        본 연구는 지방 소도시인 경북 예천군의 100인 미만 어린이 급식시설 32개소를 규모별(50인 이상, 21인 이상 50인 미만, 20인 이하)로 나누어 어린이급식관리지원센터의 위생·안전 순회방문지도에 따른 개선효과를 조사·분석하고자 하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 지방 소도시에 위치한 소규모 어린이 급식시설의 문제점을 파악하고, 보다 효과적인 위생관리 지도 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 규모별 분석대상은 집단급식소 25.0%, 소규모 급식소 34.4%, 비집단급식소 40.6%의 순으로 조사되었으며, 전체 조사대상 급식시설에 고용된 조리사 면허 소지자는 40.6%에 불과했다. 위생·안전관리 지도점검 결과 총 25가지 항목 중 18가지 항목에서 유의성 있는 결과를 얻었으며, 집단급식소는 총 5가지 항목(시설 등 환경 1문항, 개인위생 2문항, 원료사용 1문항, 보관관리 1문항), 비집단급식소는 총 13가지 항목 (시설 등 환경 1문항, 개인위생 2문항, 원료사용 1문항, 공 정관리 7문항, 보관관리 2문항), 그리고 소규모급식소는 총 7가지 항목(시설 등 환경 1문항, 개인위생 2문항, 원료사용 1문항, 공정관리 1문항, 보관관리 2문항)에서 유의미한 개선효과가 확인되었다. 총점의 경우, 전체 순회지원 전 55.89점에서 지원 후 75.11점으로 상향되었고, 규모별로는 집단급식소, 비집단급식소, 소규모급식소 각각 순회지원 전 63.5점, 52.1점, 50.5점에서 지원 후 79.8점, 76.7점, 65.4점으로 세 그룹 모두 상향된 점수의 개선효과가 확인되었다 (data not shown). 집단급식소의 경우 전문 인력에 의한 조리업무 수행 및 지자체로 부터의 지속적인 위생 점검으로 순회지원 이전부터 수행되고 있는 항목이 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 위생·안전 순회지원을 통한 개선효과는 비전문 인력으로 구성된 비집단급식소에서 가장 크게 나타났으며, 특히 개인위생, 공정관리, 보관관리 항목에서 뚜렷한 개선 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로, 지방 소도시의 어린이 급식시설에 대한 어린이급식관리지원센터의 위생순회방문지도가 위생 및 안전관리에 있어서 긍정적인 개선효과를 제공한 것으로 판단되며, 제한적인 지원 횟수로 인한 다소 아쉬운 평점의 상승폭에도 불구하고 지속적인 교육지원을 통한 개선의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 어린이를 대상으로 한 식생활의 안전문제는 어린이 급식시설 즉 비영리급식 뿐만 아니라 어린이 식생활에 많은 영향을 주는 가공식품 및 외식 등 식품 산업 전반에서 함께 풀어야할 과제이다. 이는 지속적인 교육지원 등과 더불어 식품산업체와의 협력 및 상호보완을 통해 균형 있고 지속가능한 정책이 이루어지기 위한 구체적인 기반이 마련 되어야 할 것이다.

        The purpose of this study is to identify the form and components, decoration and locality of pyongnangans(平 欄干) in Yangban's Houses(32 Houses) in Gyeongbuk region, The results of this study, which were carried out through both survey and on-site study, are as below. First, Pyongnangans of Gyeongbuk region Yangban's Houses can be classified into 4 different types, which are ①Mureum type, ②Gyoran(交欄) type, ③ Mureum-Saldae combination type, ④Simplified Saldae type. And these 4 types are again subdivided into eight types, depending on differences of both detailed form and framework. Gyoran type are the most common cases in Yangban's Houses of Gyeongbuk region, whose number is followed by the order of Mureum type, Mureum-Saldae combination type and Simplified Saldae type Pyongnangans. Decorative 亞shaped Gyoran type are more set up in Sarangchaes than in Anchaes, and this was because Decorative Gyorans are more appropriate to show the Social status and class of a patriarch than humble Mureum type. Pyongnangans of Yangban's Houses in Gyeongbuk region have their peculiarities in the exclusion of decorativeity, by consistent use of plain single-layer Pyongnangans. A certain locality is reflected on the types and detailed forms of Pyonnangans. Mureum type are widely found in Gyeoungju region Yangban's Houses, while Gyoran type were more often used in Andong region. In Bonghwa region, Mureum-Saldae combination type are found in large quantities. This was due to the locational chateristics of Sarangchaes in Bonghwa region, which were usually built on steep slopes.

