.05) and the challenge (p<0.05) had an effect on the business results. Thus, the study concluded that restaurateurs need two qualities: (i) the vision directivity in order to meet their goals and to have a higher business results and (ii) the challenge to try new managing methods in order to cope with the ever-changing environment.

In this study, we propose the enterprise process evaluation model for small and medium business consulting, which can deploy the process improvement activities with considering the process maturity level within an organization. The process evaluation area of proposed Small and Medium Business, Staged Maturity Model (SMB-SMM) consists of four following parts: supply management, demand management, business management, and research and development (R&D) management. For each area, we set goals and also define the practices to achieve their goals respectively. By applying the SMB-SMM model to the small and medium sized companies, the process maturity level can be defined. And then to overcome the gap between the goals and evaluation results, the customized management consulting activities can be drawn from the predefined consulting approaches from the SMB-SMM.

This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of firm size. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 322 employees in small business, showed that almost internal marketing factors effects positively on incremental innovation. All internal marketing factors(CEO support, compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) appeared to be related positively with process innovation and service innovation. And all other factors(compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) except CEO support showed to have positive relationship with operation innovation. In the moderating effects, internal communication effects more positively on incremental innovation in large firm-size than in small firm-size. But delegation effects more positively on incremental innovation in small firm-size than in large firm-size.

In this way, if the standards setting object is simplified, it is quick at the perimeter environment change as the little man power and flexibly it corresponds to and the cost information calculation which is exact with the setting up and maintenance of the efficient cost standard becomes available. As a result of applying for real through S corp., the usability of the method that the standard costs introduction method proposed in this paper produced the standard costs relatively short within period, it manages was verified. And the standard costs introduction method proposed in this paper went by the various cost information for each products, the management class did the management will decision which was objective and reasonable in the putting first.

