        진공증착법으로 제작한 V2O5 박막의 두께 및 결정성에 따른 전기변색 특성을 체계적으로 조사하였다. 증착된 박막은 노란색을 띄고 있었으며 140˚C 보다 높은 기판온도에서 증착된 V2O5 박막은 결정질로 낮은 기판온도에서 증착된 박막들은 비정질로 밝혀졌다. 리튬 이온 주입에 따른 V2O5 박막의 광 변조 특성 결과 V2O5 박막의 두께와 결정성에 관계없이 300~500nm 파장영역에서는 산화발색이 500~1100nm 파장영역에서는 환원 발색이 나타났다. 비정질과 결정질 Lix V2O5 박막의 optical band gap 에너지는 리튬 이온 주입양이 증가함에 따라 (x=0.0~0.6) 각각 0.75 [eV], 0.17 [eV]씩 높은 에너지쪽으로 이동하였다. 비정질 Lix V2O5 박막의 coloration efficiency는 근적외선 영역에서는 리튬 이온 주입과 박막두께에 따라 거의 변화가 없었으나 blue와 near-UV 영역에서는 absorption edge가 500nm 파장근처에서 높은 에너지 부근으로 이동됨으로 인하여, 박막두께가 증가하고 리튬 이온주입양이 감소할수록 coloration efficiency가 상당히 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 결정질 Lix V2O5 박막의 경우 coloration efficiency는 전파장영역에서 리튬 이온 주입양과 박막두께에 거의 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

        This experiment was carried out to develop the model system for mass production of biomedical and nutritional proteins (human proteins) through mamraary gland of the transgenic cattle produced by gene manipulation and embryological technologies. Human growth hormone gene fused with rat -casein gene promoter was microinjected into pronuclei of one cell bovine embryos produced by in vitro fertilization. After microinjection, embryos were cultured in vitro for 6 or 7 days. Twenty embryos reaching to blastocysts were transferred to 10 beef recipients, each receiving two embryos. Recipients were diagnosed for pregnancy by rectal palpation at 76 days after embryo transfer. One of them was pregnant to term and produced a female calf weighing 21 kg at 280 days following embryo transfer. DNA was extracted from umbilical cord tissue and blood of calf born for confirming gene insertion. As determined by Southern hybridization, the transgene was not found.

        This study was perfomed to investigate the differentiation of rabbit blastocysts microinjected with testosterone solution. A total of 140 mixed breed does was superovulated, synchronized and hand mated. The eggs were flushed from uterine horns between 65 and 89 hrs after mating. Testosterone was dissolved in 95% ethanol and diluted with PBS at the ratio of 1: 99. Final concentration of testosterone was adjusted to 1 pg /ml. 6~8 bias-tocysts were microinjected with 1~10 p Q of the diluted testosterone solution, and tranfer-red into the uterine horns of the synchronized recipients. When 140 donor does were treat-ed with a single does of 200 IU PMSG in combination with 100 IU RCG 48 hrs apart, 134 of them(97%) showed standing estrus. Ovarian responses of 117 does were examined following mating and the rate of ovulation was 11.23 i 1.20. Ova were recovered from donors between 65 and 89 hrs after mating. Recovery rates of ova were 37.5% and 42.2% of recovered ova were blastocysts. A total of 106 blastsocysts were microinjected with testosterone solution and transferred into the uterine horns of 15 synchronized recipient does. One of the recipients was pregnant and delivered 7 baby rabbits. The external genitalia of the young rabbits appered to be the same appearance as the buck entierly.

        This study evaluated the influence of cell stage of donor nucleus on nuclear injection, electrofusion and in vitro development in the rabbit to improve the efficiency of nuclear transplantation in the rabbit. The embryos of 8-, 16- and 32-cell stage were collected from the mated does by flushing viducts with Dulbecco's phosphate buffered saline(D-PBS) containing 10% fetal calf serum(FGS) at 44, 54 and 60 hours after hCG injection. The blastorneres separated from these embryos were used as donor nucleus. The ovulated oocytes collected at 14 hours after hCG injection were used as recipient cytoplasm following removing the nucleus and the first polar body. The separated blastomeres were injected into the enucleated oocytes by micromanipulation and were electrofused in 0.28 M mannitol solution at 1.5 kV /cm, 60 sec for three times. The fused oocytes were cocultured with a monolayer of rabbit oviductal epithelial cells in M-199 solution containing 10% FGS for 72~120 hours at 39 in a 5% incubator. The cultured nuclear transplant embryos were stained with Hoechst 33342 solution and the number of cells were counted by fluorescence microscopy. The successful injection rate of 8-, 16- and 32-cell-stageblastomeres into enucleated oocytes was 86.7, 91.0 and 93.9%, respectively. The electrofusion rate of 8-, 16- and 32-cell-stage blastomeres with enucleated oocytes was 93.3,89.3 and 79.0%, respectively. Development of blastomeres to blastocyst was similar with 8-,16- and 32-cell-stage donor nuclei(26.2, 25.8 and 26.6%, respectively, P<0.05). The mean number of cell cycle per day during in vitro culture in nuclear transplant embryos which received 8-, 16- and 32-cell- stage nuclei was 1.87, 1.81 and 1.43, respectively.