        Relationship between lipid intake and obesity has been well-addressed but recent findings indicated that the type of lipid or composition of lipid in the diet also contributes to body fat accumulation and consequential health outcome. The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of nutrition intake including fatty acids, lipids and lipid soluble nutrients between the obese and lean college students and to analyze the relationship between the intake of certain fatty acids and body fat accumulation. Anthropometric elements including body weight, height, body fat and composition were measured, and dietary recall was conducted on a total of 114 college students. Data showed that total calorie intake and total lipid intake were not significantly different between the obese and lean subjects, in both male and female students. However, male obese subjects ate more amount of plant lipids and palmitic acids (C16:0) from their diet (p<0.05), while female obese subjects consumed more linoleic acids (18:2) and linolenic acids (C18:3) compared to normal subjects (p<0.01). Correlation analysis revealed that the consumption of palmitoleic acid (C16:1) and lipid soluble vitamin D were negatively (p<0.05) correlated with body fat accumulation in all subjects and these findings were supported by simple linear regression analyses for those variables. These results implicate that rather than only considering the amount of lipids, suggesting a proper type of lipids or lipid metabolites can be considered in nutrition counseling or education.

        This study has been researched mainly about the gradual changing patterns of site plan and plan layout of 17 sampling traditional houses in kyungpuk province during the time period of 1877-1945. The objective of this study is to closely examine the characteristics of locality and trend of the times. Survey and Measured drawing, personal interviews with clients has been carried out and the result is as down below; 1.The certain changes have shown that the furnace in sarangchae(outer wing for men) in ㅁ shaped and 『』 shaped houses served only for that purpose and inner gate has been built in sideward of sarangchae. 2.As living standard was upgraded storage space and size of the rooms got bigger. On the other hand, spacial formation was emphasized by its function accordding to house activities and living circulation because the family members in direct line became reality of the time. 3.The modernistic thought of rationalism and convenience are well expressed in the plan layout and house living as a whole.

        경북지역 동계 사과원의 절지동물상을 조사한 결과 사과나무 유인밴드 내에서는 3강 19목 58과가 채집, 분류.동정되었고, 그중 점박이응애(Tetranychus urticae Koch) 53%, 사과면충(Eriosoma lanigerum Hausmann) 16.7%, 은기문목(날개응애류) 13.3%, 톡토기목(Collembola) 9.3%순으로 나타나 초식자가 가장 많았고, 다음이 부식자였으며 천적은 드물게 조사되었다. 사과나무 낙엽에서는 2강 12목 17과가 조사되었는데, 그중 점박이응애가 63.1%로 우점이었고, 톡토기목이 13.7%였으며, 기타 절지동물은 몇 개체씩만 조사되었다. 사과나무 아래 토양에서는 2강 9목 18과가 조사되었는데, 톡토기목이 37.9%, 날개응애류가 34.4%, 점박이응애가 16.1% 순으로 나타나 부식자가 가장 많았으며, 다음이 초식자였고 천적류는 몇 개체씩만이 조사되었다.

        Accoring to many studies which concerned with the types of folk houses, there are many types of folk houses in Korean peninsula and its areal distribution had been determined by the barrier of mountains, in general. But we have neglected to examine the overlapped areal distribution still now. If two types of culture with different housing type contact at one region, it may interrelated each other and invent certain exclusive charicteristics. And there are its own attitude of traditional culture in Kyung-buk provingce where serveral types of folk houses settled together. The purpose of this research is to clarify the general pattern of culture in terms of folk houses in northern Kyung-buk province and to suggest a clue to solve the cultural inter-relationship each other, By classification of the collected plans in this area, the authors try to find out the charicteristics of the serveral types and there areal distribution. Finally, we can find out that certain types of folk houses located in northern Kyung-buk province had formed their cultural regions and these homogeneous regions are overlapped, partly.