The purpose of this study is looking for the effects of innovation on business performance in Korean SMEs. We were able to obtain participations of 169 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 15.0 and AMOS. In this study we found that employee's quality mind and organizational supports for company innovation activities are significant to product innovation and process innovation. The reason is easy to adoption and participation in the innovation for all the members of the staff. As a statistical result, the research conduced that both product innovation and process innovation largely affects the business performances increase.
본 연구는 저작권 요인을 중심으로 한 중소기업 컨설팅 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 알아보고 그러한 요인들이 쿠폰제 컨설팅을 통한 기업경영 성과의 향상과 고객 만족도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 분석하는데 의의를 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서 실증분석을 해본 결과 고객과의 관계,컨설팅 역량,저작권 정보요인,참여 유도 등 네 가지 요인들이 전부 쿠폰제 컨설팅을 통한 기엽경영 성과의 향상과 고객만족도에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그중 종속변수 쿠폰제 컨설팅을 통한 기업경영 성과의 향상에 독립변수인 저작권 정보요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고,다른 종속변수인 고객만족도에 대해서는 독립변수 고객과의 관계가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The government separated and established the industrial safety and health law from the Labor Standard law since 1981 to promote the labor's working environment and to improve the conditions of laborers. The government made a lot of effort to discharge the industrial safety and health law by continuous revision of the law thereafter. it is, however, difficult to establish clear-cut lines of authority and responsibility due to the fact that the substantial application of the industrial safety and health law is adapted by enterprise's autonomous management. There are frequent industrial disasters on the small and medium enterprises which have financial difficulty and it means this causes much more social cost. Finally, for the improvement of laborer's safety, health and working environment in the small and medium enterprises we need to raise the effectiveness of the industrial safety and health law through enhancing a government-office's administration and surveillance with the changing mind of a business proprietor. On this paper, we research on the actual condition of the administration, inspection and regulation of safety and health by means of the industrial safety and health law. Thereafter we analyze how much the Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency and vicarious businesses of safety & health management help. we used the survey method to gather data from 380 laborers directly and analysed the data by SPSS v17.0.
우리나라는 2000년에 제조물책임법이 제정하여 2002년 7월 1일부터 시행하였으며, 제조물의 제조, 설계, 표시등의 결함으로 인하여 발생한 손해에 대한 제조업자 등의 손해 배상책임을 규정하고 소비자의 결함 입증부담 경감과 피해자의 보호를 도모하자 하고 있다. 제조물의 표시등의 결함은 지시결함이나 경고결함에 관한 것으로 제조자는 그 위험에 의한 사고를 방지 회피할 수 있도록 소비자에게 정보를 제공하여야 하나 이를 이행하지 않아 발생된 결함이다. 본 논문에서는 A사(社)의 공기정화기 B모델 사용설명서에 나타난 정보제공사항을 주의 경고표시 가이드 등에 따라 검토하였으며, 그 결과 일부 지시 및 경고사항에서 보완해야할 사항이 발견하였다. 보완사항은 제안사항으로 기업내부 에서 처리하되 전문성이 부족한 분야는 외부의 PL전문가의 협력하에 바람직한 개선안이 도출될 수 있을 것이다.
과거 우리나라 중소기업이 중국에 생산기지를 대거 구축하기 시작한 것은 국내 환경변화에 대응한 불가피한 선택이었다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 그런 불가피한 선택으로 중국으로 진출한 우리 중소기업들이 모두 성공적인 결실을 거둔다면 더할 나위 없이 좋겠지만, 많은 기업들이 중국 투자에서 실패를 거듭하고 있다. 이는 우리 중소기업들이 중국 투자 후 3년 이내에 청산이 높게 나타나는 것에서 알 수 있듯이 투자결정 과정에서 충분한 검토가 이루어진 후 결정하기보다는 한 두 번의 출장으로 인건비에서의 단순 비교만을 통한 성급한 투자 결정에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 더군다나 중국의 투자환경 또한 중국 경제의 변화만큼이나 급속히 변화하고 있으며, 중국 시장 상황 역시 중국 현지 기업 및 글로벌 기업의 경쟁적인 진출로 세계의 공장이 되면서 거의 전 부문에서 공급과잉이 심화되고 수익성이 악화되고 있는 상태이다. 그리고 수익이 발생하는 곳이면 어느 곳이나 복제품이 등장하고 후발업체의 새로운 진입이 급증하여 생산량이 증가하게 되며, 그에 따른 공급과잉 심화와 저가 출혈경쟁이라는 악순환은 기업들의 수익성을 지속적으로 악화시킬 수밖에 없다. 그러한 수익성의 악화로 인해 중국 시장에서 퇴출하는 기업이 속출하고 있는 상황에서, 기술 경쟁력을 갖추지 못한 우리 중소기업들은 중국 내수시장 공략에도 어려움을 겪게 될 것이고, 투자환경의 변화에 따라 노동력지향형 중국 투자 전략도 타격을 입게 될 가능성이 높아졌다고 하겠다. 따라서 우리 중소기업들은 기술경쟁력이 전혀 없는 상태에서 무조건 싼 노동력만을 찾아 다른 낙후 지역으로 눈을 돌리기에 앞서, 임가공 기지로서의 중국 투자는 한계에 봉착하였음을 빨리 파악하여야 한다. 그런 다음 한국 본사와 역할 분담하여 중국에서 제3국으로의 수출비중을 줄이고, 세계 최대 시장 가운데 하나인 중국에서의 생존을 위해 부단한 기술개발에 매진하여, 그 기술경쟁력을 바탕으로 한 중국 내수시장을 공략하는 것이 가장 급선무라고 하겠다. 또한 중국 투자를 준비하거나 향후 중국 진출을 고려하는 기업들은 현장답사 뿐만 아니라 진출하고자 하는 지역에 이미 사업을 하고 있는 우리 기업들을 방문하여 생생한 현장의 목소리를 들을 필요가 있다. 그리고 중국의 투자환경과 중국 정부 정책이 이미 과거와는 달리 외자기업들에게 우호적이지만은 않다는 사실에도 주의를 기울여야 한다
Recently occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of social, organizational or psychological context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.
