        독도 영유권 문제는 1693년 이래 300년 이상 한일 간에 논쟁의 대상이었다. 학술적으로나 현실적으로 독도 영유권 문제에 대한 해결의 기미는 보이지 않고, 한일 연구자들 사이에서 공통의 논의를 찾기도 쉽지 않다. 순수한 학문적 연구보다는 자기 나라의 영유권 확보에 유리하도록 하기 위한 당위론적이고 목적론적인 연구에 치우쳐 있기 때문이다. 본고에서는 독도문제를 둘러싸고 한일 간에 쟁점이 되고 있는 몇 가지 이슈를 시대 순으로 정리했다. 특히 도해금지령과 관련지어 태정관지령을 중심으로 검토했다. 구체적으로는 도해금지령은 독도 도해금지도 포함하고 있는가. 도해금지령을 현대 국제법적인 의미의 조약으로 불 수 있는가. 조약이라면 독도 영유권문제에서 도해금지령은 어떠한 함의를 가지고 있는가, 나아가 도해금지령을 승계한 태정관지령은 독도 영유권 문제와 어떠한 관련성을 가지고 있는가 등을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 이를 토대로 도해금지령과 태정관지령을 기초로 한 조일(朝日)/한일국경조약체제의 유용성, 그와 관련한 일본의 독도 편입의 부당성, 샌프란시스코 조약 해석에 대한 새로운 분석을 시도했다.

        The number of structures that make up the domestic social infrastructure has increased with the development of the national industry, and the social demand for safety due to the aging of structures has also increased. Accordingly, the law stipulating safety and maintenance management for major structures in the country has been revised and it has been implemented since this year. In this study, we will introduce changes to the safety and maintenance system for public structures under the law, analyze the results of inspection and diagnosis of public structures, and consider the status of safety and maintenance.

        본 연구에서는 국내 주요재배 매실 품종의 총 페놀, 플라보노이드 함량과 항산화 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 총 페놀 함량은 64.13-93.43 mg ․ 100g-1으로 품종 간 함량에 차이가 있었다. 이 중 ‘앵숙’과 ‘단아’의 함량이 비교적 높게 나타났다. 또한 총 플라보노이드 함량을 측정한 결과 6.16-18.57 mg ․ 100g-1으로 총 페놀과 같이 품종 간에 유의적인 함량 차이를 보였다. 이 중 ‘고성’에서 가장 높은 함량을 보였다. DPPH 라디칼 소거활성을 측정한 결과 ‘남고’, ‘회향실’, ‘장속’, ‘단아’, ‘앵숙’에서 모두 50% 이상 비교적 강하게 나타났다. ABTS 라디칼 소거활성 측정 결과 모든 품종에서 80% 이상으로 전체적으로 높은 소거할성을 보였다. 이 중 ‘앵숙’이 가장 높은 소거활성을 보였다. 아질산염 소거 능력은 모든 품종에서 50% 이상의 높은 소거능력을 가지고 있는 것으로 확인 되었는데 이중 ‘남고’(76.03%), ‘고성’(70.56%), ‘양로’(70.32%)에서 70% 이상으로 비교적 높은 소거 활성을 보였다.

        본 연구는 대학이 그동안 축적하고 있는 강의평가의 주관식 의견들을 통합하여 빅데이터 분석기법으로서 텍스트마이닝을 적용하여 좋은 강의 특성과 패턴을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 강의평가 점수를 바탕으로 상위(30%)의 과목들을 분류한 후, 10년간 매학기별 강의평가 주관식 의견의 비정형(텍스트) 데이터를 통합 분석하여 전공계열별 좋은 강의의 특성과 패턴을 규명하였다. 강의평가 점수 수준별 그룹에서 강의평가 주관식 응답 문장 가운데 가장 많이 언급된 단어들과 그 사용빈도를 추출한 결과 인문 계열은 재밌고, 유익하고, 도움이 되면서 내용이 쉽고, 어렵지 않으며 이해가 잘 되는 수업, 교수님의 열정이 높은 수업이 좋은 강의의 특성으로 규명할 수 있다. 사회 계열은 쉽고(어렵지 않은), 도움이 되며, 재밌는 강의와 이해, 설명, 내용, 흥미, 열정 등이 주요 키워드로서 좋은 강의의 특성이 도출되었다. 자연·공학 계열은 과목 내용의 특성상 쉽고, 어렵지 않으며, 이해가 잘 되는 수업이 우선하여 좋은 강의의 특성으로 도출되었다. 예체능 계열은 재밌고, 유익하며, 즐거운, 새로운 수업들이 좋은 강의 특성으로 도출되었다. 교양 계열은 재밌고, 유익하고, 도움이 되는 수업이 좋은 강의의 특성으로 규명할 수 있으며, 인문 계열의 특성과 유사한 것으로 분석된다.

