To determine the cause of the population decline in Gobiobotia naktongensis, substrate preference and burying behaviour were investigated in this study. In general, the species was shown to prefer a substrate size of 1 mm or less, depending on the flow. In addition, the burying depth varied according to the size of the fish and increased with a decrease in water temperature. Our findings showed that the main cause of the population reduction was the physical changes in the substrate structure due to the dams or barrages construction. Notably, the accumulation of silt and mud in the substrate upon the formation of an upstream lentic water region for structural construction and bed armouring caused by scouring and reduced downstream inflow of fine sediment were deterministic in the fish habitat changes, causing problems in burying. As sand substrate structure is critical for the survival and inhabitation of psammophilous species, efficient strategies should be developed with proper habitat management to reduce the anthropogenic damage

하와이는 깨끗한 휴양지와 현대적 경관이 어우러진 세계적인 관광지로 써 많은 여행객들의 발걸음을 이끌어왔다. 이뿐 아니라 19세기 중반 이 후 사탕수수 산업의 호황으로 가속화되어온 세계 여러 지역으로부터의 하와이로의 노동이주 물결은 동서문명 조우의 공간이자 다문화주의의 중 심지로서의 발전을 추동케 했다. 이처럼 하와이는 주민들의 상대에 대한 포용과 이해를 바탕으로 한 환대정신과 하와이 관광 산업의 중심축을 구 성하는 환대산업과 더불어 하와이 특유의 문화다양성이 잘 어우러져 세 계적인 환대도시로서의 입지를 공고히 해 왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 하와 이의 관광·다문화를 중심으로 한 환대성의 이면에 교묘한 군사주의와 식 민주의로 대변되는 적대성이 존재한다는 사실을 비판적으로 성찰하였다. 미국은 1893년 하와이를 점령하였으며, 1941년 진주만 피습 이후 이 사 건을 하와이 역사의 중추적 내러티브로 재구성하며 진주만, 특히 USS Arizona 기념관이 하와이의 주력 관광상품으로 발돋움하게 되었다. 이를 통해 그 이면에 은폐된 미국의 군사주의와 원주민의 주권 상실의 역사를 교묘하게 감추어왔다. 또한 본 연구는 하와이를 표상하는 다문화주의의 배경을 환태평양 지역의 제국주의와 식민주의적 맥락에서 고찰하였다. 하와이 왕국을 전복시킨 미국 본토에서 넘어온 백인들은 하와이 사탕수 수 산업을 장악하였고, 이에 따라 값싼 아시아계 노동이민자들의 원활한 정착을 위해 다문화주의를 의도적으로 전파한 정착형 식민주의를 주목할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 인천광역시 강화군에 위치한 퇴모·혈구산의 관속식물상과 강화도 및 주변 지역의 외래식물 등을 파악하여, 조사된 식물들의 체계적인 관리와 생물다양성 보전을 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위하여 조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 2019년 3월부터 2020년 10월까지 총 13회에 걸쳐 실시되었다. 퇴모·혈구산 일대의 관속식물상은 총 101과 321속 517종 13아종 38변종 5품종 573분류군으로 파악되었다. 이는 우리나라 관속식물 총 4,641분류군의 약 12.35%로 나타났다. 퇴모·혈구산에서 확인된 한반도 북방계식물은 청나래고사리 등 68분류군, 한반도 특산식물은 늦둥굴레 등 10분류군, IUCN 지정 희귀식물은 께묵 등 총 9분류군이 확인되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 총 69분류군으로 파악 되었다. Ⅳ등급은 뚝사초 등 3분류군, Ⅲ등급은 종덩굴 등 14분류군이 확인되었다. 연구 대상지에서 출현한 귀화식물은 개망초, 돼지풀, 망초 등 63분류군으로 확인되었다. 개망초, 돼지풀, 망초 3종은 강화도뿐만 아니라 주변 지역인 석모도, 교동도 김포 등에도 전방위적으로 확산된 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 가시상추, 가시박, 애기수영 등 생태계교란식물이 퇴모·혈구산에 처음으로 보고되어 퇴모·혈구산 내 특기할만한 식물 등 자생식물에 대해 중장기적인 보전 대책을 수립하 고 정기적으로 물리적인 제거 등의 관리방안 대책을 조기에 마련하여야 할 것이다

