본 연구는 청소년의 기후변화 인식이 기후변화 관여도와 기후변화에 따른 문제해결을 위한 행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 특히 기후변화에 대한 청소년의 관여는 그들이 주로 노출되는 미디어에 따라 달라질 것으로 예측하였으며, 미디어로 SNS와 매스미디어뿐만 아니라 교과서를 포함하였다. 한국청소년정책연구원이 수행한 청소년의 기후변 화에 대한 인식조사 원본 데이터를 활용하여 영향관계를 분석한 결과, SNS와 매스미디어, 교과서와 같은 미디어는 기후변화 관여도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 기후변화 관여도를 통해 기후변화 문제해결 행 동에 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 미디어들의 적 극적인 활용이 궁극적으로 청소년들의 기후변화에 대한 중요성 인식뿐만 아니라 행동 실천을 유발도하기 위해 필요함을 의미한다.

이 연구는 공교육정상화법의 정책수단에 대한 인과분석을 통해 정책적 제안을 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 공교육정상화법의 주요 정책 수단을 사교 육기관의 선행교육 광고 및 선전 규제, 방과후학교의 선행교육 규제, 학교교육과정의 편성ㆍ운영ㆍ평가 규제, 대학입학전형의 선행교육 유발 평가라는 네 가지를 중심으로 4가지로 나누어 연구를 진행하였다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따른 정책적인 시사점을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사교 육기관의 선행교육 광고 및 선전 규제는 사교육기관에서 선행교육 위 주의 교육이 이루어지고 있다는 점에서 어느 정도 필요하다. 하지만 우 선 공교육 현장에서 선행학습이 필요 없는 교육환경과 학교교육과정을 충실하게 이수한 학생들이 대학 입시에서 불리하지 않도록 하는 입시 제도의 개선이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 방과후학교의 선행교육 규제의 경우에 있어서도 학생의 수준에 맞는 보충교육, 심화교육 위주로 운영 되어야 하며 이에 대한 다양한 지원이 필요하다. 그리고 지역 간ㆍ소득 간 격차를 해소하기 위한 방과후학교의 제한 조치 완화를 학교별 일괄 적으로 지정하기보다는 개별 학생들에게 실질적으로 도움이 될 수 있 는 학생을 대상으로 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 단위학교의 교육과정 편성 ㆍ운영ㆍ평가 규제는 법률의 범위 내에서 단위학교의 실정에 맞추어 교사들에게 재량권을 부여하여 교과과정을 융통성 있게 편성하고 교사 의 자율성을 최대한 보장할 수 있는 방향으로 운영될 수 있는 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 한다. 넷째, 대학이 자율적으로 실시하는 선행교육 유발평가의 공개는 한계가 있을 수밖에 없다. 따라서 선행학습 영향평 가를 객관적이고 공정하게 실시할 수 있는 독립적인 기관이 필요하다.

In this study, we collected and analyzed the current status of licenses for the limited fishery business and divided the problems related to licenses for the limited fishery business into partial damage compensation and cancellation compensation areas. In the case of partial damage compensation areas due to existing public water use projects, it is suggested that the issuance of licenses for limited fishery businesses should be reconsidered. In the case of cancellation compensation areas, it is recommended that the disposition of communal fishery businesses that do not require capital investment should be the principle. If capital such as facilities are invested, compensation should be made by Article 52 of the Enforcement Decree of the Land Compensation Act if the licenses for limited fishery business are closed due to other development projects. In addition, we proposed an improvement plan to establish a rational management system for licenses for limited fishery businesses. In addition to these improvement measures, we hope that further investigation and research on licenses for limited fishery business, which have been insufficient so far, will be conducted to promote the comprehensive use of fisheries resources and waters and the sustainable development of fisheries that are the objectives of the Fisheries Act, and contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the people and the balanced development of the national economy.

아버지의 음주실태와 관련하여 문제음주군과 정상음주군을 조사하고, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 문제음주를 유의미하게 예측할 수 있는 개인 적 특성, 가족관계 특성, 사회경제적 특성 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 30-50대 아버지 149명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실행하였으며, 연 구의 목적과 활용방안 등에 대해 설명하고 연구에 대한 동의를 얻은 이 후 조사하였다. 아버지의 문제음주를 유의미하게 예측하는 개인적 특성 은 ‘자아존중감’이었고, 가족관계 특성은 ‘배우자의 정서적 지지와 도움’ 이었다. 아버지의 사회경제적 특성은 문제음주와 관련하여 유의미한 예 측변수가 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 아버지 대상의 문제음주 개입상담 및 교육 프로그램 등에서 중점을 두어야 할 활동 내 용을 제안하였다.