        Container port is one of the most vital link of the transportation chain that plays an important role in trading with other countries. Having a proper understanding of port operations could change the role of the port from a transportation node to an efficient point in a transportation chain. Development of transportation chains, logistics and progress of these networks have enhanced the sustainable condition and level of transportation. Therefore, evaluating the competitiveness of ports is obligatory for port users to make a decision in investment or exploitation. This paper introduces the use of Fuzzy C-means and TOPSIS for competitiveness comparison among a sample of container terminals in Korea and China and determine how to improve Korean port competitiveness and particularly in Busan port.

        Planning strategies to achieve higher competitiveness of ports are becoming increasingly important in business environment. Therefore, strategic competitive position and efficiency analysis needs to be performed to increase ports’ effectiveness and competitiveness. This matches with one of targets of new concept e-Navigation to increase the agility and efficiency of ports. The purpose of this study was to apply Boston Consulting Group matrix to analyze competitive positioning of major ports in Korea and China in term of several main cargo types and then use a combination of Data Envelopment Analysis and Principal Component Analysis model to calculate efficiencies. Results show that, at the moment, Chinese ports are still on the top with high position and efficiency score for the representative-Shanghai port. However, result also points out that except container type, Korean ports have chance to compete in other cargo types. Moreover, Gwangyang port is regarded as efficient. It has better position time. It is believed that Gwangyang port together with Busan port can compete with Chinese port in the near future.

        In this study, the DPPH free radical scavenging activity, antimicrobial effects, growth inhibition and cytotoxicity of herb extracts were determined to screen alternative antibiotics. Hot water extracts of 10 species herbs (Origanum vulgare, Monarda didyma, Echinacea purpurea, Ocimum basilicum, Mentha piperita, Melissa officinalis, Thymus vulgaris, Stevia rebaudiana, Rosmarinus officinalis, Matricaria recutica) were used. DPPH free radical scavenging activity of all herb extracts was ranged from 31.4-49.9%, and significantly great activties were found at Rosmarinus officinalis, Origanum vulgare and Matricaria recutica (P<0.05). Hot water extracts of monarda didyma, origanum vulgare, thymus vulgaris and rosmarinus officinalis showed greater antimicrobial activities compared to others. Additionally, those four extracts represented relatively low cytotoxicity compared to others. As a result, it was found that Origanum vulgare and Rosmarinus officinalis which possessed great antioxidant and antimicrobial activity with less cytotoxicity. So these two herb extracts can be used as an alternative of antibiotics for organic farming.

        In this study, phenotypic distribution of 15 major fruit quality traits were analyzed using 252 progenies derived from a cross between ‘Tano Red’ (seed) and ‘Ruby Seedless’ (seedless), to obtain basic data for improving the breeding efficiency of grapevine cultivars. Berry skin color was dark red-violet in 46.4% of the progenies, which is the color of ‘Tano Red’ and ‘Ruby Seedless’, and berry shape was elliptic in 48.4%. Most of the progenies were very juicy with soft flesh, and closely related to the characteristics of ‘Tano Red’. Seeds were well developed in 67.1% of the progenies, rudimentary in 30.1%, and 2.8% were seedless, with seed weight being less than 0.15 g in 84.9% of the progenies. Among the 15 fruit quality traits assessed, bunch density, ease of berry detachment from pedicel, berry weight, berry seed number, berry longitudinal diameter, berry transverse diameter, berry soluble solids, and berry acidity showed normal distributions. Heritability of berry weight, berry longitudinal diameter, berry transverse diameter, berry soluble solids, and berry acidity was 0.89, 0.82, 0.78, 0.86, and 0.93, respectively. Berry weight was positively correlated with seed weight (r = 0.486**), presence of seeds (r = 0.483**), and seed number (r = 0.211**). Seed weight significantly increased with presence of seeds (r = 0.607**) and seed number (r = 0.725**). In addition, presence of seeds was positively correlated with seed number (r = 0.319**). These results could be useful for the identification of quantitative trait loci associated with fruit quality to assist in grapevine breeding.

        The electrical muscle stimulator (EMS) based human machine interface (HMI) free to mechanical constraint and muscle fatigue problems are proposed for force feedback in a virtual reality. The device was designed to provide force feedback up to 4.8 N and 2.6 N each to the thumb and forefingers. The main objective of the HMI is to make unnecessary mechanical structures to attach on the hand or fingers. It employs custom EMSs and an interface arranged in the forearm. In this work, major muscle groups such as extensor pollicis brevis (EPB), extensor indicis proprius (EIP), flexor pollicis longus (FPL) and flexor digitorum profundus (FDP) are selected for efficient force feedback and controlled individually. For this, a human muscular-skeletal analysis was performed and verified. The validity of the proposed multi-channel EMS based HMI was evaluated thorough various experiments with ten human subjects, interacting with a virtual environment.

