        This paper proposes the Data Architecture implementation process and the suggestions for automation which will enable the analyzing and measuring of the data structure as well. We verified the standardization of data that proposes a baseline for minimum quality, communications with stakeholder within an information system, minimization of application changes, and the effect of data values on quality improvement. The baseline is tested through the measurement and assessment of the quality indicator of a data structure as well as a quality control process deduced during the implementation.

        This study, which took place in an Italian restaurant in Seoul, investigated the impact of meal duration on the evaluation of satisfaction and service quality, according to the service stages (order, cook, check) of a restaurant. Research procedures included two phases: during the first phase, data on expected-perceived meal duration, and service quality and satisfaction were collected by surveys, which were distributed at the restaurant. The second phase investigated the relationships among meal duration, customers’ satisfaction, and service quality. T-tests and regression analyses were used to examine relationships between these variables. Results indicate that both failing to meet customers’ expected meal duration, as well as the perceived meal duration could negatively impact the satisfaction and evaluation of service quality. The study confirmed that meal duration is indeed related to the responsiveness aspect of service quality. The important aspect of meal duration management is to improve service quality and satisfaction, which can lead to a restaurant’s success. Therefore, understanding the relationships among meal duration, satisfaction, and service quality is a part of a good foundation for effective meal duration management.

        Due to the similarities of their anatomical morphology and physiology to those of humans, pigs have increasingly become useful models for toxicological and pharmacological studies. This study was conducted in order to evaluate the quality control level through hematological features of minipigs. Thus, we attempted to determine whether there are differences in hematological parameters between male and female minipigs. No significant differences in the levels of erythrocytes, hematocrit, mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), leukocytes (WBC), and serum electrolytes were observed between male and female minipigs. However, leukocytes were higher than reference range in both sexes (26.46±2.06 vs 11.6±5.4 for male; 23.58±3.36 vs 10.0±2.0 for female). In differential leukocyte counts, no significant differences in leukocyte parameters were observed between sexes. However, neutrophils were higher than reference range in both sexes (60.65±13.92 vs 33.1±18.9 for male; 46.84±12.80 vs 15.4±5.6 for female). In serum biochemical analysis, no significant differences in biochemical parameters were observed between male and female minipigs. However, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alkaline phosphatase (ALT) were higher than reference range, while alanine aminotransferase (ALP) was lower than reference range. In urine analysis, pH of male and female was 8.3±1.0 and 6.4±1.6, showing a higher value in male minipigs. These data indicate that quality control of minipigs must take precedence in conduct of toxicological and pharmacological studies.

        운문산 상류 수계의 저서성 대형무척추동물상 조사 및 생물학적 수질평가는 2007년 11월에서 2008년 9월까지 시행되었으며 조사결과 4문 5강 13목 61과 106속 140종이 조사되었다. 전 지점을 종합해 볼 때 날도래목의 네모집날도래 KUa가 우점종이며 지점별 우점도지수(DI)를 살펴보면 2지점이 0.553으로 가장 높았으며 7지점이 0.354로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 다양도지수(H')에서는 7지점이 2.18로 가장 높았으며 2지점이 1.75로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 저서성 대형무척추동물 생태점수(ESB)애서는 4지점과 7지점이 85로 가장 높게 나타나 '최우선보호수역'으로 판정되었으며 5 지점이 51 로 가장 낮게 나타나 '보호수역'으로 판정되었으며 전 지점 모두 오수생물계열에서 '변부수성'을 나타냈다.