        As the pipe houses were constructed by imitation and routine without a structural design by now, they were often destructed by a strong wind or a heavy snowfall. The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for the safety structural design of the pipe houses in Kyungpook region to prevent meteorological disaster. It was shown that the change of frame interval according to the safety factor under the wind load was similar that under the snow load. But the safety frame interval under the snow load was approximately 0.5-0.6m greater than that under the wind load for equal safety factor. Therefore, it seemed that the maximum safety frame interval was to be decided by the snow load. The frame of the pipe houses in Seungju region was structurally stable under the design snow load in recurrence intervals of 8-15years, but was unstable in Kolyong region.

        In order to determine the design precipitation, the most probable daily precipitation and annual precipitation at every spot are calculated and iso - precipitation line are drawn. Probability of precipitation and drought phenomena of each gage station are analyzied by the method of frequency analysis from the statistical conceptions. The results summarized in this study are as the follows. 1. Annual mean precipitation in kyungpook area are 1044 mm, about 115 mm less than annual mean precipitation of Korea amounts to l1S9mm, and found to regionally unequal. 2. Monthly mean rainfall of July is 242.2mm, 23.2%, August 174.2mm, 16.7%, June 115mm, 11% and September 114.2mm, 10.9% and Rainfall depth of July-August are more than 40% of annual precipition. This shows notable summer rainy weather by typoon and low pressure storm and seasonal unbalance of water supply. 3. The relation among the maximum precipi.tation per day, per two continuous days and per three contnous days are caculated and the latter is found 31.0% increased rate of the first and the last 48.2% increased rate of first. 4. Probability precipitation in Kyungpook area are shown as 9.0%(5 year), 13.3%(10 year), 17.7%(20 year), 23.1%(50 year), 27.0%(100 year) and 31.1%(200 year) increased rate of each recurrence year compared with observed average annual precipitation. 5. From annual precipitation and maximum daily rainfall data probability of precipitation and precipitation isohyetal line are derived which shown as Table 11 and Fig. 8. 6. Drought days are divided 6 class and analysed results are shown on table 12. Average occurrence time of 10-14 continuous drought days are 2.3 time per year, 15-19 days are 0.9 time per year, 20-24 days are one per six years, 30-34 days are once per nine years and over than 35days are once per 25 years.

        경북도내(慶北道內) 각(各) 지역별(地域別) 벼 도열병균(稻熱病菌)레이스 분포(分布) 및 Blasticidin-S에 대(對)한 내성(耐性)을 조사(調査)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 경북면방(慶北面方)에서의 벼도열병균(稻熱病菌)레이스의 조성(組成)은 KJ군(群) 레이스 5종(種), KI군(群) 레이스 6종(種)으로 총(總)11개(個) 레이스가 분포(分布)되어 있으며 가장 많이 우점(優占)된 레이스는 KJ301로서 그 분포(分布) 비율(比率)이 37.9~39.0%였고 그 다음으로 KJ401, KJ201, KJ101, KI3I5, KJ105, KI307, 의 순(順)이었다. 레이스군별(軍別)로는 KJ군(群)레이스가 우점도(優占度)가 높았으며 지역별(地域別) 우점(優占)레이스는 거의 KJ301이었다. KI군(群)레이스 분포비율(分布比率)은 남부(南部), 연해부(沿海部)에 비(比)해 중(中), 북부(北部) 지역(地域)이 높았다. 레이스군별(軍別) 분포비율(分布比率) 변동(變動)은 주(主)로 벼품종별(品種別) 식부면적(植付面積)과 상관관계(相關關係)를 나타내었으며 Blasticidin-S 내성균(耐性菌)에 의한 영향(影響)은 없었다. 경북지방(慶北地方)에서 발생(發生)되고 있는 벼도열병균(稻熱病菌)의 Blasticidin-S에 대(對)한 내성균(耐性菌)의 분포(分布) 비율(比率)은 31.2%였으며 지역별(地域別)로는 남부지역(南部地域)이 43.2%로 가장 높았고 중부(中部) 29.4%, 북부(北部) 25.0%, 연해부(沿海部) 지역(地域)이 10.5%로 가장 낮았다. 내성균(耐性菌) 분포(分布) 비율(比率)은 레이스군별(軍別) 분포(分布) 비율(比率)과는 일정(一定)한 관계(關係)가 없었으나 도열병(稻熱病) 살균제(殺菌劑) 사용량(使用量)과는 정(正)의 상관관계(相關關係)를 나타내었다.