        본 연구의 목적은 수학에 대한 자기효능감과 내재적 동기에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 추 출하고, 이 요인들 사이의 연관성 정도를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 국가 수준에서 수집된 한국교육종단연구(2005) 자료를 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 수학교과에 대한 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 내재적 동기, 통제 기대, 초인지이고, 내재적 동기에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 자기효능감, 노력과 끈기, 숙달 접근인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 자 기효능감과 내재적 동기는 수학 이해도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        유라시아의 지역 내 인프라 연결과 협력에 관하여 많은 국가들이 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있는 가운데 중국은 일대일로 사업 을 제시했으며, 60여 개국 이상이 사업에 참여하면서 중국은 유라시아 물류 인프라 개발에서 매우 큰 영향력을 행사하게 될 것으로 예상되 고 있다. 본 연구는 사회네트워크 방법론을 통해 주요 철도역에 대한 네트워크를 분석했다. 유라시아 대륙의 대표적 철도노선인 TAR, TEN-T, TRACECA, GMS 경로를 통해 65개 국가, 994개 철도역에 대한 네트워크를 구성했으며, SNA의 측면에서 주요 철도역에 대한 특 징을 제시하고, 중국과 전체 유라시아 네트워크를 비교했다. 유라시아 및 중국 네트워크에 대한 분석을 통해 연결중심성과 매개중심성에서 각각 상위 30개 역을 제시했으며, 연결성 측면에서 태국 방콕, 조지아의 트빌리시, 아제르바이젠의 바쿠, 중국의 쿤밍, 루마니아의 부쿠레슈 티 등이, 매개성 측면에서 아제르바이젠의 바쿠, 알야트, 중국의 바오지, 투르판, 우즈베키스탄의 카르시, 터키의 카스 등이 높은 순위를 보 였다. 또한, 중국 네트워크에서는 쿤밍, 난닝, 거쥬역의 연결성과 바오지, 쿤밍, 란저우역 등의 매개성이 높게 도출되었다. 중국에서 추진하 는 일대일로 사업은 유라시아 전체의 인프라 연결 확충을 기본 전제로 하고 있지만, 중국과의 연계성 강화를 위한 인프라 개발에 높은 비 중이 예상되며, 이런 관점에서 국제 물류 거점에 대한 연구는 중국 네트워크에서 차지하는 중요성을 병행해서 검토할 필요가 있다.

        본 논문은 게임소프트웨어학과에서 4학년 학생들이 캡스톤디자인 과목에서 게임제작을 할 수 있도록 대학 4년 교과과정에서 가르쳐야 하는 기술요소들을 구조적으로 분석한 것이다. 게임소 프트웨어학과 학생들이 졸업요건으로 게임제작실습 프로젝트를 수행해야 한다고 가정하고, 이 과정에서 필요로 하는 기술요소를 분석하고, 기술요소들 간의 구조를 분석해 보자는 것이다. 이 는 학생들이 게임제작을 위해 대학 저학년에서 어떤 기술을 배워야 하고 그 기술이 고학년 과 목에서 어떻게 연결되는지 파악할 수 있게 하는 의미있는 작업이 될 것이다. 또한, 통상적으로 교과목명 만으로 구성되어 있는 현재의 교과과정에서 발전하여, 이들 기술요소들의 목록과 구 조적인 위치를 기반으로 게임소프트웨어학과의 보다 구체적인 교과과정을 수립하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, construction cost and depreciation method of existing major facilities(1,2 class) were applied to examine the asset size of existing facilities according to changes in the service life of facilities.

        On the 15 days after hatching, the larvae was 4.24-5.10 mm (mean 4.66±2.18 mm) in total length, and the fins of the membrane started to develop into a fan shape and the melanophore was deposited upper the alimentary canal of the abdomen and on the bladder. At 35 days after hatching, the post-larvae formed a branch-shaped melanophore on the head part with a total length of 6.98-12.5 (mean 9.35±1.71) mm, formed on the upper and lower parts of the caudal part, formed on the upper and lower parts of the caudal part, and deposited under the head part and abdomen. At 40 days after hatching, the juvenile was 11.3-18.1 (mean 14.9±1.53) mm in total length.