        최근에 청보리 사일리지는 국내에서 가장 많이 이용하는 조사료이지만 농가에서 제조한 사일리지의 품질에 관한 분석은 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2008년 사일리지 품질경연대회에 출품한 농가의 청보리 사일리지 33점의 품질을 평가하고자 실시하였다. 품질평가는 생산지역, 생산량, 첨가제 사용유무, 파종시기 및 수확시기에 따라 비교하였다. 청보리 사일리지 생산지역별 품질의 비교에서는 젖산 함량은 생산지역, 건물수량, 첨가제사용유무, 수확시기에서

        본 연구는 지불계수를 이용하여 시험포장 구간의 품질을 평가하고 이에 따른 피로수명의 변화를 분석하기 위해 실시되었다. 특히 품질관리가 어려운 아스팔트 함량을 지불규정 기준인자로 선정하여 지불계수를 산출하였다. 먼저 아스팔트 함량이 피로수명에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 아스팔트 함량에 따른 피로수명의 연관성을 분석하였다. 이후 총 2회에 걸쳐 시험포장 구간에서 시료를 채취해서 지불계수를 산출하여 시험포장 구간의 품질을 평가하였으며, 지불계수에 따라 시험포장 구간의 품질에 차이가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 시험포장 구간에 포설된 아스팔트 혼합물을 이용하여 시편을 제작, 피로수명을 분석하였다. 그 결과 지불계수가 높은 시험포장의 피로수명이 월등히 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 통계이론을 이용한 지불계수가 실제 포장의 피로수명을 반영한다는 것을 의미한다고 사료된다. 또한 시험포장 구간에 아스팔트 혼합물을 납품한 플랜트의 배합보고서와 동일한 시편을 제작하여 휨 피로시험을 실시하여 1, 2회차 시험포장의 피로수명들과 비교하였다. 그 결과 배합보고서를 기초로 제작한 시편의 피로수명이 시험포장 구간의 피로수명에 비해 월등히 높음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 입도나 기타 요인에 따른 공용성 감소현상이 발생 할 수 있음을 나타내는 것이라 사료된다. 따라서 지불규정을 적용중인 미국과 같이 입도, 공극률 등을 지불규정 기준인자로 선정하여 최종적인 지불계수를 산출하는 것이 보다 정확한 도로포장의 품질을 평가할 수 있을 것이다.

        We investigated eight active natural antimicrobials for preservation of functional beverages that are usually degraded by yeasts rather than by bacteria due to a high sugar content and a low pH. Five strains of yeasts (S. cerevisiae, Z. bailii, P. membranaefaciens, C. albicans, and P. Anomala) were tested with eight natural antimicrobial agents (ε-polylysine, yucca extract, vitamin B1 derivative, scutellaria baicalensis extract, chitooligosaccharid, allyl isothiocyanate, sucrose-fatty acid ester, and oligosaccharide). The lowest minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) were 10 ppm for oligosaccharide and sucrose-fatty acid ester against S. cerevisiae and Z. bailii, 10 ppm for allyl isothiocynate against P. membranaefaciens and C. albican, and 10 ppm for allyl isothiocynate and oligosaccharide against P. anomala . No growth were observed for five kinds of yeasts in functional beverages containing sodium benzonate at concentration of 0.015% or higher. The resistance of S. cerevisiae, Z. bailii, and P. Anomala against natural antimicrobial agents was lower than those of P. membranaefaciens and C. albican. Allyl isothiocyanate, oligosaccharide, and sucrose- fatty acid ester showed the highest antimicrobial activities among the eight tested antimicrobials. These results can be applied to develop new natural antimicrobial agents to improve microbial quality of functional beverages.

        Recently the information system introduction and the application which use the computer are increasing. The efficient operation of information system helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. SaaS(Software as a Service), which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is to use standardized and packaged application by hosting from the outside of enterprise. SaaS is not developed yet as much as people's interest about that in the initial stage, but its related technology and service capacity are accumulated after repeated trial and error, and it's ready to activate the industry. In the area of information system, studies on the measurement of service quality were followed. But there is little study on service quality measurement in the field of SaaS(Software as a Service). The purpose of this study was to divides the SaaS with e-SERVQUAL and it consider the relationship with the perceived recognition and the usage intention. According to this, variables of traditional research were rejected because SaaS is not developed yet in Korea. But information had a strong effect on perceived recognition. Therefore, business related with in SaaS must have provided a correct information about various applications.