『야화춘풍투고성(野火春风鬪古城)』은 이영유(李英儒)의 동명소설을 개편한 항일전쟁 주제의 현대 민족 가극으로 최근 몇 년간 오리 지널 가극 중 가장 영향력이 있는 가극 거작이다. 2005년 중국 항일 전쟁과 세계 반 파시즘 전쟁 승리 60주년을 기념하기 위하여 중국 인민 해방군 가극단이 이 가극을 창작ㆍ연출했다. 가극은 소설의 주 요한 줄거리를 취하고 북방의 한 고성 안에서의 중국 지도부의 지하 항일 전쟁 전투의 이야기를 표현했다. 본 논문은 『야화춘풍투고성』의 최종 발행한 VCD 판본에 의거하 여 문헌 연구ㆍ분석ㆍ종결 등의 방법을 통해 『야화춘풍투고성』극 중 여성 역할인 양모(楊母)를 착안점으로 하였다. 배경 창작에서부터 아리아의 음악 특징(언어ㆍ음성ㆍ노래를 포함) 등 방면까지 양모의 중요 아리아를 예로 들어 연구 결문 부분으로 진행하였다. 간단하게 문장의 맥락을 다듬고 『야화춘풍투고성』중 여성의 역할이 표현하 고 있는 음성 형태의 기초상을 해명하였다. 정감ㆍ어투ㆍ언어 등 각 종 방면의 요소들을 결합한 것이다. 본문을 통하여 성악 애호가들이 극중의 양모에 대해 더욱더 완전한 이해를 할 수 있기를 바란다. 동 시에 본문은 분석된 아리아의 노래 분석과 가창 처리 등을 매우 세 심하게 묘사하였다. 성악에 대해 공부하는 애호가들에게 참고와 도움이 될 수 있기를 바란다.

이 글은 김동리의 『을화』와 치누아 아체베의 『모든 것이 산산이 부서지다』를 대상으로 한다. 두 작품은 모두 기독교와 토착 신앙이 충돌하는 모습을 보여 준다는 점에서 공통점이 있으나, 차이점 또한 확연하다. 을화 에서 기독교는 서구 제국주의와 동의어가 아니며, 기독교를 긍정적으로 받아들이기 때문이다. 그럼에도 토착 신앙과 가치체계를 고수하는 부모 세대와 기독교적 가치체계를 받아들인 아들 세대는 서로 충돌하게 된다. 그 결과 을화에서는 아들 영술이, 『모든 것이 산산이 부서지다』에서는 아버지 오콩코가 죽음을 맞이하게 된다. 영술의 죽음은 기독교가 토착 신앙화되고 가부장제 이데올로기에 결합하면서 일어난 것이었다. 오콩코의 죽음은 기독교로 대표되는 서구 제국주의 세계의 폭력 때문이었다. 그러나 두 작품의 결말에서, 기독교와 지배 이데올로기의 양 면성을 읽을 필요가 있다. 젊은 세대를 희생양으로 삼은 가부장제 이데올로기와 존중받아야 할 문화를 삭제하는 제국주의가 모두 폭력적으로 드러나기 때문이 다. 종교가 지배 이데올로기와 결합하면서 빚어진 죽음을 그려낸다는 점에서 두 작품을 재독해야 할 것이다. 이러한 작업을 기반으로 종교 간의 갈등이 문학작 품에서 그려지는 조건과 인물형을 유형화할 수 있을 것이다.

Pilomatricoma is the second most common benign dermal-subcutaneous tumor of the head and neck region, after epidermoid cyst, originating from the outer sheath cells of the hair follicle. It can be easily treated with surgical excision. However, it is a relatively unknown skin lesion to maxillofacial surgeons. Therefore, we report a case of pilomatricoma occuring inferolateral area of the parotid gland in a 54-year-old man; with a review of the relevant literature.

In the year of 1741, the controversial debates about Calvin’s doctrine of predestination had been discussed intensely among methodists. John and Charles Wesley, who are against this doctrine, published Hymns on God’s Everlasting Love series in 1741. Through these hymn books, Charles Wesley, who is considered to be the main author of these two books, continually criticizes Calvin’s doctrine of predestination, especially regarding the elected and the reprobates, and strongly shouts for God’s general love for all mankind. Even though these two hymn books are valuable books for tracing the consolidation of Charles Wesley’s theology about Calvin’s doctrine of predestination and God’s universal love for all, they have not been studied enough because these books are considered to be only hymn books. This thesis studies on Wesley’s theology about Calvin’s doctrine of predestination and God’s universal love for all, through analyzing five major poems.