        In this experimental study, it is concerned to develop a simple equation using jar-test results in order to predict the optimum dosage of coagulant, PAC(polyaluminum chloride). Considering the relationships with the reactions of coagulation and flocculation, the four independent variables (e.g. turbidity, temperature, pH and alkalinity) are selected out of many parameters and they are put into calculations to develop an equation by means of multi-regression method. As the result, the dosing rate of PAC is proportional to turbidity, pH and alkalinity, but in inverse to temperature. And the developed equation is as follow, D c = 3.2 ⋅ T 0.37 ⋅ A 0.04 ⋅ P 0.5 t 0.1 , ( R 2 = 0.9443 ) And also, comparing between the estimated value from the equation and the real dosing rate in the plant, Kwangam and Tdukdo, during 1988~1991, it is represented an agreement having a relative error of 16.4%, 17.8%, respectively.

        As+이온을 주입시킨후 열처리 방법을 달리한 Si 표면부 미세구조와 성분분석 및 전기적특성을 조사하였다. 이온주입에 의해 형성되었던 비정질층은 열처리에 의해 결정화 되었으며 열처리방법에 따라 결정화 양상의 차이를 보였다. 또한 주입된 이온의 분포 및 전기저항을 미세구조와 비교한 결과 주입된 이온의 농도가 최대인 깊이에서 최대의 손상이 발견되었으며 열처리 후에도 매우 작은 결함이 존재하였다. 하지만 이러한 작은 결함들은 전기적 성질에 큰 영향을 미치지는 않은 것으로 나타났다.

        Ta-silicide의 게이트 전극 및 비트라인(bit line)으로의 사용가능성을 알아보기 위하여 As, P, BF2가 5×1015cm-2의 농도로 이온주입된 다결정 실리콘에 탄탈륨을 스퍼터링으로 증착한 후 급속 열처리로 Ta-silicide를 형성하였다. 형성된 Ta-silicide의 특성은 4-탐침법, X-rayghlwjf, SEM 단면사진과 α-step으로 조사하였으며, 불순물들의 거동은 Secondary Ion Mass Spectroscopy(SIMS)로 알아보았다. TaSi2의 형성은 800˚C에서 시작하며 1000˚C 이상에서 완료됨을 알았다. 형성된 TaSi2층으로 out-diffusion 하였다.

        저압 화학 증착법으로 증착된 다결정실리콘에 As를 이온주입하여 As농도와 25~105˚C 범위의 측정온도에 따른 비저항의 변화를 조사하였다. 비저항이 최대가 되는 적정 As농도가 존재하였으며 이때 비저항의 온도의존성면에서 활성화에너지 값도 최대를 보였다. Passivation공정후 감소된 비저항이 O2플라즈마 처리와 N2 분위기에서의 열처리에 의하여 회복되는 현상에 대하여 설명한다.

        불순물이 주입된 실리콘 기판에 500 두께의 탄탈륨 박막을 증착한 후 실리사이드를 형성시키기 위해 아르곤 분위기에서 급속열처리(RTA)률 하였다. 형성된 TaSi2와 불순물의 거동은 XRD, SEM, 4-point probe, HP4145와 SIMS로 조사하였다. 불순물의 종류에 관계없이 TaSi2는 RTA 온도가 800˚C일때 형성되기 시작하였으며 1000˚C이상에서 증착된 Ta가 전부 TaSi2로 상 전이가 일어났다. 또한 TaSi2/P+영역에 대한 접촉저항간은 contact size가 0.9×0.9(μm2)일때 22Ω 낮은값을 가졌으며 이온 주입된 불순물은 RTA처리시 형성된 TaSi2층으로 out-diffusion이 일어났다.

        본 시험은 Omethoate (Folimat) 외 6종의 침투성 살충제를 공시하여 수간주입에 의한 솔잎혹파리의 방제효과를 검토하는 한편 관행 Drilltlr 수간주입방법을 보다 성력적인 방향으로 개량코자 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Phosalone을 제외한 Omethoate , Vamidothion (Kilval 40 EC), Methamidophos , Phosphamidon , Monocrotophos 및 Dimethoate 의 수간주입은 솔잎혹파리의 방제효과가 비교적 우수하였다. 2. 관행 Drill 식 수간주입과 개량 Mauget식 수간주입간에는 그 효과발현에 차이가 없었다. 3. 관행 Drill식 수간주입에서 주입공의 상처회복율은 인데 비하여 개량 Mauget식 수간주입에서는 완전 회복되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 개량 Mauget식을 도입하므로서 보다 성력적인 수간주입에 의한 솔잎혹파리의 방제가 가능하다고 본다.

        In this study, we evaluated the effect of the type of sewage sludge (digested, non digested) on drying efficiency according to the polymer injection rate. The drying characteristics were shown using a near-infrared ray (NIR) and a microwave. As a result of the drying characteristics with NIR at a polymer dose ratio of 8%, the heating up period is up to 6 minutes after the start of the drying experiment. Afterwards, the constant rate drying period of the digested sludge (A, C and G sites) was 6 minute → 18 minute, showing a rapid decrease in moisture. On the other hand, non digested sludge (B, D, E, F, H, I, J and K sites) showed gradual drying characteristics compared to digested sludge until complete drying (10%). As the polymer dose ratio of 10% and 12%, the heating up period for digested sludge is up to 6 minute after the start of the experiment. Afterwards, the constant rate drying period of the digested sludge was 6 minute → 20 minute, showing a rapid decrease in moisture. On the other hand, the heating up period of non digested sludge was up to 10 minute after the start of the experiment, and the constant rate drying period was 10 minute → 22 minute, which was shorter than digested sludge. As a result of the drying characteristics with microwave at a polymer dose ratio of 8%, 10% and 12%, the constant rate drying period the digested sludge was 4 minute → 20~22 minute, showing a rapid decrease in moisture. On the other hand, non digested sludge of the constant rate drying period was 4 minute → 22~30 minute, which was longer than digested sludge.