이 글은 웹소설 <소녀, 홍길동>(2019)에 나타난 남장 서사를 중심으로 고전소설의 남장 서사 주체와 비교를 통해 우리 시대의 주체성에 대해 진단하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 지금까지 로맨스 웹소설 연구에서는 로맨 스 장르의 문제성이나 웹소설의 상업성과 통속성을 폭로하는 것이 대부분이었다. 이 글은 주체성의 측면에 서 바라보았을 때 시대정신과 관련해 변화된 부분이 더 중요하다고 생각했다. 그래서 작품 속 남장 서사를 고전소설의 것과 비교해본 결과, 남장이 로맨스를 조장하는 수단으로 활용되고 있으며 무엇보다 욕망을 은폐시킨 주체의 모습을 발견할 수 있었다. 이런 로맨스 웹소설의 낭만적 사랑은 기존 로맨스 소설의 문법을 일정 부분 따르면서도, 조금 다른 방식으로 로맨스를 형상화한 것이다. 기존 로맨스에서는 완벽한 ‘나’를 찾으려는 욕망이 내재해 있고, 이것은 진정성의 주체를 생산한다. 그러나 <소녀, 홍길동>에는 이러한 시도들이 부재하며, 오로지 상대방의 욕망 안으로 주인공의 욕망이 한정되기에 사랑‘만’을 읊조리는 유아 적이고 자폐적인 주체, 즉 ‘포스트-진정성’의 주체가 생산되었다. ‘포스트-진정성’의 주체는 환상성에 기대 고 있고, 이 환상은 생존을 중시하는 사회와 속물주의에 근원하고 있다. 이에 필자는 웹소설 장르가 환상성 이 아닌 상상력을 기반으로 한 새로운 주체 생산으로 가야할 것을 제안했다. 그것은 유목적 주체로, ‘타자 되기’를 통해 미래에 다가올 시대에 발맞춰 K-서사의 올바른 방향을 설정할 수 있으리라 본다.

For motor controller designers, building a simulation environment is not a difficult process. After verifying the controller by simulation, it is common to select 20kHz for the current control loop, 1kHz for the speed loop, and 100Hz for the position loop when implementing the actual HW embedded system. This is because maximized cycles (20kHz) for each control loop are unnecessary in control theory and are a waste of cost and HW resources. However, in a simulation environment, each loop will often have the same control cycle (20kHz maximum). This is because we think it is unnecessary to reflect this part in the simulation. In this paper, it is shown that the difference in the sampling time of each control loop makes a big difference in the simulation result, and as a solution, it is proposed to apply LPF to the position loop output stage. In the process, the reasons for the differences were analyzed, and the effect of LPF, the reason for application, and the feasibility of implementation were proved by actual software coding.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors related to the problem-solving ability of nursing students who experienced simulation training. Methods: A descriptive survey study was performed using a structured questionnaires consisting of a learning flow state scale, nursing student’s anxiety and self-confidence with clinical decision making scale, simulation design scale, and problem-solving ability scale. Data were collected from 154 nursing students in five nursing schools located in D city and G province. Data were analyzed by frequencies, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0. Results: The significant factors associated to the problem-solving ability of nursing students who experienced simulation training were simulation design characteristics (β=.34, p<.001), learning flow (β=.25, p=.001), and self-confidence with clinical decision making (β=.23, p=.001). These factors explained 46.5% of problem-solving ability. Conclusion: To improve the problem-solving ability of nursing students, the simulation module should be designed with high fidelity.

As technologies have been more quickly developed in this 4th Industry Revolution era, their application to defense industry has been also growing. With these much advanced technologies, we attempt to use Manned-Unmanned Teaming systems in various military operations. In this study, we consider the Location-Routing Problem for reconnaissance surveillance missions of the maritime manned-unmanned surface vehicles. As a solution technique, the two-phase method is presented. In the first location phase, the p-median problem is solved to determine which nodes are used as the seeds for the manned vehicles using Lagrangian relaxation with the subgradient method. In the second routing phase, using the results obtained from the location phase, the Vehicle Routing Problems are solved to determine the search routes of the unmanned vehicles by applying the Location Based Heuristic. For three network data sets, computational experiments are conducted to show the performance of the proposed two-phase method.

본 연구는 1890년대부터 1930년대까지 한국 선교 현장에서 전도부인 들이 직면했지만 밝혀지지 않은 일상의 어려움을 밝혀내어, 토착 교회의 자립을 도모하는 개신교 선교정책인 네비어스 방법(Nevius Methods)의 포괄적인 이해를 목표로 한다. 통상적으로 지배적인 학계의 시점이 전도부 인들의 수고와 업적을 인정하는 것과는 달리, 본 연구는 전도부인들이 겪은 역경이 토착 교회의 자립을 장려했던 네비어스 방법과 밀접하게 연관되어 있음을 주장한다. 네비어스 방법은 토착 교회가 자립하도록 토착 교회가 스스로 토착 교회 사역자를 세우고 생활비를 부담해야 된다고 주장했다. 이 선교정책은 선교사들에게 한국 교회가 빠르게 성장하는 핵심 으로 여겨지고 있었지만 교회가 재정적인 어려움에 직면하게 될 때 교회 계층의 가장 낮은 위치에 있는 전도부인들이 종종 불리한 처우를 받게 되었다. 본 연구는 1차 원자료에 의존하여, 전도부인들의 경험을 철저하게 조사함으로써 토착 교회의 빠른 성장에 대한 선교사들의 열망과 가난한 선교현장의 혹독한 현실과의 격차에 대해 다룬다.

많은 경우 연근해 어업에 종사하는 어선들은 출항, 조업지로의 항해, 조업, 조업지의 이동을 위한 항해, 조업, 귀항지로의 항해 로 이어지는 일정으로 운항하고 있다. 이로 인하여 대부분 1인 당직체계로 운영되는 어선의 선장은 휴식할 수 있는 시간이 거의 없어 졸 음운항으로 인한 사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 또한 피로에 지친 선장이 항해당직에 대한 기본적인 지식조차도 없는 무자격 부원에게 당직을 맡기고 침실에서 잠을 자다 발생하는 사고도 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 이미 오래전부터 논의되어 왔으나 현실적 으로 마땅한 대책이 없어 아직까지 해결되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 시고의 저감대책으로 이 글에서는 어선 당직부원 자격증 제도를 제안 하고자 한다.