        The purpose of this study was to examine parents' perceptions towards, and the importance and performance levels of, foodservices in child-care centers and to suggest ways to increase foodservice quality and promote efficient operations in the future. A questionnaire survey was provided to 540 parents and the return rates 82%. The survey period was from June 20 to July 27,2007. The collected data were statistically analyzed with the SAS package program using descriptive statistical analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple comparisons, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: The parents perceived that foodservice operations promoted their children's health and helped them form desirable dietary habits. The parents also had a high level of perception toward the need for foodservice, earning greater than 4.5 points out of 5 points. Their perceptions of foodservice quality were examined by four dimensions of importance and performance levels. While the parents gave 4 points or greater of 5 points to most quality attributes of importance level, they gave 4 points of less out of 5 points to most quality attributes of performance level. As for the importance and performance levels of the quality dimensions of meal service, the parents regarded sanitation as the most important dimension. IPA showed that 'organic food materials' was included as a 'focus here' area. The overall satisfaction level for foodservice was 3.59 out of 5 points. A higher level of satisfaction was shown when a dietitian was present as well as in public childcare centers. According to multiple regression analysis, 53.51% of the variance in the respondents' overall satisfaction scores was explained by factors such as food, sanitation, environment, and foodservice effects.

        This study is about the development of information system software process quality evaluation model for domestic medium enterprises based on CMMI being used widely in the world. In this study, a new evaluation model is developed through establishing tailoring guide and its application to the existing mode by reflecting the quality management method and conditions of domestic medium enterprises within CMMI Level 2 and Level 3. The evaluation model is constituted 3 processes, 11 achievement goals, 50 practice activities and 125 evaluation items. The average point of quality evaluation of enterprises of insurance business shows 79.1 based on the evaluation model. The average point of the enterprises certified from CMMI is 82.7 which is 3.3 point higher than non-certified enterprises. This result means that the new evaluation model has similar results with the existing evaluation model while it also has discriminational characteristics compared with the existing model.

        One of the important components of this administrative reform is customer satisfaction. Every public enterprises introduced the Service Charter and Korean government took Customer satisfaction as the key index of public sector performance assessment. Most public enterprises introduced customer satisfaction management in an attempt to improve the quality of customer service. The government granted high incentives to excellent business innovative enterprises and developed additional indices, which are related to CS. From now on, every Korean enterprises must embody feasible customer satisfaction management and improve the quality of customer service In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the public enterprise based on the Service Quality Criteria, and examined the model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the five categories within the Service Quality: responsiveness, convenience, tangibility, sympathy and reliability, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model.

        본 연구의 목적은 TV 화질에 대한 사용자들의 심리적 특성을 평가하기 위한 화질평가척도를 개발하고, TV 화질의 심리 특성과 물리적 특성의 관계를 확인하는 것이다. TV 화질과 관련된 형용사 152개 중 집단설문(남녀 대학생 80명)을 통하여 TV 화질을 잘 표현하는 형용사로 19개의 형용사를 선정하였다. 선정된 형용사는 다음과 같다; '깔끔하다-지저분하다', '깨끗하다-더럽다', '산뜻하다-침울하다', '편안하다-긴장된다', '매끄럽다-거칠다', '밝다-어둡다', '화려하다-수수하다', '변화스럽다-단조롭다', '자연스럽다', '감각적이다', '만족스럽다'. 126명의 남녀 대학생을 대상으로 이들 형용사의 유사성 평정을 실시하고, 유사성 점수에 대하여 요인분석(주성분분석, oblique 회전)을 실시한 결과, '깔끔함' 차원과 '화려함' 차원으로 분류되었다. 그리고 31명의 남녀 대학생을 대상으로 TV 화질에 대한 감성과 물리적 특성과의 관계를 확인하였다. 그 결과 TV 화질에 대한 감성 형용사들은 밝기, 명암, 색농도와 색상의 변화에는 민감하였으나, 선명도의 변화에는 민감하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