        Urinary extravasation with dye visualized in the ureter was seen on an excretory urogram (IVP) and computerized tomographic (CT) scan in a patient with multiple injuries following blunt renal trauma. The preferred treatment of blunt kidney injury varies according to grade of severity, with a preference for non-operative management in most instances. We reviewed a case of nonoperatively treated patients who presented with blunt renal trauma with major lacerations and urinary extravasation on initial staging computerized tomography.

        The global trade partners have been diversified and mixed in agricultural market, which is expended the international agri-food market through the Regional Trade Agreement and World Trade Organization, etc. The aim of this study is to derive influential factors for exports increases of agricultural products targeting to Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN). We set the equation for agricultural products exports referred to panel gravity model considering panel fixed effect for controlling endogeneity within variables. The results of this study are the follows; (1) Social economic distance considering international oil price negatively affects in the mushroom model; (2) Korean GDP affects (-) in a mushroom model and (+) in a vegetable model, however, ASEAN’s per capita GDP indicates opposite influence in the same model; (3) Relative exchange rate shows negative impact in a vegetable model; (4) The entry status into WTO and the status in force of FTA have converse effects in mushroom and vegetable model, respectively.

        Background : Most of cases in korea, distributed herbal medications are storaged in room temperature and it causes many insect pests during storage. Despite the fact, there is little research about storage conditions. Temperature and humidity in storehouse are highly related with pests’ overwintering, generation length and the number of occurrence in summer. Consequently, in this research, major pests’ overwintering was studied by reviewing facility condition, temperature and humidity in major regional storehouses. The results of this would help to develop how to manage pest occurrence in distributed herbal medications. Methods and Results : For this study, storage facilities was investigated at different regions including Gyeongdong Market in Seoul, the pharmaceutical company in Daegu and farmhouse in Youngcheon by monitering temperature, humidity, ventilator, air conditioning and heating on ground and underground places from June 2014 to July 2016. including Upon investigation, most of building using for storage had simple ventilators. Whereas in case of farmhouse, it is vulnerable to maintaining quality. Because most farmhouse had temporary buildings which are difficult to control temperature and humidity. In addition, among the other surveyed warehouses, Basement in the Gyeongdong Market had most favorable condition for pest overwintering. The lowest temperature of it was seldom below zero maintaining level of about 1.5℃ and average temperature was about 10℃ in underground warehouse during winter. And the ground warehouse of Daegu had similar patterns in temperature and humidity with that of Seoul in that being over 0℃ even in the winter. In Youngcheon, the temperature of farmhouse was below zero degree and the daily range of temperature and humidity was wide. It caused difficulty of overwintering of insect pests but possible to inhabit. Conclusion : According to a study by Han-Mo, Koo(1997), it was impossible to overwinter for Lasioderma serricorne F. which is dominant medicinal plants’ pest in north of the Chungcheong region’s warehouse due to low temperature. But in case of investigated warehouses, it was possible to overwinter because of the high temperature in office building or basement storage area. In order to make prediction of pest occurrence and comprehensive measures, it is urgent to take more investigation by regional groups and types of storage.

        Background : Acanthopanax sessiliflorus (Rupr. et Maxim) Seem, belonging to the Araliaceae family, is widely distributed in Korea, China, and Japan. The plants belonging to Acanthopanax species are traditionally used in Korea as anti-rheumatoid arthritis, anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic drugs and are recognized to have ginseng-like activities. A simple and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed and validated for independent analysis of major compounds and chlorogenic acid in A. sessiliflorus fruits. Chlorogenic acid was reported that prevent cancer and cardiovascular disease in vivo. Also, it has antioxidant effect in vitro test. In the previous experiment, chlorogenic acid were found in A. sessiliflorus fruits. This study was performed to identification of the major compounds and investigate the method validation for the determination of chlorogenic acid in A. sessiliflorus fruits. Methods and Results : Three major compounds were recorded on a Varian Unity Inova AS-400 FT-NMR spectrometer and analyzed by the new HPLC analysis method. HPLC analysis was carried out using an Waters e2695 and PDA detector. The new analyasis method was validated by the measurement of intra-day, inter-day precision, accuracy, limit of detection (LOD, S/N=3), and limit of quantification (LOQ, S/N=10) of chlorogenic acid. The results showed that the correlation coefficient (R2) for the calibration curves of chlorogenic acid was 0.997 in terms of linearity. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were 0.565 ㎍/ml and 2.88 ㎍/ml, respectively. There was no interfering peak observed each other and HPLC system was suitable for analysis showing goodness of peak and high precision. Conclusion : This method is suitable to detect and quantify major compounds in A. sessiliflorus fruits. Furthermore, the result will be applied to establish chlorogenic acid as an standard compound for A. sessiliflorus fruits.