표고(Lentinula edodes)는 우리나라의 주요 임산버섯으로 최근 표고 톱밥재배가 정착됨에 따라 급속도로 확산되고 있으나 국내 환경에 적합하고 재배시기를 다변화 할 수 있는 균주의 육성이 시급하다. 따라서 9개의 균주를 시험재배하여 생산성이 높고 자실체 특성이 우수한 4개 균주(SANJO701HO, FMRI2534, FMRI2337, FMRI2613)를 모균주로 선발하였고 균주당 각각 20개씩 총 80개의 단핵균주를 분리하여 117개의 교배균주를 육성하였다. 그중 산조701호와 FMRI2337의 교배조합이 다른 조합의 교배균주들보다 평균생장속도가 10% 가량 낮았으며 이들 교배균주의 배양 및 생리적 특성을 비교 조사하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 우수한 톱밥재배용 품종개발의 기반조성을 마련하고자 하였으며, 차후 교배균주에 대한 생산성 검정의 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of congruency of parent brand image with self-image, perceived risk, and product knowledge on the attitude towards extended product in fashion brand extension. A survey questionnaire was used to collect data from 170 female college students and collected data were subjected to descriptive analysis and regression analysis using SPSS Window program. The results of this study showed that the congruency of parent brand image with self-image and perceived risk had a positive effect on attitude towards extended product, whereas product knowledge had a negative effect on attitude towards extended product in fashion brand extension. Also, the congruency of parent brand image with self-image had a positive effect on the attitude towards extended product in fashion brand extension with positive moderating effect of perceived risk and negative mediating effect of product knowledge.

We prepared 8 samples of non-silver and silver-added master alloys containing silicon to confirm the existence of nickel-silicides. We then prepared products made of 14K and 18K white gold by using the prepared master alloys containing 0.25, 0.35, and 0.50 wt% silicon to check for nickel release. We then employed the EN 1811 testing standard to investigate the nickel release of the white gold products, and we also confirmed the color of the white gold products with an UV-VISNIR- color meter. We observed NiSix residue in all master alloys containing more than 0.50 wt% Si with EDS-nitric acid etching. For the white gold products, we could not confirm the existence of NiSix through XRD after aqua regia etching. In the EN 1811 test, only the white gold products with 0.25 wt% silicon master alloys successfully passed the nickel release regulations. Moreover, we confirmed that our white gold products showed excellent Lab indices as compared to those of commercial white gold ones, and the silver-added master alloys offered a larger L index. Our results indicate that employing 0.25 wt% silicon master alloys might be suitable for white gold products without nickel-silicide defects and nickel release problems.

This study was determined the hair growth effect and mode of action of a complex extract (abelmo), extracted from various natural plants including Acorus calamus var. angustatus. 30 six-week old C57BL/6 mice were randomly assigned into three treatment groups with ten mice per treatment group repeatedly. The treatment group is a control group, and was classified into saline-applied, minoxidil 5%-applied, and abelmo-applied groups. Hair growth started from the abelmo-applied and minoxidil 5% -applied groups on the 9th day, compared to the saline-applied group. Hair growth rate was 17.06% and 19.15% in those two groups, respectively, and the abelmo-applied group's hair growth rate was higher. The density, length and thickness of hair were significantly higher in the order of abelmo-applied group, minoxidil 5%-applied group and saline-applied group on the 9th day, and hair root was strongly maintained in the abelmo-applied group. The density, length and thickness of hair in the abelmo-applied group were significantly higher by 599.8, 122.2 and 181.8% on the 9th day compared to the saline-applied group, and 166.7, 171.4 and 200.2% on the 12th day, and 136.6, 216.9 and 180.7%, respectively on the 15th day. As for hair follicle and the length of hair shaft from the dosal skin histopathology manifestation, the abelmo-applied group was more excellent than the saline-applied group and minoxidil 5%-applied group. This result actually confirmed the fact that abelmo promotes hair growth and strongly maintains hair root simultaneously.