        This study was conducted to determine microbiological assessment on edible ices, which is one of mandatory items for HACCP application, and to provide basic scientific data for the improvement of HACCP system. In HACCP applied edible ice companies, the contamination levels of total counts, yeast and mold, and coliform from raw materials, mixed samples before sterilization, mixed samples after sterilization, and final products of edible ices were lower than those of non-HACCP applied edible ice companies. Foodborne pathogens, such as L. monocytogenes, Salmonella spp., B. cereus, S. aureus, Y. enterocoliticawere not detected in all samples of edible ices from HACCP applied edible ice companies, but S. aureus was isolated from 1 raw material, 1 mixed samples before sterilization and 1 final product of edible ices from non-HACCP applied edible ice companies, respectively.

        The growth in services has focused issues of service quality both for commercial enterprises and across a range of public services and government institutions. The education sector, in particular, has undergone radical change to meet the needs of its varied constituents. This paper examines key issues in internal service, customer satisfaction, service quality, relational commitment as they apply in one particular education sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze effect of internal service on customer satisfaction, educational service quality. First, In the dimension of internal service, many factors affect internal customer's evaluation for overall satisfaction. They are categorized as five factors; tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The results of this study supported the proposed conceptual framework overall. Therefore, we identified that internal service quality is the antecedent of an internal customer satisfaction, and the consequent variables of an internal customer satisfaction are educational service quality, external customer satisfaction. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, some factors(tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) affected positively internal customer satisfaction. Second, external service quality affected positively educational service quality, external satisfaction. In other words, the more internal customers have experienced internal service, the higher internal service quality deliver educational service quality.

        본 연구에서는 단지 내 아파트 블록포장 50곳의 현장조사를 통하여 주요 파손형태를 조사하여 공용성을 평가하였다. 공용성 평가결과에 따르면, 조사대상지역에서 9년의 공용연수를 가진 블록포장의 유지관리지수는 7.9에서 8.9사이이며, 블록포장의 상태는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건설교통부 '보도설치 및 관리지침'에 10년으로 제시된 보도의 교체주기는 검토할 필요가 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한 블록포장의 공용성을 객관적으로 평가하기 위해서 일본블록포장협회에서 제시한 유지관리 기준과 건설교통부 '보도설치 및 관리지침'의 유지관리기준을 조합하여 국내 현실에 적합한 유지관리기준을 제시하였다. 외국과 비고할 때 국내의 블록포장의 기준에는 내구성 관련기준과 줄눈채움재 및 모래안정층의 품질관리 기준이 명확히 제시되어 있지 않다. 따라서 블록포장의 기대수명과 유지관리비용을 줄이기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 국내외 기준을 비교하여 이러한 기준들을 국내기준에 포함시킬 것을 제안하였다.

        현재 도시부 도로에 대한 서비스 수준 평가는 통행속도, 지체 등과 같은 정량적인 부분만을 고려하였다. 하지만 도시부 도로를 이용하는 운전자들은 정량적인 부분이외에도 도로의 청결, 타운전자의 법규위반 등의 정성적인 측면에서도 영향을 받고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정량적인 부분과 정성적인 부분을 함께 고려하여 평가지표를 도출하고, 서비스 측면의 개선사항 도출시 주로 경영분야에서 사용되고 있는 Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) 기법을 변형하여 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 변형된 IPA 분석기법은 분석대상 및 항목간 상대적 수준을 반영하여 서비스 수준이 평가될 수 있도록 구성되어 있다. 사례분석 지역으로 서울시 강남 3개구, 강북 3개구를 선정하여 도시부 도로의 서비스 질 평가가 수행되었으며, 변형된 IPA 평가를 토대로 도로 서비스 질 향상을 위한 지역별 개선항목을 도출하였다.