        1984년(年) 10월(月)부터 1985년(年) 8월말(月末)사이에 대학부속가축병원(大學附屬家畜病院)에 검진의뢰(檢診依賴)된 대구(大邱) 경북지방(慶北地方)에서 발생(發生)한 83례(例)의 만성(慢性) 유방염(乳房炎)의 원인균(原因菌)을 분리(分離) 동정(同定)하고 이 분리균(分離菌)의 각종(各種) 항생제(抗生劑)에 대한 감수성(感受性)을 disc diffusion technique로 조사(調査)하였다. 대구(大邱) 경북지방(慶北地方)에서 문제되는 만성(慢性) 유방염(乳房炎)은 포도구균성 유방염(乳房炎)이 전체의 48.2%(83례중(例中) 40례(例))로 가장 많았으며 그 다음은 대장균군(大腸菌群) 유방염(乳房炎)으로 18.1%(83례중(例中) 15례(例))를 차지하였다. 효모양진균에 의한 유방염(乳房炎)도 10.8%(83례중(例中) 9례(例))나 되었다. Corynebacterium spp.에 의한 유방염(乳房炎)은 8.4%였으나 연쇄구균성 유방염(乳房炎)은 3.6%에 지나지 않았다. Bacillus spp.와 pseudomonad에 의한 것은 각각 3.6%와 8.4%이었으며 만성(慢性) 유방염(乳房炎)의 원인균(原因菌)을 밝힐 수 있었던 것은 4.8%(83 례중(例中) 4례(例))이였다. 만성(慢性) 유방염(乳房炎)에 관여한 포도구균과 대장균(大腸菌)은 공시(供試)한 항상제(抗生劑)에 대하여 내성(耐性)을 나타내는 경향이 뚜렷하였다. 포도구균은 penicillin, methicillin, linocomycin, novobiocin, ampicillin, tetracycline에는 각각 87.2%, 78.7%, 68.1%, 61.7%, 57.4%가 내성(耐性)인 반면에 gentamicin, cephalothin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin 등에는 각각 78.7%, 76.6%, 74.5%, 63.7%가 감수성(感受性)이었다. 대장균(大腸菌)은 streptomycin과 cephalothin에는 72.2%, tetracycline에 66.7%, ampicillin에 61.1%가 내성(耐性)인 반면에 colistin, gentamicin, chloramphenicol, neomycin에는 각각 83.3%, 77.8%, 66.7%, 55.6%가 감수성(感受性)이었다. Corynebacterium spp.는 ampicillin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, gentamicin, oleandomycin, tetracycline에는 감수성(感受性)이었으나 novobiocin과 penicillin 등에는 내성(耐性)이었다. 한편 pseudomonas aeruginosa는 공시(供試)한 모든 항생제(抗生劑)에 내성(耐性)이었다.

        Background : Recently demand of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz increased rapidly using a food and cosmetics as an emphasis on well-being. Cultivation tests of Rehmannia glutinosa for new varieties are tested around Geumsan area of Chungnam province. It is different for the soil condition and wether between Chungnam area and Gyeongbuk area. It is needed cultivating tests of new variety region of north Gyeongbuk. Methods and Results : Test variety of Rehmannia glutinosa was Dagang and test place was 918 Banguri Jangsu Yeongju. Planting density of Dagang was 20 × 20 ㎝, 30 × 20 ㎝, 40 × 20 ㎝ and all seedstocks were disinfected before sowing. Composite fertilizer use 60 ㎏/10 a and press cake use 600 ㎏/10 a on the test field. Black vinyl muching was using for preventing of grass. Leaf length, leaf width and leaf number were no difference in growth among 20 × 20 ㎝, 30 × 20 ㎝ and 40 × 20 ㎝. There was no difference in root length, root number root weight between planting distances, and root width was the largest at 30 × 20 ㎝ and 16.3 ㎜, Followed by 20 × 20 ㎝ and 40 × 20 ㎝ in order. Total root weight of 20 × 20 ㎝ was higher than other plant density and total income of 20 × 20 ㎝ was higer than others. Roots rot of root was not significant difference among plant density. It was the first test Dagang around north Gyeongbuk area and plant density of 20 × 20 ㎝ was higher output than 30 × 20 ㎝, 40 × 20 ㎝. Conclusion : Plant density of 20 × 20 ㎝ was selected for cultivating Dagng around north Gyeongbuk area. 20 × 20 ㎝ of cultivating Dagang get a more roots and also increase famers income.

        Background : Angelica dahurica Bentham et Hooker, Angelica gigas Nakai, Ostericum koreanum Maximowicz and Peucedanum japonicum Thumberg are a major medicinal plant in north Geungbuk province. Using medicinal plants are impotant it`s ingredient. Dry condition and stroage method are not standard manual. The ingredient variation of dry condition and stroage method were not researched. Methods and Results : Using plant material were cutivated on Gyongsangbukdo Bonghwa area. It were studied ingredient variation after dry and storage condition by HPLC methods. Major ingredient of Angelica gigas Nakai are decurusin, decurusinangelate. Heated air bulk dry get more decursin than natuarl dry and decurusinangelate of natural bulk dry was higher than heated air bulk dry. Major ingredient of Ostericum koreanum Maximowicz are imperatorin and isoimperatorin.. Imperatorin of Ostericum koreanum was highest peak on 50℃ heated-air dry after plastic bag sorage and isoimperatorin was highest peak on 40℃ heated-air dry after mountain cultivation. Imperatorin is a major ingredient Angelica dahurica Bentham et Hooker. Heated air bulk dry get more decursin and decursinangelate than natuarl dry and small heated-air dry. Peucedanol-7o_glucoside is a major ingredient Peucedanum japonicum Thumberg. Natural bulk dry get more peucedanol-7o_glucoside than heated-air bulk dry. Conclusion : Ingredient of Angelica dahurica Bentham et Hooker, Angelica gigas Nakai, Ostericum koreanum Maximowicz are different under various cutivation, drying method, storage. Diffent Ingedients of Angelica gigas Nakai, Ostericum koreanum Maximowicz were not accord it’s optical conditon.

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of mixed-sowing of legume forage and applying of cattle manure on the productivity of organic rye to provide dairy farmers with safe organic feeds. Also the present study aimed to evaluate optimal applying level of cattle manure and carrying capacity of Korean native cattle (Hanwoo) per unit area. The amount of crude protein was significantly higher in the mixed-sowing of legume forage (average 760~786 kg/ha) than in the single-sowing of rye (average 353 kg/ha) (p<0.05). The mixed-sowing of forage peas and the single-sowing of rye tended to improve by increasing the level of nitrous fertilization rather than the fertilization treatment. The amount of crude protein on the rye according to the mixed-sowing of legume was significantly higher in the mixture (average 8.29~9.90%) than in the single (average 4.93%) (p<0.05). The comparison by the level of nitrogen fertilization indicated signifi-cantly high for the rye in 50 kg N/ha than in fertilization treatments (p<0.05). Total digestible nutrients (TDN) amount in the single-sowing of rye was average 46.86% and has lower than average 49.96~50.12% of the mixed-sowing of legume, and especially the mixed-sowing of forage pea was the highest with 54.55% in 150 kg N/ha for the level of nitrogen fertilization (p<0.05). The breeding ability of annual organic livestocks per unit area according to the feed value of rye presented significantly higher ability in the mixed-sowing of legume (3.72~4.12 heads) than the single-sowing of rye (average 2.26 heads) (p<0.05). By summarizing above results, the mixed-sowing of legume is required to improve the productivity and the feed value of rye for increasing organic livestock breeding ability in southern area of Gyeongbuk regions, and the study for identifying the appropriate fertiliza-tion level using livestock excretions is further necessary.
